The invention relates to the field of low-voltage electric appliances, and more particularly, to a plug-in miniature circuit breaker, an operating mechanism thereof includes an operating member with one end inserted into a housing and the other end protruding outside the housing, and a contact system includes a moving contact with one end connected with the operating mechanism and a static contact matched with the moving contact for use; the housing includes a switching-off and switching-on indicating window arranged on the housing; the plug-in miniature circuit breaker further includes a switching-off and switching-on indicating member arranged in the housing and used for indicating switching-off and switching-on states of the plug-in miniature circuit breaker, and the switching-off and switching-on indicating member is arranged on one side of the operating member and is in linkage fit with the operating member; the operating member is pressed to make the plug-in miniature circuit breaker enter the switching-on state through the operating mechanism, and make the switching-off and switching-on indicating member act, and the switching-on state of the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is indicated through the switching-off and switching-on indicating window; and according to the plug-in miniature circuit breaker of the utility model, the switching-off and switching-on indicating member thereof is arranged on one side of the operating member, and is matched with the switching-off and switching-on indicating window on the housing, so that the switching-off and switching-on states of the circuit breaker can be visually and clearly indicated.

Description

    Technical Field
  • The present invention relates to the field of low-voltage electric appliances, and more particularly, to a plug-in miniature circuit breaker.
  • Background Art
  • The use of a circuit breaker can effectively improve the safety of electric appliances. In order to meet the installation requirements of different electric devices, plug-in miniature circuit breakers have various structures. With the miniaturization development trend of the electric devices, an overall structure and an operating mode of an adapted plug-in miniature circuit breaker need to be further upgraded. An existing plug-in miniature circuit breaker has the following problems.
    1. 1. A switching-off and switching-on indicating member of the existing plug-in miniature circuit breaker is mostly arranged inside an operating member, and when the circuit breaker is switched off and on, switching-off and switching-on conditions inside the circuit breaker cannot be observed in time due to shielding of body.
    2. 2. The existing plug-in miniature circuit breaker only has a function of indicating a working state of the circuit breaker, and cannot indicate whether the circuit breaker is installed in place, it is difficult to ensure a stability of the circuit breaker which is not installed in place in working, and the circuit breaker is easy to come out of an installation position, thus affecting a continuity and a stability of a circuit.
    Summary of the Invention
  • The present invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art, and provides a plug-in miniature circuit breaker, and a switching-off and switching-on indicating member thereof is arranged on one side of an operating member, and is matched with a switching-off and switching-on indicating window on a housing, so that switching-off and switching-on states of the circuit breaker can be visually and clearly indicated.
  • In order to achieve the above objective, the technical solutions used in the present invention are as follows.
  • A plug-in miniature circuit breaker, comprising a housing, an operating mechanism, and a contact system, the operating mechanism comprising an operating member with one end inserted into the housing and the other end protruding outside the housing, and the contact system comprising a moving contact with one end connected with the operating mechanism and a static contact matched with the moving contact for use,
    wherein, the housing comprises a switching-off and switching-on indicating window arranged on the housing; the plug-in miniature circuit breaker further comprises a switching-off and switching-on indicating member arranged in the housing and used for indicating switching-off and switching-on states of the plug-in miniature circuit breaker, and the switching-off and switching-on indicating member is arranged on one side of the operating member and is in linkage fit with the operating member; the operating member is pressed to make the plug-in miniature circuit breaker enter the switching-on state through the operating mechanism, and make the switching-off and switching-on indicating member act, and the switching-on state of the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is indicated through the switching-off and switching-on indicating window.
  • Preferably, the switching-off and switching-on indicating member comprises a switching-off indicating face and a switching-on indicating face which are arranged on the switching-off and switching-on indicating member; and when the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is in the switching-off state, the switching-off indicating face is visible through the switching-off and switching-on indicating window,
    the switching-off and switching-on indicating member is pivotally arranged on the housing, the operating member is pressed to make the plug-in miniature circuit breaker enter the switching-on state from the switching-off state, and the switching-off and switching-on indicating member rotates to make the switching-on indicating face visible through the switching-off and switching-on indicating window.
  • Preferably, the switching-off and switching-on indicating member comprises a first indicating member limit platform arranged on one side thereof, the operating member comprises a first operating member limit boss arranged on one side thereof, and the first indicating member limit platform is in limit fit with the first operating member limit boss; the operating member is pressed to make the plug-in miniature circuit breaker enter the switching-on state from the switching-off state, the first operating member limit boss moves to one side of the first indicating member limit platform, and is released from the first indicating member limit platform, and the switching-off and switching-on indicating member rotates to make the switching-on indicating face visible through the switching-off and switching-on indicating window.
  • Preferably,the switching-off and switching-on indicating member has a cylindrical structure, and comprises the first indicating member limit platform arranged on one side of the switching-off and switching-on indicating member, and the switching-off indicating face and the switching-on indicating face which are arranged on the other side of the switching-off and switching-on indicating member, a middle portion of the switching-off and switching-on indicating member is pivotally arranged on the housing, and the first indicating member limit platform comprises a first limit plane arranged on one side thereof; the plug-in miniature circuit breaker enters the switching-on state from the switching-off state, and the first operating member limit boss moves from one end of the first limit plane to the other end of the first limit plane until the first operating member limit boss is separated from the first limit plane, and the first operating member limit boss is released from the first indicating limit platform;
    the switching-off and switching-on indicating member further comprises an indicating member shaft hole arranged in the middle portion thereof, and the switching-off and switching-on indicating member is sleeved on a first installation shaft of the housing through the indicating member shaft hole; the switching-off indicating face and the switching-on indicating face are both an arc face, and one end of the switching-off indicating face is connected with one end of the switching-on indicating face; and the plug-in miniature circuit breaker further comprises an indicating member torsion spring, the indicating member torsion spring is sleeved on the first installation shaft, one end of the indicating member torsion spring is connected with the switching-off and switching-on indicating member, and the other end of the indicating member torsion spring is connected with the housing, so that rotating power is provided for the switching-off and switching-on indicating member.
  • Preferably, the switching-off and switching-on indicating member comprises a first indicating member driven boss arranged on one side thereof, and the operating member comprises a first operating member driving boss arranged on one side thereof, and the first operating member driving boss is in driving fit with the first indicating member driven boss; and
    the operating member is pressed to make the plug-in miniature circuit breaker enter the switching-on state from the switching-off state, and the first operating member driving boss drives the switching-off and switching-on indicating member to rotate through the first indicating member driven boss, so that the switching-on indicating face is visible through the switching-off and switching-on indicating window.
  • Preferably,the switching-off and switching-on indicating member has a cylindrical structure, and comprises the first indicating member driven boss arranged on one side of the switching-off and switching-on indicating member, the switching-off indicating face and the switching-on indicating face which are arranged on the other side of the switching-off and switching-on indicating member, and an indicating member shaft hole arranged in the middle portion of the switching-off and switching-on indicating member, and the switching-off and switching-on indicating member is sleeved on a first installation shaft of the housing through the indicating member shaft hole; the switching-off indicating face and the switching-on indicating face are both an arc face, one end of the switching-off indicating face is connected with one end of the switching-on indicating face, and the first indicating member driven boss is located between the other end of the switching-off indicating face and the other end of the switching-on indicating face; and the plug-in miniature circuit breaker further comprises an indicating member torsion spring, the indicating member torsion spring is sleeved on the first installation shaft, one end of the indicating member torsion spring is connected with the switching-off and switching-on indicating member, and the other end of the indicating member torsion spring is connected with the housing.
  • Preferably,the switching-off and switching-on indicating member has a cylindrical structure, and comprises a plurality of circumferentially distributed indicating member meshing teeth arranged on a ring side of the switching-off and switching-on indicating member, the operating member comprises a plurality of operating member meshing teeth arranged side by side on one side thereof, and the indicating member meshing teeth and the operating member meshing teeth are meshed with each other; and
    the operating member is pressed to make the plug-in miniature circuit breaker enter the switching-on state from the switching-off state, and the switching-off and switching-on indicating member is driven to rotate through matching of the operating member meshing teeth and the indicating member meshing teeth, so that the switching-on indicating face is visible through the switching-off and switching-on indicating window.
