최근 들어 완벽한 익명성, 정부의 통제받지 않은 자산의 이전, 투자자산의 수단으로 변동성 가상화폐에 대한 관심이 급증하고 있으며, 일상생활에서 결제대금을 송금하는 수단으로 급부상하고 있는 실정이다.
가상화폐거래를 이용한 결제 시스템을 개시하고 있는 종래기술인 대한민국 특허등록번호 제10-1813256호에 대해서 살펴본다.
종래기술은 가상화폐거래를 이용한 결제 시스템에 관한 것으로, 해결하고자 하는 기술적 과제는 가상화폐 사용이 불가능한 온/오프라인 상점에서도 직불카드, 신용카드, 모바일 등의 다양한 결제수단과 연동한 가상화폐를 통해 결제가 가능하도록 하는데 있다.

바람직하게는, 상기 포인트용 변동성 가상화폐는, 상기 거래소 서버에 기설정된 다종류의 변동성 가상화폐 중에서 임의적으로 선택된 적어도 1개 종류 이상의 상기 임의종류의 변동성 가상화폐를 포함한다.
상술한 과제해결수단으로 송금의 편의성을 증대시키면서 변동성 가상화폐의 거래를 촉진시키고 그 수요를 증대시킴에 있어서, 가상화폐 송금에 따라 포인트를 지급하되, 다종류의 변동성 가상화폐를 포인트로 지급하도록 하여, 결제수단으로 가상화폐의 거래를 촉진시키고, 변동성 가상화폐의 수요를 증대시켜 변동성 가상화폐의 거래를 촉진시킬 수 있다.
구체적으로, 가상화폐 송금에 따라 수취인이 송금인에게 포인트를 지급하되, 다종류의 변동성 가상화폐 중에서 임의적으로 선택된 임의종류의 변동성 가상화폐를 포인트용 변동성 가상화폐로 지급함으로써, 다종류의 변동성 가상화폐의 수요를 증대시켜 변동성 가상화폐의 거래를 촉진시킬 수 있다.
도 1은 본 발명에 따른 가상화폐 송금에 따른 포인트 지급방법의 제1실시예를 개략적으로 도시한 도면이다.
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 가상화폐 송금에 따른 포인트 지급방법의 제2실시예를 개략적으로 도시한 도면이다.
이하, 본 발명에 따른 방법의 바람직한 실시예를 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 설명한다. 이 과정에서 도면에 도시된 선들의 두께나 구성요소의 크기 등은 설명의 명료성과 편의성을 위해 과장되게 도시될 수 있다. 또한, 후술되는 용어들은 본 발명에서의 기능을 고려하여 정의된 용어들로서 이는 사용자 또는 운용자의 의도 또는 관례에 따라 달라질 수 있다. 그러므로 이러한 용어들에 대한 정의는 본 명세서 전반에 걸친 내용을 토대로 내려져야 할 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 가상화폐 송금방법에 있어서, "가상화폐"는 비변동성 가상화폐 및 변동성 가상화폐를 포함한다. "비변동성 가상화폐"란 그 교환가치가 법정화폐에 일대일로 고정된 디지털화된 화폐를 지칭한다.
"변동성 가상화폐"란 교환 수단으로 가능하도록 고안된 디지털화된 자산으로서 그 교환가치가 법정화폐에 일대일로 고정되지 않고, 시장에서의 수요와 공급에 의해 그 교환가치가 변동되는 디지털화된 화폐를 지칭한다. 예시적인 변동성 가상화폐로 비트코인, 이러디움, 리플 등이 있다.
본 발명에서 "포인트"란, 송금인이 수취인에게 송금한 일정한 가치에 대한 임의비율의 가치로서, 송금인의 의사에 의하여 처분될 수 있도록 수취인이 송금인에게 되돌려 주는 가치를 지칭한다. 따라서, 본 발명에서 "포인트 비율"은 송금인이 수취인에게 송금한 일정한 가치에 대한 포인트 가치의 비율이다. 이러한 가치는 법정화폐, 비변동성 가상화폐 또는 변동성 가상화폐로 표시될 수 있음은 물론이다.
