雾化装置和衣物处理设备 技术领域
本发明涉及雾化技术领域,具体提供一种雾化装置和衣物处理设备。
背景技术
雾化装置是能够提供雾化气体(大面积的微小颗粒液滴)的装置,其广泛地应用于衣物处理设备或者加湿设备等。
现有技术中,雾化装置多采用过水通道和雾化片相结合的结构,没有独立的容水腔室,当其安装在其他设备上时非常占用空间,以衣物处理设备为例,雾化装置需要与进水系统熔敷在一起,利用进水系统的进水实现雾化器的水供给,然后再利用雾化器的作用使水变为细小颗粒的雾化状液滴进入到衣物处理筒中,实现对衣物的雾化洗,然而,将雾化器与进水系统熔敷在一起由于管路的存在不利于对零部件的布置,而且衣物处理剂还需要通过单独的投放盒投放,非常占用空间,而且在一些干衣机中,如果为了实现雾化洗而加入过多的零部件也不利于空间的布置,传统的为了实现雾化洗的结构影响了其应用的范围。而且,雾化片需要线束来进行供电和控制,还具有易发生短路的安全隐患。
鉴于此,本领域需要一种新的雾化装置和衣物处理设备来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决上述技术问题,即,解决现有雾化装置使用场景受限以及具有易发生短路的安全隐患的问题。

在采用上述技术方案的情况下,本发明能够使得雾化装置本身通过水盒就能够容纳待雾化喷出的溶剂,当雾化装置与其他设备安装时无需再与其他设备上的进水系统或者容水系统进行配合才能够使用,丰富雾化装置的使用场景,电气腔室和容水腔室彼此隔绝,防止容水腔室中的溶剂流入到电气腔室中而导致线束发生短路,从而提高雾化装置的用电安全性,饰壳能够提高整体的美观性,且能够封闭电气腔室,避免脏污进入到电气腔室中,多个卡接结构能够通过不同方向的卡置保证饰壳与水盒的可靠连接,提高连接效果。
进一步地,第一卡接结构和第二卡接结构的卡接方向不同能够保证饰壳与水盒的稳定卡置,提高连接的可靠性。
进一步地,第一卡接结构、第二卡接结构和第三卡接结构的卡接方 向不同且不同部位的卡接能够保证饰壳与水盒的稳定卡置,进一步提高连接的可靠性。
进一步地,采用无线充电方式能够减少线束的使用,避免线束布置空间受限而导致雾化装置的体积过大。

进一步地,当衣物处理设备采用前述的雾化装置时,能够具备前述雾化装置具备的技术效果,且能够将衣物处理剂直接容纳在雾化装置中,且雾化装置设置在衣物处理筒、门装置和/或连接构件上,通过雾化方式将衣物处理剂直接打散至衣物处理筒内,从而实现对衣物的雾化洗处理,通过这样的设置,只需设置一个能够容纳衣物处理剂的雾化装置就能够实现对衣物的雾化洗,极大地简化了雾化结构,避免占用过多的空间,也提高了雾化结构的适用范围,例如在干衣机中,只需将衣物处理剂放置到雾化装置中,即可实现对衣物的雾化洗,无需设置熔敷在一起的进水系统和雾化器,也无需单独设置投放盒。
进一步地,通过安装槽将水盒容纳能够充分利用衣物处理设备的原有结构,使得雾化装置不会过多占用衣物处理设备的空间,便于产品结构的设计和布置。
进一步地,凸起结构便于雾化装置的拆装,使得用户可以将手伸入到衣物处理设备中而将雾化装置拆卸下来,便于进行盲区的拆装,且凸起结构能够提高与手的摩擦力,更有利于装配操作的进行。

基于背景技术指出的现有雾化装置使用场景受限以及具有易发生短路的安全隐患的问题,本发明提供了一种雾化装置和衣物处理设备,旨在丰富雾化装置的使用场景,避免发生短路,提高雾化装置的用电安全性,且提高雾化装置的美观性。
具体地,如图1至8所示,本发明的雾化装置包括水盒1和雾化片2,水盒1上形成有出口1a,雾化片2设置在出口1a处,水盒1的内部形成有彼此隔绝的容水腔室1b和电气腔室1c,容水腔室1b封闭且与出口1a连通,水盒1上连接有饰壳3,饰壳3将电气腔室1c的下部封闭,电气腔室1c用于容纳与雾化片2连接的线束4。饰壳3上形成有与出口1a连通的开口3a,该开口3a保证雾化片2向外喷射雾化气体。
在本发明中,饰壳3通过多个卡接结构与水盒1连接,多个卡接结构的卡接方向不完全相同,本领域技术人员可以灵活地设置卡接结构的数量,只要通过卡接结构的不同方向卡接能够实现饰壳3与水盒1的稳定卡置即可,多个卡接结构中可以全部的卡接方向都不同,也可以一部分的卡接方向相同,另一部分的卡接方向不同,本领域技术人员可以对此进行灵活地设置。
