需要说明的是,在本发明的描述中,术语“上”、“下”、“内”、“外”等指示的方向或位置关系的术语是基于附图所示的方向或位置关系,这仅仅是为了便于描述,而不是指示或暗示所述装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对 本发明的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”、“第三”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。

基于背景技术指出的现有滚筒洗衣机中的雾化装置如果采用雾化发生器和水量检测器的结构容易引发安全事故的问题,本发明提供了一种用于滚筒洗衣机的雾化装置及滚筒洗衣机,旨在使滚筒洗衣机中的雾化装置在采用雾化发生器和水量检测器的结构时能够避免引发安全事故,消除安全隐患,并且便于雾化装置的拆装,从而便于维修人员对雾化装置进行部件维修和部件更换。
具体地,如图1和2所示,本发明的滚筒洗衣机包括衣物容纳腔(即滚筒的外筒所限定的腔室)和雾化装置,雾化装置包括第一模块1、第二模块2、水量检测器7和雾化发生器8,水量检测器7和雾化发生器8均设置在第一模块1与第二模块2之间,雾化发生器8的出口朝向衣物容纳腔的内部设置,雾化装置还包括密封组件5,密封组件5设置为能够对水量检测器7和雾化发生器8进行密封。在本发明中,雾化装置可以设置在滚筒洗衣机的任意部件上,即,雾化装置可以设置在滚筒洗衣机原本具有的部件上,其在实现原有功能的基础上还能够用于固定本发明的雾化装置,当然,雾化装置还可以设置在滚筒洗衣机原本不具有的部件上,例如在滚筒洗衣机上设置安装支架或者安装板来固定本发明的雾化装置,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置雾化装置的安装位置,只要通过雾化装置能够向衣物容纳腔内喷入雾化水滴(即水雾)即可,这种对雾化装置具体位置的调整和改变不构成对本发明的限制,均应限定在本发明的保护范围之内。在一种可能的情形中,第一模块1和第二模块2均设置在滚筒洗衣机的窗垫上,当然,第一模块1和第二模块2也可以设置在滚筒洗衣机的外筒上。此外,密封组件5可 以采用单密封机构的结构,也可以采用安装支架和密封机构组合的结构,只要通过密封组件能够对水量检测器7和雾化发生器8进行密封即可。
需要说明的是,本发明的密封组件5对水量检测器7和雾化发生器8进行密封指的是通过密封组件5能够将水量检测器7的检测部分与供电部分阻隔以及将雾化发生器8的雾化部分与供电部分阻隔。
优选地,如图2至4所示,密封组件5包括安装支架51和密封机构52,安装支架51设置在第一模块1与第二模块2之间,密封机构52设置在安装支架51上,密封机构52设置为能够对雾化发生器8和水量检测器7进行密封。在一种优选的实施方式中,密封机构52仅包括第一密封构件521,第一密封构件521设置在水量检测器7与雾化发生器8之间以对水量检测器7与雾化发生器8的之间进行密封,在另一种优选的实施方式中,密封机构52同时包括第一密封构件521和第二密封构件522,第一密封构件521设置在水量检测器7与雾化发生器8之间以对水量检测器7与雾化发生器8的之间进行密封,第二密封构件522设置在第一模块1与水量检测器7之间以对第一模块1和水量检测器7的之间进行密封。需要说明的是,上述的第一密封构件521和第二密封构件522可以是密封圈、密封垫、密封层或者密封条,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置第一密封构件521和第二密封构件522的数量和结构形式,只要通过密封机构52能够对雾化发生器8和水量检测器7进行密封即可。
优选地,如图2所示,雾化装置还包括第三密封构件9,第三密封构件9设置在雾化发生器8与第二模块2之间以对雾化发生器8和第二模块2的之间进行密封,第三密封构件9可以是密封圈、密封垫、密封层或者密封条,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置第三密封构件9的结构形式,只要能够通过第三密封构件9能够对雾化发生器8和第二模块2的之间进行密封即可。
优选地,如图4所示,安装支架51包括第一部分511和第二部分512,第一部分511设置为圆环形,与第二部分512相配合对密封机构52进行挤压和限位,第二部分512朝向第一部分511的一侧设置有限位凸起5122,限制第一部分511相对第二部分512进行竖直方向的运动,限位凸起5122可以设置为一个,也可以设置为多个,本领域技术人 员可以在实际应用中对限位凸起5122的数量进行灵活地设置。此外,还可以在第一部分511上设置限位凹槽5111,在第二部分512上设置限位筋5121,如图3和4所示,限位凹槽5111与限位筋5121彼此限位配合以限制第一部分511相对于第二部分512转动,其中,限位凹槽5111和限位筋5121的数量可以设置为一组,也可以设置为多组,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置限位凹槽5111和限位筋5121的数量。当然,作为替代性地,在上述的结构中,还可以在第一部分511上设置限位筋,在第二部分512上设置限位凹槽。
在一种具体的实施方式中,如图4所示,第二部分512朝向第一部分511的一侧设置有3个限位凸起5122,第一部分511上设置有1个限位凹槽5111,第二部分512上设置有1个限位筋5121,限位凸起5122限制第一部分511相对第二部分512进行竖直方向的运动,限位凹槽5111和限位筋5121彼此限位配合限制第一部分511相对第二部分512进行转动。