본 발명에 따른 가상화폐의 송금은 거래소 서버에서 소정의 가치를 갖는 가상화폐가 송금인의 가상화폐 송금계좌로부터 출금되고, 이후 거래소 서버에서 소정의 가치와 동등한 가치를 갖는 가상화폐가 수취인의 가상화폐 수취계좌에 입금되는 방식으로 이루어진다.
구체적으로, 송금인의 송금요청에 따라, 거래소 서버에서 송금인의 비변동성 가상화폐 송금계좌에서 소정의 가치를 갖는 비변동성 가상화폐가 출금되거나, 또는 송금인의 변동성 가상화폐 송금계좌에서 소정의 가치를 갖는 변동성 가상화폐가 출금될 수 있다.
이렇게 거래소 서버에서 출금된 소정의 가치를 갖는 비변동성 가상화폐 또는 변동성 가상화폐는 그대로 수취인의 비변동성 가상화폐 수취계좌에 입금되거나 또는 수취인의 변동성 가상화폐 수취계좌에 입금될 수 있다. 또는, 거래소 서버에서 출금된 소정의 가치를 갖는 비변동성 가상화폐 또는 변동성 가상화폐가 거래소 서버에서 이와 동등한 가치를 갖는 다른 비변동성 가상화폐 또는 변동성 가상화폐로 전환되고, 이렇게 전환된 다른 비변동성 가상화폐 또는 변동성 가상화폐는 수취인의 비변동성 가상화폐 수취계좌 또는 변동성 가상화폐 수취계좌에 입금될 수 있음은 물론이다.
송금인의 비변동성 가상화폐 송금계좌 및 변동성 가상화폐 송금계좌는 기존 은행의 계좌와 달리 생성된 가상계좌이거나, 기존 은행의 계좌일 수 있으며, 또는 가상화폐 송금방법을 구현하기 위해 적용되는 통상의 기술자에게 알려진 어떠한 형태의 계좌도 가능함은 물론이다.
수취인의 비변동성 가상화폐 수취계좌 및 변동성 가상화폐 수취계좌는 기존 은행의 계좌와 달리 생성된 가상계좌이거나, 기존 은행의 계좌일 수 있으며, 또는 가상화폐 송금방법을 구현하기 위해 적용되는 통상의 기술자에게 알려진 어떠한 형태의 계좌도 가능함은 물론이다.
비변동성 가상화폐 및 변동성 가상화폐의 기타 송금 및 수취방법은 종래기술에 따른다.
가상화폐 송금에 따른 포인트 지급방법으로, 송금인으로부터 수취인으로 가상화폐 송금이 이루어지면서, 수취인이 송금인에게 다종류의 변동성 가상화폐 중에서 선택된 변동성 가상화폐를 포인트로 지급하는 방법을 설명한다.
송금인으로부터 송금된 소정의 가치를 갖는 가상화폐와 동등한 가치를 갖는 가상화폐를 수취한 수취인은, 송금인으로부터 송금된 소정의 가치를 갖는 가상화폐에 기설정된 포인트 비율이 적용되어 계산된 포인트를 송금인에게 지급하되, 이러한 포인트의 가치만큼의 가치에 해당되는 변동성 가상화폐를 포인트용으로 송금인의 변동성 가상화폐 수취계좌에 입금되도록 포인트 송금요청할 수 있다.
즉, 거래소 서버에는 수취인에 의해 포인트 비율이 기설정되어 있으며, 거래소 서버에서는 송금인으로부터 송금된 소정의 가치를 갖는 가상화폐에 기설정된 포인트 비율이 적용되어 포인트가 계산되고, 계산된 포인트의 가치만큼의 가치에 해당되는 포인트용 변동성 가상화폐가 송금인의 변동성 가상화폐 수취계좌에 입금될 수 있도록, 수취인에 의한 포인트 송금요청이 거래소 서버에 수신될 수 있다.
송금인으로부터 송금된 소정의 가치를 갖는 가상화폐에 대한 포인트 비율은 수취인에 의해 기설정될 수 있음은 물론이거니와, 주기적으로 또는 실시간으로 이러한 포인트 비율이 수취인에 의해 변경될 수 있음은 물론이다.
