本申请属于健康养护技术领域,尤其涉及一种容器瓶及护理仪。
背景技术
随着个人护理领域产品的发展,人们越来越重视从容貌到身体内在健康的护理与保养。护理仪内部一般都会设置装存液体(如润肤油、面霜和精油等)的容器瓶,而容器瓶的设计,多采用导管来吸取液体。导管在吸取液体时,容易有残留,由此浪费了护理液体。
技术问题
本申请的目的在于提供一种容器瓶,旨在解决现有技术中的实现护理仪中的护理品任意角度方向下,按照需要的精确定量控制,并实现护理品回收入瓶储存的技术问题。
技术解决方案
为实现上述目的,本申请采用的技术方案是:
一种容器瓶,用于储存液体,包括瓶盖与所述瓶盖可拆卸连接的瓶身、容置于所述瓶身内的活塞和设置在瓶身底部的透气孔。
在一些实施例中,所述瓶盖上设有传输接头,所述传输接头的一端与瓶身内的容器空间连通。
在一些实施例中,所述瓶身远离所述瓶盖的一侧包括可拆卸的瓶底盖,所述透气孔设置在所述瓶底盖上。
在一些实施例中,所述传输接头远离所述容器空间的一端连接外部传送组件,所述活塞在所述外部传送组件的作用下上升或下降。
为实现上述目的,本申请采用的另一个技术方案是:护理仪,包括如上述的容器瓶。
在一些实施例中,所述护理仪还包括安装壳和设于所述安装壳内传送组件,所述传送组件通过其第一导管从所述传输接头提取出容器瓶瓶内液体,并输出到所述安装壳上的出液口外。
在一些实施例中,所述传送组件为蠕动泵。
在一些实施例中,所述蠕动泵包括外壳、电机以及所述第一导管,所述外壳上设有导管开口,且所述外壳向内延伸设有抵接部,所述电机的旋转轴插接于所述外壳内,所述旋转轴上固定有偏心轮,所述抵接部与所述偏心轮之间形成沟槽,所述第一导管嵌入所述沟槽内且所述第一导管两端伸至所述导管开口,所述第一导管为柔性管,所述偏心轮随所述旋转轴转动而挤压所述第一导管抵持所述抵接部以使所述第一导管输送液体。

本申请的有益效果:本申请实施例提供的一种通过容器瓶内放置活塞,通过容器瓶内放置活塞,且在瓶底盖上的透气孔,容器瓶在结合外部传送组件使用时,在外部传送组件对液体的抽取或压缩的作用下形成负压,从而,对活塞产生作用力,推动活塞沿着瓶身内的容器侧壁上、下移动,通过透气孔实现整机任意角度方向下达到气压平衡,实现精确出油、节约用油的目的。容器瓶可实现配合外部传送组件实现瓶内液体提取和主机管道液体回流到瓶内保存的作用。而且瓶内采用无管连接来抽取或者灌注液体,实现了容器瓶容积大小的多样性变化,均能正常使用。避免了瓶子内部容积过小而导致导管无法弯曲变形,吸液失效的问题,避免了导管腐蚀而影响液体成分的问题。也方便了消费者自行操作往容器内增加或者减少液体。

实施例一
本申请实施例的容器瓶。
如图1~4所示,本申请实施例提供一种容器瓶10,用于储存液体,容器瓶10包括瓶盖11、与所述瓶盖11可拆卸连接的瓶身12、容置于所述瓶身12内的活塞13和设置在瓶身12上的透气孔14。
在一些实施例中,瓶盖11上设有传输接头15,所述传输接头15的一端与瓶身12内的容器空间16连通。
进一步地,瓶身12远离所述瓶盖11的一侧包括可拆卸的瓶底盖17,所述透气孔14设置在所述瓶底盖17上。
可选地,所述传输接头15远离所述容器空间16的一端连接外部传送组件,所述活塞13在所述外部传送组件的作用下上升或下降。
在一些实施例中,将瓶盖11与瓶身12设置为一体成型。在另一些实施例中,基于不同的材质需求,安装或生产上的便利,成本上和性能稳定方面的考虑,将瓶盖11与瓶身12分体设置,瓶盖11与瓶身12之间设置密封圈18实现密封。
