Abstract

一种有机发光二极管显示设备,包括基板、设置在基板上的发光区、覆盖发光区的封装层及保护组件。基板包括沿第一方向的折叠区域和沿第二方向的非折叠区域,第一方向垂直于第二方向。保护组件设置在沿第一方向的折叠区域和沿第二方向的非折叠区域。保护组件可以降低封装层产生裂纹,并提高有机发光二极管显示设备的耐弯折性能。

Description

有机发光二极管显示设备 技术领域
本发明是有关于一种显示技术领域,特别是有关于一种具有保护组件的有机发光二极管显示设备。
背景技术
在有机发光二极管显示设备的制作过程中,有机发光二极管显示设备的边缘由于切割和摩擦而产生微小裂纹。当有机发光二极管显示设备在弯折时,这些微小裂纹易向装置的内部扩展,若扩展至封装膜层,则会造成封装失效,并降低有机发光二极管显示设备的可靠度。
技术问题
在有机发光二极管显示设备的制作过程中,有机发光二极管显示设备的边缘由于切割和摩擦而产生微小裂纹。这些微小裂纹易向装置的内部扩展,若扩展至封装膜层,则会造成封装失效,并降低有机发光二极管显示设备的可靠度。
技术解决方案
本发明实施例提供一种有机发光二极管显示设备,包括基板、设置在基板上的发光区、覆盖发光区的封装层及保护组件。基板包括沿第一方向的折叠区域和沿第二方向的非折叠区域,第一方向垂直于第二方向。保护组件设置在沿第一方向的折叠区域和沿第二方向的非折叠区域。
在本发明的一实施例中,保护组件围绕在封装层和发光区的周围。
在本发明的一实施例中,在第一方向上,保护组件具有第一宽度。在第二方向上,保护组件具有第二宽度,第一宽度大于第二宽度。
在本发明的一实施例中,保护组件是复合结构,复合结构是由多个保护组件单元组成。
在本发明的一实施例中,多个保护组件单元彼此平行设置。
在本发明的一实施例中,保护组件单元的形状是长条形。
在本发明的一实施例中,在第一方向上,基板与保护组件的距离小于保护组件的第一宽度。
在本发明的一实施例中,在第二方向上,基板与保护组件的距离不大于保护组件的第二宽度。
在本发明的一实施例中,多个保护组件单元彼此之间的距离相等。
在本发明的一实施例中,在第一方向的折叠区域,有机发光二极管显示设备是可折叠;以及在第二方向的非折叠区域,有机发光二极管显示设备是不可折叠。
本发明另一实施例提供一种有机发光二极管显示设备,包括基板、设置在基板上的发光区、覆盖发光区的封装层及保护组件。基板包括沿第一方向的折叠区域和沿第二方向的非折叠区域,第一方向垂直于第二方向。保护组件设置在沿第一方向的折叠区域和沿第二方向的非折叠区域。保护组件围绕在封装层和发光区的周围。在第一方向上,保护组件具有第一宽度。在第二方向上,保护组件具有第二宽度,第一宽度大于第二宽度。
在本发明的一实施例中,保护组件是复合结构,复合结构是由多个保护组件单元组成。
在本发明的一实施例中,多个保护组件单元彼此平行设置。
在本发明的一实施例中,保护组件单元的形状是长条形。
在本发明的一实施例中,在第一方向上,基板与保护组件的距离小于保护组件的第一宽度。
在本发明的一实施例中,在第二方向上,基板与保护组件的距离不大于保护组件的第二宽度。
在本发明的一实施例中,多个保护组件单元彼此之间的距离相等。
在本发明的一实施例中,在第一方向的折叠区域,有机发光二极管显示设备是可折叠;以及在第二方向的非折叠区域,有机发光二极管显示设备是不可折叠。
有益效果
本发明实施例提供的有机发光二极管显示设备具有保护组件,保护组件可以降低封装层产生裂纹,并提高有机发光二极管显示设备的耐弯折性能。

