背景技术
咖啡是世界三大饮料之一,在世界各地,人们越来越爱喝咖啡。并且咖啡机日益普及,其使咖啡的制备变得更为方便、简单,随之而来的“咖啡文化”充满生活的每个时刻。
胶囊咖啡机便属于咖啡机的一种,所谓胶囊就是厂商预先将咖啡粉装入一个与布丁盒相似的塑料胶囊内,然后充入惰性气体以保鲜。我们在制作咖啡时,只要将胶囊装入上述的胶囊咖啡机里面,就能很快的喝到一杯香浓的咖啡了。相比用咖啡粉的半自动咖啡机、全自动咖啡机,胶囊咖啡机的操作十分简便。广义上的胶囊咖啡机不仅仅能制作咖啡,还支持制作天然花果茶等。
目前的胶囊咖啡机内部一般设有冲泡结构,该冲泡结构包括可以容置胶囊的杯座、能够刺破胶囊膜并添加水的注射组件、设于注射组件上的夹持件(用于夹持胶囊),以及驱动注射组件沿设定方向运动的驱动组件。
由于夹持件需要随注射组件一同运动,所以目前很多的胶囊咖啡机都将夹持件设置为与注射组件一体刚性连接的长条状,但是这种设置方式可能会使夹持件在与杯座的侧壁长期抵持后发生变形而失效。
发明内容
本申请旨在提供一种饮料冲泡结构与具有上述饮料冲泡结构的饮料机,以解决目前的冲泡结构的夹持件容易变形失效的技术问题。
本申请解决其技术问题采用以下技术方案:
一种饮料冲泡结构,包括:
机架,包括基座和设于所述基座的相对两侧的支板,所述支板与所述基座围成一安装空间;

由于本饮料冲泡结构中的夹持件一端与安装座转动连接,另一端通过一连接杆间接地与 注射组件转动连接,夹持件整体可相对注射组件活动,在与基座抵持时能够灵活地转动,避免了与基座长期抵持而发生变形、失效的弊端,能够提高产品的使用寿命。

为增大夹持件220能够相对滑块212转动的角度范围,同时避免夹持件220与支板120的过早干涉,基部221与第一转轴223通过倾斜的连接部222连接。具体的,连接部的一端与基部连接,另一端向靠近基座的方向延伸;沿第一方向,自基部221的一端指向第一转轴223的一端,连接部222逐渐靠近支板120,即相对的两连接部222呈“八”字形张开的形状。
第一转轴223设于连接部222远离基部221的一端,其整体沿第三方向延伸,第一转轴223铰接于第一铰孔213,以使夹持件220与安装座210转动连接。可以理解的是,在申请的其他实施例中,还可以将第一铰孔设置于夹持件220,相应的,安装座上设有与之对应的第一转轴。
为防止夹持件220沿第一方向运动的过程中发生自由的转动,以使夹持件220难以按照预期的设定释放胶囊,底板211与基部221之间还设有弹性件240,同时滑块212远离底板211的一端设有限位部214。在释放胶囊之前,在弹性件240的作用下,连接部222远离底板211的一侧与限位部214抵持,以保证夹持件220在沿第一方向运动的过程中保持稳定,而不发生转动。
在本实施例中,限位部214为与连接部222远离底板一端的侧面相适配的倾斜平面;可以理解的是,在其他例子中,限位部还可以是其它形状,例如连接部222远离底板一端的呈圆弧面时,限位部也可以相应地调整为圆弧面,在此不一一限定。
在本实施例中,弹性件240位弹簧,底板211和基部221上对应的设有向其中另一个延伸的圆柱形突起,弹簧套设于两圆柱形突起上,且其两端分别与底板211、基部221抵持。
应当理解,弹性件240还可以是硅胶、橡胶和高弹海绵等弹性元件,弹性件具体设置的位置也可以做出简单调整,例如弹性件240的两端分别与滑块212及连接部222抵持,在此均不作限定。
为使夹持组件200在回程(即远离基座运动的过程)时能够将胶囊从容置腔拉出实现回收,基部221靠近容置腔的一侧设置有向容置腔的中心延伸的落料板226,该落料板226具体设于夹持槽224与连接部222之间。本实施例中落料板226是扁平的板状结构,可以理解的是,在本申请的其他例子中,落料板226还可以棒状、条状等结构,只要其在回程过程能够与胶囊边缘抵持并将胶囊从容置腔拉出即可。
连接杆230的两端分别与夹持件220和注射组件300转动连接;具体的,基部221靠近注射组件的一端设置有铰接座225,该铰接座225设置有沿第三方向贯通的第二铰孔,连接杆230靠近夹持件220的一端设有与上述第二铰孔匹配的第二转轴,连接杆230通过上述的第二铰孔与第二转轴与夹持件220转动连接;同理的,连接杆230靠近注射组件300的一端设置有第三转轴,注射组件300上设置有与上述的第三转轴匹配的第三铰孔,连接杆230通过上述的第三铰孔与第三转轴与注射组件300转动连接。