本申请实施例的有益效果在于,通过容器瓶10内放置活塞13,且在瓶身12底部的透气孔14,容器瓶10在结合外部传送组件使用时,在外部传送组件对空气的抽取或压缩的作用下,活塞13沿着瓶身12内的容器空间16的侧壁移动,通过透气孔14实现气压平衡。容器瓶10可实现配合外部传送组件实现提取和回收瓶内液体的作用。由于活塞13的气压作用下或紧随液体位置移动,通过透气孔实现整机任意角度方向下达到气压平衡,实现精确出油、节约用油,例如可以结合按键,每操作按键一次,出一滴油。而且使瓶内液体的顶部始终位于碰触瓶盖内壁的位置,在需要提取液体时,可避免抽取多余空气,从而节省提取液体所需时间。而且不依赖于导管来抽取瓶内液体,避免了导管吸取液体不干净的问题,也避免了导管腐蚀而影响液体质量或影响容器瓶使用的问题。此设计方便了容器瓶整瓶更换,也方便了消费者自行操作往容器内增加或者减少液体。
实施例二
本申请实施例还提供护理仪100,包括上述的容器瓶10。
进一步地,如图5、图6和图7所示,所述护理仪100还包括安装壳51和设于所述安装壳内传送组件54,所述传送组件54通过其第一导管40从所述传输接头15提取出容器瓶瓶12内液体,并输出到所述安装壳51上的出液口56外。
本申请实施例的有益效果在于,通过容器瓶10内放置活塞13,且在瓶身12底部的透气孔14,容器瓶10在结合外部传送组件使用时,在外部传送组件对空气的抽取或压缩的作用下,活塞13沿着瓶身12内的容器空间16的侧壁移动,通过透气孔14实现气压平衡。容器瓶10可实现配合外部传送组件实现提取和回收瓶内液体的作用。由于活塞13的气压作用下或紧随液体位置移动,使瓶内液体的顶部始终位于基本接近瓶盖的位置,在需要提取液体时,可避免抽取多余空气,从而节省提取液体所需时间。而且不依赖于导管来抽取瓶内液体,避免了导管吸取液体不干净的问题,也避免了导管腐蚀而影响液体质量或影响容器瓶使用的问题。
具体地,所述第一导管40的外径范围为3~5mm,内径范围为0.5~2mm,使用邵氏硬度计A型的硬度计测试的管硬度30~60度。
在一些实施例中,第一导管40由FLURAN TM F-5500-A蠕动泵管制成。第一导管40的结构和构造可防止导管的堵塞或损坏。初步测试表明,由FLURAN™F-5500-A蠕动泵管制成的第一导管40在泵送各种精油(例如柠檬精油、薰衣草精油和三叶草精油)室温下24小时、48小时和56小时后均未显示任何腐败迹象。
具体地,所述传送组件54为蠕动泵。
在一些实施例中,如图8和图9所示,所述蠕动泵54包括外壳541、电机542以及所述第一导管40,所述外壳541上设有导管开口543,且所述外壳541向内延伸设有抵接部544,所述电机542的旋转轴5421插接于所述外壳541内,所述旋转轴5421上固定有偏心轮30,所述抵接部与所述偏心轮30之间形成沟槽25,所述第一导管40嵌入所述沟槽25内且所述第一导管40两端伸至所述导管开口543,所述第一导管40为柔性管,所述偏心轮30随所述旋转轴转动而挤压所述第一导管40抵持所述抵接部以使所述第一导管40输送液体。
具体地,所述偏心轮30与所述旋转轴5421卡槽连接。
在一些实施例中,所述沟槽25与所述导管开口543连通,所述第一导管40的两端从所述外壳541的同侧伸出于所述导管开口543。
本申请实施例的护理仪100,设置容器瓶10以及蠕动泵54,容器瓶10内储存有增加芳香或润滑作用的护理品/护理液,例如精油或护肤品。蠕动泵54通过第一导管40将该护理品从容器瓶10中泵出,再运输至安装壳51外,实现对容器瓶10内的液体的提取。
具体地,护理仪100还包括如图12所示的控制装置60,通过控制装置60能够实时控制电机542的旋转轴5421的工作,进而让护理仪100能够定时定量的输出护理品/护理液,还可以在安装壳51的合适位置设置按键61,用户便可根据具体需求的实时调整护理液的出液量。