  • Preferably,the switching-off and switching-on indicating member has a cylindrical structure, and comprises three indicating member meshing teeth arranged on one side of the switching-off and switching-on indicating member, the switching-off indicating face and the switching-on indicating face which are arranged on the other side of the switching-off and switching-on indicating member, and an indicating member shaft hole arranged in the middle portion of the switching-off and switching-on indicating member; the three indicating member meshing teeth are respectively a first indicating member meshing tooth, a second indicating member meshing tooth, and a third indicating member meshing tooth arranged in sequence, the first indicating member meshing tooth is close to one end of the switching-off indicating face, the other end of the switching-off indicating face is connected with one end of the switching-on indicating face, the other end of the switching-on indicating face is close to the third indicating member meshing tooth; and the switching-off and switching-on indicating member is sleeved on a first installation shaft of the housing through the indicating member shaft hole;
    the operating member comprises three operating member meshing teeth arranged on one side thereof, which are respectively a first operating member meshing tooth, a second operating member meshing tooth, and a third operating member meshing tooth arranged in sequence; when the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is in the switching-off state, the second indicating member meshing tooth is located between the second operating member meshing tooth and the third operating member meshing tooth, and the third operating member meshing tooth is located between the second indicating member meshing tooth and the third indicating member meshing tooth; and when the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is in the switching-on state, the first indicating member meshing tooth is located between the first operating member meshing tooth and the second operating member meshing tooth.
  • Preferably,the housing comprises an in-place indicating window and an outlet which are arranged on the housing; the plug-in miniature circuit breaker further comprises an in-place indicating mechanism, the in-place indicating mechanism comprises a driven protrusion and an in-place indicating end which are respectively arranged at two ends thereof, the driven protrusion passes through the outlet and protrudes outside the housing, and the in-place indicating end is arranged opposite to the in-place indicating window; after the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is installed to an assembly position of the circuit breaker and installed in place, a housing at the assembly position of the circuit breaker squeezes the driven protrusion, so that the in-place indicating end indicates that the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is installed in place through the in-place indicating window.
  • Preferably,the in-place indicating end comprises a warning face and an in-place indicating face; when the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is not installed and the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is installed to the assembly position of the circuit breaker and not installed in place, the warning face is visible through the in-place indicating window, and the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is indicated to be not installed in place; and after the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is installed to the assembly position of the circuit breaker and installed in place, the in-place indicating face is visible through the in-place indicating window, and the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is indicated to be installed in place.
  • Preferably,the in-place indicating mechanism comprises an in-place indicating member and an in-place linkage which are pivotally arranged on the housing respectively, one end of the in-place indicating member is provided with the in-place indicating end, the other end of the in-place indicating member is in driving fit with one end of the in-place linkage, and the other end of the in-place linkage is provided with the driven protrusion;
    a middle portion of the in-place indicating member is pivotally arranged on the housing, and comprises the in-place indicating end and an in-place driven protrusion which are respectively arranged at two ends thereof; a middle portion of the in-place linkage is pivotally arranged on the housing, and comprises an in-place driving protrusion and the driven protrusion which are respectively arranged at two ends thereof, and the in-place driving protrusion is in driving fit with the in-place driven protrusion; and after the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is installed to the assembly position of the circuit breaker and installed in place, the housing at the assembly position of the circuit breaker squeezes the driven protrusion to rotate the in-place linkage, the in-place linkage drives the in-place indicating member to rotate through the in-place driving protrusion and the in-place driven protrusion, so that the in-place indicating face of the indicating end is visible through the in-place indicating window, and the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is indicated to be installed in place.
  • Preferably,the in-place linkage further comprises a circuit breaker locking protrusion arranged on one side of the in-place driving protrusion, and the circuit breaker locking protrusion is in limit fit with the operating mechanism to prevent the operating member from moving towards a switching-on direction of the circuit breaker; after the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is installed to the assembly position of the circuit breaker and installed in place, the housing at the assembly position of the circuit breaker squeezes the driven protrusion to rotate the in-place linkage, and the locking protrusion is released from the operating mechanism;
    the operating mechanism further comprises a first connecting rod, and the first connecting rod comprises a connecting rod first end inserted into the operating member; and the operating member is in limit fit with the circuit breaker locking protrusion, or the connecting rod first end is in limit fit with the circuit breaker locking protrusion.
  • Preferably, the in-place indicating member and the switching-off and switching-on indicating member are both pivotally arranged on the housing through the first installation shaft of the housing; and
    the housing further comprises an operating member socket arranged on the housing, a side wall of the housing provided with the operating member socket is a first side wall, a side wall of the housing provided with the outlet is a second side wall, one end of the first side wall is connected with one end of the second side wall in a bending manner, and the switching-off and switching-on indicating window and the in-place indicating window are both arranged at a joint of the first side wall and the second side wall.
  • Preferably,the housing comprises an in-place indicating window and an outlet which are arranged on the housing; the plug-in miniature circuit breaker further comprises an in-place indicating mechanism arranged in the housing, the in-place indicating mechanism comprises an in-place indicating member, a middle portion of the in-place indicating member is pivotally arranged on the housing, the in-place indicating member comprises an indicating end and an indicating member driven end which are respectively arranged at two ends thereof, the indicating end is arranged opposite to an in-place indicating window, and the indicating member driven end passes through the outlet and protrudes outside the housing; and after the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is installed to the assembly position of the circuit breaker and installed in place, the housing at the assembly position of the circuit breaker squeezes the indicating member driven end, so that the indicating end indicates that the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is installed in place through the in-place indicating window.
  • Preferably,the in-place indicating end comprises a warning side face and an in-place indicating side face; when the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is not installed and the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is installed to the assembly position of the circuit breaker and not installed in place, the warning side face is visible through the in-place indicating window, and the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is indicated to be not installed in place; and after the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is installed to the assembly position of the circuit breaker and installed in place, the in-place indicating side face is visible through the in-place indicating window, and the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is indicated to be installed in place.
  • Preferably,the in-place indicating member further comprises a circuit breaker locking boss, and the circuit breaker locking boss is in limit fit with the operating mechanism to prevent the operating member from moving towards a switching-on direction of the circuit breaker; after the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is installed to the assembly position of the circuit breaker and installed in place, the housing at the assembly position of the circuit breaker squeezes the indicating member driven end to rotate the in-place indicating member, the operating mechanism is released from the circuit breaker locking boss, and the operating member is pressed to connect the moving contact with the static contact; and

  • Preferably,further comprising a circuit breaker locking member with a middle portion pivotally arranged on the housing, the circuit breaker locking member comprises a locking boss and a locking member driven end which are respectively arranged at two ends thereof, and the locking boss is in limit fit with the operating mechanism to prevent the operating member from moving towards a switching-on direction of the circuit breaker; after the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is installed to the assembly position of the circuit breaker and installed in place, the housing at the assembly position of the circuit breaker squeezes the locking member driven end to rotate the circuit breaker locking member, the locking boss is released from the operating mechanism, and the operating member is pressed to connect the moving contact with the static contact through the operating mechanism;

  • According to the plug-in miniature circuit breaker of the present invention, the switching-off and switching-on indicating member thereof is in linkage fit with the operating member, so that an action of the switching-off and switching-on indicating member is directly controlled by the operating member, the switching-off and switching-on states of the plug-in miniature circuit breaker can be accurately indicated, and a safety of electricity consumption is improved; and the switching-off and switching-on indicating member is arranged on one side of the operating member, and is matched with the switching-off and switching-on indicating window of the housing for indicating the switching-off and switching-on states of the plug-in miniature circuit breaker, thus being more intuitive and clearer. In addition, the switching-off and switching-on indicating member is pivotally arranged on the housing, which is conductive to reducing an assembly space and an action space of the switching-off and switching-on indicating member, and saving an internal space of the circuit breaker, and is conductive to miniaturization of the plug-in miniature circuit breaker.
  • Detailed Description of the Preferred Embodiments
    • FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of a projection structure of a plug-in miniature circuit breaker of the present invention, which shows a structure of a first embodiment that a switching-off and switching-on indicating member is in linkage fit with an operating member;

    Detailed Description of the Preferred Embodiments
  • Specific implementations of a plug-in miniature circuit breaker of the present invention are further described hereinafter with reference to the embodiments shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 29. The plug-in miniature circuit breaker of the present invention is not limited to the descriptions in the following embodiments.
  • As shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 3, FIG. 8, FIG. 11, FIG. 13, FIG. 16, FIG. 19, FIG. 20, and FIG. 25, the plug-in miniature circuit breaker of the present invention includes a housing 6, an operating mechanism, and a contact system. The operating mechanism includes an operating member 1 with one end inserted into the housing 6 and the other end protruding outside the housing 6, and the contact system includes a moving contact 900c with one end connected with the operating mechanism and a static contact 910c matched with the moving contact 900c for use.
