不论习知简便型纸塑杯盖或精致型纸塑杯盖皆同,该纸塑杯盖1的单侧剖视图如图7所示(是采简便型纸塑杯盖绘示,精致型纸塑杯盖则同),而该纸塑杯盖1盖合于相对应的杯体2上的使用状态时的单侧剖视图如图8所示,因习知杯体2的杯口外环呈一外凸缘21,因此该纸塑杯盖1与该杯体2间最理想的相对盖合(使用)关系如图8所示,当将该纸塑杯盖1盖合于该杯体2的杯口上时,起先当然无法完全盖合,故必须先施力使该纸塑杯盖1一侧的外覆缘13尽量包覆到该杯体2上对应部位的外凸缘21,然后进一步更施力使其余的外覆缘13采稍外扩旋即还原的强制性越过其余相对应的外凸缘21,由该外覆缘13 整体将该杯体2的外凸缘21整环都紧密包覆住,此时该纸塑杯盖1的内凹弧14因斜向抵托住该外凸缘21的外侧底缘,所以可以令盖合后的纸塑杯盖1难以被往上掀开,进而加强该外覆缘13与该外凸缘21间的包覆稳固性。换言之,该纸塑杯盖1的所以能与该杯体2达成绝对密封性的盖合,是因为该纸塑杯盖1具有该外覆缘13及该内凹弧14二部位所产生的作用,其中,该外覆缘13主要即与该杯体2的外凸缘21达成紧密包覆性,而该内凹弧14则是可向内斜向抵托于该杯体2的外凸缘21的外侧底缘,令该纸塑杯盖1难以被往上掀开。
图7、8所示的纸塑杯盖1,其中,该内凹弧14的产生是经过一次加工过程(也即本发明所诉求的制造方法)才出现,因此在尚未进行此次加工前,该纸塑杯盖1如图6所示,那是在经由(a)吸浆模进行吸浆塑形及(b)热压模进行热压定型二道连续制程后,所制成的纸塑杯盖前成品,由图6可以看到,该顶面11、该上围壁12、该外覆缘13及该掀壁15诸部位皆已完整呈现,仅该内凹弧14的部位尚未出现。是因吸浆模开模时有方向限制,导致如同外覆缘13与内凹弧14这种连续反向弯弧的部位无法同时出现,因此仅能选择让该外覆缘13及该掀壁15先制得,然后再来经过一次加工过程过程,使得该内凹弧14的部位产生。
习知也有先塑形出该“外覆缘”的部位,然后再加工使该“内凹弧”的部位产生的专利,如中国台湾专利TW I430923及中国专利CN ZL200910157668.6「植物纤维模塑杯盖倒钩槽的制造方法」即是。其是利用一组滑块的成型条抵住纸塑杯盖的表面,内部则由一内模上一环内凹的承接槽对应于预备成型出倒钩槽的处,再推动滑块由外向内前进,使纸塑杯盖的表面随着成型条的轮廓变形而缩入内模的承接槽内,因此而成形出一道环状的“倒钩槽”(作用等同“内凹 弧”的部位),因中国台湾专利TW I430923及中国专利CN ZL200910157668.6实施时,所具整组滑块的操作及维护较为繁杂,导致垫高制造成本。
除此之外,习知也有先塑形出该“内凹弧”的部位(名称采“倒钩槽”,作用等同),然后再加工使该“外覆缘”的部位产生的专利,如中国台湾TW I542755及中国CN ZL201410151021.3「模塑杯盖外覆缘制造方法及成品」专利即是。其是利用外模上一组滑块前进于预备成型出外覆缘的外侧表面等待,再由一内模中间容设一可横向移动的成型模,由该成型模前进去自内向外挤压该纸塑杯盖上预备成型出外覆缘处的内侧表面,使变形出一道环状的“外覆缘”。但中国台湾专利TW I542755及中国专利CN ZL201410151021.3实施时,仍须备具整组滑块的装置,在操作及维护上同为繁杂,致使制造成本仍难以大幅降低。
上述问题,显然有待改进。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的是:1、即在针对纸塑杯盖上加工成型“内凹弧”的重要性,提供一种构造组成相对简单的制造模具。2、针对纸塑杯盖上加工成型“内凹弧”的重要性,提供一种可简便达成的制造方法。利用上述制造模具,并依据上述制造方法,以快速加工制得纸塑杯盖成品。