优选地,参见图3、4和8,饰壳3包括彼此呈设定角度且彼此相连的第一部分31和第二部分32,出口1a靠近第一部分31和第二部分32的交汇处设置,即,开口3a可以形成在第一部分31和第二部分32的交汇处,从而保证出口1a与开口3a彼此对准。多个卡接结构包括第一卡接结构和第二卡接结构,第一卡接结构将第一部分31的远离第二部分32的一侧与水盒1连接,第二卡接结构将第二部分32的远离第一部分31的一侧与水盒1连接,第一卡接结构与第二卡接结构的卡接方向不同。在上述中,设定角度的取值范围优选为90°至180°,例如120°,从而便于饰壳3的平滑过渡设置,当然,设定角度还可以90°或180°,当然,设定角度还可以为锐角,本领域技术人员可以对此进行灵活地设置。第一部分31和第二部分32优选采用一体设置,从而便于模具的一次成型,避免采用其他连接方式易出现缝隙。

参见图3、4和8,第一卡接结构的数量为至少一个,且第一卡接结构包括设置在饰壳3上的第一卡爪3b和设置在水盒1上的第一卡合凸起1x,第二卡接结构的数量为至少一个,第二卡接结构包括设置在饰壳3上的第二卡爪3c和设置在水盒1上的第二卡合凸起1y,第三卡接结构包括设置在饰壳3上的第三卡爪3d和设置在水盒1上的第三卡合凸起1z,第一卡爪3b与第一卡合凸起1x卡合,第二卡爪3c与第二卡合凸起1y卡合,第三卡爪3d与第二卡合凸起1z卡合,图8所示的箭头分别为第一卡接结构、第二卡接结构以及第三卡接结构的卡接方向,如图3、4和8所示的饰壳3的结构中,第一卡接结构、第二卡接结构和第三卡接结构分别将饰壳3的两端以及中部与水盒1连接。
优选地,电气腔室1c与容水腔室1b彼此隔绝可以通过分隔结构1e将电气腔室1c和容水腔室1b隔开,分隔结构1e保证容水腔室1b的封闭,出口1a形成在分隔结构1e上,电气腔室1c可以封闭,也可以非封闭,在如图3和4所示的结构中,电气腔室1c的下部通过饰壳3进行封闭,电气腔室1c中能够容纳与雾化片2相连的线束4,从而实现对雾化片2的供电和控制。更为优选地,分隔结构1e的外侧形成有容置槽,线束4可以部分容置在容置槽中,从而对线束4进行定位。
优选地,雾化装置还包括用于给雾化片2供电的无线充电组件,无线充电组件与水盒1连接且无线充电组件的一部分位于电气腔室1c内。无线充电组件可以采用电磁感应无线充电方式,还可以采用磁共振无线充电方式,当然,还可以采用其他无线充电方式。在一种优选的情形中,如图3和4所示,无线充电组件包括固定构件71、感应线圈72、电感元件73、第一电路板74和第二电路板75,固定构件71设置在其他设备上,固定构件71与水盒1连接,感应线圈72和电感元件73均设置在固定构件71上且感应线圈72套设在电感元件73的外侧,第一电路板74与感应线圈72连接,第二电路板75与电感元件73连接。固定构件71可以为固定支架,还可以为固定板,又或者为其他固定结构,感应线圈72通过线束4与雾化片2连接或者第一电路板74通过线束4与雾化片2连接, 第二电路板75通过线束与电源连接,电感元件73基于一定频率的交流电通过电磁感应在感应线圈72中产生一定的电流,从而将电能从电感元件73转移到感应线圈72,从而实现对雾化片2的供电。通过这样的无线充电方式,使得电感元件73与感应线圈72之间省去了线束的布置。当然,作为替代性地,还可以采用有线连接的方式实现对雾化片2的供电。
优选地,如图3和4所示,固定构件71包括固定内板711和固定外板712,固定内板711与水盒1连接,固定外板712固定在其他设备上,固定外板712上形成有第一空心柱状结构712a,固定内板711上形成有第二空心柱状结构711a,第二空心柱状结构711a套设在第一空心柱状结构712a上,感应线圈72套设在第二空心柱状结构711a上,电感元件73设置在第一空心柱状结构712a中,第一电路板74设置在固定内板711上,第二电路板75设置在固定外板712上。