本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的。

另外,用户在实际使用按摩装置时,通常是在进行运动或训练之后,用户的肌肉处于比较紧张的状态,此时的筋膜也处于疲劳状态,运动部分的肌肉还存在较高乳酸。在这种情况下,用户深层肌肉、筋膜的康复是一个渐进的过程,一开始用户希望的按摩频率不能太高,本发明定义为基础按摩频率,太高的按摩频率用户的舒适度会大大降低。随着按摩的进展,用户更加期望按摩频率能够根据自身需要进行连续调节,本发明通过把手上的压力传感器转换用户对按摩频率的需求,然后再通过控制无刷电机转速实现按摩频率的控制,同时按摩装置通过显示屏,语音提示反馈按摩过 程的状态给用户。实现了按摩频率由用户控制的闭环系统。
参见图3,为本发明筋膜按摩装置的控制流程图,本发明闭环控制的对象是用户按摩体验,由于按摩体验是用户自身感知,本发明提出通过用户作用应力给按摩器把手,并经过压力传感器进行检测来建立按摩体验的用户反馈通道。当用户需要更高的按摩频率时,用户可以加大对把手作用力,把手上的压力传感器检测到作用力后,控制器输出无刷电机转速控制信号,加快无刷电机的转速,从而提高按摩的频率,并在这个速度调节的过程中显示按摩器的状态,语音提示按摩器的状态;如果用户作用在把手的应力持续增加,那么把手上的压力传感器输出信号持续增加,控制器输出持续加快的无刷电机转速控制信号。如果用户作用在把手的应力减弱,那么把手上的压力传感器输出信号减弱,控制器输出减弱的无刷电机转速控制信号。也就是说按摩的频率完全由用户的体验来控制。需要加快按摩频率,按摩器自动加快按摩频率,需要降低按摩频率,按摩器自动降低按摩频率。考虑到实际使用按摩器的场景,当用户运动/训练完成后,需要按摩部位的肌肉处于疲劳,紧张的状态,按摩器在上电后会有一个较低按摩频率进行按摩,当用户的按摩体验需要逐步增加时,则通过加大把手的作用力,即可实现按摩频率的逐步升高。现有产品按摩频率为手动设置,不能进行连续调节,按摩频率固定不能适应不同用户的需求。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种深层筋膜按摩控制装置,其包括控制板模块、显示器模块、语音模块、电源模块、传感器模块、驱动模块、传动机构、按摩头,其中,显示器模块、语音模块、电源模块、传感器模块均与控制板模块连接,控制板模块上布置有微控制器及开关机按键,微控制器用于实现驱动模块的供电与控制,同时驱动模块将其驱动速度反馈回微控制器,驱动模块驱动传动机构,传动机构进一步使得按摩头做出按摩动作。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种深层筋膜按摩控制装置,其中所述传感器模块为压力传感器,具体为压阻式压力传感器,嵌入把手中,同时采用恒流驱动,用于采集操作按摩装置的用户手部的压力,并经仪表放大器信号调理后,送给微控制器内模/数转换器。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种深层筋膜按摩控制装置,其中驱动模块为无刷电机,显示器模块为LCD显示屏,无刷电机速度由PWM脉宽调制信号进行控制,无刷电机转速反馈给微控制器,进行按摩控制装置的状态显示或语音提示。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种深层筋膜按摩控制装置,其中电源模块具体可采用锂电池。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的一种深层筋膜按摩控制装置,微控制器还可进一步包括锂电池充电管理模块。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的一种深层筋膜按摩控制装置的控制方法,其中包括如下流程:按摩器在上电后会以一个较低按摩频率进行按摩,该较低按摩频率为预设的基础按摩频率,用户作用应力给按摩器把手,并经过压力传感器进行检测来建立按摩体验的用户反馈通道,当用户需要更高的按摩频率时,用户可以加大对把手作用力,把手上的压力传感器检测到作用力后, 控制器输出无刷电机转速控制信号,加快无刷电机的转速,从而提高按摩的频率,并在这个速度调节的过程中通过显示屏显示按摩器的状态,并通过语音提示按摩器的状态;如果用户作用在把手的应力持续增加,那么把手上的压力传感器输出信号持续增加,控制器输出持续加快的无刷电机转速控制信号;如果用户作用在把手的应力减弱,那么把手上的压力传感器输出信号减弱,控制器输出减弱的无刷电机转速控制信号;加快按摩频率,按摩器自动加快按摩频率,降低按摩频率,按摩器自动降低按摩频率,通过显示屏和语音播报,可以实时反馈按摩控制装置在使用过程中的状态,用户根据自身体验,施加压力给筋膜按摩器的把手,把手通过压力传感器把用户的体验需求反馈到控制器,控制器经运算处理输出无刷电机速度调节信号,无刷电机进行速度调节的同时输出速度信号给控制器,控制器根据无刷电机的速度反馈信号进行显示屏指示和语言播报的指示。