为达成上述目的,本发明特创设一种纸塑杯盖上成型内凹弧的制造模具,由一上模部及一下模部组成,该上模部的底面向内凹入开设形成一容置空间,环壁上于接近底面处开设有一环的半凹槽,可供容置入一环的胶圈,该胶圈为具挠性的弹性体;该下模部由一内模体、一中间模体及一外模体所共同组成,其中,该内模体具有一顶面,周缘以弧度下垂形成一上围壁,该上围壁的底缘呈外扩而形成一尖端,然后模体向下向内斜切一距离形成一内组装斜壁,再由 该内组装斜壁向下垂立形成一内组装立壁;该中间模体中央自上往下开设有一大穿孔,周围即为一第一中组装立壁,然后该第一中组装立壁向上向外斜切一距离形成一中组装斜壁,该第一中组装立壁的内径与上述内组装立壁的外径相对应,该中组装斜壁的斜度及径度则与上述内组装斜壁的斜度及径度相对应,因此该内模体自该中间模体的大穿孔自上往下填置入时于该内组装斜壁抵住该中组装斜壁停止,过程中该内组装立壁与该第一中组装立壁密贴;完成后该中间模体的中组装斜壁的顶端与该内模体的尖端对齐,该中组装斜壁的顶端并向外延伸一小段随即向下向内凹入成型为一弧块,使得该尖端与该弧块相邻延伸;该弧块的最内底端形成一最凹点,再往外往下斜向延伸一斜抵面,然后向下垂立形成一第二中组装立壁;该外模体中央自上往下开设有一大穿孔,周围即为一外组装立壁,该外组装立壁的内径与上述第二中组装立壁的外径相对应,因此该中间模体自该外模体的大穿孔自上往下填置入时,该第二中组装立壁与该外组装立壁密贴;该外组装立壁于接近顶端处微内凹形成一承接微槽,然后顶面成为一顶抵面,该承接微槽则位于上述斜抵面的最低端处。
本发明同时诉求一种纸塑杯盖上成型内凹弧的制造方法,包括一尚未成型出内凹弧的纸塑杯盖及一制造模具,该尚未成型出内凹弧的纸塑杯盖具有一顶面,该顶面的周缘下垂形成一上围壁,该上围壁的底缘外扩复呈圆弧下垂并微向内凹形成一外覆缘,该外覆缘的外缘向下垂立一垂壁后向外偏出为一掀壁;该制造模具由一上模部及一下模部组成,该上模部的底面向内凹入开设形成一容置空间,环壁上于接近底面处开设有一环的半凹槽,可供容置入一环的胶圈,该胶圈为具挠性的弹性体;该下模部由一内模体、一中间模体及一外模体所共同组成,其中,该内模体具有一顶面,周缘以弧度下垂形成一上围壁,该上围 壁的底缘呈外扩而形成一尖端,然后模体向下向内斜切一距离形成一内组装斜壁,再由该内组装斜壁向下垂立形成一内组装立壁;该中间模体中央自上往下开设有一大穿孔,周围即为一第一中组装立壁,然后该第一中组装立壁向上向外斜切一距离形成一中组装斜壁,该第一中组装立壁的内径与上述内组装立壁的外径相对应,该中组装斜壁的斜度及径度则与上述内组装斜壁的斜度及径度相对应,因此该内模体自该中间模体的大穿孔自上往下填置入时于该内组装斜壁抵住该中组装斜壁停止,过程中该内组装立壁与该第一中组装立壁密贴;完成后该中间模体的中组装斜壁的顶端与该内模体的尖端对齐,该中组装斜壁的顶端并向外延伸一小段随即向下向内凹入成型为一弧块,使得该尖端与该弧块相邻延伸;该弧块的最内底端形成一最凹点,再往外往下斜向延伸一斜抵面,然后向下垂立形成一第二中组装立壁;该外模体中央自上往下开设有一大穿孔,周围即为一外组装立壁,该外组装立壁的内径与上述第二中组装立壁的外径相对应,因此该中间模体自该外模体的大穿孔自上往下填置入时,该第二中组装立壁与该外组装立壁密贴;该外组装立壁于接近顶端处微内凹形成一承接微槽,然后顶面成为一顶抵面,该承接微槽则位于上述斜抵面的最低端处;该制造方法即利用该制造装置对该尚未成型出内凹弧的纸塑杯盖,实行如下步骤:
(1).令该上模部移动于该下模部上方,该上模部与该下模部间隔一距离,然后将一尚未成型出内凹弧的纸塑杯盖横向置入该间隔内,并随即将该尚未成型出内凹弧的纸塑杯盖往下罩套于该下模部上;