포인트 송금요청을 수신한 거래소 서버에서는 포인트의 가치만큼의 가치에 해당되는 비변동성 가상화폐가 수취인의 비변동성 가상화폐 수취계좌에서 출금되거나, 또는 포인트의 가치만큼의 가치에 해당되는 변동성 가상화폐가 수취인의 변동성 가상화폐 수취계좌에서 출금될 수 있음은 물론이다. 또한, 수취인의 비변동성 가상화폐 수취계좌 또는 변동성 가상화폐 수취계좌와 다른 별도의 수취인의 계좌에서 포인트의 가치만큼의 가치에 해당되는 가상화폐가 출금될 수 있음은 물론이다.
거래소 서버에는 다종류의 변동성 가상화폐가 기설정되어 있을 수 있다. 거래소 관리자는 이러한 기설정된 다종류의 변동성 가상화폐 중에서 일부 변동성 가상화폐를 삭제하거나 다른 변동성 가상화폐를 추가할 수 있음은 물론이다.
거래소 서버에 기설정된 다종류의 변동성 가상화폐에서 포인트용 변동성 가상화폐를 선택하는 제1실시예와 이에 따른 포인트 지급방법을 설명한다.
거래소 서버에 수신된 수취인에 의한 포인트 송금요청으로, 거래소 서버에 기설정된 다종류의 변동성 가상화폐 중에서, 임의종류의 변동성 가상화폐가 임의적으로 선택된다. 이렇게 선택된 임의종류의 변동성 가상화폐가 포인트용 변동성 가상화폐로 송금인의 변동성 가상화폐 수취계좌에 입금되되, 포인트 가치만큼의 가치에 해당되는 임의종류의 변동성 가상화폐가 입금된다.
이때, 임의적으로 선택되는 임의종류의 변동성 가상화폐는 2개 종류 이상의 임의종류의 변동성 가상화폐임이 바람직하다.
즉, 수취인으로부터 포인트 송금요청이 거래소 서버에 수신되는 경우, 거래소 서버에 기설정된 다종류의 변동성 가상화폐 중에서 임의적으로 2개 종류 이상의 임의종류의 변동성 가상화폐가 선택되고, 이렇게 임의적으로 선택된 2개 종류 이상의 임의종류의 변동성 가상화폐가 송금인의 변동성 가상화폐 수취계좌에 입금되되, 포인트 가치만큼의 가치에 해당되는 2개 이상 종류의 임의종류의 변동성 가상화폐가 입금된다.
거래소 서버에 수취인으로부터의 포인트 송금요청이 있는 경우, 일부 변동성 가상화폐에 치중되지 않고 거래소 서버에 기설정된 다종류의 변동성 가상화폐 각각에 대한 수요를 증대시키고자 함이다. 즉, 다종류의 변동성 가상화폐 중에서 포인트용 변동성 가상화폐로 선택됨에 있어서, 포인트 지급에 따라 치중된 어느 하나의 변동성 가상화폐 뿐만 아니라 다른 변동성 가상화폐에 대해서도 수요가 발생될 수 있도록 하기 위함이다.
본 발명에 따른 가상화폐 송금에 따른 포인트 지급방법이 진행되는 거래소 서버에 일단 기설정된 어느 한 변동성 가상화폐라면, 이러한 포인트 지급방법으로 포인트용 변동성 가상화폐로 선택될 수 있으며, 선택됨에 따라 선택된 변동성 가상화폐의 수요가 증대되고, 결국 선택된 변동성 가상화폐의 거래가 촉진된다. 이러한 상황에서, 수요증대와 거래 촉진을 위해서 어느 한 변동성 가상화폐는 거래소 서버에 기설정되어여 함이 필수적일 수 있다.
수취인의 포인트 송금요청이 거래소 서버에 수신되는 경우, 포인트의 가치가 거래소 서버에서 균등하게 또는 불균등하게 분할되고, 분할된 가치의 개수에 맞게 임의적으로 2개 종류 이상의 임의종류의 변동성 가상화폐가 선택된다.
