有益效果:采用本发明的家用净水、软水一体机,将软化罐、净化罐集成于箱体内 部,控制阀固定在软化罐的罐口,罐体连接部件固定在净化罐的罐口,软化罐、净化罐之间仅通过控制阀、罐体连接部件连接,管路接头数量少,可大大降低管路水泄漏风险,通过控制阀集中控制可实现净水罐、软水罐同时工作、软水罐工作净水罐冲洗、净水罐工作软水罐再生的切换,操作简单,同时箱体可作为盐箱实用,可节省软水机空间利用;用户可以采用有线或无线WIFI控制方式,方便用户的日常使用;而且控制系统带有显示屏,可以详细的显示净化软化一体机的各个工作状态,方便用户了解软净一体机的使用状态;家用净水、软水一体机各管路进出水接口之间采用螺纹连接或者卡扣连接方式,方便用户的安装。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图对本发明做更进一步的解释。
如图1所示,本发明的一种家用净水、软水一体,包括控制阀1、控制模块2、软化罐8、净化罐9、罐体连接部件10、罐体固定部件11、箱体7。
软化罐8、净化罐9通过罐体固定部件11固定在箱体7内,罐体固定部件11包括罐卡,罐卡与箱体7内壁固定,罐卡设有与软化罐8、净化罐9的罐口外径相匹配的卡槽,通过卡槽固定软化罐8、净化罐9的罐口。软化罐8内填装软化树脂8-1,软化罐8的罐口设有软化罐中心管8-2,软化罐中心管8-2插入软化树脂8-1中,净化罐9内填装滤料9-1,净化罐9的罐口设有净化罐中心管9-2,净化罐中心管9-2插入滤料9-1中。
如图1和3所示,控制阀1固定在软化罐8的罐口,控制阀1含有内腔一1-12、内腔二1-13、虹吸器14,内腔一1-12、内腔二1-13相互导通,内腔一1-12设有进液口1-1、废液排放口1-2、净水出口1-3、软水出口1-4、过液口一1-6、过液口二1-8、过液口三1-9、过液口四1-10、过液口五1-11,过液口二1-8连接软化罐中心管8-2,过液口四1-10连接软化罐8的罐口,净水出口1-3设有开关一1-14,软水出口1-4设有开关二1-15、过液口六1-5,内腔二1-13设有再生液进口1-7、过液口七1-16,虹吸器14的入口分别连接过液口六1-5、过液口七1-16,虹吸器14的出口连接过液口一1-6。
本实施例中,所述再生液进口1-7通过再生液进液管与箱体7内部连通,箱体7内部盛装再生液。将箱体7作为盐箱使用。
如图1至3所示,罐体连接部件10固定在净化罐9的罐口,罐体连接部件10含有进出水管一10-1、进出水管二10-2,进出水管一10-1分别连接过液口三1-9、净化罐中心管9-2,进出水管二10-2分别连接过液口五1-11、净化罐9的罐口。
为便于用户的安装拆卸,所述控制阀1与软化罐8的罐口通过螺纹或卡扣连接,所述罐体连接部件10与净化罐9的罐口通过螺纹或卡扣连接。所述进出水管一10-1通过螺纹或卡扣分别连接过液口三1-9、净化罐中心管9-2,所述进出水管二10-2通过螺纹或卡扣分别连接过液口五1-11、净化罐9的罐口。
如图3至5所示,内腔一1-12内通过支架一12装有密封垫一4,内腔二1-13内通过支架二13装有密封垫二3,活塞一5套在密封垫一4中,活塞二6穿过活塞一5并且套在密封垫一4、密封垫二3中,活塞二6含有自左向右依次设置的柱体一6-8、端面6-7、台阶一6-1、凹槽一6-2、台阶二6-3、柱体二6-4、凹槽二6-5、柱体三6-6,活塞一5含有自左向右依次设置的凸台一5-1、凹槽三5-2和凸台二5-3,活塞一5的右端设有密封件5-4,活塞一5内部设有过液口八5-5,柱体一6-8位于活塞一5内部, 其左侧直径较大,右侧直径较小,过液口八5-5位于柱体一6-8的右侧,活塞二6向右运动,柱体一6-8的左侧与过液口八5-5接触,可带动活塞一5向右运动,活塞二6向左运动,端面6-7与活塞一5的右端面接触,可带动活塞一5向左运动。
控制模块2连接活塞驱动机构,活塞驱动机构用于驱动活塞二6左右运动。所述活塞驱动机构可采用直线气缸或电机。
优选的,为了便于用户操作实用,该家用净水、软水一体机还配备有遥控器,遥控器与控制模块2通过数据线或WIFI连接。所述箱体7顶部可配备显示器,显示器与控制模块2连接。通过显示器可以详细的显示该家用净水、软水一体机的实时工作状态及运行参数。
