2、现有的插入式小型断路器仅对断路器的工作状态进行指示的功能,无法在安装断路器时指示是否安装到位,而安装不到位的断路器在工作时难以保证稳定性,极易从安装位置脱出,影响电路的持续性和稳定性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种插入式小型断路器,其分合闸指示件设置在操作件一侧,与壳体上的分合闸指示窗口配合,能直观明确的指示断路器的分合闸状态。

以下结合附图1-29给出的实施例,进一步说明本发明的插入式小型断路器的具体实施方式。本发明的插入式小型断路器不限于以下实施例的描述。
如图1、3、8、11、13、16、19、20、25所示,本发明的插入式小型断路器,其包括壳体6、操作机构和接触系统,操作机构包括一端插置在壳体6内且另一端突出在壳体6外侧的操作件1,接触系统包括一端与操作机构相连的动触头900c以及与动触头900c配合使用的静触头910c。
优选的,如图1-17所示,所述壳体6包括设置在其上的分合闸指示窗口62a;所述插入式小型断路器还包括设置在壳体6内且用于指示插入式小型断路器分合闸状态的分合闸指示件2,分合闸指示件2设置在操作件1一侧且与其联动配合;按压所述操作件1通过操作机构使插入式小型断路器进入合闸状态,分合闸指示件2动作,通过分合闸指示窗口62a指示插入式小型断路器的合闸状态。进一步的,如图1-17所示,所述分合闸指示件2包括设置在其上的分闸指示面22和合闸指示面23;所述插入式小型断路器处于分闸状态时,分闸指示面22通过分合闸指示窗口62a可见,按压操作件1使插入式小型断路器由分闸状态进入合闸状态,分合闸指示件2动作使合闸指示面23通 过分合闸指示窗口62a可见。进一步的,如图1-17所示,所述分合闸指示件2枢转设置在壳体6上,按压操作件1使插入式小型断路器由分闸状态进入合闸状态,分合闸指示件2转动使合闸指示面23通过分合闸指示窗口62a可见。进一步的,如图1-17所示,所述插入式小型断路器处于合闸状态时,拉拔操作件1通过操作机构使插入式小型断路器进入分闸状态,操作件1驱动分合闸指示件2转动,使分闸指示面22通过分合闸指示窗口62a可见;或者,所述插入式小型断路器处于合闸状态时,按压操作件1通过操作机构使插入式小型断路器进入分闸状态,同时操作件1弹起,操作件1驱动分合闸指示件2转动,使分闸指示面22通过分合闸指示窗口62a可见。
本发明的插入式小型断路器,其分合闸指示件2与操作件1联动配合,使分合闸指示件2的动作直接受操作件1的控制,能准确指示插入式小型断路器的分合闸状态,提高用电安全性;所述分合闸指示件2枢转设置在壳体6上,有利于减小分合闸指示件2的装配空间和动作空间,节约断路器的内部空间,有利于插入式小型断路器的小型化;所述壳体6的分合闸指示窗62用于指示插入式小型断路器的分合闸状态,更加直观明确。
优选的,如图18-24所示,所述壳体6包括设置在其上的到位指示窗口62b和伸出口64;所述插入式小型断路器还包括到位指示机构,到位指示机构包括分别设置在其两端的受动凸起51和到位指示端4243,受动凸起51通过伸出口64突出在壳体6外侧,到位指示端4243与到位指示窗口62b相对设置;所述插入式小型断路器安装至断路器装配位且安装到位后,断路器装配位的壳体挤压受动凸起51,使到位指示端4243通过到位指示窗口62b指示插入式小型断路器为安装到位状态。进一步的,如图18-24所示,所述到位指示端4243包括警示面42和到位指示面43;所述插入式小型断路器未安装以及插入式小型断路器安装至断路器装配位且未安装到位时,警示面42通过到位指示窗口62b可见,指示插入式小型断路器处于未安装到位状态;所述插入式小型断路器安装至断路器装配位且安装到位后,到位指示面43通过到位指示窗口62b可见,指示插入式小型断路器处于安装到位状态。进一步的,如图18-24所示,所述到位指示机构包括到位指示件4和到位联动件5,到位指示件4一端设有到位指示端4243,另一端与到位联动件5一端驱动配合,到位联动件5另一端设有受动凸起51。进一步的,所述到位联动件5还包括设置在到位驱动凸起52一侧的断路器锁定凸起53,断路器锁定凸起53与操作机构限位配合,阻止操作件1向断路器合闸方向移动(即阻止操作件1向壳体6内部移动);所述插入式小型断路器安装至断路器装配位后且安装到位后,断路器装配位的壳体挤压受动凸起51,使到位联动件5转动,解除锁定凸起53与操作机构的限位配合。
本发明的插入式小型断路器,其到位指示机构能准确指示插入式小型断路器是否处于安装到位状态,提高了用电安全性,保证了断路器工作稳定性;所述壳体的到位指示窗口62b用于指示插入式小型断路器安装到位与否,更加直观明确;而且所述到位联动件5的断路器锁定凸起53可在插入式小型断路器处于未安装或未安装到位状态时,阻止操作件1向断路器合闸方向移动,进一步提高了用电安全性。