进一步的,为避免连接杆230、铰接座225在转动的过程中与支板120发生干涉,连接杆230与铰接座225的宽度之和小于上述滑槽121的宽度,且连接杆230与铰接座225于支板120上的投影落于滑槽121的宽度范围之内。
上述实施例中,夹持件220是通过连接杆230实现与注射组件300的转动连接,但应当理解,在某些情况下,连接杆230是可以省略的,即注射组件300直接与夹持件220转动连接。
参照图7,其示出了注射组件、驱动组件与动力组件的连接关系的立体示意图;同时结合图1至图6,注射组件300上设有与上述滑槽121匹配的导块310,其能够通过该导块310与滑槽121的配合于支板120上沿第一方向滑动。
驱动组件400包括第一连杆410、第二连杆420和连接轴430。第一连杆410的一端铰接于两支板120之间,并可绕与第二方向平行的轴线转动,另一端通过连接轴430铰接有两第二连杆420,第二连杆420远离转轴的一端与注射组件300转动连接。总体的,支板120、第一连杆410、第二连杆420和注射组件300构成曲柄滑块机构,驱动第一连杆410向靠近基座110的一端转动,则注射组件300朝靠近基座110的一端运动;相反的,驱动第一连杆410向远离基座110的一端转动,则注射组件300朝远离基座110的一端运动。
动力组件500包括手柄510和第三连杆520,手柄510的一端与机架100铰接,并可绕与第二方向平行的轴线转动。第三连杆的一端铰接于上述的连接轴430,另一端铰接于手柄510的中部。
以手柄510与机架100的铰接轴为轴心,将手柄510朝靠近安装空间的方向转动时,第三连杆520拉动连接轴430向靠近基座110的一侧运动,从而带动注射组件300朝向基座110移动。
参照图8和图9,其分别示出了夹持组件开始释放和完全释放胶囊时该饮料冲泡结构的剖切示意图,同时结合图1至图7,对本饮料冲泡结构的工作过程进行简要说明:
当需要冲泡饮料时,先将手柄510朝远离安装空间130的方向拉动至如图1所示的状态。
然后,将胶囊600的边缘从夹持槽224敞开的一端挂接于夹持组件200上。
其次,将手柄510朝靠近安装空间130的方向推动,带动注射组件300、夹持组件200以及挂于夹持组件200上的胶囊600沿第一方向靠近杯座111。
参照图8,当胶囊600部分进入容置腔,且夹持件220与导向斜面112抵持时,夹持件 220靠近注射组件300的一端会在抵持作用下克服弹性件240的弹力,相对安装座210向远离安装空间130中心的方向转动。当夹持件220转动到一定位置时,胶囊600边缘完全脱离夹持槽224,胶囊600在注射组件300的推力下完全进入容置腔,如图9所示。与此同时,夹持组件200继续向靠近基座110的方向运动。
接下来,注射组件300刺破胶囊600的顶膜,并向胶囊600内填充热水以完成冲泡过程。
冲泡结束后,朝远离安装空间130的方向拉动手柄510,夹持组件200在注射组件300的拉动作用下沿第一方向朝远离基座110的方向运动,直至回到上述的初始位置。在该过程中,落料板226能够将胶囊600从容置腔中拉出,以使胶囊600掉落至指定的回收位置;在夹持组件200离开杯座111后,夹持件220在弹性件240的作用下复位。
该饮料冲泡结构的夹持组件200包括安装座210与夹持件220,夹持件220的一端与注射组件300转动连接,另一端与安装座210转动连接。
当夹持组件200运动至与基座110抵持时,两夹持件220靠近注射组件300的一端向远离安装空间130的方向转动张开。
由于本饮料冲泡结构中的夹持件220一端与安装座210转动连接,另一端通过一连接杆230间接地与注射组件300转动连接,夹持件220整体可相对注射组件300活动,在与基座110抵持时能够灵活地转动,避免了长期与基座被动地抵持而发生变形、失效的弊端,能够提高产品的使用寿命。
应当理解,上述实施例是通过夹持件220与导向斜面112的配合实现两夹持件的开合过程,但本申请并不限于此,只要机架100上设有一能够在夹持组件200的运动过程中与其抵持的结构即可。例如,夹持组件200可以不通过导向斜面112完成上述开合过程,而是在其运动至安装座210与基座110抵持后,安装座210能够相对机架100固定,由于注射组件300仍然会进一步靠近容置腔,所以夹持件220会在连接杆230的作用下克服弹性件240的弹力绕第一转轴223向远离安装空间130中心的方向转动完成打开过程。
此外,请参照图10及图11,其示出了另一种饮料冲泡结构的一个方向的立体示意图以及机架的一个方向的立体示意图,同时结合图1至图9,其与第一个实施例的主要区别在于:
第一个实施例中是通过在安装座210与夹持件220之间设置弹性件240,使夹持件220在到达释放胶囊的位置之前能够保持相对稳定,而在安装座210与机架100抵持后,夹持件220克服弹力向远离安装空间的方向转动;
而在本实施例中,是通过在杯座两侧的两支板上分别设置一沿第一方向延伸的导向板800使夹持件按照预期的设定张开以释放胶囊,两导向板810关于杯座呈对称设置。
具体的,该导向板800远离支板的一侧设有第一导向部810和第二导向部820,第一导向部810设于第二导向部820与基座之间。第一导向部810相对于支板倾斜设置,且沿第一方向自杯座的顶部指向其底部的方向,第一导向部810与支板之间的距离逐渐缩小。
第二导向部820与支板平行,即第二导向部820与支板之间的距离保持一致。优选的,第二导向部820与第一导向部810之间通过圆弧面过渡。
本实施例中,第一导向部810及第二导向部820均为平面形状;可以理解的是,在本申请的其他实施例中,第一导向部810及第二导向部820还可以是直线,如圆柱的母线;此外,第二导向部820也可以是圆弧面或者圆弧线;每个支板上的导向板800也可以是两个或者两个以上,在此不一一限定。
以下结合各附图,对该实施例提供的饮料冲泡结构的工作过程进行简要说明:
初始位置,夹持件的基部靠近支板的一端与第二导向部820抵接,连接部远离支板的一侧与限位部抵持,即夹持件相对安装座固定,不会发生转动;当驱动注射组件沿第一方向靠近杯座的过程中,基部由第二导向部820运动至第一导向部810,此过程中,基部与支板之间的距离逐渐缩小,由于第一转轴相对支板的距离并未发生变化,所以夹持件靠近注射组件的一端会朝远离安装空间的方向发生相对偏转,完成夹持件的张开过程,以实现胶囊的释放。在整个过程中,夹持件始终与导向板800抵持。
导向板800能够与支板同时成型,且与在安装座上成型安装弹性件的凸起相比,其成型难度相对较低;同时省去了弹性件,节省零件成本以及装配成本。
请参照图12与图13,其分别示出了本申请提供的另一种饮料冲泡结900的立体示意图及分解示意图,其包括机架910、夹持组件920、注射组件930、驱动组件940以及动力组件950,请同时结合图1至图11,该饮料冲泡结构900与第二实施例中的饮料冲泡结构的主要不同在于;
饮料冲泡结构900还包括扣压件与复位件980,其中,扣压件设于支板背离安装空间的一端,且位于靠近基座的一侧,复位件980的两端分别与注射组件及支板连接;此外,夹持组件920不包括独立的落料板。
具体地,机架910包括基座911,以及沿第二方向分别设于基座911两侧且整体沿第一方向延伸的两支板912,每一支板912靠近基座911的一端延伸并形成固定部,每一支板912通过该固定部与基座911固定连接。请参照图14及图15,其分别示出了支板912及扣压件970的两个方向的连接示意图,支板912靠近安装空间的一端设有两导向板960,该两导向板960沿第三方向平行设置,所述导向板960与第二实施例中的导向板800的形状结构及作用均基本相同,在此不赘述。支板912背离安装空间的一端设有上述扣压件970,该扣压件970与支板912及安装座一一对应,扣压件970具体包括扣压部971和连接部972,扣压部971设于支板远离安装空间的一端,其至少部分沿第一方向延伸;连接部972设于扣压部971靠近基座的一端,其一端与扣压部971连接,另一端与支板912连接。扣压部971用于在夹持组件的基部沿导向板960的第一导向部运动时,与安装座的底板背离安装空间的一端抵持,以使安装座分别与支板912、扣压件970具有一定压力,进而使安装座在运动过程中受到摩擦,从而使安装座的运动速率小于注射组件的运动速率;以便于在注射组件靠近基座的过程中,夹持件稳定地向背离安装空间的方向转动并释放胶囊,以及在注射组件远离基座的过程中,夹持件稳定地向靠近安装空间的方向转动并摆正复位。进一步地,扣压件970还包括导 向部973,导向部973的一端与扣压部971远离连接部972的一端连接,另一端向背离安装空间的方向相对支板912倾斜延伸。导向部973远离扣压部971的一端与支板912之间的距离较扣压部与支板912之间的距离更大,故导向部的设置能够增加安装座底板进入扣压部971与支板912之间的容错率。本实施例中,扣压件970由塑料制成,且与支板912一体成型;可以理解的是,在本申请的其他实施例中,扣压件还可以由橡胶、硅胶、金属片等其他材料制成,在此不一一详举。此外,在本申请的其他实施例中,连接部还可以设于扣压部沿第三方向的某一侧或两侧,且分别与扣压部及支板连接。
