本发明实施例一提供了一种冰箱的杀菌除味装置更换管控方法,这里,可以在该冰箱中设置有一个控制装置,由该控制装置执行该杀菌除味装置更换管控方法。这里,该控制装置可以使用冰箱所提供的电源(可以理解的是,当该冰箱断电之后,该控制装置就会断电),还可以使用一个独立的电源(例如,充电电池等)为该控制装置提供电能(可以理解的是,当冰箱断电之后,该控制装置仍然可以继续工作);如图1所示,包括以下步骤:
步骤101:采集所述杀菌除味装置的有效预设寿命;在实际使用中,用户所使用的多个杀菌除味装置可能是相同的,即用户被告知该旧的杀菌除味装置过了有效期(即有效预设寿命)之后,就会取一个相同的、且新的杀菌除味装置来替换该旧的杀菌除味装置,因此,该有效预设寿命可 以为一个固定值。也有可能用户所使用的多个杀菌除味装置是不同的,具有不同的有效期,此时,该控制装置需要获取该杀菌除味装置对应的有效期,例如,需要与该杀菌除味装置之间建立通信连接,通过该通信连接获取该有效期;在该杀菌除味装置的外表面上打印有一维码或二维码等,该一维码或二维码用于展示该杀菌除味装置的有效期,然后该控制装置扫描该一维码或二维码,从而得到有效期。
这里,在杀菌除味装置中,杀菌的方式可以为:化学药剂杀菌、辐射杀菌(例如,微波和红外线杀菌等)、化学气体灭菌(例如,环氧乙烷灭菌,甲醛等蒸汽熏蒸和臭氧消毒杀菌等)。该去除异味的方式可以为:固体除味(例如,包含有活性炭,沸石,天然磁石,纳米壳聚糖等材料),液体除味(例如,包含有二氧化氯液体,过氧化氢液体等),气体除味(例如,包含有二氧化氯等)。
步骤102:记录所述杀菌除味装置的累积工作时间;
步骤103:当所述累积工作时间达到所述有效预设寿命时,推送更换杀菌除味装置的提醒。这里,当该杀菌除味装置的累积工作时间超过其有效预设寿命,就可以认为该杀菌除味装置已经失效了,需要提醒用户更换该杀菌除味装置了。这里,推送更换杀菌除味装置的提醒的方式可以为:显示屏显示该提醒,通过语音播报该提醒,以短信的方式向用户的手机发送该提醒等
本发明实施例中,所述“记录所述杀菌除味装置的累积工作时间”具体包括:当探测到杀菌除味装置的安装底座依次出现存置信号、空置信号、存置信号时,开始记录所述杀菌除味装置的累积工作时间。这里,可以在该安装底座设置有弹片,当杀菌除味装置被安装到该安装底座上时,杀菌除味装置就会挤压该弹片(此时该安装底座出现存置信号),比如:在该安装底座上设置有用于容纳该杀菌除味装置的凹部,在该凹部的底板上设置有弹片,当将杀菌除味装置放置到该凹部中时,该杀菌除味装置就会挤压该弹片;该凹部的形状与该杀菌除味装置的形状相配合,在该凹部的内侧壁上设置有弹片,当将杀菌除味装置放置到该凹部时,该杀菌除味装置就会挤压该弹片。可以理解的是,在更换时,该弹片的变化情况为:(1)旧的杀菌除味装置位于该凹部中,弹片被挤压,此时安装底座出现存置信号;(2)用户从该凹部中拿走该杀菌除味装置,弹片变为松弛状态,即没有被挤压,此时安装底座出现空置信号;(3)当用户将新的杀菌除味装置放置到该凹部中时,该弹片被挤压,且一直处于被挤压状态,此时安装底座出现存置信号。
本发明实施例中,当探测到存置信号时,所述安装底座的弹片处于按压状态;当探测到空置信号时,所述安装底座的弹片处于松弛状态。
本发明实施例中,所述“采集所述杀菌除味装置的有效预设寿命”具体包括:读取所述杀菌除味装置的标识信息,从所述标识信息中采集所述杀菌除味装置的有效预设寿命。这里,首先要 获取该杀菌除味装置的标识信息,例如,该杀菌除味装置与该控制装置之间能够建立通信连接(杀菌除味装置和控制装置都需要设置有通信模块),通过该通信连接传输该标识信息;由用户输入(例如,手动输入,语音识别等);在杀菌除味装置的外表面打印有一维码或二维码,该一维码或二维码用于展示该标识信息,然后该控制装置控制扫描装置扫描该一维码或二维码,从而得到该标识信息。