优选的,如图25-29所示,所述壳体6包括设置在其上的到位指示窗口62b和伸出口64;所述插入式小型断路器还包括设置在壳体6内的到位指示机构,到位指示机构包括到位指示件4,到位指示件4中部枢转设置在壳体6上,到位指示件4包括分别设置在其两端的指示端4cd和指示件受动端4a,指示端4cd与到位指示窗口62b相对设置,指示件受动端4a通过伸出口64突出设置在壳体6外侧;所述插入式小型断路器安装至断路器装配位且安装到位后,断路器装配位的壳体挤压指示件受动端4a,使指示端4cd通过到位指示窗口62b指示插入式小型断路器处于安装到位状态。进一步的,如图25-29所示,所述指示端4cd包括警示侧面4c和到位指示侧面4d;所述插入式小型断路器未安装以及插入式小型断路器安装至断路器装配且未安装到位时,警示侧面4c通过到位指示窗口62b可见,指示插入式小型断路器处于未安装到位状态;所述插入式小型断路器安装至断路器装配位且安装到位后,到位指示侧面4d通过到位指示窗口62b可见,指示插入式小型断路器处于安装到位状态。进一步的,如图25-29所示,所述插入式小型断路器还包括中部枢转设置在壳体6上的断路器锁定件8,断路器锁定件8包括分别设置在其两端的锁定凸台81和锁定件受动端80,锁定凸台81与操作机构限位配合,阻止操作件1向断路器合闸方向移动(即阻止操作件1向壳体6内部移动);所述插入式小型断路器安装至断路器装配位且安装到位后,断路器装配位的壳体挤压锁定件受动端80,使断路器锁定件8转动,解除锁定凸台81与操作机构的限位配合,按压操作件1通过操作机构使动触头900c与静触头910c闭合。
本发明的插入式小型断路器,其到位指示机构包括到位指示件4,到位指示件4与断路器装配位的壳体驱动配合,能准确指示插入式小型断路器是否安装到位,提高了用电安全性,保证了断路器工作稳定性,而且到位指示件4结构简单,便于装配,工作稳定;所述断路器锁定件8能在插入式小型断路器未安装及未安装到位时,阻止操作件1向断路器合闸方向移动,有利于进一步提高用电安全性。
以下为本发明插入式小型断路器的一种实施方式。
如图1、3、8、11、13、16、19、20、25所示,本发明的插入式小型断路器,其包括壳体6、操作机构和接触系统,操作机构包括一端插置在壳体6内且另一端突出在壳体6外侧的操作件1,接触系统包括一端与操作机构相连的动触头900c以及与动触头900c配合使用的静触头910c。具体的如图3所示方向,本发明插入式小型断路器,操作机构和接触系统均设置在壳体6内,操作机构设置在壳体6上部,接触系统设置在操作机构下方,操作机构的操作件1插置在壳体6上端,操作件1的上端突出在壳体6上侧,下端插置在壳体6内,接触系统的动触头900c设置在操作机构下方与其相连,静触头910c设置在动触头900c的左侧与其配合使用。
需要指出的是,所述操作机构和接触系统均可以通过现有技术实现,在此不再详细展开。优选的,所述操作机构包括操作件1、第一连杆7、传动板100、第二连杆200、跳扣300、锁扣400和支撑板,操作件1下端与第一连杆7一端相连,第一连杆7另一端与传动板100相连,传动板100通过第二连杆200与跳扣300相连,跳扣300和锁扣400分别转动设置在支撑板上,跳扣300与锁扣400锁扣配合,支撑板与动触头900c相连。进一步的,本发明的插入式小型断路器,按压/拉拔操作件1可通过操作机构使动触头900c与静触头910c闭合(合闸)/断开(分闸),或者按压操作件1可通过操作机构使动触头900c与静触头910c闭合/断开,当按压操作件1通过操作机构使动触头900c与静触头910c断开时,操作件1会自动弹起(即向壳体6外侧方向弹起)。
当然,如图3所示,本发明的插入式小型断路器还可以包括短路保护装置600、过载保护装置500、灭弧室700、出线端900和进线端800,出线端900设置在操作件1左侧,短路保护装置600和灭弧室700设置在操作机构下方,灭弧室700位于短路保护装置600左侧,过载保护装置500设置在操作机构左侧位于灭弧室700上方。优选的,所述短路保护装置600为电磁脱扣器,与跳扣400配合使用,过载保护装置500为双金属片,与跳扣400配合使用。
优选的,如图1-17所示,本发明的插入式小型断路器还包括设置在壳体6内且用于指示插入式小型断路器分合闸状态的分合闸指示件2,分合闸指示件2设置在操作件1一侧与其联动配合;所述壳体6包括设置在其上的分合闸指示窗口62a;按压所述操作件1通过操作机构使插入式小型断路器进入合闸状态,分合闸指示件2动作,通过分合闸指示窗口62a指示插入式小型断路器的合闸状态。进一步的,如图1-17所示,所述分合闸指示件2包括设置在其上的分闸指示面22和合闸指示面23;所述插入式小型断路器处于分闸状态时,分闸指示面22通过分合闸指示窗口62a可见,按压操作件1使插入式小型断路器由分闸状态进入合闸状态,分合闸指示件2动作使合闸指示面23通过分合闸指示窗口62a可见。进一步的,如图1-17所示,所述分合闸指示件2枢转设置在壳体6上,按压操作件1使插入式小型断路器由分闸状态进入合闸状态,分合闸指示件2转动使合闸指示面23通过分合闸指示窗口62a可见。
优选的,如图1-17所示,所述分合闸指示件2转动设置在壳体6的一个内角处,壳体6的与该内角对应的顶角处设有倒角结构,倒角结构上设有分合闸指示窗口62a。
具体的,如图1-5、8-17所示,所述分合闸指示件2枢转设置在壳体6上端的右侧顶角处,位于操作件1的右侧,壳体6的上侧壁和右侧壁的连接处设有倒角结构,分合闸指示窗口62a设置在倒角结构上,分合闸指示窗口62a与分合闸指示件2对应设置且配合使用。
