Description

一种衣物处理设备 技术领域
本发明属于衣物处理设备技术领域,具体涉及一种衣物处理设备。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,洗衣机的使用愈来愈普及。现有的滚筒洗衣机包括箱体、设置在箱体顶部的台面,箱体的主视图处如图1所示,在箱体的前端面包括上下邻接设置的控制面板02和前板01,显示模块03、分配器盒组件06、旋钮05、以及按键等均设置在控制面板02上,门体04铰接在前板01上,在前板01上开设有衣物投入口,门体04与衣物投入口之间可开闭的密封设置。
技术问题
控制面板02的上端面与台面的上端面平齐,也就是台面的前侧与控制面板02的上端后侧接触,目前台面与控制面板之间具有较大的缝隙,影响美观性,并且滴落到缝隙处的水,直接沿缝隙渗入箱体内;控制面板02与台面前后邻接,使得控制面板在实现其自身功能的同时还要协调前板01与台面之间的配合关系,这就恶化了控制面板的工作环境;另一方面,这种连接结构也仅能达到部件之间连接的目的,很难使衣物处理装置的整体结构获得较强抗压、抗震性能。
此外洗衣机箱体的前端由上下两部分构成,使得洗衣机前端面的结构强度不大,并且控制面板02和前板01之间具有较大的缝隙,水分可以轻易地从该缝隙的渗入。
技术解决方案
本发明针对现有技术中上述的问题,提出一种衣物处理设备,有利于配合间隙的尺寸减小,提高制造效率、以及提高装配效率。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用下述技术方案予以实现:
一种衣物处理设备,包括箱体,所述箱体具有一体式前板和位于顶部的台面,所述前板的顶端设有向后折弯延伸的顶边框,所述台面位于所述顶边框的后侧;沿所述顶边框的后端设有向下且向后弯曲的第一弧形翻边部,在所述台面的前端设有与所述第一弧形翻边部的弧面相配的台面弧槽。

参见图2-图31,是本发明所提出的衣物处理设备的一个实施例的结构示意图,一种衣物处理设备,包括箱体10和设置在箱体10上的台面109,箱体10具有一体式前板101,前板101包括用于装配门体30的观察部1011、以及用于装配显示模块2的控制部1012,其中观察部1011和控制部1012为一体式板状结构,观察部1011和控制部1012为上下一体连接设置,也就是观察部1011和控制部1012组成了前板101的前端部。在具体实施中,可以只在控制部1012装配显示模块20,当然也可以将显示模块20、分配器模块70、按键模块60均装配在控制部1012。在前板101的控制部1012上开设有用于装配显示模块20的第一开口102、用于装配分配器模块30的第二开口103、以及用于安装按键模块60的第三开口、以及用于装配门体30的安装凹槽105,在安装凹槽105的底部开设有圆形的衣物投入口1051。洗衣机的前端面为一体式前板101,也就是通过一张钢板冲压而成的钣金件,这样显示模块20、分配器模块70、按键模块60直接装配在前板101上,就省略了控制面板,减少洗衣机的组成部件,减少了对于前控板的制造,减少了控制面板安装到前板上,有利于提高制造效率、以及提高装配效率;并且也不会出现控制面板与前板之间的缝隙,杜绝了水分从该缝隙的渗入,以及减少缝隙有利于增加洗衣机外观的美观性;相对于钣金件装配注塑的控制面板的箱体前端面设置方式,设置钣金的一体式前板101,有利于增加箱体10的结构强度。
前板101的顶端设有向后折弯延伸的顶边框106,顶边框106属于洗衣机的顶面,设置向后延伸设置的顶边框106,有利于增加前板101的结构强度,并且使得顶边框106与台面109形成洗衣机的顶面;台面109与顶边框106在前后方向上紧邻,台面109位于顶边框106的后侧。

参见图10所示,顶边框106包括水平设置的定边本体1060和沿顶边框106的后端设有向下且向后弯曲的第一弧形翻边部1061,在台面109的前端设有与第一弧形翻边部1061的后侧弧形相配的台面弧槽1091;通过设置第一弧形翻边部1061和台面弧槽1091,使得台面109与前板101的顶边框106之间的配合间隙为向后弯曲的弧形间隙,并且有利于配合间隙的尺寸减小,有利于减缓水分的渗入速度,增加外观的美观性;通过前板101和台面109直接配合,有利于装配的平整性,并且省略了控制面板,减少洗衣机的组成部件。
第一弧形翻边部1061与台面弧槽1091前后方向相邻设置,前板106为钣金件,因而顶边框106后端的折弯后肯定形成第一弧形翻边部1061,为了减小台面109与顶边框106之间的间隙,在台面109的前端设置台面弧槽1091,用于避让第一弧形翻边部1061向后凸起的一部分;相对于竖向设置的台面109的前端面,大大减小了台面109与顶边框106之间的间隙,并且台面109与顶边框106之间的间隙为向后且向下延伸的弧形间隙,只有在前上方的位置才能清晰的看到该间隙,在其他位置观察看不到间隙,有利于外观的美观性。优选设置第一弧形翻边部1061的后侧与台面弧槽1091为同心的弧形,有利于弧形间隙的进一步缩小。