2개 종류 이상의 임의종류의 변동성 가상화폐가 송금인의 변동성 가상화폐 수취계좌에 입금되되, 분할된 각각의 가치만큼의 가치에 해당되는 2개 종류 이상의 임의종류의 변동성 가상화폐가 송금인의 변동성 가상화폐 수취계좌에 입금된다. 즉, 분할된 각각의 가치만큼의 가치에 해당되는 2개 종류 이상의 임의종류의 변동성 가상화폐는 포인트용 변동성 가상화폐로서 송금인의 변동성 가상화폐 수취계좌에 입금된다.
송금인의 변동성 가상화폐 수취계좌는, 송금인이 직접 개설한 변동성 가상화폐 수취계좌이거나, 수취인이 송금인별로 개설한 변동성 가상화폐 수취계좌일 수 있음은 물론이다. 또는, 송금인의 변동성 가상화폐 송금계좌가 수취계좌로 이용될 수 있음은 물론이다. 또한, 송금인의 변동성 가상화폐 수취계좌는 기존 은행의 계좌와 달리 생성된 가상계좌이거나, 기존 은행의 계좌일 수 있으며, 또는 가상화폐 송금방법을 구현하기 위해 적용되는 통상의 기술자에게 알려진 어떠한 형태의 계좌도 가능함은 물론이다.
거래소 서버에 기설정된 다종류의 변동성 가상화폐에서 포인트용 변동성 가상화폐를 선택하는 제2실시예와 이에 따른 포인트 지급방법을 설명한다.
거래소 서버에 기설정된 다종류의 변동성 가상화폐 중에서 1개 종류 이상의 특정종류의 변동성 가상화폐가 포인트용 변동성 가상화폐로 선택되도록 수취인에 의해 기설정될 수 있다.
일례로, 수취인은, 비트코인, 이러디움, 리플 등 다종류의 변동성 가상화폐 중에서, 특정종류의 변동성 가상화폐로 반드시 리플 등이 선택되도록 수취인에 의해 기설정될 수 있다. 수취인의 변동성 가상화폐의 보유 현황에 따라, 수취인의 변동성 가상화폐의 수취방법 또는 포인트 지급방법에 따라 특정종류의 변동성 가상화폐에 대한 기호가 달라질 수 있다.
그러나 수취인의 포인트 송금요청이 거래소 서버에 수신되는 경우, 거래소 서버에서 포인트용 변동성 가상화폐가 선택됨에 있어서, 수취인이 기설정한 1개 종류 이상의 특정종류의 변동성 가상화폐로만 선택되는 경우, 변동성 가상화폐 시장에서 주축이 되는 변동성 가상화폐에 치중됨에 따라, 나머지 변동성 가상화폐의 수요증대가 어려울 수 있으며, 이에 따라 나머지 변동성 가상화폐의 거래 촉진이 어려워진다.
따라서, 일단 거래소 서버에 기설정된 다종류의 변동성 가상화폐의 경우에, 반드시 수요가 발생될 있도록, 수취인에 의해 기설정된 변동성 가상화폐가 포인트용 변동성 가상화폐로 선택됨에 있어서, 포인트 가치 중에서 일부 가치에 한정될 필요가 있다.
즉, 포인트 가치 중 일부 가치는 일부 가치만큼의 가치에 해당되는 1개 종류 이상의 특정종류의 변동성 가상화폐로 한정한다. 포인트 가치 중 나머지 가치는, 1개 종류 이상의 특정종류의 변동성 가상화폐가 제외된 기설정된 다종류의 변동성 가상화폐 중에서, 임의적으로 선택된 적어도 1개 종류 이상의 임의종류의 변동성 가상화폐일 필요가 있다.
이에 따라, 포인트용 변동성 가상화폐가 송금인의 변동성 가상화폐 수취계좌에 입금되는 경우, 포인트 가치 중에서 일부 가치는 일부 가치만큼의 가치에 해당되는 1개 종류 이상의 특정종류의 변동성 가상화폐로 입금되며, 나머지 가치는 나머지 가치만큼의 가치에 해당되는 적어도 1개 종류 이상의 임의종류의 변동성 가상화폐로 입급된다. 이러한 적어도 1개 종류 이상의 임의종류의 변동성 가상화폐는 1개 종류 이상의 특정종류의 변동성 가상화폐가 제외된 기설정된 다종류의 변동성 가상화폐 중에서 임의적으로 선택된다.