(2).接着令该上模部下降接近该尚未成型出内凹弧的纸塑杯盖,则首先该上模部内的胶圈会先抵到贴附住该弧块的外覆缘,然后在该上模部继续下降的情况下,该胶圈会变形闪过该弧块及该外覆缘的部位下降;接着该胶圈抵到该 连接于该外覆缘与该掀壁间的垂壁,并立刻推压该垂壁使产生出一内凹弧的部位,且更令该上模部与该下模部间相对靠近,使在该半凹槽侧向斜压及该顶抵面向上顶压的共同作用下,令该胶圈向内变形以推使该内凹弧定型;
(3).令该上模部上升,过程中该胶圈会变形闪过该弧块及该外覆缘的部位上升并随及复原,然后该上模部上升至一预定高度处停留;
(4).将该已成型内凹弧的纸塑杯盖取离该下模部。
本发明同时诉求一种纸塑杯盖成品,是利用上述的制造装置,并实行上述的制造方法所制造出的纸塑杯盖,该纸塑杯盖上已成型出一内凹弧的部位。
本发明优点及有益效果在于:本发明针对纸塑杯盖上加工成型“内凹弧”的重要性,提供一种构造组成相对简单的制造模具。针对纸塑杯盖上加工成型“内凹弧”的重要性,提供一种可简便达成的制造方法。并利用上述制造模具,依据上述制造方法,以快速加工制得纸塑杯盖成品。

【具体实施方式】
本发明为达成快速加工制得纸塑杯盖的目的,针对要在纸塑杯盖上加工成型出“内凹弧”的需求,研发创设一种制造模具。请参阅图9~11所示,本发明所创设的制造模具是由一上模部6及一下模部7组成,其中,该上模部6的底面向内凹入开设形成一容置空间,环壁上于接近底面处开设有一环的半凹槽61,可供容置入一环的胶圈62,该环壁的接近底面处开设该半凹槽61后,所剩的面体即为一环的底面63;该胶圈62为具挠性的弹性体,但是选择弹性度较低 者,亦即该胶圈62是可被压制而稍变形者,然其变形度不高,并于移除压制后随即恢复原形;该胶圈62因容置于该半凹槽61内,故自该上模部6底面观视,轻易即可看到该胶圈62的存在,且该胶圈62即随着该上模部6同步移动。
该下模部7则是由一内模体71、一中间模体72及一外模体73所共同组成,其中,该内模体71具有一顶面711,周缘以弧度下垂形成一上围壁712,该上围壁712的底缘呈外扩而形成一尖端713,然后模体向下向内斜切一距离形成一内组装斜壁714,再由该内组装斜壁714向下垂立形成一内组装立壁715。该中间模体72中央自上往下开设有一大穿孔,周围即为一第一中组装立壁725,然后该第一中组装立壁725向上向外斜切一距离形成一中组装斜壁724,该第一中组装立壁725的内径与上述内组装立壁715的外径相对应,该中组装斜壁724的斜度及径度则与上述内组装斜壁714的斜度及径度相对应,因此该内模体71自该中间模体72的大穿孔自上往下填置入时,将于该内组装斜壁714抵住该中组装斜壁724时停止,且过程中该内组装立壁715与该第一中组装立壁725恰好密贴(如图11所示);组装完成后,该中间模体72的中组装斜壁724的顶端恰与该内模体71的尖端713对齐,该中组装斜壁724的顶端并向外延伸一小段随即向下向内凹入成型为一弧块723,使得该尖端713与该弧块723相邻,并形同很自然般延伸而过;该弧块723的最内底端形成一最凹点726,再往外往下斜向延伸一斜抵面727,然后向下垂立形成一第二中组装立壁728。
该外模体73中央自上往下开设有一大穿孔,周围即为一外组装立壁738,该外组装立壁738的内径与上述第二中组装立壁728的外径相对应,因此该中间模体72自该外模体73的大穿孔自上往下填置入时,该第二中组装立壁728与该外组装立壁738恰好密贴(如图11所示);该外组装立壁738于接近顶端处 微内凹形成一承接微槽739,然后顶面成为一顶抵面736,向外则低下而成为一阶面737;组装完成后,该承接微槽739恰位于上述斜抵面727的最低端处。