对于上述夹持组件920,请参照图16至图19,其分别示出了夹持组件920、注射组件930与复位件980之间的局部分解示意图,夹持件的两个方向的立体示意图以及A处的局部放大示意图,请同时结合图1至图15,该夹持组件930与第二实施例中的夹持组件的结构主要不同在于:第二实施例中的夹持组件包括一独立且设于基部与连接部之间落料板,并通过该落料板实现将冲泡后的胶囊自容置腔中拉出回收;而本实施例中,夹持组件930不再包括独立的落料板,而是通过基部在夹持槽背离基座911的一侧沿第二方向朝靠近安装空间的中心一侧延伸形成落料部,以实现将冲泡后的胶囊自容置腔中带出并回收,即是:基部于沿第一方向的两端中,其远离基座的一端较其靠近基座的一端于第二方向上更靠近安装空间的中心。此外,杯座上导向斜面的设置能够避免上述落料部在往返行程中与杯座干涉。
对于上述注射组件930、驱动组件940以及动力组件950,其具体结构分别与第二实施例中的注射组件、驱动组件以及动力组件的结构相同,在此不赘述。
对于上述复位件980,请参照图13至图16,复位件980的一端与注射组件930连接,另一端与支板912连接。具体地,注射组件930设有第一连接部931,支板912背离安装空间的一端于远离基座的一侧设有第二连接部913,复位件980的两端分别与上述第一连接部931及第二连接部913连接。本实施例中,复位件980为弹簧,该两个弹簧沿第二方向分别设于注射组件930的两侧,且与支板912一一对应;在注射组件靠近基座运动的过程中,注射组件930克服弹簧的弹力并拉伸弹簧,以使该弹簧在注射组件远离基座运动的过程中驱动注射组件复位,从而带动夹持组件920复位。可以理解的是,在本申请的其他实施例中,复位件还可以是橡胶条、硅胶条等其他弹性元件;弹性件的数量也可以是两个以外的其他数量。
该饮料冲泡结构的工作过程与第二实施例中的饮料冲泡结构的工作过程基本相同,但与第二实施例中的饮料冲泡结构相比,本实施例提供饮料冲泡结构900具有以下优点:
第二实施例中的夹持组件在基部运动至第一导向部区域时,由于注射组件及安装座均在沿第一方向自由运动,两者之间的运动速率差是随机变化的,则夹持件向背离安装空间一侧转动地规律是难以确定的;而本实施例中,夹持组件在运动至基部位于第一导向部区域时,安装座的底板已经进入扣压件与支板之间,且安装座的底板与扣压件、支板之间的摩擦力相对稳定,则在注射组件的运动速率相对稳定的情况下,注射组件930与安装座之间的运动速率差也相对稳定,故而夹持件能够在注射组件靠近基座的过程中,稳定地向背离安装空间的方向转动并释放胶囊,且还能够在注射组件远离基座的过程中,稳定地向靠近安装空间的方 向转动并摆正复位;
此外,第二实施例中的饮料冲泡结构,无论是注射组件靠近或远离基座,均需要人工转动手柄,该饮料冲泡结构使用过程比较费力,用户体验较差;而本实施例中的饮料冲泡结构900还包括复位件980,该复位件980的设置能够使饮料冲泡结束后,用户仅需小力地拉动手柄,使驱动组件脱离死点位置,则注射组件即可在复位件980的作用下实现复位,同时带动夹持组件920复位,则该饮料冲泡结构的使用较为省力,用户体验佳。
本申请还提供了一种饮料机,该饮料机包括机身以及上述任一实施例中的饮料冲泡结构,饮料冲泡结构中的夹持件两端分别转动连接于注射组件与安装座,夹持件整体可相对注射组件活动,在与基座抵持时能够灵活地转动,避免了长期与基座被动地抵持而发生变形、失效的弊端,能够提高产品的使用寿命。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本申请的技术方案,而非对其限制;在本申请的思路下,以上实施例或者不同实施例中的技术特征之间也可以进行组合,步骤可以以任意顺序实现,并存在如上所述的本申请的不同方面的许多其它变化,为了简明,它们没有在细节中提供;尽管参照前述实施例对本申请进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本申请各实施例技术方案的范围。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种饮料冲泡结构,其特征在于,包括:
    机架(100),包括基座(110)和设于所述基座(110)的相对两侧的支板(120),所述支板(120)与所述基座(110)围成一安装空间(130);