第一空心柱状结构712a形成在固定外板712靠近固定内板711的一侧,第二空心柱状结构711a形成在固定内板711远离固定外板712的一侧,第一空心柱状结构712a的外管壁的直径优选地与第二空心柱状结构711a的内管壁的直径相等,从而通过第一空心柱状结构712a与第二空心柱状结构711a能够实现两者的彼此定位,第一空心柱状结构712a和第二空心柱状结构711a采用绝缘材料制成,例如玻璃、塑料或陶瓷等,不采用金属能够避免造成电磁屏蔽。需要说明的是,第一空心柱状结构712a的端部和第二空心柱状结构711a的端部均优选采用封闭设置。通过这样的设置,使得固定外板712可以作为固定内板711的安装基座,固定外板712可以固定在其他设备上,当需要向水盒1中添加或更换溶剂时将固定内板711能够从固定外板712上拆卸下来,在安装时再将固定内板711安装在固定外板712上,第一空心柱状结构712a和第二空心柱状结构711a在安装时能够起到定位作用,同时第一空心柱状结构712a中能够容纳电感元件73,第二空心柱状结构711a外能够套设感应线圈72,从而使得第一空心柱状结构712a与第二空心柱状结构711a都有多个作用,从而进一步提高雾化装置的紧凑性。此外,固定内板711和固定外板712之间还可以设置磁吸附结构,例如在固定外板712上设置第一永磁铁,固定内板711上设置第二永磁铁,第一永磁铁与第二永磁铁的磁性相反,从而实现固定外板712对固 定内的磁吸附固定。
优选地,水盒1上形成有安装口,安装口的内壁形成有安装筋,固定内板711的边缘形成有安装槽,安装筋设置在安装槽中以将固定内板711固定在水盒1上。安装口可以为方形口,还可以为半圆形口,只要能够使固定内板711进入到安装口中即可,例如图3和4中所示的结构中,安装口为方形口,方形口的内壁上形成有U型安装筋1f,固定内板711的边缘形成有U型安装槽711b,固定内板711从安装口的一侧插入安装口,U型安装筋1f的两侧先与U型安装槽711b的两侧插合,在插合到位时,U型安装筋1f的三侧都与U型安装槽711b的三侧插合。可以利用饰壳3将固定内板711的底部抵住,即安装时先将固定内板711安装到水盒1上,然后将饰壳3卡置在水盒1上,饰壳3既能够承载固定内板711的底部,又能够封闭电气腔室1c。
在本发明中,水盒1可以采用一体式结构,还可以采用分体式结构,采用分体式能够便于对水盒1的内部进行清理,例如,如图3至7所示,水盒1包括盒体11和盒盖12,盒体11设置在其他设备上,出口1a形成于盒体11上,盒盖12与盒体11之间设置有抵接构件和卡接组件,在将盒盖12与盒体11进行安装时,先将盒盖12通过抵接构件抵接在盒体11上再通过卡接组件将盒盖12与盒体11卡接固定,抵接构件可以为抵接筋或者抵接筋和抵接槽配合的结构,比如,可以在盒盖12上形成抵接筋,图3和7中所示的为L型抵接筋12a,在安装时,可以将L型抵接筋12a抵接在盒体11上形成的与盒盖12配合的盒口11a的边缘,然后再通过卡接组件将盒盖12与盒体11卡接,实现盒盖12对盒口11a的盖合封闭。优选地,盒体11与盒盖12之间设置有密封构件5,密封构件5上形成有通口,卡接组件包括设置在盒盖12上的第一卡接件61和设置在盒体11上的第二卡接件62,第一卡接件61穿过通口与第二卡接件62卡接固定。密封构件5可以为密封圈,还可以为密封垫,又或者为其他密封结构。通过通口和第一卡接件61的配合,使得第一卡接件61既能够实现与第二卡接件62卡接来实现盒盖12与盒体11的安装,还能够对密封构件5进行定位,防止在盒盖12盖合盒口11a的过程中密封构件5发生窜动。当然,还可以在密封构件5上形成定位凸起,盒盖12上形成定位凹槽, 定位凸起与定位凹槽相配合,以密封构件5为方环形密封垫为例,第一卡接件61可以为两个且位于方环形密封垫的一对侧边,定位凸起为两个且位于方环形密封垫的另一对侧边,在盒盖12盖合盒口11a时,第一卡接件61与通口的配合能够实现方环形密封垫一对侧边的定位,定位凸起与定位凹槽定位配合能够实现方环形密封垫另一对侧边的定位,从而保证方环形密封垫的四边都能够定位,保证方环形密封垫不会发生窜动和形变。在一种优选的情形中,第一卡接件61为具有卡口的卡板,第二卡接件62为卡合凸起,在安装时,卡板穿过通口并将卡口露出以使卡口与卡合凸起卡置。当然,第一卡接件61和第二卡接件62还可以采用其他卡接方式。