该内模体71、中间模体72及外模体73三者稳固组装完成后即成为该下模部7,然后可被稳固性摆置于一平台上,再与该上模部6共同用于在纸塑杯盖1上加工成型出一环内凹弧14的制造过程,因此衍生出一种制造方法。请依序参阅图12~16所示,本发明所诉求的制造方法是经过如下步骤:
1.如图12所示,首先该上模部6被外加动力(例如动力缸体,未示于图)带动上升,以与该下模部7间隔一距离,然后将一尚未成型出内凹弧14的纸塑杯盖1横向置入该间隔内,并随即如图13所示,将该纸塑杯盖1往下罩套于该下模部7上。于此必须一提的是,因制造上的需要,该下模部7上若干部位的尺寸必须与该纸塑杯盖1上相对应部位的尺寸有对应关系,以图13为例来说,尺寸上具有对应关系的部位计有:
(1).顶面11与顶面711间具尺寸对应关系;
(2).上围壁12与上围壁712间具尺寸对应关系;
(3).外覆缘13与尖端713及弧块723二者的组合间具尺寸对应关系;
(4).掀壁15与斜抵面727及与承接微槽739间皆具尺寸对应关系;
所以当该纸塑杯盖1往下罩套于该下模部7上时,从图13可以看到,该纸塑杯盖1的顶面11贴附于该下模部7的顶面711上,同时该纸塑杯盖1的上围壁12贴附住该下模部7的上围壁712,及该纸塑杯盖1的外覆缘13贴附住该下模部7的尖端713及弧块723二者,以及该纸塑杯盖1的掀壁15贴附住该下模部7的斜抵面727,并且该掀壁15的底端恰插置进入该承接微槽739停留,此时由图13也可以看到,因该纸塑杯盖1尚未成型出内凹弧14,所以在该纸 塑杯盖1上由该外覆缘13到该掀壁15之间是连接一垂壁,亦即该垂壁与该最凹点726间存在一空间。
2.如图14所示,接着令该上模部6被外加动力带动下降,并接近该下模部7,其实也即接近该纸塑杯盖1,则首先该上模部6内的胶圈62会先抵到贴附住该弧块723的外覆缘13,然后该上模部6继续下降,过程中因为该外覆缘13受到该弧块723抵顶住,形成较为强固状,而该胶圈62则为具挠性的弹性体,因此在该上模部6继续下降的情况下,该胶圈62会自我变形以闪过该弧块723及该外覆缘13的部位而下降,并且随及复原;接着该胶圈62迅即抵到上述所提及连接于该外覆缘13与该掀壁15间的垂壁,因相较之下,该垂壁的强固性甚低于该胶圈62,所以该胶圈62立刻推压该垂壁,使开始产生出内凹弧14的部位来,此时更可令该上模部6与该下模部7间相对更靠近些微,例如:可令该上模部6被带动下降些微,或令该下模部7被带动上升些微,或者是令该上模部6下降同时该下模部7上升皆可,则由该半凹槽61侧向斜压及该顶抵面736向上顶压的共同作用下,可令该胶圈62向内微量变形,以推使该内凹弧14更为成形,过程中更令该上模部6下降至预定高度时停留一短暂时间,以令该内凹弧14确实成形。因该纸塑杯盖1是以纸浆及/或植物纤维材质混合为材料,并由模具吸浆塑形及热压定型技术制造而成,故具可塑性,因此经由该胶圈62向内变形推压一段时间后,该内凹弧14即会成形并定型。
3.如图15所示,令该上模部6被外加动力带动上升,过程中,该胶圈62仍会自我变形以闪过该弧块723及该外覆缘13的部位而上升,并且随及复原,然后该上模部6即上升至一预定高度处停留,等待下一行程。
4.如图16所示,将该纸塑杯盖1取离该下模部7,即完成一次加工制造过 程。至于在取离该纸塑杯盖1的动作过程中,因为该纸塑杯盖1上已经成形有该内凹弧14的结构,所以该纸塑杯盖1被向上取离时,不论是直向取离或斜向取离,该内凹弧14都会受到该弧块723所阻挡,但因该纸塑杯盖1具可偏折性,所以只要稍加倾斜或弯折即可闪过该弧块723,以利取离,并且该纸塑杯盖1能随即复原。至于将该纸塑杯盖1取离该下模部7的动作,可由人工手动直接取离或者由机械手臂自动取离。
