The technical field to which the invention relates
This electrical device refers to the field of culinary aids.
The technical problem
One of the most demanding processes in cooking is roasting meat. By roasting meat, we mean heat treatment of meat without the presence of water and water vapor. The biggest challenge when roasting meat is that all microorganisms must be completely destroyed by heat, while the meat loses as little of its natural liquid as possible in order to be juicy and tasty.
It is also important to in some way isolate meat fats that dissolve under the influence of temperature so that they don’t ignite and decompose into various chemicals that have unpleasant taste and are bad for our health.
Also, during the decomposition and burning of these fats, a large amount of smoke is created, which is very uncomfortable, especially indoors.
It would also be great that tasty and healthy roasted meat meals can be prepared quickly and efficiently without smoke and with minimal electricity consumption.
The state of the art
There are currently three basic concepts for roasting meat. One concept is to roast meat with hot air which is used in all ovens either electric or those heated by gas or wood.
The problem with this concept of roasting meat is that it is slow. Because of this, the juices in the meat evaporate long before the meat is roasted, so the meat becomes dried, hard and tasteless.
Another concept of roasting meat is by using a pan or some other heated surface.
Here the temperature is transferred to the meat by convection, ie by direct contact of the meat with the hot surface. The problem with this method is that the surface of the meat is in direct contact with the hot surface. Because of this the high temperature is transferred to the outer layer of meat while the inner layers of meat start to heat up much later so you have unevenly roasted meat in burnt and decomposed meat fats.
The third concept of roasting meat is using a charcoal grill or wood on a grill or skewer.
By barbeque we mean the lattice surface on which the meat is placed above the live coal, while by the skewer we mean the meat that rotates on some shaft above the live coal. Larger meat pieces, steaks, hamburgers, kebabs, etc. can be roasted in a wire container that can be rotated by hand by 180 degrees. This wire container is also suitable for roasting fish, mushrooms, etc.
This device also has a container for roasting vegetables without the need to add oil or any fat. This container is placed in the same sockets on the device on which the wire pan is placed.
The smokeless meat roasting device is designed in such a way that it takes up as little space as possible in the kitchen and is far more compact than similar meat roasting devices. It is practical to use and easy to maintain.

Detailed description of the invention
Quick Smokeless Meat Roasting Device is square shaped with straight sides where on the front there is a front lid Fig.1-11 with two circular openings in which rotating mechanisms are placed Fig.1-2.
On one of the rotating mechanisms, there is a handle that is used to remove and place the skewer mechanism Fig. 1-1.
The handle can be detached and set aside when the device is not in use, so the device takes up less space in the kitchen. The rotating skewer mechanism has a large pitch thread Fig.1-10. for quick and easy insertion of the handle into the device.
On the upper side of the device there are openings for water vapor Fig.1-3. which is released when roasting meat.
On the back of the device there is a back lid Fig.1.12. on which the control panel is located. It has two electrical switches for turning on and off infrared heaters Fig.1-4-5, then a motor switch Fig.1.6., a timer Fig.1-7, and an electronic dimmer for regulating the electric power of the heaters Fig.1-8.
The control panel is placed on the back of the device because it is less likely to get dirty in this position.
On the left side there is a drawer Fig.9 which serves both as a container for collecting fat dripping from the meat and as a holder in which there is a wire container Fig.2-1. The wire container is placed in the drawer in such a way that the shaft of the wire container Fig.2.2 is placed in the holder of the wire container Fig.6-4. The wire container can be rotated 180 degrees using a hand rotating tool Fig.3-2. The possibility of rotating the wire container allows the meat that is roasted in the wire container to be roasted evenly on all sides. When roasting meat, it is necessary to turn the wire pan 180 degrees once in the time span of two minutes from the beginning of roasting.
The duration of roasting meat in the wire container is slightly longer than when roasting on the rotating mechanism and lasts between 3, 4 and 5 minutes. The rotating mechanism for skewers Fig.4 is for smaller pieces of meat with a maximum diameter of 4 cm. The pieces of meat are put on the skewer and placed in the focus of the mirror Fig.8-3. In doing so, the square rotating shaft Fig.4. at the rear, rests on a conical coupling Fig.8-6. and starts the engine Fig.7-10. at 1 rpm. Conical coupling Fig.8- 6. is conical in shape to make it easier to center the square rotating shaft when placing. A rectangular hole passes through the conical coupling into which the square rotating shaft rests so that it is possible to rotate the square rotating shaft without slipping. The motor drives two square rotating shafts simultaneously via two pulleys Fig.7-9 and two conical couplings. The conical coupling is with the shaft of the conical coupling Fig.7-11. attached to the inner ring of the rotating bearing Fig.7-12. The sources of thermal radiation are two electric infrared heaters Fig.7-5, which are attached to the structural girders Fig.8-1-7. The electric control panel Fig.1-4-5-6-7-8 can control the switching on, switching off, power, and operating time of the heater. The heaters are located at the focal point of the mirror Fig.7-1.
The mirrors are located on the top of the device. The mirrors are constructed as in Fig.13. so that they maximally reflect and direct the heat rays to the volume of the meat Fig.13-3 which rotates on the square rotating axis Fig.4-4. On the other hand, the construction of these mirrors enables the maximum direction of heat rays on the wire container when you want to roast meat in that way.