  • Preferably, as shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 17, the housing 6 includes a switching-off and switching-on indicating window 62a arranged on the housing. The plug-in miniature circuit breaker further includes a switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2 arranged in the housing 6 and used for indicating switching-off and switching-on states of the plug-in miniature circuit breaker, and the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2 is arranged on one side of the operating member 1 and is in linkage fit with the operating member. The operating member 1 is pressed to make the plug-in miniature circuit breaker enter the switching-on state through the operating mechanism, and make the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2 act, and the switching-on state of the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is indicated through the switching-off and switching-on indicating window 62a. Further, as shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 17, the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2 includes a switching-off indicating face 22 and a switching-on indicating face 23 which are arranged on the switching-off and switching-on indicating member. When the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is in the switching-off state, the switching-off indicating face 22 is visible through the switching-off and switching-on indicating window 62a. The operating member 1 is pressed to make the plug-in miniature circuit breaker enter the switching-on state from the switching-off state, and the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2 acts to make the switching-on indicating face 23 visible through the switching-off and switching-on indicating window 62a. Further, as shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 17, the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2 is pivotally arranged on the housing 6, the operating member 1 is pressed to make the plug-in miniature circuit breaker enter the switching-on state from the switching-off state, and the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2 rotates to make the switching-on indicating face 23 visible through the switching-off and switching-on indicating window 62a. Further, as shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 17, when the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is in the switching-on state, the operating member 1 is pulled to make the plug-in miniature circuit breaker enter the switching-off state through the operating mechanism, and the operating member 1 drives the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2 to rotate, so that the switching-off indicating face 22 is visible through the switching-off and switching-on indicating window 62a. Alternatively, when the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is in the switching-on state, the operating member 1 is pressed to make the plug-in miniature circuit breaker enter the switching-off state through the operating mechanism. Meanwhile, the operating member 1 pops up, and the operating member 1 drives the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2 to rotate, so that the switching-off indicating face 22 is visible through the switching-off and switching-on indicating window 62a.
  • According to the plug-in miniature circuit breaker of the present invention, the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2 thereof is in linkage fit with the operating member 1, so that an action of the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2 is directly controlled by the operating member 1, the switching-off and switching-on states of the plug-in miniature circuit breaker can be accurately indicated, and a safety of electricity consumption is improved. The switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2 is pivotally arranged on the housing 6, which is conductive to reducing an assembly space and an action space of the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2, and saving an internal space of the circuit breaker, and is conductive to miniaturization of the plug-in miniature circuit breaker. The switching-off and switching-on indicating window 62 of the housing 6 is used for indicating the switching-off and switching-on states of the plug-in miniature circuit breaker, thus being more intuitive and clearer.
  • Preferably, as shown in FIG. 18 to FIG. 24, the housing 6 includes an in-place indicating window 62b and an outlet 64 which are arranged on the housing. The plug-in miniature circuit breaker further includes an in-place indicating mechanism, the in-place indicating mechanism includes a driven protrusion 51 and an in-place indicating end 4243 which are respectively arranged at two ends thereof, the driven protrusion 51 passes through the outlet 64 and protrudes outside the housing 6, and the in-place indicating end 4243 is arranged opposite to the in-place indicating window 62b. After the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is installed to an assembly position of the circuit breaker and installed in place, a housing at the assembly position of the circuit breaker squeezes the driven protrusion 51, so that the in-place indicating end 4243 indicates that the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is installed in place through the in-place indicating window 62b. Further, as shown in FIG. 18 to FIG. 24, the in-place indicating end 4243 includes a warning face 42 and an in-place indicating face 43. When the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is not installed and the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is installed to the assembly position of the circuit breaker and not installed in place, the warning face 42 is visible through the in-place indicating window 62b, and the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is indicated to be not installed in place. After the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is installed to the assembly position of the circuit breaker and installed in place, the in-place indicating face 43 is visible through the in-place indicating window 62b, and the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is indicated to be installed in place. Further, as shown in FIG. 18 to FIG. 24, the in-place indicating mechanism includes an in-place indicating member 4 and an in-place linkage 5, one end of the in-place indicating member 4 is provided with the in-place indicating end 4243, the other end of the in-place indicating member is in driving fit with one end of the in-place linkage 5, and the other end of the in-place linkage 5 is provided with the driven protrusion 51. Further, the in-place linkage 5 further includes a circuit breaker locking protrusion 53 arranged on one side of the in-place driving protrusion 52, and the circuit breaker locking protrusion 53 is in limit fit with the operating mechanism to prevent the operating member 1 from moving towards a switching-on direction of the circuit breaker (which means that the operating member 1 is prevented from moving into the housing 6). After the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is installed to the assembly position of the circuit breaker and installed in place, the housing at the assembly position of the circuit breaker squeezes the driven protrusion 51 to rotate the in-place linkage 5, and the locking protrusion 53 is released from the operating mechanism.
  • According to the plug-in miniature circuit breaker of the present invention, the in-place indicating mechanism thereof is capable of accurately indicating whether the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is installed in place, thus improving a safety of electricity consumption, and ensuring a working stability of the circuit breaker. The in-place indicating window 62b of the housing is used for indicating whether the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is installed in place, thus being more intuitive and clearer. In addition, the circuit breaker locking protrusion 53 of the in-place linkage 5 may prevent the operating member 1 from moving towards the switching-on direction of the circuit breaker when the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is not installed or not installed in place, thus further improving the safety of electricity consumption.
  • Preferably, as shown in FIG. 25 to FIG. 29, the housing 6 includes the in-place indicating window 62b and the outlet 64 which are arranged on the housing 6. The plug-in miniature circuit breaker further includes the in-place indicating mechanism arranged in the housing 6, the in-place indicating mechanism includes the in-place indicating member 4, and a middle portion of the in-place indicating member 4 is pivotally arranged on the housing 6. The in-place indicating member 4 includes an indicating end 4cd and an indicating member driven end 4a which are respectively arranged at two ends thereof, the indicating end 4cd is arranged opposite to the in-place indicating window 62b, and the indicating member driven end 4a passes through the outlet 64 and protrudes outside the housing 6. After the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is installed to the assembly position of the circuit breaker and installed in place, the housing at the assembly position of the circuit breaker squeezes the indicating member driven end 4a, so that the indicating end 4cd indicates that the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is installed in place through the in-place indicating window 62b. Further, as shown in FIG. 25 to FIG. 29, the indicating end 4cd includes a warning side face 4c and an in-place indicating side face 4d. When the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is not installed and the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is installed to the assembly position of the circuit breaker and not installed in place, the warning side face 4c is visible through the in-place indicating window 62b, and the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is indicated to be not installed in place. After the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is installed to the assembly position of the circuit breaker and installed in place, the in-place indicating side face 4d is visible through the in-place indicating window 62b, and the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is indicated to be installed in place. Further, as shown in FIG. 25 to FIG. 29, the plug-in miniature circuit breaker further includes a circuit breaker locking member 8 with a middle portion pivotally arranged on the housing 6, the circuit breaker locking member 8 includes a locking boss 81 and a locking member driven end 80 which are respectively arranged at two ends thereof, and the locking boss 81 is in limit fit with the operating mechanism to prevent the operating member 1 from moving towards a switching-on direction of the circuit breaker (which means that the operating member 1 is prevented from moving into the housing 6). After the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is installed to the assembly position of the circuit breaker and installed in place, the housing at the assembly position of the circuit breaker squeezes the locking member driven end 80 to rotate the circuit breaker locking member 8, the locking boss 81 is released from the operating mechanism, and the operating member 1 is pressed to connect the moving contact 900c with the static contact 910c through the operating mechanism;
  • According to the plug-in miniature circuit breaker of the present invention, the in-place indicating mechanism thereof includes the in-place indicating member 4. The in-place indicating member 4 is in driving fit with the housing at the assembly position of the circuit breaker, which is capable of accurately indicating whether the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is installed in place, thus improving a safety of electricity consumption and ensuring a working stability of the circuit breaker. Moreover, the in-place indicating member 4 has a simple structure, which facilitates assembly and is stable in working. The circuit breaker locking member 8 is capable of preventing the operating member 1 from moving towards the switching-on direction of the circuit breaker when the plug-in miniature breaker is not installed and not installed in place, which is conductive to further improving the safety of electricity consumption.
  • An implementation of the plug-in miniature circuit breaker of the present invention is as follows.