根据以上所揭示,该上模部6与该下模部7的组成即是本发明所创设的制造模具,因迄今尚无人揭示或运用相同构造的制造模具,所以能具新颖性及创造性。然后采用该制造模具即必须运用上述制造方法,方得以快速加工成形出该纸塑杯盖1上内凹弧14的结构,因此本发明所揭示的制造方法同样具备新颖性及创造性。从而采用该制造模具并运用该制造方法所加工制得的纸塑杯盖1同样具备新颖性及创造性。

  1. 一种纸塑杯盖上成型内凹弧的制造模具,其特征在于,由一上模部及一下模部组成,该上模部的底面向内凹入开设形成一容置空间,环壁上于接近底面处开设有一环的半凹槽,供容置入一环的胶圈,该胶圈为具挠性的弹性体;该下模部由一内模体、一中间模体及一外模体所共同组成,其中,该内模体具有一顶面,周缘以弧度下垂形成一上围壁,该上围壁的底缘呈外扩而形成一尖端,然后模体向下向内斜切一距离形成一内组装斜壁,再由该内组装斜壁向下垂立形成一内组装立壁;该中间模体中央自上往下开设有一大穿孔,周围即为一第一中组装立壁,然后该第一中组装立壁向上向外斜切一距离形成一中组装斜壁,该第一中组装立壁的内径与上述内组装立壁的外径相对应,该中组装斜壁的斜度及径度则与上述内组装斜壁的斜度及径度相对应,因此该内模体自该中间模体的大穿孔自上往下填置入时于该内组装斜壁抵住该中组装斜壁停止,过程中该内组装立壁与该第一中组装立壁密贴;完成后该中间模体的中组装斜壁的顶端与该内模体的尖端对齐,该中组装斜壁的顶端并向外延伸一小段随即向下向内凹入成型为一弧块,使得该尖端与该弧块相邻延伸;该弧块的最内底端形成一最凹点,再往外往下斜向延伸一斜抵面,然后向下垂立形成一第二中组装立壁;该外模体中央自上往下开设有一大穿孔,周围即为一外组装立壁,该外组装立壁的内径与上述第二中组装立壁的外径相对应,因此该中间模体自该外模体的大穿孔自上往下填置入时,该第二中组装立壁与该外组装立壁密贴;该外组装立壁于接近顶端处微内凹形成一承接微槽,然后顶面成为一顶抵面,该承接微槽则位于上述斜抵面的最低端处。
  2. 一种纸塑杯盖上成型内凹弧的制造方法,其特征在于:包括一尚未成型出内凹弧的纸塑杯盖及一制造模具,该尚未成型出内凹弧的纸塑杯盖具有一顶面,该顶面的周缘下垂形成一上围壁,该上围壁的底缘外扩复呈圆弧下垂并微向内凹形成一外覆缘,该外覆缘的外缘向下垂立一垂壁后向外偏出为一掀壁;

    该制造方法即利用该制造装置对该尚未成型出内凹弧的纸塑杯盖,实行如下步骤:
    (1).令该上模部移动于该下模部上方,该上模部与该下模部间隔一距离,然后将一尚未成型出内凹弧的纸塑杯盖横向置入该间隔内,并随即将该尚未成型出内凹弧的纸塑杯盖往下罩套于该下模部上;
    (2).接着令该上模部下降接近该尚未成型出内凹弧的纸塑杯盖,则首先该上模部内的胶圈会先抵到贴附住该弧块的外覆缘,然后在该上模部继续下降的情况下,该胶圈会变形闪过该弧块及该外覆缘的部位下降;接着该胶圈抵到该连接于该外覆缘与该掀壁间的垂壁,并立刻推压该垂壁使产生出一内凹弧的部位,且更令该上模部与该下模部间相对靠近,使在该半凹槽侧向斜压及该顶抵面向上顶压的共同作用下,令该胶圈向内变形以推使该内凹弧定型;
    (3).令该上模部上升,过程中该胶圈会变形闪过该弧块及该外覆缘的部位上升并随及复原,然后该上模部上升至一预定高度处停留;
    (4).将该已成型内凹弧的纸塑杯盖取离该下模部。
  3. 一种纸塑杯盖成品,是利用权利要求1所述的制造装置,及权利要求2所述的制造方法所制造出的纸塑杯盖,其特征在于:该纸塑杯盖上已成型出一内凹弧的部位。