本发明的实施方式
根据图1,第一实施例的有机发光二极管显示设备包括基板100、设置在基板100上的发光区110、覆盖发光区110的封装层120及围绕在封装层120和发光区110周围的保护组件130。基板100包括沿第一方向的折叠区域和沿第二方向的非折叠区域,第一方向垂直于第二方向。在第一方向的折叠区域,有机发光二极管显示设备是可折叠;在第二方向的非折叠区域,有机发光二极管显示设备是不可折叠。发光区110包括有机发光功能层。保护组件130设置在沿第一方向的折叠区域和沿第二方向的非折叠区域,且保护组件130可以提高有机发光二极管显示设备的耐弯折性能。
具体而言,在第一方向上,保护组件130具有第一宽度,在第二方向上,保护组件130具有第二宽度,第一宽度大于第二宽度。此外,在第一方向上,基板100与保护组件130的距离小于保护组件130的第一宽度;在第二方向上,基板100与保护组件130的距离不大于保护组件130的第二宽度。优选地,保护组件130是复合结构,复合结构是由多个保护组件单元131组成,多个保护组件单元131彼此之间的距离相等,且多个保护组件单元131彼此平行设置。另外,保护组件130亦可以是弹性体,例如聚氨酯弹性体。优选地,保护组件单元131的形状包括长条形、弧形、波浪形、S形或前述形状的任意组合。更优选地,当保护组件单元131是波浪形时,其具有固定的波浪周期宽度。还更优选地,当保护组件单元131是弧形时,其能降低应力集中并有效降低封装层120产生裂纹,并提高有机发光二极管显示设备的耐弯折性能。
根据图2,第二实施例的有机发光二极管显示设备包括基板200、设置在基板200上的发光区210、覆盖发光区210的封装层220及围绕在封装层220和发光区210周围的保护组件230。基板200包括沿第一方向的折叠区域和沿第二方向的非折叠区域,第一方向垂直于第二方向。在第一方向的折叠区域,有机发光二极管显示设备是可折叠;在第二方向的非折叠区域,有机发光二极管显示设备是不可折叠。发光区210包括有机发光功能层。保护组件230设置在沿第一方向的折叠区域和沿第二方向的非折叠区域,且保护组件230可以提高有机发光二极管显示设备的耐弯折性能。具体而言,保护组件230是一整体结构,其形状无特别限定,可依需要作适当选择。另外,保护组件230可以是弹性体,例如聚氨酯弹性体。保护组件230的宽度在第二方向上由中央向两侧逐渐缩减。另外,在弯折区域,保护组件230具有第一宽度;在非弯折区域,保护组件230具有第二宽度,且第一宽度大于第二宽度。第二实施例与第一实施例的差别在于第二实施例的保护组件230不是复合结构,且保护组件230不包括保护组件单元。
本发明第一实施例与第二实施例的具有保护组件的有机发光二极管显示设备可以降低封装层产生裂纹,并提高有机发光二极管显示设备的耐弯折性能。
虽然本发明结合其具体实施例而被描述,应该理解的是,许多替代、修改及变化对于那些本领域的技术人员将是显而易见的。因此,其意在包含落入所附权利要求书的范围内的所有替代、修改及变化。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种有机发光二极管显示设备,其特征在于,包括:
    基板,所述基板包括沿第一方向的折叠区域和沿第二方向的非折叠区域,所述第一方向垂直于所述第二方向;
    发光区,所述发光区设置在所述基板上;
    封装层,所述封装层覆盖所述发光区;以及
    保护组件,所述保护组件设置在所述沿第一方向的折叠区域和所述沿第二方向的非折叠区域。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的有机发光二极管显示设备,其特征在于,所述保护组件围绕在所述封装层和所述发光区的周围。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的有机发光二极管显示设备,其特征在于,在所述第一方向上,所述保护组件具有第一宽度;在所述第二方向上,所述保护组件具有第二宽度,所述第一宽度大于所述第二宽度。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的有机发光二极管显示设备,其特征在于,所述保护组件是复合结构,所述复合结构是由多个保护组件单元组成。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的有机发光二极管显示设备,其特征在于,所述多个保护组件单元彼此平行设置。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的有机发光二极管显示设备,其特征在于,所述保护组件单元的形状是长条形。
  7. 如权利要求3所述的有机发光二极管显示设备,其特征在于,在所述第一方向上,所述基板与所述保护组件的距离小于所述保护组件的所述第一宽度。
  8. 如权利要求3所述的有机发光二极管显示设备,其特征在于,在所述第二方向上,所述基板与所述保护组件的距离不大于所述保护组件的所述第二宽度。
  9. 如权利要求5所述的有机发光二极管显示设备,其特征在于,所述多个保护组件单元彼此之间的距离相等。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的有机发光二极管显示设备,其特征在于,在所述第一方向的折叠区域,所述有机发光二极管显示设备是可折叠;以及在所述第二方向的非折叠区域,所述有机发光二极管显示设备是不可折叠。
  11. 一种有机发光二极管显示设备,其特征在于,包括:
    基板,所述基板包括沿第一方向的折叠区域和沿第二方向的非折叠区域,所述第一方向垂直于所述第二方向;
    发光区,所述发光区设置在所述基板上;
    封装层,所述封装层覆盖所述发光区;以及
    保护组件,所述保护组件设置在所述沿第一方向的折叠区域和所述沿第二方向的非折叠区域;
    其中所述保护组件围绕在所述封装层和所述发光区的周围;以及
    其中在所述第一方向上,所述保护组件具有第一宽度;在所述第二方向上,所述保护组件具有第二宽度,所述第一宽度大于所述第二宽度。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的有机发光二极管显示设备,其特征在于,所述保护组件是复合结构,所述复合结构是由多个保护组件单元组成。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的有机发光二极管显示设备,其特征在于,所述多个保护组件单元彼此平行设置。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的有机发光二极管显示设备,其特征在于,所述保护组件单元的形状是长条形。
  15. 如权利要求11所述的有机发光二极管显示设备,其特征在于,在所述第一方向上,所述基板与所述保护组件的距离小于所述保护组件的所述第一宽度。
  16. 如权利要求11所述的有机发光二极管显示设备,其特征在于,在所述第二方向上,所述基板与所述保护组件的距离不大于所述保护组件的所述第二宽度。