  • As shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 3, FIG. 8, FIG. 11, FIG. 13, FIG. 16, FIG. 19, FIG. 20, and FIG. 25, the plug-in miniature circuit breaker of the present invention includes the housing 6, the operating mechanism, and the contact system. The operating mechanism includes the operating member 1 with one end inserted into the housing 6 and the other end protruding outside the housing 6, and the contact system includes the moving contact 900c with one end connected with the operating mechanism and the static contact 910c matched with the moving contact 900c for use. Specifically, in a direction shown in FIG. 3, according to the plug-in miniature circuit breaker of the present invention, the operating mechanism and the contact system are both arranged in the housing 6, the operating mechanism is arranged on an upper portion of the housing 6, and the contact system is arranged below the operating mechanism. The operating member 1 of the operating mechanism is inserted into an upper end of the housing 6, an upper end of the operating member 1 protrudes from an upper side of the housing 6, and a lower end of the operating member is inserted into the housing 6. The moving contact 900c of the contact system is arranged below the operating mechanism and is connected with the operating mechanism, and the static contact 910c is arranged on a left side of the moving contact 900c and is matched with the moving contact for use.
  • It should be pointed out that the operating mechanism and the contact system may both be implemented by the prior art, which will not be expanded in detail herein. Preferably, the operating mechanism includes the operating member 1, a first connecting rod 7, a transmission plate 100, a second connecting rod 200, a buckle 300, a catch 400, and a supporting plate. A lower end of the operating member 1 is connected with one end of the first connecting rod 7, the other end of the first connecting rod 7 is connected with the transmission plate 100, and the transmission plate 100 is connected with the buckle 300 through the second connecting rod 200. The buckle 300 and the catch 400 are rotatably arranged on the supporting plate respectively, the buckle 300 is incatch fit with the catch 400, and the supporting plate is connected with the moving contact 900c. Further, according to the plug-in miniature circuit breaker of the present invention, the operating member 1 is pressed/pulled to connect (switch on)/disconnect (switch off) the moving contact 900c with/from the static contact 910c through the operating mechanism, or the operating member 1 is pressed to connect/disconnect the moving contact 900c with/from the static contact 910c through the operating mechanism. When the operating member 1 is pressed to disconnect the moving contact 900c from the static contact 910c through the operating mechanism, the operating member 1 will automatically pops up (which is to pop up outside the housing 6).
  • Certainly, as shown in FIG. 3, the plug-in miniature circuit breaker of the present invention may further include a short circuit protection apparatus 600, an overload protection apparatus 500, an arc extinguishing chamber 700, an outlet end 900, and an inlet end 800. The outlet end 900 is arranged on a left side of the operating member 1, the short circuit protection apparatus 600 and the arc extinguishing chamber 700 are arranged below the operating mechanism, the arc extinguish chamber 700 is located on a left side of the short circuit protection apparatus 600, and the overload protection apparatus 500 is arranged on a left side of the operating mechanism and is located above the arc extinguishing chamber 700. Preferably, the short circuit protection apparatus 600 is an electromagnetic release, and is matched with the buckle 400 for use, and the overload protection apparatus 500 is a bimetallic strip, and is matched with the buckle 400 for use.
  • Preferably, as shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 17, the plug-in miniature circuit breaker of the present invention further includes the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2 arranged in the housing 6 and used for indicating the switching-off and switching-on states of the plug-in miniature circuit breaker, and the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2 is arranged on one side of the operating member 1 and is in linkage fit with the operating member. The housing 6 includes the switching-off and switching-on indicating window 62a arranged on the housing. The operating member 1 is pressed to make the plug-in miniature circuit breaker enter the switching-on state through the operating mechanism, and make the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2 act, and the switching-on state of the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is indicated through the switching-off and switching-on indicating window 62a. Further, as shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 17, the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2 includes the switching-off indicating face 22 and the switching-on indicating face 23 which are arranged on the switching-off and switching-on indicating member. When the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is in the switching-off state, the switching-off indicating face 22 is visible through the switching-off and switching-on indicating window 62a. The operating member 1 is pressed to make the plug-in miniature circuit breaker enter the switching-on state from the switching-off state, and the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2 acts to make the switching-on indicating face 23 visible through the switching-off and switching-on indicating window 62a. Further, as shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 17, the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2 is pivotally arranged on the housing 6, the operating member 1 is pressed to make the plug-in miniature circuit breaker enter the switching-on state from the switching-off state, and the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2 rotates to make the switching-on indicating face 23 visible through the switching-off and switching-on indicating window 62a.
  • Preferably, as shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 17, the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2 is rotatably arranged at an inner corner of the housing 6, and a chamfered structure is arranged at a top corner of the housing 6 corresponding to the inner corner. The switching-off and switching-on indicating window 62a is arranged on the chamfered structure.
  • Specifically, as shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 5 and FIG. 8 to FIG. 17, the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2 is pivotally arranged at a right top corner of an upper end of the housing 6, and is located on a right side of the operating member 1. A chamfered structure is arranged at a joint between an upper side wall and a right side wall of the housing 6, the switching-off and switching-on indicating window 62a is arranged on the chamfered structure, and the switching-off and switching-on indicating window 62a is arranged corresponding to the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2 and is matched with the switching-off and switching-on indicating member for use.
  • It should be pointed out that the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2 is not only pivotally arranged on the housing 6, but also arranged on the housing 6in a way that a slide rail is matched with a slide way, and the operating member 1 drives the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2 to move up and down so as to indicate the switching off/on state of the plug-in miniature circuit breaker.
  • It should be pointed out that "the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2 is in linkage fit with the operating member 1" in the present invention refers to that the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2 and the operating member 1 act synchronously, or the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2 follows an action of the operating member 1.
  • FIG. 1 to FIG. 7 show a first embodiment of linkage fit between the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2 and the operating member 1.
  • As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 4, the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2 includes a first indicating member limit platform 21a arranged on one side thereof, the operating member 1 includes a first operating member limit boss 11a arranged on one side thereof, and the first indicating member limit platform 21a is in limit fit with the first operating member limit boss 11a. The operating member 1 is pressed to make the plug-in miniature circuit breaker enter the switching-on state from the switching-off state, the first operating member limit boss 11a moves to one side of the first indicating member limit platform 21a, and is released from the first indicating member limit platform 21a, and the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2 rotates to make the switching-on indicating face 23 visible through the switching-off and switching-on indicating window 62a.
  • Preferably, as shown in FIG. 4 to FIG. 7, the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2 has the cylindrical structure, and includes the first indicating member limit platform 21a arranged on one side of the switching-off and switching-on indicating member, and the switching-off indicating face 22 and the switching-on indicating face 23 which are arranged on the other side of the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2. A middle portion of the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2 is pivotally arranged on the housing 6, and the first indicating member limit platform 21a includes a first limit plane 210a arranged on one side thereof. The plug-in miniature circuit breaker enters the switching-on state (shown in FIG. 5) from the switching-off state (shown in FIG. 4), and the first operating member limit boss 11a moves from one end of the first limit plane 210a to the other end of the first limit plane 210a until the first operating member limit boss 11a is separated from the first limit plane 210a, so that the first operating member limit boss 11a is released from the first indicating limit platform 21a.
  • Preferably, as shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 5, the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2 further includes an indicating member shaft hole 20 arranged in the middle portion thereof, and the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2 is sleeved on the first installation shaft 63 of the housing 6 through the indicating member shaft hole 20. The plug-in miniature circuit breaker further includes an indicating member torsion spring 3, the indicating member torsion spring 3 is sleeved on the first installation shaft 63, one end of the indicating member torsion spring is connected with the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2, and the other end of the indicating member torsion spring is connected with the housing 6, so that rotating power is provided for the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2.
  • Specifically, as shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 4, the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is in the switching-off state, the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2 is arranged on the right side of the operating member 1, the first operating member limit boss 11a is arranged on the right side of the operating member 1, the first indicating member limit platform 21a is arranged on the left side of the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2, and the first limit plane 210a is arranged on the left side of the first indicating member limit platform 21a. The first operating member limit boss 11a abuts against an upper end of the first limit plane 210a to prevent the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2 from rotating counterclockwise. At the moment, the switching-off indicating face 22 of the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2 is opposite to the switching-off and switching-on indicating window 62a, and the switching-off indicating face 22 is visible through the switching-off and switching-on indicating window 62a. As shown in FIG. 5, the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is in the switching-on state, and the first operating member limit boss 11a is located below the first indicating member limit platform 21a (the first operating member limit boss 11a is located below a lower end of the first limit plane 210a). At the moment, the switching-on indicating face 23 of the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2 is opposite to the switching-off and switching-on indicating window 62a, and the switching-on indicating face 23 is visible through the switching-off and switching-on indicating window 62a. With reference to FIG. 2, FIG. 4, and FIG. 5, the operating member 1 is pressed to make the plug-in miniature circuit breaker enter the switching-on state from the switching-off state through the operating mechanism, the operating member 1 drives the first operating member limit boss 11a to move from an upper end of the first limit plane 210a to a lower end of the first limit plane 210a until the first operating member limit boss 11a is separated from the first limit plane 210a, and the first operating member limit boss 11a is released from the first indicating member limit platform 21a. The indicating member torsion spring 3 drives the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2 to rotate counterclockwise, so that the switching-on indicating face 23 is opposite to the switching-off and switching-on indicating window 62a, the switching-on indicating face 23 is visible through the switching-off and switching-on indicating window 62a, and the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is indicated to be in the switching-on state.