可选的,这里,在该杀菌除味装置上可以设置有通信模块,在安装底座上也需要设置有通信模块,当用户将该杀菌除味装置安装到该安装底座上时,这两个通信模块之间就能够建立无线或无线通信;该无线通信方式可以为:RFID(Radio Frequency Identification,无线射频识别)通信方式,NFC(Near Field Communication,近场通信)通信方式等。
这里,“从所述标识信息中采集所述杀菌除味装置的有效预设寿命”可以具体为:(1)控制装置中包含有一个数据库,在该数据库中设置有若干标识信息及其对应的有效预设寿命,从而从该数据库中,就可以查询到该标识信息对应的有效预设寿命;(2)该冰箱可以通过互联网连接到一个服务器,在该服务器上存储有一个数据库,在该数据库中设置有若干标识信息及其对应的有效预设寿命,从而从该数据库中,就可以查询到该标识信息对应的有效预设寿命。
本发明实施例中,所述“采集所述杀菌除味装置的有效预设寿命”具体包括:采集所述杀菌除味装置的有效预设寿命,且有效预设寿命为N天,N为自然数;
所述“记录所述杀菌除味装置的累积工作时间”具体包括:向非易失性存储器写入数字零,且在每隔24小时就将所述非易失性存储器中所存储的数字增加一;
所述“累积工作时间达到所述有效预设寿命”具体包括:在确定所述非易失性存储器中的数字大于等于N时,则累积工作时间达到所述有效预设寿命。这里,可以理解的是,断电时,该非易失性存储器所存储的数字是不变的,因此,即使发生断电的情况,该定时器也能够正常的工作。
本发明实施例提供了一种冰箱的杀菌除味装置更换管控装置,包括:
有效寿命采集模块,用于采集所述杀菌除味装置的有效预设寿命;在实际使用中,用户所使用的多个杀菌除味装置可能是相同的,即用户被告知该旧的杀菌除味装置过了有效期(即有效预设寿命)之后,就会取一个相同的、且新的杀菌除味装置来替换该旧的杀菌除味装置,因此,该有效预设寿命可以为一个固定值。也有可能用户所使用的多个杀菌除味装置是不同的,具有不同的有效期,此时,该控制装置需要获取该杀菌除味装置对应的有效期,例如,需要与该杀菌除味装置之间建立通信连接,通过该通信连接获取该有效期;在该杀菌除味装置的外表面上打印有一维码或二维码等,该一维码或二维码用于展示该杀菌除味装置的有效期,然后该控制装置扫描该一维码或二维码,从而得到有效期。
这里,在杀菌除味装置中,杀菌的方式可以为:化学药剂杀菌、辐射杀菌(例如,微波和红外线杀菌等)、化学气体灭菌(例如,环氧乙烷灭菌,甲醛等蒸汽熏蒸和臭氧消毒杀菌等)。该去除异味的方式可以为:固体除味(例如,包含有活性炭,沸石,天然磁石,纳米壳聚糖等材料),液体除味(例如,包含有二氧化氯液体,过氧化氢液体等),气体除味(例如,包含有二氧化氯等)。
累积工作时间采集模块,用于记录所述杀菌除味装置的累积工作时间;
推送模块,用于当所述累积工作时间达到所述有效预设寿命时,推送更换杀菌除味装置的提醒。这里,当该杀菌除味装置的累积工作时间超过其有效预设寿命,就可以认为该杀菌除味装置已经失效了,需要提醒用户更换该杀菌除味装置了。这里,推送更换杀菌除味装置的提醒的方式可以为:显示屏显示该提醒,通过语音播报该提醒,以短信的方式向用户的手机发送该提醒等。
本发明实施例中,所述累积工作时间采集模块还用于:当探测到杀菌除味装置的安装底座依次出现存置信号、空置信号、存置信号时,开始记录所述杀菌除味装置的累积工作时间。这里,可以在该安装底座设置有弹片,当杀菌除味装置被安装到该安装底座上时,杀菌除味装置就会挤压该弹片(此时该安装底座出现存置信号),比如:在该安装底座上设置有用于容纳该杀菌除味装置的凹部,在该凹部的底板上设置有弹片,当将杀菌除味装置放置到该凹部中时,该杀菌除味装置就会挤压该弹片;该凹部的形状与该杀菌除味装置的形状相配合,在该凹部的内侧壁上设置有弹片,当将杀菌除味装置放置到该凹部时,该杀菌除味装置就会挤压该弹片。可以理解的是,在更换时,该弹片的变化情况为:(1)旧的杀菌除味装置位于该凹部中,弹片被挤压,此时安装底座出现存置信号;(2)用户从该凹部中拿走该杀菌除味装置,弹片变为松弛状态,即没有被挤压,此时安装底座出现空置信号;(3)当用户将新的杀菌除味装置放置到该凹部中时,该弹片被挤压,且一直处于被挤压状态,此时安装底座出现存置信号。