这样,一方面,护理仪100正常工作时,蠕动泵54将容器瓶10内的护理品抽出,活塞13跟随液体往瓶盖11的方向运动,使液体始终接触瓶盖内侧。外部空气通过透气孔14进入容器瓶10内,容器瓶10保持气压平衡;另一方面,在护理仪100停止工作后,为防止护理品残留第一导管40,控制装置52可控制蠕动泵54反向工作,使得位于第一导管40内的护理品能够回流至容器瓶10内,活塞13被液体挤压,向远离瓶盖的方向运动。活塞13与瓶身12的内侧壁在密封的情况下相对瓶身12的内侧壁运动,可防止漏液。具体地,活塞13与瓶身12的内侧壁过盈接触。
在一些实施例中,如图10所示,安装壳51内部开设有安装腔511,控制装置60、容器瓶10以及蠕动泵54均设于安装腔511内,蠕动泵54能够将容器瓶10内的护理品从安装腔511输送至安装壳51外。这样,用户在使用护理仪时,可握持安装壳51,液体通过出液口56输出。
进一步地,如图10所示,在本实施例中,按摩组件55与蠕动泵54可独立工作,当按摩组件55独立工作时,护理仪100便可起到按摩作用;当蠕动泵54工作时,便可将容器瓶10内的护理品输送至安装壳51外,进而便于用户涂抹于脸上或身体上。此外,当按摩组件55与蠕动泵54同步组合工作时,护理品被输送至壳体外,再由按摩组件55通过振动或其他方式将护理品进一步均匀分散,便于用户涂抹于面部或身体,给用户带来双重体验。
进一步地,安装壳51上设置出液口56,第一导管40的另一端伸出到出液口56外,便于用户直接将护理品涂抹到身体发肤上。例如,第一导管40可设置较短的一小截伸出到出液口56外,避免液体流到安装腔51内。
在一些实施例中,还可进一步提供如图12所示的温控组件57,温控组件57与所述控制装置60电连接。在护理品被输送至安装壳51外再由按摩组件55通过振动或其他方式将护理品进一步均匀分散时,同步加热或制冷安装壳51,安装腔511内温度也在温控组件的作用下产生变化,安装腔511内环境温度间接加热或制冷第一导管40内输送的护理品。
具体地,如图5和12所示,在本实施例中,安装腔511内还设有用于加热或制冷安装腔511以及安装壳51的温控组件57,进而间接加热或制冷护理品,温控组件57与控制装置60电连接。
具体地,为实现制热功能,所述安装腔511内远离所述温控组件57的一端还设有温控元件58,所述温控元件58分别与所述温控组件57和所述控制装置60电连接。温控元件58与温控组件57设置在安装腔511内相互远离的位置时,温控组件57上的传感器检测的温度更符合安装腔511内整体温度数值。
在一些实施例中,将温控元件58设置为被动降温/升温形式,例如流体流经低温物体后的物理降温/物理升温。当然,在另一些实施例中,温控组件还可以包含采集在按摩头515内部合适位置设置的温度传感器,由此,温控组件可根据控制装置52预先设置的程序来调节安装腔511位置对应的安装壳51部分的温度,形成闭环控制。
通过设置温控组件57和温控元件58,一方面,在仅使用护理仪100的按摩功能时,可将护理仪100的安装壳51温度调整为预设温度,更匹配用户需求,可有效提升用户体验;另一方面,当用户同时使用按摩组件55与蠕动泵54,启动按摩与护肤的双重作用时,由于出液口56与温控元件58位置相邻近,因此,护理品会从出液口56泵出前,便可通过温控元件58先将护理品调整到适宜使用的温度,再将适宜温度的护理品从出液口56泵出,使得护理品的使用效果更佳。
进一步地,如图10和图11所示,瓶盖11上的传输接头15与第一导管40通过插接件58连通。安装腔511内设置内壳62和底壳63。内壳62和底壳63之间容纳容器瓶10。具体地,内壳62上设有为固定容器瓶10而设置的安装槽519,内壳62的安装槽519配合底壳63的形状,可刚好放置容器瓶10并将其固定。安装壳51上与安装槽519相对区域再设置如图11所示的底壳63,底壳63可拆卸连接到安装壳51上。容器瓶10的传输接头插接到安装槽519的限定孔内,实现容器瓶10可拆卸连接在安装槽519内。具体地,安装槽519为内壳62上设置的凹陷。安装槽519的设置让用户能够更换容器瓶10,以更换不同的护理品,也方便了消费者自行操作往容器内增加或者减少液体,满足用户的不同使用需求。在正常使用过程中,容器瓶10被包裹在安装腔511内,用户不会直接接触到容器瓶10,避免容器瓶10由于误触脱落,使得护理仪的稳定性更佳。