  • FIG. 6 and FIG. 7 show a first embodiment of the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2.
  • As shown in FIG. 6 and FIG. 7, the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2 has the cylindrical structure, and includes the first indicating limit platform 21a arranged on one side of the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2, the switching-off indicating face 22 and the switching-on indicating face 23 which are arranged on the other side of the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2, and an indicating member shaft hole 20 arranged in the middle portion of the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2. The switching-off indicating face 22 and the switching-on indicating face 23 are both an arc face, one end of the switching-off indicating face 22 is close to one end of the first indicating member limit platform 21a, the other end of the switching-off indicating face is connected with the switching-on indicating face 23, and the other end of the switching-on indicating face 23 is close to the other end of the first indicating member limit platform 21a. A length of the first indicating member limit platform 21a is greater than an outer diameter of the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2, and one side of the first indicating member limit platform 21a is provided with the first limit plane 210a.
  • Specifically, as shown in FIG. 6, the first indicating member limit platform 21a is arranged on the left side of the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2, and is located on a left side of a rotation center of the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2, and the switching-off indicating face 22 and the switching-on indicating face 23 are arranged on the right side of the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2 and are located on a right side of the rotation center of the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2. The first limit plane 210a is arranged on a left side of the first indicating member limit platform 21a, and a radius of the switching-off indicating face 22 is greater than that of the switching-on indicating face 23.
  • It should be pointed out that in order to make the switching-off indicating face 22 and the switching-on indicating face 23 correspond to the switching-off state and the switching-on state of the plug-in miniature circuit breaker respectively, the switching-off indicating face 22 and the switching-on indicating face 23 may be of different colors or have different character marks, or the switching-off indicating face and the switching-on indicating face are of different colors and have different character marks.
  • FIG. 8 to FIG. 12 show a second embodiment of linkage fit between the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2 and the operating member 1.
  • As shown in FIG. 8 to FIG. 12, the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2 includes a first indicating member driven boss 21b arranged on one side thereof, the operating member 1 includes a first operating member driving boss 11b arranged on one side thereof, and the first operating member driving boss 11b is in driving fit with the first indicating member driven boss 21b. The operating member 1 is pressed to make the plug-in miniature circuit breaker enter the switching-on state from the switching-off state, and the first operating member driving boss 11b drives the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2 to rotate through the first indicating member driven boss 21b, so that the switching-on indicating face 23 is visible through the switching-on indicating window 62a.
  • Specifically, as shown in FIG. 9 and FIG. 10, the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is in the switching-off state, the right side of the operating member 1 is provided with the first operating member driving boss 11b, the left side of the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2 is provided with the first indicating member driven boss 21b, and the first operating member driving boss 11b is arranged above the first indicating member driven boss 21b. At the moment, the switching-off indicating face 22 of the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2 is opposite to the switching-on indicating window 62a, and the switching-off indicating face 22 is visible through the switching-on indicating window 62a. As shown in FIG. 12, the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is in the switching-on state, and the first operating member driving boss 11b is located on a left side of the first indicating member driven boss 21b. At the moment, the switching-on indicating face 23 of the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2 is opposite to the switching-on indicating window 62a, and the switching-on indicating face 23 is visible through the switching-on indicating window 62a. With reference to FIG. 9, FIG. 10, and FIG. 12, the plug-in miniature circuit breaker enters the switching-on state from the switching-off state, the operating member 1 is pressed, and the operating member 1 drives the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2 to rotate counterclockwise through the first operating member driving boss 11b and the first indicating member driven boss 21b, so that the switching-on indicating face 23 is visible through the switching-on indicating window 62a.
  • FIG. 10 shows a second embodiment of the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2.
  • The switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2 has the cylindrical structure, and includes the first indicating member driven boss 21b arranged on one side of the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2, the switching-off indicating face 22 and the switching-on indicating face 23 which are arranged on the other side of the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2, and the indicating member shaft hole 20 arranged in the middle portion of the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2. The switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2 is sleeved on the first installation shaft 63 of the housing 6 through the indicating member shaft hole 20. The plug-in miniature circuit breaker further includes the indicating member torsion spring 3, the indicating member torsion spring 3 is sleeved on the first installation shaft 63, one end of the indicating member torsion spring is connected with the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2, and the other end of the indicating member torsion spring is connected with the housing 6, so that rotating power is provided for the indicating member 2. Further, the switching-off indicating face 22 and the switching-on indicating face 23 are both an arc face, one end of the switching-off indicating face 22 is connected with one end of the switching-on indicating face 23, and the first indicating member driven boss 21b is located between the other end of the switching-off indicating face 22 and the other end of the switching-on indicating face 23. Further, a radius of the switching-off indicating face 22 is greater than that of the switching-on indicating face 23.
  • Specifically, as shown in FIG. 10, the first indicating member driven boss 21b is arranged on the left side of the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2, and is located on the left side of the rotation center of the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2, and the switching-off indicating face 22 and the switching-on indicating face 23 are arranged on the right side of the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2 and are located on the right side of the rotation center of the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2. Further, as shown in FIG. 10, a front end of the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2 is also provided with a torsion spring limit protrusion connected with the indicating member torsion spring 3.
  • FIG. 13 to FIG. 17 show a third embodiment of linkage fit between the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2 and the operating member 1.
  • As shown in FIG. 13 to FIG. 17, the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2 has the cylindrical structure, and includes a plurality of circumferentially distributed indicating member meshing teeth arranged on a ring side of the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2, the operating member 1 includes a plurality of operating member meshing teeth arranged side by side on one side thereof, and the indicating member meshing teeth and the operating member meshing teeth are meshed with each other. The operating member 1 is pressed to make the plug-in miniature circuit breaker enter the switching-on state from the switching-off state, and the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2 is driven to rotate through matching between the operating member meshing teeth and the indicating member meshing teeth, so that the switching-on indicating face 23 is visible through the switching-on indicating window 62a.
  • FIG. 15 shows a third embodiment of the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2.
  • The switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2 has the cylindrical structure, and includes three indicating member meshing teeth arranged on one side of the switching-off and switching-on indicating member, the switching-off indicating face 22 and the switching-on indicating face 23 which are arranged on the other side of the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2, and the indicating member shaft hole 20 arranged in the middle portion of the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2. The three indicating member meshing teeth are respectively a first indicating member meshing tooth 21c1, a second indicating member meshing tooth 21c2, and a third indicating member meshing tooth 21c3 arranged in sequence, the first indicating member meshing tooth 21c1 is close to one end of the switching-off indicating face 22, the other end of the switching-off indicating face 22 is connected with one end of the switching-on indicating face 23, the other end of the switching-on indicating face 23 is close to the third indicating member meshing tooth 21c3. The switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2 is sleeved on the first installation shaft 63 of the housing 6 through the indicating member shaft hole 20.
  • Preferably, as shown in FIG. 15, the operating member 1 includes three operating member meshing teeth arranged on one side thereof, which are respectively a first operating member meshing tooth 11c1, a second operating member meshing tooth 11c2, and a third operating member meshing tooth 11c3 arranged in sequence. Specifically, the first operating member meshing tooth 11c1, the second operating member meshing tooth 11c2, and the third operating member meshing tooth 11c3 are arranged on one side from top to bottom.