需要指出的是,所述分合闸指示件2并不仅限于枢转设置在壳体6上,分合闸指示件2也可以通过滑轨与滑道配合的方式设置在壳体6上,操作件1驱动分合闸指示件2上下移动,以指示插入式小型断路器的分闸/和闸状态。
需要指出的是,本发明的“分合闸指示件2与操作件1联动配合”指的是,分合闸指示件2与操作件1同步动作,或者分合闸指示件2跟随操作件1的动作而动作。
如图1-7所示,为所述分合闸指示件2与操作件1联动配合的第一实施例。
如图2和4所示,所述分合闸指示件2包括设置在其一侧的第一指示件限位平台21a,操作件1 包括设置在其一侧的第一操作件限位凸台11a,第一指示件限位平台21a与第一操作件限位凸台11a限位配合;按压所述操作件1使插入式小型断路器由分闸状态进入合闸状态,第一操作件限位凸台11a移动至第一指示件限位平台21a一侧,解除与第一指示件限位平台21a之间的限位配合,分合闸指示件2转动,使合闸指示面23通过分合闸指示窗口62a可见。
优选的,如图4-7所示,所述分合闸指示件2位圆柱形结构,包括设置在其一侧的第一指示件限位平台21a以及设置在分合闸指示件2另一端的分闸指示面22、合闸指示面23,分合闸指示件2中部枢转设置在壳体6上,第一指示件限位平台21a包括设置在其一侧的第一限位平面210a;所述插入式小型断路器由分闸状态(如图4所示)进入合闸状态(如图5所示),第一操作件限位凸台11a从第一限位平面210a一端向第一限位平面210a另一端移动,直至第一操作件限位凸台11a与第一限位平面210a脱离,解除第一操作件限位凸台11a与第一指示件限位平台21a的限位配合。
优选的,如图1-5所示,所述分合闸指示件2还包括设置在其中部的指示件轴孔20,分合闸指示件2通过指示件轴孔20套设在壳体6的第一安装轴63上;所述插入式小型断路器还包括指示件扭簧3,指示件扭簧3套设在第一安装轴63上,一端与分合闸指示件2相连,另一端与壳体6相连,为分合闸指示件2提供转动的动力。
具体的,如图2和4所示,所述插入式小型断路器处于分闸状态,分合闸指示件2设置在操作件1右侧,第一操作件限位凸台11a设置在操作件1右侧,第一指示件限位平台21a设置在分合闸指示件2左侧,第一限位平面210a设置在第一指示件限位平台21a的左侧,第一操作件限位凸台11a与第一限位平面210a的上端抵压配合,阻止分合闸指示件2逆时针转动,此时分合闸指示件2的分闸指示面22与分合闸指示窗口62a相对,分闸指示面22通过分合闸指示窗口62a可见;如图5所示,所述插入式小型断路器处于合闸状态,所述第一操作件限位凸台11a位于第一指示件限位平台21a的下方(第一操作件限位凸台11a位于第一限位平面210a下端下方),此时分合闸指示件2的合闸指示面23与分合闸指示窗口62a相对,合闸指示面23通过分合闸指示窗口62a可见;结合图2、4和5,按压所述操作件1通过操作机构使插入式小型断路器由分闸状态进入合闸状态,操作件1带动第一操作件限位凸台11a由第一限位平面210a上端向第一限位平面210a下端移动,直至第一操作件限位凸台11a与第一限位平面210a分离,解除第一操作件限位凸台11a与第一指示件限位平台21a解除限位配合,指示件扭簧3驱动分合闸指示件2逆时针转动,使合闸指示面23与分合闸指示窗口62a相对,合闸指示面23通过分合闸指示窗口62a可见,指示插入式小型断路器处于合闸状态。
如图6和7所示,为所述分合闸指示件2的第一实施例。
如图6和7所示,所述分合闸指示件2为圆柱形结构,包括设置在分合闸指示件2一侧的第一指示件限位平台21a、设置在分合闸指示件2另一侧的分闸指示面22、合闸指示面23,以及设置在分合闸指示件2中部的指示件轴孔20;所述分闸指示面22、合闸指示面23均为弧形面,分闸指示面22的一端靠近第一指示件限位平台21a一端,另一端与合闸指示面23相连,合闸指示面23另一端靠近第一指示件平台21a另一端;所述第一指示件限位平台21a的长度>分合闸指示件2的外径,第一指示件限位平台21a的一侧设有第一限位平面210a。
具体的,如图6所示,所述第一指示件限位平台21a设置在分合闸指示件2左侧且位于分合闸指示件2的旋转中心左侧,分闸指示面22、合闸指示面23设置在分合闸指示件2右侧且位于分合闸指示件2的旋转中心的右侧,第一限位平面210a设置在第一指示件限位平台21a的左侧,分闸指示面22的半径>合闸指示面23的半径。
需要指出的,为了使分闸指示面22、合闸指示面23分别对应于插入式小型断路器的分闸状态、合闸状态,分闸指示面22和合闸指示面23可以是不同的颜色或者承载有不同的文字标识,或者即具有不同的颜色也承载有不同的文字标识。
如图8-12所示,为所述分合闸指示件2与操作件1联动配合的第二实施例。
如图8-12所示,所述分合闸指示件2包括设置在其一侧的第一指示件受动凸台21b,操作件1包括设置在其一侧的第一操作件驱动凸台11b,第一操作件驱动凸台11b与第一指示件受动凸台21b驱动配合;按压所述操作件1使插入式小型断路器由分闸状态进入合闸状态,第一操作件驱动凸台11b通过第一指示件受动凸台21b驱动分合闸指示件2转动,使合闸指示面23通过分合闸指示窗口62a可见。