如图6所示,此时设备处于工作状态,原水从进液口1-1进入到控制阀1,通过罐体连接装置10,进入净水罐9,从净水罐中心管9-2流出,通过罐体连接装置10进入到控制阀1内部一分为二,一路水流直接从净水出口1-3流出进入家庭管路,一路水流从控制阀内部进入到软水罐8内部,再从软水罐中心管8-2流出进入控制阀1,再从软水出口1-2流出进入另一路家庭管路。
如图7所示,设备处于工作状态时,原水经过进液口1-1流过活塞5的凹槽三5-2并经过过液口五1-11进入净化罐9,流过滤料9-1,滤料9-1将原液过滤,去除原液中的颗粒物杂质和游离杂质,根据滤料的作用不同,能去除原液中的不同成分。过滤过的液体从滤料罐9的滤料罐中心管9-2流经过过液口三1-9,在此位置处理过的液体一部分从净水出口1-3流出,在净水出口1-3可以得到过滤过的合格液体。另一部分经过活塞6的凹槽一6-2从过液口四1-10流出进入软化罐8,流经软化树脂8-1,从软化罐中心管8-2流出经过过液口二1-8,从软水出口1-4流出。过滤过的液体经过软化树脂8-1,降低水的硬度。当开关一1-14关闭时,没有过滤液体流出,过滤过的液体经过软化树脂8-1的处理,从软水出口1-4流出。当开关二1-15关闭时,液体只经过滤料9-1处理,软水出口1-4没有液体流出。
在此位置活塞5的密封件5-4和活塞6的端面6-7密封。没有液体从废液排放口1-2流出。
如图8所示,当净化罐9的净化功能失效后,通过活塞驱动机构驱动活塞二6运动,设备切换到净化罐反洗软化罐工作状态,此时原水从进液口1-1进入到控制阀1内部后一分为二,一路水流直接进入软化罐8,再从软化罐中心管8-2流出进入控制阀1进行软化,再从软水出口1-4流出进入家庭管路。另外一路水流从净化罐中心管9-2进入净化罐9,对净化罐9的滤料9-1进行反冲洗,将净水过程中产生的杂质、异物通过水流的冲洗排出,排出的污水通过罐体连接装置4进入控制阀1,然后废液排放口1-5排入 污水管道。此步骤完成后设备切换到工作状态。
如图9所示,设备处于净化罐反洗软化罐工作状态时,活塞6带动活塞5移动到图9所示位置。原水从进液口1-1进入穿过活塞5的过液孔5-5,在此位置原水一部分从过液口三1-9进入净化罐9的中心管9-2,从滤料9-1底部将滤料冲散,将滤料9-1上的附着物清除,这些附着物随着液体从过液口五1-11进入控制阀1,经过活塞5的凹槽5-2从废液排放口1-2流出。另一部分原水从过液口四1-10进入软化罐8进行软化,在通过从过液口二1-8进入控制阀1,流经活塞6的凹槽一6-2从软水出口1-4流出。
如图10所示,当软水罐3的软化功能失效后,通过活塞驱动机构驱动活塞二6运动,设备切换到净化罐工作软化再生状态,此时净化罐9处于工作状态,软化罐8处于再生状态。原水从进液口1-1进入到控制阀1内部后,再通过罐体连接部件10进入净化罐9,从净化罐中心管9-2流出,再通过罐体连接部件10进入到控制阀1内部一分为二,一路水流直接从净水出口1-3流出进入家庭管路,另外一路水流从控制阀1内部到软化罐8内部,同时再生液进液管从箱体7内吸入软化罐树脂再生时所需的再生液,经过控制阀1与上述水流汇合,一起进入软化罐8内部对软化树脂8-1进行再生。再生时产生的废水从废液排放口1-2排入到污水管道中。此步骤完成后设备切换到工作状态。
如图11所示,设备处于净化罐工作软化再生状态时,活塞6带动活塞5移动到图11所示位置。原水从进液口1-1流入,流经活塞5凹槽5-2从过液口五1-11流出,进入净化罐9进行过滤,然后通过过液口三1-9进入控制阀,液体流经活塞6的凹槽一6-2后,一部分从过净水出口1-3流出,另一部分从过液口六1-5经过虹吸器2,通过虹吸效应将再生液从再生液进口1-7吸入,再生液经过凹槽二6-5、液口七1-16进入虹吸器2与水流汇合,然后通过虹吸器2排出,后经过活塞6的台阶二6-3从过液口二1-8流出,进入软化罐8的软化罐中心管8-2,将软化树脂8-1功能恢复。产生的废液从过液口四1-10流入控制阀,流经柱体一6-8从废液排放口1-2流出。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种家用净水、软水一体,其特征在于:包括控制阀(1)、控制模块(2)、软化罐(8)、净化罐(9)、罐体连接部件(10)、罐体固定部件(11)、箱体(7);
    软化罐(8)、净化罐(9)通过罐体固定部件(11)固定在箱体(7)内,软化罐(8)内填装软化树脂(8-1),软化罐(8)的罐口设有软化罐中心管(8-2),软化罐中心管(8-2)插入软化树脂(8-1)中,净化罐(9)内填装滤料(9-1),净化罐(9)的罐口设有净化罐中心管(9-2),净化罐中心管(9-2)插入滤料(9-1)中;