在一些实施例中,如图11、图14和图15所示,为方面描述充电原理,将护理仪100拆分成底座70和主机80两部分来描述。进一步地,护理仪100还包括供电装置(未标示)。如图12和图13所示,具体地,供电装置包括电池71、无线充电对接部位59和无线充电器72,供电装置可实现对护理仪100的无线充电。通过设置供电装置,使得护理仪能够正常工作。电池71与无线充电对接部位59电连接,充电电池分别与控制装置60、温控组件53、按摩组件55以及蠕动泵54电连接。这样,便可通过无线充电器72对充电电池进行充电,这样,不需要在护理仪的表面额外开设充电的接口,避免在清洗护理仪时漏水,可有效保障护理仪的使用寿命。当然,本申请实施例的护理仪100也可使用其它形式的供电方式,例如非接触式无线充电配合充电电池的方式或DC/AC转换供电的方式,本申请对此不做限制。
安装壳51包括低过敏性材料,例如金(例如,24k金)。可以通过电镀将低变应原性材料施加到壳体上。
在一些实施例中,无线充电对接部位59可以由非金属材料(例如,塑料,玻璃或橡胶)制成,并且对应于护理仪主机80外部(护理仪底座70)的无线充电器72的位置。当安装壳51被金属镀层(例如,24k镀金)完全覆盖时,金属镀层对磁场起反应并使电场衰减,从而降低无线充电的效率。因此,为了有效的无线充电,设置具有由对应于无线充电器72的位置的非金属材料制成的无线充电对接部位59。通过无线充电对接部位59,无线充电器72可以对护理仪主机80充电而不受金属镀层的干扰。
更进一步地,如图15所示,无线充电器72可安装在所述护理仪的底座70上,底座可设计成适应护理仪安装壳底部的形状,方便放置护理仪。
在另一实施例中,所述安装壳51上设有有用于刮痧的刮痧块(加图号)。
刮痧块用于刮擦使用者的皮肤或刮痧。这种刮痧块64可以具有三角形体或金字塔形体的形状,以增加与皮肤接触的表面积,如图16和17示意出刮痧块64的形状。将三角形体或金字塔形体露出安装壳51两侧的斜面定义为刮痧面。在刮痧块64的刮痧面上设置一些稍微向内凹陷的小菱格641,可以在刮痧时粘上刮痧用的液体(如精油)并附着在刮痧面的表面上,方便通过在刮痧时转移到被刮痧者的皮肤上。刮痧块64通过胶粘固定、卡扣连接、卡槽连接、螺杆螺母连接中的任一方式或组合的方式固定在所述外壳上。例如通过固定连接(例如螺纹锁定连接或螺栓连接)连接到安装壳51上。刮痧是中医保健或治疗的一种手段。刮痧从业者使用工具施加压力并刮擦使用者的皮肤以重温疼痛和紧张。这个动作引起轻微瘀伤,通常表现为紫色或红色斑点,称为瘀点或沙。 gua sha这个名字 - 发音为gwahshah--来自中文中的刮痧词。它也可以称为皮刮,勺子或压印。它有助于增加血液循环并促进容器瓶10内或外部护理产品的应用。在按摩期间使用工具而不是手可以让物理治疗师施加更大的压力。
在一些实施例中,壳体10可包括选自玉(例如,绿玉和白玉),石英(例如,玫瑰石英,紫水晶和绿色东陵),四赫兹矿石,玄武岩或其组合的材料。上述这些材料可促进循环,调节肌肉,刺激胶原蛋白生成,并且可以帮助护理产品更快地被吸收。而且本段所述材料还可以促进散热。在一些实施例中,这些材料中的一种或多种(玉石,石英,四赫兹矿石,玄武岩或其组合)可用于形成适于刮擦或刮痧的刮痧块64。