参见图10所示,顶边框106还包括沿第一弧形翻边部1061的下端设有向后且向下折弯延伸的第二弧形翻边部1062、沿第二弧形翻边部1062的下端设有向下且向下折弯延伸的第三倾斜部1063。第二弧形翻边部1062的后端向后伸入台面109的下方,形成对于台面109和顶边框106之间的间隙之间的挡止,避免该间隙的深度较大;并且在有利于进一步减少渗入台面109和顶边框106之间间隙的水分的流动速度。第三倾斜部1063与左右方向的竖直平面之间的夹角为5°~20°,倾斜设置的第三倾斜部1063,有利于对于到达第三倾斜部1063处的水分的导流。在台面弧槽1091的下端设有向后延伸的倾斜面1094,倾斜面1094位于第二弧形翻边部1062的后侧,有利于对于第二弧形翻边部1062避让,进一步减小台面109与顶边框106之间的间隙。
在第三倾斜部1063上开设有第一定位孔1064,在台面109上设有向下延伸的加强板1092,在加强板1092上设有向前伸出的定位柱1093,定位柱1093伸入第一定位孔1064内。在安装台面109时,从后向前推动,使得定位柱1093伸入第一定位孔1064,实现台面109与前板101之间的定位固定。

箱体10还包括左右侧板108,在左右侧板108顶部固定设置有顶横梁110,在顶横梁110上设有左右方向的导流槽1101,第三倾斜部1063的下端位于导流槽1101的上方。顶横梁110在起到增加箱体10的结构强度的同时,还起到了引导水流的作用,避免水分进入电器件内。顶横梁110的左右两端设有向下折弯的倾斜折弯部1102,沿倾斜折弯部1102的下端设有向外水平延伸的装配沿1103,装配沿1103位于左右侧板108的顶部,导流槽1101的底面高于装配沿1103。通过设置倾斜折弯部1102,有利于流入导流槽1101的水分向左右两侧流淌,经倾斜折弯部1102,流到装配沿1103上;在装配沿1103上开设有上下贯通的导流孔1104,使得到达装配沿1103上的水分,经导流孔1104向下流入箱体。这样达台面109和顶边框106之间的水分,流经第一弧形翻边部1061与台面弧槽1091之间的间隙,之后流经第二弧形翻边部1062与台面109的前端下部之间的间隙,之后流经第三倾斜部1063,滴落到导流槽1101内;如导流槽1101内积聚了一定的水分后,导流槽1101内的水分向左右流淌,经倾斜折弯部1102达到装配沿1103上,最后经导流孔1104向下流动。
顶横梁110在左右方向的尺寸小于左右侧板108之间的距离,也就是顶横梁110的左右端部距离左右侧板108的外侧面之间具有一定的距离,台面109的外侧面与左右侧板108的外侧面平齐。
导流槽1101的前壁向上延伸形成支撑边1105,前板101通过第三倾斜部1063挂设在支撑边1105上,支撑边1105位于第三倾斜部1063的前侧;对于前板101的安装固定,先将横梁110与左右侧板108固定连接,再将前板101挂到横梁110上,最后将前板101和横梁110固定,操作简便,横梁110对于前板101起到一定的支撑和固定的作用,加强洗衣机整机结构的稳定性,此种悬挂安装方式既保证了装配间隙又保证了装配强度。
在前板101的左右侧边设有向后折弯延伸的侧边框104,侧边框104与顶边框106之间设有连接弧面,侧边框104的后端面与顶边框106的后端面平齐;沿侧边框104的后端设有向内折弯的侧翻边1041,支撑边1105的左右两侧向外延伸形成支撑边延伸部1106,支撑边延伸部1106位于侧翻边1041的后侧。通过支撑边1105位于第三倾斜部1063的前侧,支撑边1105左右两侧的位于撑板延伸部1106位于侧翻边1041的后侧,有利于前板101挂装到顶横梁110后的稳定性,在前后方向的定位准确。
在支撑边1105上设有位于第一定位孔1064前方的第二定位孔1107,定位柱1093穿过第二定位孔1107,有利于增加台面109固定的稳定性。

门体30通过铰接件40以可枢转的方式设置于衣物处理设备的前板101,以便衣物投放口打开/关闭;门体30包括透明盆31、门内框32、外门框33、观察屏34,透明盆31为前侧敞口的盆形,在透明盆31的敞口端设有沿敞口的径向向外延伸的翻边311;透明盆31固定在门内框32上,门内框32的内圈边缘位于翻边311的后侧;在门内框32上设有多个用于固定透明盆31的固定块35,固定块35通过螺钉固定在门内框32上,固定块35压在翻边311的前侧。通过设置固定块35,使得透明盆31直接固定在门内框32上,使得门体的组成部件较少;在门体装配时,安装从后向前的顺序依次安装就可,使得装配操作简单,有利于提高装配效率,并且有利于装配后的透明盆的稳定性。