송금인의 변동성 가상화폐 수취계좌는, 송금인이 직접 개설한 수취계좌이거나 수취인이 송금인별로 개설한 수취계좌일 수 있음은 물론이다. 또는, 송금인의 변동성 가상화폐 송금계좌가 수취계좌로 이용될 수 있음은 물론이다. 또한, 송금인의 변동성 가상화폐 수취계좌는 기존 은행의 계좌와 달리 생성된 가상계좌이거나, 기존 은행의 계좌일 수 있으며, 또는 가상화폐 송금방법을 구현하기 위해 적용되는 통상의 기술자에게 알려진 어떠한 형태의 계좌도 가능함은 물론이다.
본 발명에서 거래소 서버는 물리적으로 연결된 하나의 서버일 수 있음은 물론, 네트워크로 연계된 다수의 거래소 서버일 수 있음은 물론이다.
송금인과 수취인 간의 거래가 발생하는 경우, 수취인은 포인트 지급으로 고객인 송금인에게 거래의 인센티브를 제공할 것이며, 나아가 송금인에게 포인트 지급시 다종류의 변동성 가상화폐 중에서 임의적으로 선택된 임의종류의 변동성 가상화폐를 선택하여, 또는 수취인에 의해 기설정된 1개 종류 이상의 특정종류의 변동성 가상화폐와 더불어 임의적으로 선택된 임의종류의 변동성 가상화폐를 선택하여, 포인트 가치만큼의 가치에 해당되는 임의종류 또는 임의종류 및 특정종류의 변동성 가상화폐를 포인트로 지급함으로써, 다종류의 변동성 가상화폐의 수요를 증대시킬 수 있다.
나아가, 다종류의 변동성 가상화폐의 공급자들은 이러한 수요에 맞춰 자신들의 변동성 가상화폐를 공급하고자, 본 발명에 따라 포인트 지급방법이 이루어지는 거래소에 많은 수로 참여하게 되어 거래소에서의 변동성 가상화폐의 거래가 촉진된다.
이상, 본 명세서에는 본 발명을 당업자가 용이하게 이해하고 재현할 수 있도록 도면에 도시한 실시예를 참고로 설명되었으나 이는 예시적인 것에 불과하며, 당업자라면 본 발명의 실시예로부터 다양한 변형 및 균등한 타 실시예가 가능하다는 점을 이해할 것이다. 따라서 본 발명의 보호범위는 특허청구범위에 의해서 정해져야 할 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. (a) 거래소 서버에서 소정의 가치를 갖는 가상화폐가 송금인의 가상화폐 송금계좌로부터 출금되고, 이후 상기 거래소 서버에서 상기 소정의 가치와 동등한 가치를 갖는 가상화폐가 수취인의 가상화폐 수취계좌에 입금되는 단계; 및
    (b) 상기 거래소 서버에서 상기 (a) 단계에서의 소정의 가치를 갖는 가상화폐에 기설정된 포인트 비율이 적용되어 포인트가 계산되고, 상기 포인트의 가치만큼의 가치에 해당되는 포인트용 변동성 가상화폐가 상기 송금인의 변동성 가상화폐 수취계좌에 입금되는 단계를 포함하며,
    상기 포인트용 변동성 가상화폐는 상기 거래소 서버에 기설정된 다종류의 변동성 가상화폐 중에서 선택된 변동성 가상화폐이며,
    상기 포인트용 변동성 가상화폐는 상기 거래소 서버에 기설정된 다종류의 변동성 가상화폐 중에서 임의적으로 선택된 2개 종류 이상의 임의종류의 변동성 가상화폐이며,
    상기 (b) 단계는,
    (b-1) 상기 (b) 단계에서의 포인트의 가치에 해당되는 포인트용 변동성 가상화폐가 상기 송금인의 변동성 가상화폐 수취계좌에 입금되도록 상기 수취인에 의한 포인트 송금요청이 상기 거래소 서버에 수신되고, 이후 상기 거래소 서버에서 상기 송금요청된 포인트의 가치가 2개 이상의 포인트의 가치로 분할되는 단계;
    (b-2) 상기 거래소 서버에 기설정된 다종류의 변동성 가상화폐 중에서, 상기 (b-1) 단계에서 분할된 포인트의 가치의 개수에 대응되도록 2개 종류 이상의 임의종류의 변동성 가상화폐가 임의적으로 선택되는 단계; 및
    (b-3) 상기 (b-2) 단계에서 임의적으로 선택된 2개 종류 이상의 상기 임의종류의 변동성 가상화폐가 상기 송금인의 변동성 가상화폐 수취계좌에 입금되되, 상기 (b-2) 단계에서 분할된 2개 이상의 포인트의 각각의 가치만큼의 가치에 해당되는 2개 종류 이상의 상기 임의종류의 변동성 가상화폐가 입금되는 단계를 포함하는 가상화폐 송금에 따른 포인트 지급방법.