优选地,雾化装置还包括进料盖13,盒盖12上形成有进料口12b,进料盖13上形成有第一螺旋槽,进料口12b上形成有第二螺旋槽,进料盖13与进料口12b通过第一螺旋槽和第二螺旋槽螺旋连接。具体地,进料盖13与进料口12b采用螺旋连接能够实现进料盖13相对于进料口12b的旋进以及旋出,即向一个方向转动进料盖13能够实现进料盖13将进料口12b旋进关闭,向另一个方向转动能够实现进料盖13将进料口12b旋出打开。当然,进料盖13与进料口12b还可以采用枢转连接的翻盖式结构。进料盖13和进料口12b之间可以设置密封圈。
优选地,进料盖13的外表面转动连接有提手环14,提手环14能够在非提拉状态下转动并容置在进料口12b中,提手环14可以采用枢转连接的方式连接在进料盖13的外表面,进料盖13在将进料口12b关闭后,进料盖13的外表面距离进料口12b的外部口沿具有一定的距离,该距离保证能够容纳非提拉状态下的提手环14,在该状态下,提手环14所处的平面与进料盖13的外表面所处的平面平行,当提手环14处于提拉状态下时,例如提手环14露出进料口12b,从而便于用户抓握,提手环14所处的平面与进料盖13的外表面所处的平面垂直或者呈一定角度,从而扭动提手环14实现进料盖13从进料口12b的旋出。
本发明的衣物处理设备包括箱体、衣物处理筒和门装置,衣物处理筒设置在箱体中,箱体上形成有衣物投放口,门装置用于开闭衣物投放口,衣物投放口通过连接构件与衣物处理筒连接,衣物处理设备还包括 容纳有衣物处理剂的雾化装置,雾化装置的水盒1设置在衣物处理筒、门装置和/或连接构件上,雾化装置具有朝向衣物处理筒内部设置的至少一个出口以便雾化装置向衣物处理筒中喷射雾化气体。当衣物处理设备为干衣机时,衣物处理筒为烘干筒,当烘干筒为单筒式结构时,雾化装置的水盒1优选地设置在门装置和/或连接构件上,此时的连接构件为干衣机的前支撑结构,前支撑结构的前端与箱体的衣物投放口连接,前支撑结构的后端与烘干筒的前端通过动密封结构连接,前支撑结构不仅能够支撑烘干筒的前端,还不会影响烘干筒的转动。当衣物处理设备为洗干一体机时,衣物处理筒为洗涤和烘干筒,衣物处理筒为套筒式结构,即衣物处理筒具有外筒和转动设置在外筒中的内筒(也可称滚筒),雾化装置的水盒1可以设置在外筒、门装置和/或连接构件上,此时的连接构件为窗垫,窗垫的前端与衣物投放口连接,窗垫的后端与外筒连接,窗垫用于保证外筒和衣物投放口之间的密封。在本发明中,衣物处理剂可以为水,或者为洗涤剂、柔顺剂、软化剂、增香剂或者其他衣物处理溶剂,也或者为上述水和溶剂的混合剂。雾化气体为形成有大量微小颗粒的液滴,因肉眼不容易观察到每个微小液滴,故形成类似气状的结构,雾化装置能够将衣物处理剂打散并投放到衣物处理筒中的衣物上。
优选地,衣物处理筒、门装置和/或连接构件上形成有安装槽,水盒1设置在安装槽中,以图9所示的干衣机的前支撑结构为例,在前支撑结构上形成有安装槽100,雾化装置的水盒1能够安装至安装槽100中(图9中所示的箭头方向为雾化装置的安装方向),当雾化装置安装完成后,饰壳3露在外面,从饰壳3的开口3a向烘干筒中喷入雾化气体,安装槽100能够对雾化装置进行部分包裹,提高对雾化装置的固定效果,且充分利用前支撑结构自身的空间,避免安装雾化装置额外占用过多的空间。
优选地,饰壳3的外壁全部或局部未被安装槽100遮挡,饰壳3的外壁上未被安装槽100遮挡的部分上设置有便于雾化装置拆装的凸起结构300,凸起结构可以为多个平行设置的凸筋(如图9所示的情形),还可以呈矩阵设置的多个凸点,凸起结构便于用户手持雾化装置时对雾化装置进行施力,通过提高与饰壳3摩擦的方式实现饰壳的便捷拆装。