    注射组件(300),设于所述安装空间(130),并可沿第一方向靠近或远离所述基座(110);
    夹持组件(200),一对所述夹持组件(200)分别设于两所述支板(120),并可沿所述第一方向运动,所述夹持组件(200)包括安装座(210)、夹持件(220)与连接杆(230),所述安装座与所述支板之间沿所述第一方向滑动配合,所述夹持件(220)的一端与所述安装座(210)转动连接,所述夹持件(220)的另一端与所述连接杆(230)转动连接,所述连接杆(230)的一端与所述夹持件(220)转动连接,所述连接杆(230)的另一端与所述注射组件(300)转动连接;
    所述注射组件(300)沿所述第一方向朝靠近所述基座(110)的方向运动的过程中,所述夹持件(220)靠近所述注射组件(300)的一端可向远离所述安装空间(130)的方向张开。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的饮料冲泡结构,其特征在于,
    所述注射组件(300)沿所述第一方向朝靠近所述基座(110)的方向运动至所述夹持组件(200)与所述基座(110)抵持时,所述夹持件(220)靠近所述注射组件(300)的一端可向远离所述安装空间(130)的方向张开。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的饮料冲泡结构,其特征在于,所述基座(110)朝向所述安装空间(130)的一侧设有杯座(111),所述杯座(111)的侧壁设有导向斜面(112),自所述杯座(111)远离所述基座(110)的一端指向所述基座(110)的一端,所述导向斜面(112)逐渐远离所述杯座(111)的中心;
    所述夹持件(220)与所述导向斜面(112)抵持时,所述夹持件(220)靠近所述注射组件(300)的一端向远离所述安装空间(130)的方向张开。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的饮料冲泡结构,其特征在于,所述安装座(210)包括底板(211)和滑块(212),所述支板(120)设有与所述滑块(212)匹配且沿第一方向延伸的滑槽(121),所述滑块(212)穿过所述滑槽(121)进入所述安装空间(130);
    所述夹持件(220)与所述滑块(212)中的一个还设有第一铰孔,所述夹持件(220)与所述滑块(212)中的另一个设有与所述第一铰孔对应的第一转轴,所述第一转轴铰接于所述第一铰孔。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的饮料冲泡结构,其特征在于,还包括弹性件(240),所述弹 性件(240)的两端分别与所述夹持件(220)靠近所述支板(120)的一侧及所述安装座(210)抵持;
    所述滑块(212)远离所述底板(211)的一侧设置有限位部(214),所述夹持件(220)远离所述支板(120)的一侧与所述限位部(214)抵接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的饮料冲泡结构,其特征在于,所述弹性件(240)为弹簧。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的饮料冲泡结构,其特征在于,所述支板靠近所述安装空间(130)的一端设有沿第一方向延伸的导向板(800),所述导向板(800)远离所述支板(120)的一端设有第一导向部(810);
    所述第一导向部(810)与所述支板(120)之间的距离在远离所述注射组件(300)的一端较靠近所述注射组件(300)的一端更小;
    所述第一导向部(810)用于在所述夹持件(220)沿所述第一导向部(810)运动时,控制所述夹持件(220)靠近所述注射组件(300)的一端向远离所述安装空间(130)的方向张开。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的饮料冲泡结构,其特征在于,所述导向板(800)远离所述支板(120)的一端还设有与所述支板(120)平行的第二导向部(820),所述第一导向部(810)设于所述第二导向部(820)与所述基座(110)之间且与所述第二导向部(820)连接;