  2. (a) 거래소 서버에서 소정의 가치를 갖는 가상화폐가 송금인의 가상화폐 송금계좌로부터 출금되고, 이후 상기 거래소 서버에서 상기 소정의 가치와 동등한 가치를 갖는 가상화폐가 수취인의 가상화폐 수취계좌에 입금되는 단계; 및
    (b) 상기 거래소 서버에서 상기 (a) 단계에서의 소정의 가치를 갖는 가상화폐에 기설정된 포인트 비율이 적용되어 포인트가 계산되고, 상기 포인트의 가치만큼의 가치에 해당되는 포인트용 변동성 가상화폐가 상기 송금인의 변동성 가상화폐 수취계좌에 입금되는 단계를 포함하며,
    상기 포인트용 변동성 가상화폐는 상기 거래소 서버에 기설정된 다종류의 변동성 가상화폐 중에서 선택된 변동성 가상화폐이며,
    상기 포인트용 변동성 가상화폐는 상기 거래소 서버에 기설정된 다종류의 변동성 가상화폐 중에서 선택된 2개 종류 이상의 변동성 가상화폐이며,
    상기 거래소 서버에 기설정된 다종류의 변동성 가상화폐 중에서 1개 종류 이상의 특정종류의 변동성 가상화폐가 상기 포인트용 변동성 가상화폐로 선택되도록 상기 수취인에 의해 기설정되며,
    상기 (b) 단계는,
    (b-4) 상기 (b) 단계에서의 포인트의 가치에 해당되는 포인트용 변동성 가상화폐가 상기 송금인의 변동성 가상화폐 수취계좌에 입금되도록 상기 수취인에 의한 포인트 송금요청이 상기 거래소 서버에 수신되고, 이후 상기 거래소 서버에서 상기 송금요청된 포인트의 가치가 2개 이상의 포인트의 가치로 분할되는 단계;
    (b-5) 상기 거래소 서버에 기설정된 다종류의 변동성 가상화폐 중에서, 상기 (b-1) 단계에서 분할된 포인트의 가치의 개수에 대응되도록 2개 종류 이상의 변동성 가상화폐가 선택되되, 상기 거래소 서버에 기설정된 다종류의 변동성 가상화폐 중에서 임의적으로 선택된 임의종류의 변동성 가상화폐와 상기 1개 종류 이상의 특정종류의 변동성 가상화폐가 포함되도록 선택되는 단계; 및
    (b-6) 상기 (b-5) 단계에서 상기 임의적으로 선택된 상기 임의종류의 변동성 가상화폐와 상기 1개 종류 이상의 특정종류의 변동성 가상화폐가 상기 송금인의 변동성 가상화폐 수취계좌에 입금되되, 상기 (b-5) 단계에서의 분할된 2개 이상의 포인트의 각각의 가치만큼의 가치에 해당되는 상기 임의적으로 선택된 상기 임의종류의 변동성 가상화폐와 상기 1개 종류 이상의 특정종류의 변동성 가상화폐가 입금되는 단계를 포함하는 가상화폐 송금에 따른 포인트 지급방법.