至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案, 但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种雾化装置,其特征在于,所述雾化装置包括水盒、饰壳和雾化片,所述水盒上形成有出口,所述雾化片设置在所述出口处,所述水盒的内部形成有彼此隔绝的容水腔室和电气腔室,所述容水腔室封闭且与所述出口连通,所述饰壳通过多个卡接结构与所述水盒连接,所述多个卡接结构的卡接方向不完全相同,所述饰壳将所述电气腔室的下部封闭,所述电气腔室用于容纳与所述雾化片连接的线束。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述饰壳包括彼此呈设定角度且彼此相连的第一部分和第二部分,所述出口靠近所述第一部分和所述第二部分的交汇处设置,所述多个卡接结构包括第一卡接结构和第二卡接结构,所述第一卡接结构将所述第一部分的远离所述第二部分的一侧与所述水盒连接,所述第二卡接结构将所述第二部分的远离所述第一部分的一侧与所述水盒连接,所述第一卡接结构与所述第二卡接结构的卡接方向不同。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述多个卡接结构还包括第三卡接结构,所述第三卡接结构将所述第一部分与所述第二部分的连接处与所述水盒连接,所述第一卡接结构和所述第二卡接结构均与所述第三卡接结构的卡接方向不同。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述设定角度的取值范围为90°至180°。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述雾化装置还包括用于给所述雾化片供电的无线充电组件,所述无线充电组件与所述水盒连接且所述无线充电组件的一部分位于所述电气腔室内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述无线充电组 件包括固定构件、感应线圈、电感元件、第一电路板和第二电路板,所述固定构件与所述水盒连接,所述感应线圈和所述电感元件均设置在所述固定构件上且所述感应线圈套设在所述电感元件的外侧,所述第一电路板与所述感应线圈连接,所述第二电路板与所述电感元件连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述固定构件包括固定内板和固定外板,所述固定内板与所述水盒连接,所述固定外板上形成有第一空心柱状结构,所述固定内板上形成有第二空心柱状结构,所述第二空心柱状结构套设在所述第一空心柱状结构上,所述感应线圈套设在所述第二空心柱状结构上,所述电感元件设置在所述第一空心柱状结构中,所述第一电路板设置在所述固定内板上,所述第二电路板设置在所述固定外板上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述水盒上形成有安装口,所述安装口的内壁形成有安装筋,所述固定内板的边缘形成有安装槽,所述安装筋设置在所述安装槽中以将所述固定内板固定在所述水盒上。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的雾化装置,其特征在于,所述固定内板与所述固定外板彼此磁吸附连接。
  10. 一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述衣物处理设备包括权利要求1至9中任一项所述的雾化装置,
    所述衣物处理设备还包括箱体、衣物处理筒和门装置,所述衣物处理筒设置在所述箱体中,所述箱体上形成有衣物投放口,所述门装置用于开闭所述衣物投放口,所述衣物投放口通过连接构件与所述衣物处理筒连接,
    所述水盒设置在所述衣物处理筒、所述门装置和/或所述连接构件上,所述出口朝向所述衣物处理筒的内部设置以便向所述衣物处理筒中喷射雾化气体。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述衣物处理筒、所述门装置和/或所述连接构件上形成有安装槽,所述水盒设置在所述安装槽中。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述饰壳的外壁全部或局部未被所述安装槽遮挡,所述饰壳的外壁上未被所述安装槽遮挡的部分上设置有便于所述雾化装置拆装的凸起结构。