Quick Smokeless Meat Roasting Device characterized in that it is constructed in the form of a square with straight sides Fig.1 , where the front side has a front lid Fig.1-1 1 with two circular openings in which the rotating mechanisms Fig.1-2 for roasting meat are located in the shape of a skewer while on the side there is a pull-out drawer Fig.1-9 which serves as a container for collecting dissolved fats and in which a wire container Fig.2-1 for roasting meat is located while on the upper side of the device there are electric infrared heaters Fig.13-2 in the focus of metal mirrors Fig.13-1 designed on the one hand for maximum reflection of heat rays on the meat volume Fig.13-3 and on the other hand designed for self-cleaning with steam released during meat roasting.

Quick Smokeless Meat Roasting Device according to Claim 1 , characterized in that on its left side there is a drawer Fig.1-9. which serves as a container for dripping meat juices and also as a holder in which the wire container Fig.2-1. is placed in such a way that the shaft of the wire container Fig.2-2 is placed in the holder of the wire container Fig.6-4, the wire container can be rotated manually by 180 degrees using a hand rotating tool Fig.3- 2. and the possibility of rotating the wire pan allows the meat to be roasted in the wire container evenly on all sides.

Quick Smokeless Meat Roasting Device according to Claim 1 , characterized in that the wire container consists of two folding parts where the lid of the wire pan can rotate around hinges made by bending pieces of wire Fig.12-2. so that when closing, the lid passes over curved friction rods Fig.11-4 which prevents it from opening when the wire container is rotated 180 degrees.

Quick Smokeless Meat Roasting Device according to Claim 1 , characterized in that in addition to the square rotating shaft of Fig.4-4. the device also has a special metal rectangular rotating shaft of Fig.5-1. which is used for roasting ground meat to which eggs and flour are added so that it can be glued around this rectangular surface.
7. Quick Smokeless Meat Roasting Device according to Claim 1 , characterized in that a container for roasting vegetables can also be placed in the drawer of Fig.1.9.

Quick Smokeless Meat Roasting Device according to claim 1 , characterized in that the structural girders Fig.8-1-7. consist of three layers, inner and outer metal layer and thermal insulation layer between them Fig.9.1-2-3 where the thermal insulation layer serves to reduce heat transfer to the rear lid space due to the sensitivity of electronic components of the control panel to high temperature but also to all external surfaces of the device Fig.10-1 due to the user's sense of security that the outside of the device is not hot.
9. Quick Smokeless Meat Roasting Device according to claim 1 , characterized in that the mirrors are located on the upper side of the device and are constructed as in Fig.13. so as to maximally reflect and direct heat rays to the meat volume Fig.13-3. that is on the rotating shaft Fig.4-4.
10. Quick Smokeless Meat Roasting Device according to claim 1 , characterized in having a handle Fig.1-1 which can be removed and placed as required to increase the compactness of the device and which is attached to the rotating skewer mechanism Fig.1 - 2 via a thread with a large threaded step.
11. Quick Smokeless Meat Roasting Device according to claim 1 , characterized in that the mirrors Fig.8-7-8 and the infrared heaters are carried by the front and rear structural girders Fig.8-1-7, which are again connected by the base Fig.8-8.