具体的,如图9和10所示,所述插入式小型断路器处于分闸状态,操作件1右侧设有第一操作件驱动凸台11b,分合闸指示件2左侧设有第一指示件受动凸台21b,第一操作件驱动凸台11b设置在第一指示件受动凸台21b上方,此时分合闸指示件2的分闸指示面22与分合闸指示窗口62a相对,分闸指示面22通过分合闸指示窗口62a可见;如图12所示,所述插入式小型断路器处于合闸状态,所述第一操作件驱动凸台11b位于第一指示件受动凸台21b左侧,此时分合闸指示件2的合闸指示面23与分合闸指示窗口62a相对,合闸指示面23通过分合闸指示窗口62a可见;结合图9、10、12,所述插入式小型断路器由分闸状态进入合闸状态,按压操作件1,操作件1通过第一操作件驱动凸台11b、第一指示件受动凸台21b驱动分合闸指示件2逆时针转动,使合闸指示面23通过分合闸指示窗口62a可见。
如图10所示,为所述分合闸指示件2的第二实施例。
所述分合闸指示件2为圆柱形结构,包括设置在分合闸指示件2一侧的第一指示件受动凸台21b、设置在分合闸指示件2另一侧的分闸指示面22和合闸指示面23,以及设置在分合闸指示件2中部的指示件轴孔20,分合闸指示件2通过指示件轴孔20套设在壳体6的第一安装轴63上;所述插入式小型断路器还包括指示件扭簧3,指示件扭簧3套设在第一安装轴63上,一端与分合闸指示件2相连,另一端与壳体6相连,为指示件2提供转动的动力。进一步的,所述分闸指示面22、合闸指示面23均为弧形面,分闸指示面22一端与合闸指示面23一端相连,第一指示件受动凸台21b位于分闸指示面22另一端和合闸指示面23另一端之间。进一步的,所述分闸指示面22的半径>合闸指示面23的半径。
具体的,如图10所示,所述第一指示件受动凸台21b设置在分合闸指示件2左侧且位于分合闸指示件2的旋转中心的左侧,分闸指示面22、合闸指示面23设置在分合闸指示件2右侧且位于分合闸指示件2的旋转中心的右侧。进一步,如图10所示,所述分合闸指示件2前端还设有与指示件扭簧3相连的扭簧限位凸起。
如图13-17所示,为所述分合闸指示件2与操作件1联动配合的第三实施例。
如图13-17所示,所述分合闸指示件2为圆柱形结构,包括设置在分合闸指示件2环侧面上的多个周向分布的指示件啮齿,操作件1包括设置在其一侧的多个并排设置的操作件啮齿,指示件啮齿与操作件啮齿彼此啮合;按压所述操作件1使插入式小型断路器由分闸状态进入合闸状态,通过操作件啮齿、指示件啮齿的配合,驱动分合闸指示件2转动,使合闸指示面23通过分合闸指示窗62a可见。
如图15所示,为所述分合闸指示件2的第三实施例。
所述分合闸指示件2为圆柱形结构,包括设置在其一侧的三个指示件啮齿、设置在分合闸指示件2另一侧的分闸指示面22和合闸指示面23,以及设置在分合闸指示件2中部的指示件轴孔20;所述三个指示件啮齿分别是依次排列的第一指示件啮齿21c1、第二指示件啮齿21c2和第三指示件啮齿21c3,第一指示件啮齿21c1靠近分闸指示面22的一端,分闸指示面22另一端与合闸指示面23的一端相连,合闸指示面23的另一端靠近第三指示件啮齿21c3;所述分合闸指示件2通过指示件轴孔20套设在壳体6的第一安装轴63上。
优选的,如图15所示,所述操作件1包括设置在其一侧的三个操作件啮齿,分别是依次排列的第一操作件啮齿11c1、第二操作件啮齿11c2和第三操作件啮齿11c3。具体的,所述第一操作件啮齿11c1、第二操作件啮齿11c2和第三操作件啮齿11c3由上而下一侧设置。
具体的,如图14-15所示,所述插入式小型断路器处于分闸状态,多个操作件啮齿由上而下分布在操作件1右侧,多个指示件啮齿轴向分布在指示件2左侧,操作件啮齿与指示件啮齿彼此啮合,此时分合闸指示件2的分闸指示面22与分合闸指示窗口62a相对,分闸指示面22通过分合闸指示窗口62a可见;如图17所示,所述插入式小型断路器处于合闸状态,此时分合闸指示件2的合闸指示面23;结合图14、15、17,所述插入式小型断路器由分闸状态进入合闸状态,向下按压操作件1,操作件1通过操作件啮齿、指示件啮齿的啮合,驱动指示件2逆时针转动,使合闸指示面23与分合闸指示窗62a相对,合闸指示面23通过分合闸指示窗口62可见。进一步的,所述插入式小型断路器处于分闸状态时,第二指示件啮齿21c1位于第二操作件啮齿11c2和第三操作件啮齿11c3之间,第三操作件啮齿11c3位于第二指示件啮齿21c2和第三指示件啮齿21c3之间;所述插入式小型断路器处于合闸状态时,所述第一指示件啮齿21c1位于第一操作件啮齿11c1和第二操作件啮齿11c2之 间。

优选的,如图19所示,所述到位指示件4通过壳体6的第二安装轴63枢转设置在壳体6上,即到位指示件4与分合闸指示件2同轴安装,有利于简化本发明插入式小型断路器的安装结构和操作,有利于简化壳体6的结构,节约壳体6的生产成本。
优选的,如图22-23所示,所述到位联动件5还包括设置在到位驱动凸起52一侧的断路器锁定凸起53,断路器锁定凸起53与操作机构限位配合,阻止操作件1向断路器合闸方向移动(阻止操作件1向下移动);所述插入式小型断路器安装至断路器装配位且安装到位后,断路器装配位的壳体挤压受动凸起51,使到位联动件5转动,解除锁定凸起53与操作机构的限位配合;进一步的,如图22-23所示,所述操作机构还包括第一连杆7,第一连杆7包括插装在操作件1上的连杆第一端70;所述操作件1与断路器锁定凸起53限位配合,或者连杆第一端70与断路器锁定凸起53限位配合。