参见图11所示,在铰链加强板44与翻边311之间设有用于固定透明盆31的压条45;设置压条45,保证了铰链加强板44对于翻边311的压紧,有利于保证铰链加强板44通过压条45压紧翻边311,在固定块35和铰链加强板44的固定下,使得透明盆31固定牢固;铰链加强板44起到增加门体结构强度,并且铰链加强板44还起到了固定透明盆31的作用。铰链加强板44为板状一体结构,固定在门内框32上,为铰链轴周围的门内框32结构分担了应力,保护了塑料材质的门内框32。

参见图20-图22所示,门内框32包括内框体321、沿内框体321向内延伸的安装沿322、沿安装沿322的外侧向前延伸的环形的凸沿323,翻边311位于安装沿322和凸沿323围绕形成的安装槽口327内,凸沿323围绕在翻边311的外侧,安装沿322位于翻边311的后侧,用于挡止翻边311。在安装槽口内设多个间隔设置的凸起的垫筋324,垫筋324具有连接设置的沿安装沿322凸起的径向部分和沿凸沿323凸起的周向部分。门外框33卡合固定在门内框32上,观察屏34卡合固定在门外框33上。设置门外壳33压紧在铰链加强板44和固定块35上,有利于进一步保证铰链加强板44和固定块35对于透明盆31压紧固定的稳定性。从外观上看就可以看到透明盆31、门内框32、门外框33的外边缘和观察屏34,有利于增加美观性;并且门体30安装时,从后向前依次固定安装,有利于提高组装效率,增加固定的牢固性。
衣物处理设备可以为洗衣机、干衣机、洗干一体机等,如图2所示,为滚筒洗衣机。衣物处理设备包括:箱体100和门体30,在箱体100的前板上开设有衣服投入口,门体30以可枢转的方式设置于前板以便衣物投放口打开/关闭。
参见图11和图28所示,铰接件40设置在门体30和箱体100的前板之间,用于实现门体30的枢转,铰接件40具有铰链座41、铰链轴42、套装在铰链轴42上的铰链套43、设在门体30上的铰链加强板44,在铰接套43与铰链加强板44之间设有第一定位结构。通过设置铰链加强板44增加门体组件的结构强度,并且铰链加强板44可以为铰链轴42周围的门体结构分担应力,保护门体30;通过设置铰链套43,可以减轻铰链轴42对于门体30和铰链加强板44的磨损,使得门体30与箱体100之间的铰接能配合良好;通过设置第一定位结构,使得铰链套43相对于铰链加强板44固定,防止了铰接套43的旋转,避免了对于门体30和铰链加强板44的磨损。
通过设置第一定位结构使得铰接套43与铰链加强板44之间相对固定,具体的,第一定位结构包括在铰链加强板44上设有容纳槽445,容纳槽445与铰接套43相匹配,铰接套43位于容纳槽445内,且铰接套43的至少一端伸出容纳槽445;在铰接套43的伸出端设有凸起的定位块431,在容纳槽445的端部向外延伸设有与定位块431相匹配的定位口446,定位块431装配固定在定位口446处。容纳槽445向前凹,容纳槽445与门内框32之间形成对于铰接套43的容纳空间,用于限定铰接套43的移动,门体30开闭时,铰链轴42在铰接套43内旋转,有利于减少旋转的磨损,同时也提升了铰链轴42与门内框32、铰链加强板44之间的配合精度。通过设置定位块431和定位口446,使得铰接套43与铰链加强板44固定,避免了铰接套43相对于铰链加强板44的旋转,防止了对于铰链加强板44和门内框32的旋转磨损;也就是在门体30开闭过程中,铰链轴42相对于铰接套43旋转。
在门内框32与铰链套43之间设有第二定位结构,用于将铰链套43限定在门内框32上;铰链套43具有筒套435、沿筒套435向门内框32方向延伸的支撑部436,第二定位结构包括在支撑部436上设有向门内框32方向凸起的限位块437,在门内框32上设有与限位块437相匹配的限位槽325,限位块437固定在限位槽328内。通过设置限位块437和限位槽328,使得铰链套43固定在门内框32上;并且在门体组件组装时,有利于对于铰链套43的安装定位。
参见图29所示,铰链座41具有固定在前板上的座体411、设在座体411上的两个铰链臂412,铰链套43位于两个铰链臂412之间,门内框32上开设有用于铰链臂412伸出的伸出口326;铰链轴42穿过铰接套43,铰链轴42的两端伸出铰接套43、且位于铰接臂412上的铰接孔413内。至少在铰接轴42的一端的外侧设有轴向的齿形装配部421,齿形装配部421位于铰接孔413内,有利于增加齿形装配部421与铰接孔413固定的牢固性,避免铰接轴42相对于铰接孔413的旋转。在铰链加强板44设有用于避让铰链臂412的避让槽447,定位口446连接容纳槽445和避让槽447。
下面说明衣物处理设备门体的组装方法,包括下述步骤:
S10、将透明盆31放到门内框32上,将固定块35固定到门内框32上,固定块35压在翻边311的前侧.
