  • Invention relates to a machine processing textile with laser which is used for any and all textile products, mainly denim, and marks dot base pictures onto textile products by means of its laser technology and providing textile products with a natural wearing appearance, and its method.
  • the machine using laser technology gives laser onto fabrics and burns surface of said fabric with said laser rays. Upon such burning operation, particularly denim fabric and products made from denim fabric undergo colour change.
  • “Burning pictures” is the name given to digital pictures or images giving aged appearance. “Burning pictures” are dot based, and colour value of each dot determines the colour intended to be on the fabric. Fabric is exposed to laser rays for a certain time period based on colour value.