  • Specifically, as shown in FIG. 14 to FIG. 15, the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is in the switching-off state, a plurality of operating member meshing teeth are arranged on the right side of the operating member 1 from top to bottom, a plurality of indicating member meshing teeth are axially arranged on the left side of the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2, and the operating member meshing teeth and the indicating member meshing teeth are meshed with each other. At the moment, the switching-off indicating face 22 of the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2 is opposite to the switching-on indicating window 62a, and the switching-off indicating face 22 is visible through the switching-on indicating window 62a. As shown in FIG. 17, the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is in the switching-on state. At the moment, the switching-on indicating face 23 of the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2 is opposite to the switching-on indicating window 62a. With reference to FIG. 14, FIG. 15, and FIG. 17, the plug-in miniature circuit breaker enters the switching-on state from the switching-off state, the operating member 1 is pressed downwardly, the operating member 1 drives the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2 to rotate counterclockwise through meshing between the operating member meshing teeth and the indicating member meshing teeth, and the indicating member 2 is driven to rotate counterclockwise, so that the switching-on indicating face 23 is opposite to the switching-on indicating window 62a, and the switching-on indicating face 23 is visible through the switching-on indicating window 62a. Further, when the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is in the switching-off state, the second indicating member meshing tooth 21cl is located between the second operating member meshing tooth 11c2 and the third operating member meshing tooth 11c3, and the third operating member meshing tooth 11c3 is located between the second indicating member meshing tooth 21c2 and the third indicating member meshing tooth 21c3. When the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is in the switching-on state, the first indicating member meshing tooth 21cl is located between the first operating member meshing tooth 1c1 and the second operating member meshing tooth 11c2.
  • Preferably, as shown in FIG. 18 to FIG. 29, the plug-in miniature circuit breaker of the present invention further includes an in-place indicating mechanism, and the in-place indicating mechanism is used for indicating whether the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is installed in place.
  • Preferably, FIG. 18 to FIG. 24 show a first implementation of the in-place indicating mechanism.
  • As shown in FIG. 18 to FIG. 24, the housing 6 includes an in-place indicating window 62b and an outlet 64 which are arranged on the housing. The in-place indicating mechanism includes a driven protrusion 51 and an in-place indicating end 4243 which are respectively arranged at two ends thereof, the driven protrusion 51 passes through the outlet 64 and protrudes outside the housing 6, and the in-place indicating end 4243 is arranged opposite to the in-place indicating window 62b. After the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is installed to the assembly position of the circuit breaker and installed in place, the housing at the assembly position of the circuit breaker squeezes the driven protrusion 51, so that the in-place indicating end 4243 indicates that the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is installed in place through the in-place indicating window 62b. Further, as shown in FIG. 18 to FIG. 24, the in-place indicating end 4243 includes a warning face 42 and an in-place indicating face 43. When the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is not installed and the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is installed to the assembly position of the circuit breaker and not installed in place, the warning face 42 is visible through the in-place indicating window 62b, and the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is indicated to be not installed in place. After the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is installed to the assembly position of the circuit breaker and installed in place, the in-place indicating face 43 is visible through the in-place indicating window 62b, and the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is indicated to be installed in place. Further, as shown in FIG. 18 to FIG. 24, the in-place indicating mechanism includes an in-place indicating member 4 and an in-place linkage 5 which are pivotally arranged on the housing 6 respectively, one end of the in-place indicating member 4 is provided with the in-place indicating end 4243, the other end of the in-place indicating member is in driving fit with one end of the in-place linkage 5, and the other end of the in-place linkage 5 is provided with the driven protrusion 51.
  • Specifically, as shown in FIG. 18 to FIG. 24, the in-place indicating window 62b is arranged at a right top corner of the upper end of the housing 6, and the outlet 64 is arranged on a right side wall of the housing 6. The in-place indicating member 4 is pivotally arranged at the right top corner of the upper end of the housing 6, the in-place linkage 5 is pivotally arranged on a right side of the housing 6 and is located below the in-place indicating member 4, an upper end of the in-place indicating member 4 is provided with the in-place indicating end 4243, and a lower end of the in-place indicating member is in driving fit with the in-place linkage 5. A lower end of the in-place linkage 5 is provided with the driven protrusion 51, and the driven protrusion 51 passes through the outlet 64 and protrudes from the right side of the housing 6. After the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is arranged at the assembly position of the circuit breaker and is installed in place, the housing at the assembly position of the circuit breaker squeezes the driven protrusion 51 to move the driven protrusion into the housing 6, so that the in-place linkage 5 rotates clockwise. An upper end of the in-place linkage 5 drives a lower end of the in-place indicating member 4 to rotate the in-place indicating member 4 counterclockwise, so that the in-place indicating face 43 of the in-place indicating end 4243 is opposite to the in-place indicating window 62b, the in-place indicating face 43 is visible through the in-place indicating window 62b, and the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is indicated to be installed in place. Further, as shown in FIG. 19, FIG. 21, and FIG. 23, a chamfered structure is arranged at a joint between an upper side wall and a right side wall of the housing 6, and the in-place indicating window 62b is arranged on the chamfered structure.
  • Preferably, as shown in FIG. 19, the in-place indicating member 4 is pivotally arranged on the housing 6 through the second installation shaft 63 of the housing 6, which means that the in-place indicating member 4 and the switching-off and switching-on indicating member 2 are coaxially installed, which is conductive to simplifying an installation structure and an operation of the plug-in miniature circuit breaker of the present invention, and is conductive to simplifying a structure of the housing 6 and saving a production cost of the housing 6.
  • Further, as shown in FIG. 22 to FIG. 23, the in-place linkage 5 further includes a circuit breaker locking protrusion 53 arranged on one side of the in-place driving protrusion 52, and the circuit breaker locking protrusion 53 is in limit fit with the operating mechanism to prevent the operating member 1 from moving towards a switching-on direction of the circuit breaker (the operating member 1 is prevented from moving downwardly). After the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is installed to the assembly position of the circuit breaker and installed in place, the housing at the assembly position of the circuit breaker squeezes the driven protrusion 51 to rotate the in-place linkage 5, and the locking protrusion 53 is released from the operating mechanism. Further, As shown in FIG. 22 to FIG. 23, the operating mechanism further includes the first connecting rod 7, and the first connecting rod 7 includes the connecting rod first end 70 inserted into the operating member 1. The operating member 1 is in limit fit with the circuit breaker locking protrusion 53, or the connecting rod first end 70 is in limit fit with the circuit breaker locking protrusion 53.
  • Specifically, as shown in FIG. 22 to FIG. 23, the circuit breaker locking protrusion 53 is arranged on a left side of the in-place driving protrusion 52, and is located below the connecting rod first end 70 and is in limit fit with the connecting rod first end to prevent the operating member 1 from moving downwardly. After the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is installed to the assembly position of the circuit breaker and installed in place, the housing at the assembly position of the circuit breaker squeezes the driven protrusion 51 to move the driven protrusion into the housing 6, so that the in-place linkage 5 rotates clockwise, the circuit breaker locking protrusion 53 moves to a right side of the connecting rod first end 70, and is released from the connecting rod first end. The operating member 1 is pressed downwardly, and the plug-in miniature circuit breaker may be switched on through the operating mechanism.
  • Preferably, as shown in FIG. 18 to FIG. 24, a middle portion of the in-place indicating member 4 is pivotally arranged on the housing 6, and the in-place indicating member includes the in-place indicating end 4243 and an in-place driven protrusion 41 which are respectively arranged at two ends thereof. A middle portion of the in-place linkage 5 is pivotally arranged on the housing 6, and the in-place linkage includes the in-place driving protrusion 52 and the driven protrusion 51 which are respectively arranged at two ends thereof, and the in-place driving protrusion 52 is in driving fit with the in-place driven protrusion 41.
  • FIG. 24 shows a first embodiment of the in-place indicating member 4.
  • The in-place indicating member 4 includes a rotating disk 40, and the in-place indicating end 4243 and the in-place driven protrusion 41 which are respectively arranged at two ends of the rotating disk 40. A middle portion of the rotating disk 40 is provided with an in-place indicating shaft hole, and the rotating disk 40 is sleeved on the first installation shaft 63 of the housing 6 through the in-place indicating shaft hole. The in-place indicating end 4243 includes the warning face 42 and the in-place indicating face 43, the warning face 42 and the in-place indicating face 43 are both an arc face, and a radius of the warning face 42 is greater than that of the in-place indicating face 43. Further, the warning face 42 and the in-place indicating face 43 may be of different colors to indicate a non-in-place installation state and an in-place installation state of the circuit breaker, or the warning face 42 and the in-place indicating face 43 have different character marks to indicate the non-in-place installation state and the in-place installation state of the circuit breaker. Certainly, the warning face 42 and the in-place indicating face 43 may have different colors and character marks respectively.
  • It should be pointed out that the in-place indicating member 4 may not be provided with the in-place indicating face 43, and is only provided with the warning face 42. When the warning face 42 is invisible through the in-place indicating window 62b, the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is indicated to be installed in place, which is conductive to simplifying a structure of the in-place indicating member 4 and saving a cost.
  • FIG. 22 to FIG. 23 show a first embodiment of the in-place linkage 5.