本发明实施例中,当探测到存置信号时,所述安装底座的弹片处于按压状态;当探测到空置信号时,所述安装底座的弹片处于松弛状态。
本发明实施例中,所述有效寿命采集模块还用于:读取所述杀菌除味装置的标识信息,从所述标识信息中采集所述杀菌除味装置的有效预设寿命。这里,首先要获取该杀菌除味装置的标识信息,例如,该杀菌除味装置与该控制装置之间能够建立通信连接(杀菌除味装置和控制装置都需要设置有通信模块),通过该通信连接传输该标识信息;由用户输入(例如,手动输入,语音识别等);在杀菌除味装置的外表面打印有一维码或二维码,该一维码或二维码用于展示该标识信息,然后该控制装置控制扫描装置扫描该一维码或二维码,从而得到该标识信息。
可选的,这里,在该杀菌除味装置上可以设置有通信模块,在安装底座上也需要设置有通信 模块,当用户将该杀菌除味装置安装到该安装底座上时,这两个通信模块之间就能够建立无线或无线通信;该无线通信方式可以为:RFID(Radio Frequency Identification,无线射频识别)通信方式,NFC(Near Field Communication,近场通信)通信方式等。
这里,“从所述标识信息中采集所述杀菌除味装置的有效预设寿命”可以具体为:(1)控制装置中包含有一个数据库,在该数据库中设置有若干标识信息及其对应的有效预设寿命,从而从该数据库中,就可以查询到该标识信息对应的有效预设寿命;(2)该冰箱可以通过互联网连接到一个服务器,在该服务器上存储有一个数据库,在该数据库中设置有若干标识信息及其对应的有效预设寿命,从而从该数据库中,就可以查询到该标识信息对应的有效预设寿命。
可选的,所述有效寿命采集模块还用于:采集所述杀菌除味装置的有效预设寿命,且有效预设寿命为N天,N为自然数;
所述累积工作时间采集模块还用于:向非易失性存储器写入数字零,且在每隔24小时就将所述非易失性存储器中所存储的数字增加一;
所述推送模块还用于:在确定所述非易失性存储器中的数字大于等于N时,则累积工作时间达到所述有效预设寿命。这里,可以理解的是,断电时,该非易失性存储器所存储的数字是不变的,因此,即使发生断电的情况,该定时器也能够正常的工作。
本发明实施例三提供了一种冰箱,设置有实施例二中的杀菌除味装置更换管控装置。
所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到,为描述的方便和简洁,上述描述的系统,系统和模块的具体工作过程,可以参考前述方法实施方式中的对应过程,在此不再赘述。
在本申请所提供的几个实施方式中,应该理解到,所揭露的系统,系统和方法,可以通过其它的方式实现。例如,以上所描述的系统实施方式仅仅是示意性的,例如,所述模块的划分,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式,例如多个模块或组件可以结合或者可以集成到另一个系统,或一些特征可以忽略,或不执行。另一点,所显示或讨论的相互之间的耦合或直接耦合或通信连接可以是通过一些接口,系统或模块的间接耦合或通信连接,可以是电性,机械或其它的形式。
所述作为分离部件说明的模块可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为模块显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理模块,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络模块上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部模块来实现本实施方式方案的目的。
另外,在本申请各个实施方式中的各功能模块可以集成在一个处理模块中,也可以是各个模块单独物理存在,也可以2个或2个以上模块集成在一个模块中。上述集成的模块既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用硬件加软件功能模块的形式实现。