具体的,如图22-23所示,所述断路器锁定凸起53设置在到位驱动凸起52的左侧,位于连杆第一端70的下方与其限位配合,阻止操作件1向下移动,插入式小型断路器安装至断路器装配且安装到位后,断路器装配位的壳体挤压受动凸起51使其向壳体6内移动,使到位联动件5顺时针转动,断路器锁定凸起53移动至连杆第一端70右侧,解除与连杆第一端70的限位配合,向下按压操作件1,可通过操作机构使插入式小型断路器合闸。
优选的,如图18-24所示,所述到位指示件4中部枢转设置在壳体6上,包括分别设置在其两端的到位指示端4243和到位受动凸起41;所述到位联动件5中部枢转设置在壳体6上,包括分别设置在其两端的到位驱动凸起52和受动凸起51,到位驱动凸起52与到位受动凸起41驱动配合。
如图24所示,为所述到位指示件4的第一实施例。
所述到位指示件4包括转动盘40,以及分别设置在转动盘40两端的到位指示端4243和到位受动凸起41;所述转动盘40中部设有到位指示件轴孔,转动盘40通过到位指示件轴孔套设在壳体6的第一安装轴63上;所述到位指示端4243包括警示面42和到位指示面43,警示面42和到位指示面43均为弧形面,警示面42的半径>到位指示面43的半径。进一步的,所述警示面42和到位指 示面43可以是不同的颜色以指示断路器的未安装到位状态和安装到位状态,或者警示面42和到位指示面43上承载有不同的文字标识以指示断路器的未安装到位状态和安装到位状态,当然警示面42和到位指示面43上可分别具有不同的颜色和文字标识。
需要指出的是,所述到位指示件4也可以不设置到位指示面43,而是仅设置警示面42,当警示面42不能通过到位指示窗口62b可见时,即说明插入式小型断路器处于安装到位状态,有利于简化到位指示件4的结构,节约成本。
如图22-23所示,为所述到位联动件5的一个实施例。
所述到位联动件5为杆状结构,包括分别设置在其两端的到位驱动凸起52和受动凸起51,以及设置在到位驱动凸起52一侧的断路器锁定凸起53;所述受动凸起51和断路器锁定凸起53分别位于到位联动件5的两侧,受动凸起51位于到位联动件5的转动中心一侧,断路器锁定凸起53和到位驱动凸起52位于到位联动件5的转动中心的另一侧。
如图25-27所示,为所述到位指示机构的第二实施例。
所述壳体6包括设置在其上的到位指示窗口62b和伸出口64;所述到位指示机构包括到位指示件4,到位指示件4中部枢转设置在壳体6上,到位指示件4包括分别设置在其两端的指示端4cd和指示件受动端4a,指示端4cd与到位指示窗口62b相对设置,指示件受动端4a通过伸出口64突出设置在壳体6外侧;所述插入式小型断路器安装至断路器装配位且安装到位后,断路器装配位的壳体挤压指示件受动端4a,使指示端4cd通过到位指示窗口62b指示插入式小型断路器处于安装到位状态。进一步的,所述指示端4cd包括警示侧面4c和到位指示侧面4d;所述插入式小型断路器处于未安装及插入式小型断路器安装至断路器装配位且为安装到位时,警示侧面4c通过指示窗口62b可见,指示插入式小型断路器处于未安装到位状态;所述插入式小型断路器安装至断路器装配位且安装到位后,到位指示侧面4d通过到位指示窗口62b可见,指示插入式小型断路器处于安装到位状态。
具体的,如图25-27所示,所述指示端4cd和指示件受动端4a分别设置在到位指示件4的上下两端,到位指示件4中部枢转设置在壳体6上;如图25-26所示,所述插入式小型断路器未安装或安装至断路器装配位且未安装到位,此时指示端4cd的警示侧面4c与到位指示窗口62b相对,警示侧面4c通过到位指示窗口62b可见;如图27所示,所述插入式小型断路器安装至断路器装配位且安装到位,此时指示端4cd的到位指示侧面4d与到位指示窗口62b相对,到位指示侧面4d通过到位指示窗口62b可见;结合图25-27,所述插入式小型断路器由未安装到位状态进入安装到位状态,断路器装配位的壳体挤压指示件受动端4a向壳体6内移动,使到位指示件4顺时针转动,指示端4cd向右移动使到位指示侧面4d通过到位指示窗口62b可见。
优选的,如图25-27所示,所述到位指示件4还包括断路器锁定凸台4b,断路器锁定凸台4b与操作机构限位配合,阻止操作件1向断路器合闸方向移动(阻止操作件1向下移动);所述插入式小型断路器安装至断路器装配位且安装到位后,断路器装配位的壳体挤压指示件受动端4a,使到位指示件4转动,解除操作机构与断路器锁定凸台4b的限位配合,按压操作件1通过操作机构使动触头900c与静触头910c闭合。进一步的,如图25-27所示,所述操作件1包括设置在其一侧的连杆安装台12,操作机构的第一连杆7包括插装在连杆安装台12上的连杆第一端70,连杆安装台12与断路器锁定凸台4b限位配合,或者连杆第一端70与断路器锁定凸台4b限位配合。