具体的,将透明盆31放到门内框32上,透明盆31的翻边311放置到门内框32的凸沿322上;将多个固定块35通过螺钉固定到门内框32上,并使得固定块35靠近门体30中心的一端压在翻边311的前侧。
S20、将压条45固定装配固定到铰链加强板44上,将铰链加强板44固定到门内框32上,使得压条45压在翻边311的前侧。
具体的,将压条45靠近第二折边442,并使得压条弯边451包覆在第二折边442的内侧,压条卡爪443卡合在第二折边442上; 定位柱452穿过定位孔443内。将铰链加强板44通过螺钉固定在门内框32上;铰接套43位于容纳槽445内,且铰接套43的两端均伸出容纳槽445;定位块431定位块431装配固定在定位口446处,使得铰接套43固定。同时,铰链加强板44的第二折边442通过压条45压紧在翻边311的前侧,实现对于透明盆31的固定。
在步骤S10和S20之间还具有步骤S15、将铰链套43安装到门内框32上。
具体的,将铰链套43靠近门内框32,并使得铰链套43的限位块437压紧固定在限位槽325内。
在步骤S20之间还具有步骤S30和S40,步骤S30、将门外框33卡合固定到门内框32上。
步骤S40、将观察屏34卡合固定到门内框32上。
以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其进行限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,依然可以对前述实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明所要求保护的技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种衣物处理设备,包括箱体,所述箱体具有一体式前板和位于顶部的台面,其特征在于,所述前板的顶端设有向后折弯延伸的顶边框,所述台面位于所述顶边框的后侧;沿所述顶边框的后端设有向下且向后弯曲的第一弧形翻边部,在所述台面的前端设有与所述第一弧形翻边部的弧面相配的台面弧槽。
  2.  根据权利要求1所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,沿所述第一弧形翻边部的下端设有向后且向下折弯延伸的第二弧形翻边部,所述第二弧形翻边部向后伸入所述台面的下方。
  3.  根据权利要求2所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,在所述台面弧槽的下端设有向后延伸的倾斜面,所述倾斜面位于所述第二弧形翻边部的后侧。
  4.  根据权利要求2所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,沿所述第二弧形翻边部的下端设有向下且向下折弯延伸的第三倾斜部。
  5.  根据权利要求4所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,在所述第三倾斜部上开设有第一定位孔,在所述台面上设有向下延伸的加强板,在所述加强板上设有向前伸出的定位柱,所述定位柱伸入所述第一定位孔内。
  6.  根据权利要求4所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述箱体包括左右侧板,在所述左右侧板的顶部设有顶横梁,在所述顶横梁上设有左右方向的导流槽,所述第三倾斜部位于所述导流槽的上方。
  7.  根据权利要求6所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述导流槽的前壁向上延伸形成支撑边,所述前板通过第三倾斜部挂设在所述支撑边上。
  8.  根据权利要求7所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,在所述支撑边上设有位于第一定位孔前方的第二定位孔,在所述台面上设有向下延伸的加强板,在所述加强板上设有向前伸出的定位柱,所述定位柱穿过所述第二定位孔。
  9.  根据权利要求7所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,在所述前板的左右侧边设有向后折弯延伸的侧边框,沿所述侧边框的后端设有向内折弯的侧翻边,所述支撑边的左右两侧向外延伸形成支撑边延伸部,所述支撑边延伸部位于所述侧翻边的后侧。
  10.  根据权利要求6至9任一项所述的衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述顶横梁的左右两端设有向下折弯的倾斜折弯部,沿所述倾斜折弯部的下端设有向外水平延伸的装配沿,所述装配沿位于所述左右侧板的顶部。