    所述夹持件(220)在运动过程中抵持于所述第一导向部(810)或所述第二导向部(820)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的饮料冲泡结构,其特征在于,所述安装座(210)包括底板(211)和滑块(212),所述支板(120)设有与所述滑块(212)匹配且沿所述第一方向延伸的滑槽(121),所述滑块(212)穿过所述滑槽(121)进入所述安装空间(130);
    所述夹持件(220)与所述滑块(212)中的一个还设有第一铰孔,所述夹持件(220)与所述滑块(212)中的另一个设有与所述第一铰孔对应的第一转轴,所述第一转轴铰接于所述第一铰孔。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的饮料冲泡结构,其特征在于,所述滑块(212)远离所述底板(211)的一侧设置有限位部(214),当所述夹持件抵持于所述第二导向部(820)时,所述夹持件(220)远离所述支板(120)的一侧与所述限位部(214)抵接。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的饮料冲泡结构,其特征在于,还包括扣压件(970),所述扣压件(970)与所述安装座(210)一一对应,所述扣压件(970)包括:
    扣压部(971),设于所述支板(120)远离所述安装空间(130)的一端,所述扣压部(971) 至少部分沿所述第一方向延伸;以及
    连接部(972),所述连接部(972)的一端与所述扣压部(971)连接,所述连接部(972)的另一端与支板(120)连接;
    所述扣压部(971)用于在所述夹持件(220)沿所述第一导向部(810)运动时,与所述底板(211)远离所述安装空间(130)的一端抵持。
  12. 根据权利要求1至11任一项所述的饮料冲泡结构,其特征在于,还包括连接杆(230),所述连接杆(230)的一端与所述注射组件(300)铰接,所述连接杆(230)的另一端与所述夹持件(220)铰接。
  13. 根据权利要求1至11任一项所述的饮料冲泡结构,其特征在于,所述夹持件(220)靠近所述安装空间(130)的中心的一端设有用于挂接胶囊的夹持槽(224)。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的饮料冲泡结构,其特征在于,所述夹持件(220)包括:
    基部(221),所述基部(221)于靠近所述安装空间(130)的一端设有所述夹持槽(224);
    连接部(222),所述连接部(222)的一端与所述基部(221)连接,所述连接部(222)的另一端向靠近所述基座(110)的方向延伸;以及
    第一转轴(223),所述第一转轴(223)设于所述连接部(222)远离所述基部(221)的一端,所述夹持件(220)通过所述第一转轴(223)与所述安装座(210)转动连接;
    沿所述基部(221)指向所述第一转轴(223)的方向,所述连接部(222)逐渐靠近所述支板(120)。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的饮料冲泡结构,其特征在于,所述夹持件(220)还设有向所述安装空间(130)的中心延伸的落料板(226),所述落料板(226)设于所述夹持件(220)远离所述注射组件(300)的一端与所述夹持槽(224)之间。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的饮料冲泡结构,其特征在于,所述基部(221)远离基座(110)的一端较所述基部(221)靠近基座(110)的一端于第二方向上更靠近安装空间(130)的中心;
    所述第二方向为一所述支板(120)指向另一所述支板(120)的方向。
  17. 根据权利要求1至11任一项所述的饮料冲泡结构,其特征在于,还包括复位件(980),所述复位件(980)的一端与所述注射组件连接,所述复位件(980)的另一端与所述支板(120)连接;
    所述复位件(980)用于在所述注射组件远离所述基座(120)运动的过程中驱动所述注 射组件复位。
  18. 根据权利要求1至11任一项所述的饮料冲泡结构,其特征在于,还包括驱动组件(400),所述驱动组件(400)用于驱动所述夹持组件(200)沿所述第一方向运动。
  19. 一种饮料机,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至18任意一项所述的饮料冲泡结构。