具体的,如图25-27所示,所述操作件1右侧设有连杆安装台12,连杆安装台12上设有用于插装第一连杆7的插孔,到位指示件4左侧设有断路器锁定凸台4b,断路器锁定凸台4b位于连杆安装台12下方或连杆第一端70下方与连杆安装台12或连杆第一端70限位配合,插入式小型断路器安装至断路器装配位且安装到位后,断路器装配位的壳体挤压指示件受动端4a使其向壳体6内移动,到位指示件4顺时针转动,使断路器锁定凸台4b移动至连杆安装台12或连杆第一端70右侧,解除与连杆安装台12或连杆第一端70的限位配合。当然,也可以是操作件1的其他部分与断路器锁定凸台4b限位配合,当到位指示件4顺时针转动后,操作件1与断路器锁定凸台4b接触限位配合。
如图26所示,为所述到位指示件4的第二实施例。
所述到位指示件4包括指示端4cd、指示件受动端4a和断路器锁定凸台4b,指示端4cd、指示件受动端4a分别设置在到位指示件4的上下两端,断路器锁定凸台4b设置在到位指示件4的中部, 断路器锁定凸台4b和指示件受动端4a分别位于到位指示件4的两侧,断路器锁定凸台4b位于到位指示件4的转动中心和指示端4cd之间。进一步的,所述到位指示件4通过壳体6的第二安装轴65枢转设置在壳体6上。具体的,如图26所示方向,所述指示端4cd和指示件受动端4a分别设置在到位指示件4的上下两端,断路器锁定凸台4b和指示件受动端4a分别位于到位指示件4的左右两侧,断路器锁定凸台4b位于指示端4cd下方且位于到位指示件4的转动中心上方。如图28-29所示,为所述到位指示机构的第三实施例。本实施例的到位指示机构与第二实施例的区别在于:还包括断路器锁定件8,到位指示件4不设置断路器锁定凸台4b;所述断路器锁定件8包括分别设置在其两端的锁定凸台81和锁定件受动端80,锁定凸台80与操作机构限位配合,阻止操作件1向断路器合闸方向移动,所述插入式小型断路器安装至断路器装配位且安装到位后,断路器装配位的壳体挤压锁定件受动端80,使断路器锁定件8转动解除锁定凸台81与操作机构的限位配合,按压操作件1通过操作机构使动触头900c与静触头910c闭合。进一步的,所述操作件1包括设置在其一侧的连杆安装台12,操作机构的第一连杆7包括插装在连杆安装台12的连杆第一端70,连杆安装台12与锁定凸台81限位配合,或者连杆第一端70与锁定凸台81限位配合。
优选的,如图28-29所示,所述到位指示件4和断路器锁定件8均通过第二安装轴65枢转设置在壳体6上。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种插入式小型断路器,其包括壳体(6)、操作机构和接触系统,操作机构包括一端插置在壳体(6)内且另一端突出在壳体(6)外侧的操作件(1),接触系统包括一端与操作机构相连的动触头(900c)以及与动触头(900c)配合使用的静触头(910c);
    其特征在于:所述壳体(6)包括设置在其上的分合闸指示窗口(62a);所述插入式小型断路器还包括设置在壳体(6)内且用于指示插入式小型断路器分合闸状态的分合闸指示件(2),分合闸指示件(2)设置在操作件(1)一侧且与其联动配合;按压所述操作件(1)通过操作机构使插入式小型断路器进入合闸状态,且使分合闸指示件(2)动作,通过分合闸指示窗口(62a)指示插入式小型断路器的合闸状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的插入式小型断路器,其特征在于:所述分合闸指示件(2)包括设置在其上的分闸指示面(22)和合闸指示面(23);所述插入式小型断路器处于分闸状态时,分闸指示面(22)通过分合闸指示窗口(62a)可见,
    所述分合闸指示件(2)枢转设置在壳体(6)上,按压操作件(1)使插入式小型断路器由分闸状态进入合闸状态,分合闸指示件(2)转动使合闸指示面(23)通过分合闸指示窗口(62a)可见。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的插入式小型断路器,其特征在于:所述分合闸指示件(2)包括设置在其一侧的第一指示件限位平台(21a),操作件(1)包括设置在其一侧的第一操作件限位凸台(11a),第一指示件限位凸台(21a)与第一操作件限位凸台(11a)限位配合;按压所述操作件(1)使插入式小型断路器由分闸状态进入合闸状态,第一操作件限位凸台(11a)移动至第一指示件限位凸台(21a)一侧,解除与第一指示件限位凸台(21a)之间的限位配合,分合闸指示件(2)转动,使合闸指示面(23)通过分合闸指示窗口(62a)可见。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的插入式小型断路器,其特征在于:所述分合闸指示件(2)为圆柱形结构,包括设置在其一侧的第一指示件限位平台(21a)以及设置在分合闸指示件(2)另一侧的分闸指示面(22)、合闸指示面(23),分合闸指示件(2)中部枢转设置在壳体(6)上,第一指示件限位平台(21a)包括设置在其一侧的第一限位平面(210a);所述插入式小型断路器由分闸状态进入合闸状态,第一操作件限位凸台(11a)从第一限位平面(210a)一端向第一限位平面(210a)另一端移动,直至第一操作件限位凸台(11a)与第一限位平面(210a)脱离,解除第一操作件限位凸台(11a)与第一指示件限位平台(21a)的限位配合;