  1. 一种容器瓶,用于储存液体,其特征在于:包括瓶盖、与所述瓶盖可拆卸连接的瓶身、容置于所述瓶身内的活塞和设置在瓶身底部的透气孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的容器瓶,其特征在于:所述瓶盖上设有传输接头,所述传输接头的一端与瓶身内的容器空间连通。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的容器瓶,其特征在于:所述瓶身远离所述瓶盖的一侧包括可拆卸的瓶底盖,所述透气孔设置在所述瓶底盖上。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的容器瓶,其特征在于:所述传输接头远离所述容器空间的一端连接外部传送组件,所述活塞在所述外部传送组件的作用下上升或下降。
  5. 一种护理仪,其特征在于:包括如权利要求1-4任一项的容器瓶。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的护理仪,其特征在于:所述护理仪还包括安装壳和设于所述安装壳内传送组件,所述传送组件通过其第一导管从所述传输接头提取出容器瓶瓶内液体,并输出到所述安装壳上的出液口外。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的护理仪,其特征在于:所述传送组件为蠕动泵。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的护理仪,其特征在于:所述蠕动泵包括外壳、电机以及所述第一导管,所述外壳上设有导管开口,且所述外壳向内延伸设有抵接部,所述电机的旋转轴插接于所述外壳内,所述旋转轴上固定有偏心轮,所述抵接部与所述偏心轮之间形成沟槽,所述第一导管嵌入所述沟槽内且所述第一导管两端伸至所述导管开口,所述第一导管为柔性管,所述偏心轮随所述旋转轴转动而挤压所述第一导管抵持所述抵接部以使所述第一导管输送液体。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的护理仪,其特征在于:所述偏心轮与所述旋转轴卡槽连接。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的护理仪,其特征在于:所述沟槽与所述导管开口连通,所述第一导管的两端从所述外壳的同侧伸出于所述导管开口。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的护理仪,其特征在于:所述第一导管的外径范围为3~5mm,内径范围为0.5~2mm。
  12. 根据权利要求5-11任一项所述的护理仪,其特征在于:所述护理仪还包括按摩组件,所述安装壳内部开设有安装腔,所述控制装置、所述容器瓶、所述按摩组件以及所述蠕动泵均设于所述安装腔内。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的护理仪,其特征在于:所述按摩头腔壁上设置所述出液口。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的护理仪,其特征在于:所述按摩头腔内还设有温控组件,所述温控组件与所述控制装置电连接。
  15. 根据权利要求12所述的护理仪,其特征在于:所述安装腔内远离所述温控组件的一端还设有温控元件,所述温控元件分别与所述温控组件和所述控制装置电连接。
  16. 根据权利要求6所述的护理仪,其特征在于:所述安装壳上设有有用于刮痧的刮痧块。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的护理仪,其特征在于:所述刮痧块为金字塔形或者三角体形状,通过胶粘固定、卡扣连接、卡槽连接、螺杆螺母连接中的任一方式或组合的方式固定在所述外壳上。