优选地,如图2和3所示,安装支架51与第二模块2之间设置有限位构件6,限位构件6设置为能够限制安装支架51相对于第二模块2移动,限位构件6可以是一个或多个,其中,在一种可能的情形中,限位构件6包括第一限位部61和第二限位部62,第一限位部61和第二限位部62的设置位置可以在实际的应用中灵活地调整和设置,例如第一限位部61和第二限位部62可以都设置在安装支架51上,也可以都设置在第二模块2上,或者一个设置在安装支架51上一个设置在第二模块2上。第一限位部61和第二限位部62之间可以是挤压限位,还可以是插合限位,也可以是卡爪限位,或者是卡合限位,又或者是粘贴限位,再或者是磁吸附限位,只要能够通过第一限位部61与第二限位部62彼此限位以限制安装支架51相对于第二模块2移动即可。下面以第一限位部61和第二限位部62之间是挤压限位的技术方案对本发明进行进一步阐述。
在一种优选的实施方式中,如图2和3所示,安装支架51与第二模块2之间设置有两个限位构件6,限位构件6的第一限位部61设置在第二模块2上,第二限位部62设置在安装支架51上,第一限位部61为限位筋,第二限位部62为形成于安装支架51上的限位面,限位 筋与限位面之间通过挤压的方式彼此限位,当然,第一限位部61和第二限位部62之间还可以采用限位凸起和限位槽相配合的限位结构,也可以采用限位筋和限位槽相配合的限位结构,或者采用限位杆和限位槽相配合的限位结构,又或者采用限位块和限位槽相配合的限位结构等,本领域技术人员可以在实际的应用中根据实际的情况灵活地选择和设置限位构件6的结构,只要通过限位构件6能够限制安装支架51相对于第二模块2移动即可。需要说明的是,此处的移动可以是轴向转动,也可以是平行移动等,当移动是轴向转动时,可以将安装支架51的外侧壁和第二模块2的内侧壁均设置为圆弧面,当移动是平行移动时,可以将安装支架51的外侧壁和第二模块2的内侧壁均设置为平面。
优选地,如图1所示,本发明的雾化装置上还设置有灌胶结构3,灌胶结构3可以仅设置在第一模块1上,也可以仅设置在第二模块2上,还可以一部分设置在第一模块1上,另一部分设置在第二模块2上,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地对灌胶结构3的设置位置进行设置和调整,另外,灌胶结构3可以是灌胶孔,还可以是灌胶槽等,只要通过该灌胶结构3能够实现灌胶密封即可。
优选地,如图1和4所示,本发明的雾化装置上还设置有线束容纳结构4,线束容纳结构4可以仅设置在第一模块1上,也可以仅设置在第二模块2上,还可以一部分设置在第一模块1上,另一部分设置在第二模块2上,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地对线束容纳结构4的设置位置进行设置和调整,另外,线束容纳结构4可以是线束容纳槽,也可以是线束容纳孔,只要能够容纳与用电元件(即水量检测器7和雾化发生器8)相连的线束即可。
至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于衣物处理设备的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述衣物处理设备包括衣物容纳腔,所述雾化装置包括第一模块、第二模块、水量检测器和雾化发生器,所述水量检测器和所述雾化发生器均设置在所述第一模块与所述第二模块之间,所述雾化发生器的出口朝向所述衣物容纳腔的内部设置,
    所述雾化装置还包括密封组件,所述密封组件设置为能够对所述雾化发生器和所述水量检测器进行密封。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述密封组件包括安装支架和密封机构,所述安装支架设置在所述第一模块与所述第二模块之间,所述密封机构设置在所述安装支架上,所述密封机构设置为能够对所述雾化发生器和所述水量检测器进行密封。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述密封机构包括设置在所述安装支架上的第一密封构件,所述第一密封构件设置在所述水量检测器与所述雾化发生器之间。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述密封机构还包括设置在所述安装支架上的第二密封构件,所述第二密封构件设置在所述第一模块与所述水量检测器之间。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述安装支架与所述第二模块之间设置有限位构件,所述限位构件设置为能够限制所述安装支架相对于所述第二模块移动。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述限位构件包括设置在所述安装支架上的第一限位部和设置在所述第二模块上的第二限位部,所述第一限位部与所述第二限位部彼此限位以限制所述安装支架相对于所述第二模块移动。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述雾化装置还包括第三密封构件,所述第三密封构件设置在所述雾化发生器与所述第二模块之间。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述第一模块和/或所述第二模块上设置有灌胶结构。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述第一模块和/或所述第二模块上设置有线束容纳结构。
  10. 一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述衣物处理设备包括权利要求1至9中任一项所述的雾化装置。