    所述分合闸指示件(2)还包括设置在其中部的指示件轴孔(20),分合闸指示件(2)通过指示件轴孔(20)套设在壳体(6)的第一安装轴(63)上;所述分闸指示面(22)、合闸指示面(23)均为弧形面,分闸指示面(22)一端与合闸指示面(23)一端相连;所述插入式小型断路器还包括指示件扭簧(3),指示件扭簧(3)套设在第一安装轴(63)上,一端与分合闸指示件(2)相连,另一端与壳体(6)相连,为分合闸指示件(2)提供转动的动力。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的插入式小型断路器,其特征在于:所述分合闸指示件(2)包括设置在其一侧的第一指示件受动凸台(21b),操作件(1)包括设置在其一侧的第一操作件驱动凸台(11b),第一操作件驱动凸台(11b)与第一指示件受动凸台(21b)驱动配合;
    按压所述操作件(1)使插入式小型断路器由分闸状态进入合闸状态,第一操作件驱动凸台(11b)通过第一指示件受动凸台(21b)驱动分合闸指示件(2)转动,使合闸指示面(23)通过分合闸指示窗口(62a)可见。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的插入式小型断路器,其特征在于:所述分合闸指示件(2)为圆柱形结构,包括设置在分合闸指示件(2)一侧的第一指示件受动凸台(21b)、设置在分合闸指示件(2)另一侧的分闸指示面(22)和合闸指示面(23),以及设置在分合闸指示件(2)中部的指示件轴孔(20),分合闸指示件(2)通过指示件轴孔(20)套设在壳体(6)的第一安装轴(63)上;所述分闸指示面(22)、合闸指示面(23)均为弧形面,分闸指示面(22)一端与合闸指示面(23)一端相连,第一指示件受动凸台(21b)位于分闸指示面(22)另一端和合闸指示面(23)另一端之间;所述插入式小型断路器还包括指示件扭簧(3),指示件扭簧(3)套设在第一安装轴(63)上,一端与分合闸指示件(2)相连,另一端与壳体(6)相连。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的插入式小型断路器,其特征在于:所述分合闸指示件(2)为圆柱形结 构,包括设置在分合闸指示件(2)环侧面上的多个周向分布的指示件啮齿,操作件(1)包括设置在其一侧的多个并排设置的操作件啮齿,指示件啮齿与操作件啮齿彼此啮合;
    按压所述操作件(1)使插入式小型断路器由分闸状态进入合闸状态,通过操作件啮齿、指示件啮齿的配合,驱动分合闸指示件(2)转动,使合闸指示面(23)通过分合闸指示窗(62a)可见。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的插入式小型断路器,其特征在于:所述分合闸指示件(2)为圆柱形结构,包括设置在其一侧的三个指示件啮齿、设置在分合闸指示件(2)另一侧的分闸指示面(22)和合闸指示面(23),以及设置在分合闸指示件(2)中部的指示件轴孔(20);所述三个指示件啮齿分别是依次排列的第一指示件啮齿(21c1)、第二指示件啮齿(21c2)和第三指示件啮齿(21c3),第一指示件啮齿(21c1)靠近分闸指示面(22)的一端,分闸指示面(22)的另一端与合闸指示面(23)的一端相连,合闸指示面(23)的另一端靠近第三指示件啮齿(21c3);所述分合闸指示件(2)通过指示件轴孔(20)套设在壳体(6)的第一安装轴(63)上;
    所述操作件(1)包括设置在其一侧的三个操作件啮齿,分别是依次排列的第一操作件啮齿(11c1)、第二操作件啮齿(11c2)和第三操作件啮齿(11c3);所述插入式小型断路器处于分闸状态时,第二指示件啮齿(21c2)位于第二操作件啮齿(11c2)和第三操作件啮齿(11c3)之间,第三操作件啮齿(11c3)位于第二指示件啮齿(21c2)和第三指示件啮齿(21c3)之间;所述插入式小型断路器处于合闸状态时,所述第一指示件啮齿(21c1)位于第一操作件啮齿(11c1)和第二操作件啮齿(11c2)之间。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的插入式小型断路器,其特征在于:所述壳体(6)包括设置在其上的到位指示窗口(62b)和伸出口(64);所述插入式小型断路器还包括到位指示机构,到位指示机构包括分别设置在其两端的受动凸起(51)和到位指示端(4243),受动凸起(51)通过伸出口(64)突出在壳体(6)的外侧,到位指示端(4243)与到位指示窗口(62b)相对设置;所述插入式小型断路器安装至断路器装配位且安装到位后,断路器装配位的壳体挤压受动凸起(51),使到位指示端(4243)通过到位指示窗口(62b)指示插入式小型断路器为安装到位状态。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的插入式小型断路器,其特征在于:所述到位指示端(4243)包括警示面(42)和到位指示面(43);所述插入式小型断路器未安装以及插入式小型断路器安装至断路器装配位且未安装到位时,警示面(42)通过到位指示窗口(62b)可见,指示插入式小型断路器处于未安装到位状态;所述插入式小型断路器安装至断路器装配位且安装到位后,到位指示面(43)通过到位指示窗口(62b)可见,指示插入式小型断路器处于安装到位状态。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的插入式小型断路器,其特征在于:所述到位指示机构包括分别枢转设置在壳体(6)上的到位指示件(4)和到位联动件(5),到位指示件(4)一端设有到位指示端(4243),另一端与到位联动件(5)一端驱动配合,到位联动件(5)另一端设有受动凸起(51);