    控制阀(1)固定在软化罐(8)的罐口,控制阀(1)含有内腔一(1-12)、内腔二(1-13)、虹吸器(14),内腔一(1-12)、内腔二(1-13)相互导通,内腔一(1-12)设有进液口(1-1)、废液排放口(1-2)、净水出口(1-3)、软水出口(1-4)、过液口一(1-6)、过液口二(1-8)、过液口三(1-9)、过液口四(1-10)、过液口五(1-11),过液口二(1-8)连接软化罐中心管(8-2),过液口四(1-10)连接软化罐(8)的罐口,净水出口(1-3)设有开关一(1-14),软水出口(1-4)设有开关二(1-15)、过液口六(1-5),内腔二(1-13)设有再生液进口(1-7)、过液口七(1-16),虹吸器(14)的入口分别连接过液口六(1-5)、过液口七(1-16),虹吸器(14)的出口连接过液口一(1-6);
    罐体连接部件(10)固定在净化罐(9)的罐口,罐体连接部件(10)含有进出水管一(10-1)、进出水管二(10-2),进出水管一(10-1)分别连接过液口三(1-9)、净化罐中心管(9-2),进出水管二(10-2)分别连接过液口五(1-11)、净化罐(9)的罐口;
    内腔一(1-12)内通过支架一(12)装有密封垫一(4),内腔二(1-13)内通过支架二(13)装有密封垫二(3),活塞一(5)套在密封垫一(4)中,活塞二(6)穿过活塞一(5)并且套在密封垫一(4)、密封垫二(3)中,活塞二(6)含有自左向右依次设置的柱体一(6-8)、端面(6-7)、台阶一(6-1)、凹槽一(6-2)、台阶二(6-3)、柱体二(6-4)、凹槽二(6-5)、柱体三(6-6),活塞一(5)含有自左向右依次设置的凸台一(5-1)、凹槽三(5-2)和凸台二(5-3),活塞一(5)的右端设有密封件(5-4),活塞一(5)内部设有过液口八(5-5),柱体一(6-8)位于活塞一(5)内部,其左侧直径较大,右侧直径较小,过液口八(5-5)位于柱体一(6-8)的右侧,活塞二(6)向右运动,柱体一(6-8)的左侧与过液口八(5-5)接触,可带动活塞一(5)向右运动,活塞二(6)向左运动,端面(6-7)与活塞一(5)的右端面接触,可带动活塞一(5)向左运动;
    控制模块(2)连接活塞驱动机构,活塞驱动机构用于驱动活塞二(6)左右运动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种家用净水、软水一体,其特征在于:所述再生液进 口(1-7)通过再生液进液管与箱体(7)内部连通,箱体(7)内部盛装再生液。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种家用净水、软水一体,其特征在于:所述控制阀(1)与软化罐(8)的罐口通过螺纹或卡扣连接,所述罐体连接部件(10)与净化罐(9)的罐口通过螺纹或卡扣连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种家用净水、软水一体,其特征在于:所述进出水管一(10-1)通过螺纹或卡扣分别连接过液口三(1-9)、净化罐中心管(9-2),所述进出水管二(10-2)通过螺纹或卡扣分别连接过液口五(1-11)、净化罐(9)的罐口。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种家用净水、软水一体,其特征在于:所述罐体固定部件(11)包括罐卡,罐卡与箱体(7)内壁固定,罐卡设有与软化罐(8)、净化罐(9)的罐口外径相匹配的卡槽,通过卡槽固定软化罐(8)、净化罐(9)的罐口。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种家用净水、软水一体,其特征在于:还包括遥控器,遥控器与控制模块(2)通过数据线或WIFI连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种家用净水、软水一体,其特征在于:所述箱体(7)顶部设有显示器,显示器与控制模块(2)连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种家用净水、软水一体,其特征在于:所述活塞驱动机构采用直线气缸或电机。