  • The in-place linkage 5 has a rod-shaped structure, and includes the in-place driving protrusion 52 and the driven protrusion 51 which are respectively arranged at two ends of the in-place linkage 5, and a circuit breaker locking protrusion 53 arranged on one side of the in-place driving protrusion 52. The driven protrusion 51 and the circuit breaker locking protrusion 53 are respectively located on two sides of the in-place linkage 5, the driven protrusion 51 is located on one side of a rotation center of the in-place linkage 5, and the circuit breaker locking protrusion 53 and the in-place driving protrusion 52 are located on the other side of the rotation center of the in-place linkage 5.
  • FIG. 25 to FIG. 27 show a second embodiment of the in-place indicating mechanism.
  • The housing 6 includes the in-place indicating window 62b and the outlet 64 which are arranged on the housing. The in-place indicating mechanism includes the in-place indicating member 4, a middle portion of the in-place indicating member 4 is pivotally arranged on the housing 6, the in-place indicating member 4 includes the indicating end 4cd and the indicating member driven end 4a which are respectively arranged at two ends thereof, the indicating end 4cd is arranged opposite to the in-place indicating window 62b, and the indicating member driven end 4a passes through the outlet 64 and protrudes outside the housing 6. After the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is installed to the assembly position of the circuit breaker and installed in place, the housing at the assembly position of the circuit breaker squeezes the indicating member driven end 4a, so that the indicating end 4cd indicates that the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is installed in place through the in-place indicating window 62b. Further, the indicating end 4cd includes the warning side face 4c and the in-place indicating side face 4d. When the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is not installed and the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is installed to the assembly position of the circuit breaker and not installed in place, the warning side face 4c is visible through the indicating window 62b, and the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is indicated to be not installed in place. After the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is installed to the assembly position of the circuit breaker and installed in place, the in-place indicating side face 4d is visible through the in-place indicating window 62b, and the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is indicated to be installed in place.
  • Specifically, as shown in FIG. 25 to FIG. 27, the indicating end 4cd and the indicating member driven end 4a are respectively arranged at upper and lower ends of the in-place indicating member 4, and a middle portion of the in-place indicating member 4 is pivotally arranged on the housing 6. As shown in FIG. 25 to FIG. 26, the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is not installed or is installed to the assembly position of the circuit breaker and not installed in place. At the moment, the warning side face 4c of the indicating end 4cd is opposite to the in-place indicating window 62b, and the warning side face 4c is visible through the in-place indicating window 62b. As shown in FIG. 27, the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is installed to the assembly position of the circuit breaker and installed in place. At the moment, the in-place indicating side face 4d of the indicating end 4cd is opposite to the in-place indicating window 62b, and the in-place indicating side face 4d is visible through the in-place indicating window 62b. With reference to FIG. 25 to FIG. 27, the plug-in miniature circuit breaker enters the in-place installation state from the non-in-place installation state, and the housing at the assembly position of the circuit breaker squeezes the indicating member driven end 4a to move the indicating member driven end into the housing 6, so that the in-place indicating member 4 rotates clockwise, and the indicating end 4cd moves to the right, so that the in-place indicating side face 4d is visible through the in-place indicating window 62b.
  • Preferably, as shown in FIG. 25 to FIG. 27, the in-place indicating member 4 further includes the circuit breaker locking boss 4b, and the circuit breaker locking boss 4b is in limit fit with the operating mechanism to prevent the operating member 1 from moving towards a switching-on direction of the circuit breaker (the operating member 1 is prevented from moving downwardly). After the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is installed to the assembly position of the circuit breaker and installed in place, the housing at the assembly position of the circuit breaker squeezes the indicating member driven end 4a to rotate the in-place indicating member 4, the operating mechanism is released from the circuit breaker locking boss 4b, and the operating member 1 is pressed to connect the moving contact 900c with the static contact 910c. Preferably, as shown in FIG. 25 to FIG. 27, the operating member 1 includes a connecting rod installation table 12 arranged on one side thereof, the first connecting rod 7 of the operating mechanism further includes the connecting rod first end 70 inserted into the connecting rod installation table 12, and the connecting rod installation table 12 is in limit fit with the circuit breaker locking boss 4b, or the connecting rod first end 70 is in limit fit with the circuit breaker locking boss 4b.
  • Specifically, as shown in FIG. 25 to FIG. 27, the right side of the operating member 1 is provided with the connecting rod installation table 12, and a jack for the first connecting rod 7 to be inserted is arranged in the connecting rod installation table 12. A left side of the in-place indicating member 4 is provided with the circuit breaker locking boss 4b, the circuit breaker locking boss 4b is located below the connecting rod installation table 12 or the connecting rod first end 70 and is in limit fit with the connecting rod installation table 12 or the connecting rod first end 70. After the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is installed to the assembly position of the circuit breaker, the housing at the assembly position of the circuit breaker squeezes the indicating member driven end 4a to move the indicating member driven end into the housing 6, and the indicating member 4 rotates clockwise, so that the circuit breaker locking boss 4b moves to a right side of the connecting rod installation table 12 or the connecting rod first end 70, and is released from the connecting rod installation table 12 or the connecting rod first end 70. Certainly, other portions of the operating member 1 may also be in limit fit with the circuit breaker locking boss 4b, and when the in-place indicating member 4 rotates clockwise, the operating member 1 is released from the circuit breaker locking boss 4b.
  • FIG. 26 shows a second embodiment of the in-place indicating member 4.
  • The in-place indicating member 4 includes the indicating end 4cd, the indicating member driven end 4a, and the circuit breaker locking boss 4b. The indicating end 4cd and the indicating member driven end 4a are respectively arranged at upper and lower ends of the in-place indicating member 4, the circuit breaker locking boss 4b is arranged in a middle portion of the in-place indicating member 4, the circuit breaker locking boss 4b and the indicating member driven end 4a are respectively located on two sides of the in-place indicating member 4, and the circuit breaker locking boss 4b is located between the rotation center of the in-position indicating member 4 and the indicating end 4cd. Further, the in-place indicating member 4 is pivotally arranged on the housing 6 through the second installation shaft 65 of the housing 6. Specifically, in a direction shown in FIG. 26, the indicating end 4cd and the indicating member driven end 4a are respectively arranged at upper and lower ends of the in-place indicating member 4, the circuit breaker locking boss 4b and the indicating member driven end 4a are respectively located on left and right sides of the in-place indicating member 4, and the circuit breaker locking boss 4b is located below the indicating end 4cd and above the rotation center of the in-position indicating member 4. FIG. 28 to FIG. 29 show a third embodiment of the in-place indicating mechanism. The in-place indicating mechanism of the embodiment is different from that of the second embodiment in that: the plug-in miniature circuit breaker further includes a circuit breaker locking member 8, and the in-place indicating member 4 is not provided with the circuit breaker locking boss 4b. The circuit breaker locking member 8 includes a locking boss 81 and a locking member driven end 80 which are respectively arranged at two ends thereof, and the locking boss 81 is in limit fit with the operating mechanism to prevent the operating member 1 from moving towards a switching-on direction of the circuit breaker. After the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is installed to the assembly position of the circuit breaker and installed in place, the housing at the assembly position of the circuit breaker squeezes the locking member driven end 80 to rotate the circuit breaker locking member 8, the locking boss 81 is released from the operating mechanism, and the operating member 1 is pressed to connect the moving contact 900c with the static contact 910c through the operating mechanism. Further, the operating member 1 includes the connecting rod installation table 12 arranged on one side thereof, the first connecting rod 7 of the operating mechanism includes the connecting rod first end 70 inserted into the connecting rod installation table 12, and the connecting rod installation table 12 is in limit fit with the circuit breaker locking boss 81, or the connecting rod first end 70 is in limit fit with the locking boss 81.
  • Preferably, as shown in FIG. 28 to FIG. 29, the in-place indicating member 4 and the circuit breaker locking member 8 are both pivotally arranged on the housing 6 through a second installation shaft 65.

Claims (17)

  1. A plug-in miniature circuit breaker, comprising a housing (6), an operating mechanism, and a contact system, the operating mechanism comprising an operating member (1) with one end inserted into the housing (6) and the other end protruding outside the housing (6), and the contact system comprising a moving contact (900c) with one end connected with the operating mechanism and a static contact (910c) matched with the moving contact (900c) for use,
    wherein: the housing (6) comprises a switching-off and switching-on indicating window (62a) arranged on the housing; the plug-in miniature circuit breaker further comprises a switching-off and switching-on indicating member (2) arranged in the housing (6) and used for indicating switching-off and switching-on states of the plug-in miniature circuit breaker, and the switching-off and switching-on indicating member (2) is arranged on one side of the operating member (1) and is in linkage fit with the operating member; the operating member (1) is pressed to make the plug-in miniature circuit breaker enter the switching-on state through the operating mechanism, and make the switching-off and switching-on indicating member (2) act, and the switching-on state of the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is indicated through the switching-off and switching-on indicating window (62a).