上述以软件功能模块的形式实现的集成的模块,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。上述软件功能模块存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机系统(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络系统等)或处理器(processor)执行本申请各个实施方式所述方法的部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,ROM)、随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
最后应说明的是:以上实施方式仅用以说明本申请的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施方式对本申请进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施方式所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本申请各实施方式技术方案的精神和范围。
Claims (10)
- 一种冰箱的杀菌除味装置更换管控方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:采集所述杀菌除味装置的有效预设寿命;记录所述杀菌除味装置的累积工作时间;当所述累积工作时间达到所述有效预设寿命时,推送更换杀菌除味装置的提醒。
- 根据权利要求1所述的杀菌除味装置更换管控方法,其特征在于,所述“记录所述杀菌除味装置的累积工作时间”具体包括:当探测到杀菌除味装置的安装底座依次出现存置信号、空置信号、存置信号时,开始记录所述杀菌除味装置的累积工作时间。
- 根据权利要求2所述的杀菌除味装置更换管控方法,其特征在于:当探测到存置信号时,所述安装底座的弹片处于按压状态;当探测到空置信号时,所述安装底座的弹片处于松弛状态。
- 根据权利要求1所述的杀菌除味装置更换管控方法,其特征在于,所述“采集所述杀菌除味装置的有效预设寿命”具体包括:读取所述杀菌除味装置的标识信息,从所述标识信息中采集所述杀菌除味装置的有效预设寿命。
- 根据权利要求1所述的杀菌除味装置更换管控方法,其特征在于,所述“采集所述杀菌除味装置的有效预设寿命”具体包括:采集所述杀菌除味装置的有效预设寿命,且有效预设寿命为N天,N为自然数;所述“记录所述杀菌除味装置的累积工作时间”具体包括:向非易失性存储器写入数字零,且在每隔24小时就将所述非易失性存储器中所存储的数字增加一;所述“累积工作时间达到所述有效预设寿命”具体包括:在确定所述非易失性存储器中的数字大于等于N时,则累积工作时间达到所述有效预设寿命。
- 一种冰箱的杀菌除味装置更换管控装置,其特征在于,包括:有效寿命采集模块,用于采集所述杀菌除味装置的有效预设寿命;累积工作时间采集模块,用于记录所述杀菌除味装置的累积工作时间;推送模块,用于当所述累积工作时间达到所述有效预设寿命时,推送更换杀菌除味装置的提醒。
- 根据权利要求6所述的杀菌除味装置更换管控装置,其特征在于,所述累积工作时间采集模块还用于:当探测到杀菌除味装置的安装底座依次出现存置信号、空置信号、存置信号时,开始记录所述杀菌除味装置的累积工作时间。
- 根据权利要求7所述的杀菌除味装置更换管控装置,其特征在于:当探测到存置信号时,所述安装底座的弹片处于按压状态;当探测到空置信号时,所述安装底座的弹片处于松弛状态。
- 根据权利要求6所述的杀菌除味装置更换管控装置,其特征在于,所述有效寿命采集模块还用于:读取所述杀菌除味装置的标识信息,从所述标识信息中采集所述杀菌除味装置的有效预设寿命。
- 一种冰箱,其特征在于,设置有权利要求6所述的杀菌除味装置更换管控装置。