    所述到位指示件(4)中部枢转设置在壳体(6)上,包括分别设置在其两端的到位指示端(4243)和到位受动凸起(41);所述到位联动件(5)中部枢转设置在壳体(6)上,包括分别设置在其两端的到位驱动凸起(52)和受动凸起(51),到位驱动凸起(52)与到位受动凸起(41)驱动配合;所述插入式小型断路器安装至断路器装配位且安装到位后,断路器装配位的壳体挤压受动凸起(51)使到位联动件(5)转动,到位联动件(5)通过到位驱动凸起(52)与到位受动凸起(41)驱动到位指示件(4)转动,使指示端(4243)的到位指示面(43)通过到位指示窗口(62b)可见,指示插入式小型断路器处于安装到位状态。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的插入式小型断路器,其特征在于:
    所述到位联动件(5)还包括设置在到位驱动凸起(52)一侧的断路器锁定凸起(53),断路器锁定凸起(53)与操作机构限位配合,阻止操作件(1)向断路器合闸方向移动;所述插入式小型断路器安装至断路器装配位且安装到位后,断路器装配位的壳体挤压受动凸起(51),使到位联动件(5)转动,解除锁定凸起(53)与操作机构的限位配合;
    所述操作机构还包括第一连杆(7),第一连杆(7)包括插装在操作件(1)上的连杆第一端(70);所述操作件(1)与断路器锁定凸起(53)限位配合,或者连杆第一端(70)与断路器锁定凸起(53)限位配合。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的插入式小型断路器,其特征在于:所述到位指示件(4)和分合闸指示件(2)均通过壳体(6)的第一安装轴(63)枢转设置在壳体(6)上;
    所述壳体(6)还包括设置在其上的操作件插口(66),壳体(66)的设有操作件插口(66)的侧壁为第一侧壁,壳体(66)的设有伸出口(64)的侧壁为第二侧壁,第一侧壁一端与第二侧壁一端折弯相连,分合闸指示窗口(62a)、到位指示窗口(62b)均设置在第一侧壁和第二侧壁的连接处。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的插入式小型断路器,其特征在于:所述壳体(6)包括设置在其上的到位指示窗口(62b)和伸出口(64);所述插入式小型断路器还包括设置在壳体(6)内的到位指示机构,到位指示机构包括到位指示件(4),到位指示件(4)中部枢转设置在壳体(6)上,到位指示件(4)包括分别设置在其两端的指示端(4cd)和指示件受动端(4a),指示端(4cd)与到位指示窗口(62b)相对设置,指示件受动端(4a)通过伸出口(64)突出设置在壳体(6)外侧;所述插入式小型断路器安装至断路器装配位且安装到位后,断路器装配位的壳体挤压指示件受动端(4a),使指示端(4cd)通过到位指示窗口(62b)指示插入式小型断路器处于安装到位状态。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的插入式小型断路器,其特征在于:所述指示端(4cd)包括警示侧面(4c)和到位指示侧面(4d);所述插入式小型断路器未安装以及插入式小型断路器安装至断路器装配位且未安装到位时,警示侧面(4c)通过到位指示窗口(62b)可见,指示插入式小型断路器处于未安装到位状态;所述插入式小型断路器安装至断路器装配位且安装到位后,到位指示侧面(4d)通过到位指示窗口(62b)可见,指示插入式小型断路器处于安装到位状态。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的插入式小型断路器,其特征在于:
    所述到位指示件(4)还包括断路器锁定凸台(4b),断路器锁定凸台(4b)与操作机构限位配合,阻止操作件(1)向断路器合闸方向移动;所述插入式小型断路器安装至断路器装配位且安装到位后,断路器装配位的壳体挤压指示件受动端(4a),使到位指示件(4)转动,解除操作机构与断路器锁定凸台(4b)的限位配合,按压操作件(1)通过操作机构使动触头(900c)与静触头(910c)闭合;
    所述操作件(1)包括设置在其一侧的连杆安装台(12),操作机构还包括第一连杆(7),第一连杆(7)包括插装在连杆安装台(12)上的连杆第一端(70),操作件(1)与断路器锁定凸台(4b)限位配合,或者连杆第一端(70)与断路器锁定凸台(4b)限位配合。

    所述操作件(1)包括设置在其一侧的连杆安装台(12),操作机构还包括第一连杆(7),第一连杆(7)包括插装在连杆安装台(12)上的连杆第一端(70),操作件(1)与锁定凸台(81)限位配合,或者连杆第一端(70)与锁定凸台(81)限位配合;