  2. The plug-in miniature circuit breaker according to claim 1, wherein the switching-off and switching-on indicating member (2) comprises a switching-off indicating face (22) and a switching-on indicating face (23) which are arranged on the switching-off and switching-on indicating member; and when the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is in the switching-off state, the switching-off indicating face (22) is visible through the switching-off and switching-on indicating window (62a),
    the switching-off and switching-on indicating member (2) is pivotally arranged on the housing (6), the operating member (1) is pressed to make the plug-in miniature circuit breaker enter the switching-on state from the switching-off state, and the switching-off and switching-on indicating member (2) rotates to make the switching-on indicating face (23) visible through the switching-off and switching-on indicating window (62a).
  3. The plug-in miniature circuit breaker according to claim 2, wherein the switching-off and switching-on indicating member (2) comprises a first indicating member limit platform (21a) arranged on one side thereof, the operating member (1) comprises a first operating member limit boss (11a) arranged on one side thereof, and the first indicating member limit platform (21a) is in limit fit with the first operating member limit boss (11a); the operating member (1) is pressed to make the plug-in miniature circuit breaker enter the switching-on state from the switching-off state, the first operating member limit boss (11a) moves to one side of the first indicating member limit platform (21a), and is released from the first indicating member limit platform (21a), and the switching-off and switching-on indicating member (2) rotates to make the switching-on indicating face (23) visible through the switching-off and switching-on indicating window (62a).
  4. The plug-in miniature circuit breaker according to claim 3, wherein the switching-off and switching-on indicating member (2) has a cylindrical structure, and comprises the first indicating member limit platform (21a) arranged on one side of the switching-off and switching-on indicating member, and the switching-off indicating face (22) and the switching-on indicating face (23) which are arranged on the other side of the switching-off and switching-on indicating member (2), a middle portion of the switching-off and switching-on indicating member (2) is pivotally arranged on the housing (6), and the first indicating member limit platform (21a) comprises a first limit plane (210a) arranged on one side thereof; the plug-in miniature circuit breaker enters the switching-on state from the switching-off state, and the first operating member limit boss (11a) moves from one end of the first limit plane (210a) to the other end of the first limit plane (210a) until the first operating member limit boss (11a) is separated from the first limit plane (210a), and the first operating member limit boss (11a) is released from the first indicating limit platform (21a);
    the switching-off and switching-on indicating member (2) further comprises an indicating member shaft hole (20) arranged in the middle portion thereof, and the switching-off and switching-on indicating member (2) is sleeved on a first installation shaft (63) of the housing (6) through the indicating member shaft hole (20); the switching-off indicating face (22) and the switching-on indicating face (23) are both an arc face, and one end of the switching-off indicating face (22) is connected with one end of the switching-on indicating face (23); and the plug-in miniature circuit breaker further comprises an indicating member torsion spring (3), the indicating member torsion spring (3) is sleeved on the first installation shaft (63), one end of the indicating member torsion spring is connected with the switching-off and switching-on indicating member (2), and the other end of the indicating member torsion spring is connected with the housing (6), so that rotating power is provided for the switching-off and switching-on indicating member (2).
  5. The plug-in miniature circuit breaker according to claim 2, wherein the switching-off and switching-on indicating member (2) comprises a first indicating member driven boss (21b) arranged on one side thereof, and the operating member (1) comprises a first operating member driving boss (11b) arranged on one side thereof, and the first operating member driving boss (11b) is in driving fit with the first indicating member driven boss (21b); and
    the operating member (1) is pressed to make the plug-in miniature circuit breaker enter the switching-on state from the switching-off state, and the first operating member driving boss (11b) drives the switching-off and switching-on indicating member (2) to rotate through the first indicating member driven boss (21b), so that the switching-on indicating face (23) is visible through the switching-off and switching-on indicating window (62a).
  6. The plug-in miniature circuit breaker according to claim 5, wherein the switching-off and switching-on indicating member (2) has a cylindrical structure, and comprises the first indicating member driven boss (21b) arranged on one side of the switching-off and switching-on indicating member (2), the switching-off indicating face (22) and the switching-on indicating face (23) which are arranged on the other side of the switching-off and switching-on indicating member (2), and an indicating member shaft hole (20) arranged in the middle portion of the switching-off and switching-on indicating member (2), and the switching-off and switching-on indicating member (2) is sleeved on a first installation shaft (63) of the housing (6) through the indicating member shaft hole (20); the switching-off indicating face (22) and the switching-on indicating face (23) are both an arc face, one end of the switching-off indicating face (22) is connected with one end of the switching-on indicating face (23), and the first indicating member driven boss (21b) is located between the other end of the switching-off indicating face (22) and the other end of the switching-on indicating face (23); and the plug-in miniature circuit breaker further comprises an indicating member torsion spring (3), the indicating member torsion spring (3) is sleeved on the first installation shaft (63), one end of the indicating member torsion spring is connected with the switching-off and switching-on indicating member (2), and the other end of the indicating member torsion spring is connected with the housing (6).
  7. The plug-in miniature circuit breaker according to claim 2, wherein the switching-off and switching-on indicating member (2) has a cylindrical structure, and comprises a plurality of circumferentially distributed indicating member meshing teeth arranged on a ring side of the switching-off and switching-on indicating member (2), the operating member (1) comprises a plurality of operating member meshing teeth arranged side by side on one side thereof, and the indicating member meshing teeth and the operating member meshing teeth are meshed with each other; and
    the operating member (1) is pressed to make the plug-in miniature circuit breaker enter the switching-on state from the switching-off state, and the switching-off and switching-on indicating member (2) is driven to rotate through matching of the operating member meshing teeth and the indicating member meshing teeth, so that the switching-on indicating face (23) is visible through the switching-off and switching-on indicating window (62a).
  8. The plug-in miniature circuit breaker according to claim 7, wherein the switching-off and switching-on indicating member (2) has a cylindrical structure, and comprises three indicating member meshing teeth arranged on one side of the switching-off and switching-on indicating member, the switching-off indicating face (22) and the switching-on indicating face (23) which are arranged on the other side of the switching-off and switching-on indicating member (2), and an indicating member shaft hole (20) arranged in the middle portion of the switching-off and switching-on indicating member (2); the three indicating member meshing teeth are respectively a first indicating member meshing tooth (21c1), a second indicating member meshing tooth (21c2), and a third indicating member meshing tooth (21c3) arranged in sequence, the first indicating member meshing tooth (21c1) is close to one end of the switching-off indicating face (22), the other end of the switching-off indicating face (22) is connected with one end of the switching-on indicating face (23), the other end of the switching-on indicating face (23) is close to the third indicating member meshing tooth (21c3); and the switching-off and switching-on indicating member (2) is sleeved on a first installation shaft (63) of the housing (6) through the indicating member shaft hole (20);
    the operating member (1) comprises three operating member meshing teeth arranged on one side thereof, which are respectively a first operating member meshing tooth (11c1), a second operating member meshing tooth (11c2), and a third operating member meshing tooth arranged in sequence; when the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is in the switching-off state, the second indicating member meshing tooth (21c2) is located between the second operating member meshing tooth (11c2) and the third operating member meshing tooth (11c3), and the third operating member meshing tooth (11c3) is located between the second indicating member meshing tooth (21c2) and the third indicating member meshing tooth (21c3); and when the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is in the switching-on state, the first indicating member meshing tooth (21c1) is located between the first operating member meshing tooth (11c1) and the second operating member meshing tooth (11c2).
  9. The plug-in miniature circuit breaker according to claim 1, wherein the housing (6) comprises an in-place indicating window (62b) and an outlet (64) which are arranged on the housing; the plug-in miniature circuit breaker further comprises an in-place indicating mechanism, the in-place indicating mechanism comprises a driven protrusion (51) and an in-place indicating end (4243) which are respectively arranged at two ends thereof, the driven protrusion (51) passes through the outlet (64) and protrudes outside the housing (6), and the in-place indicating end (4243) is arranged opposite to the in-place indicating window (62b); after the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is installed to an assembly position of the circuit breaker and installed in place, a housing at the assembly position of the circuit breaker squeezes the driven protrusion (51), so that the in-place indicating end (4243) indicates that the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is installed in place through the in-place indicating window (62b).
  10. The plug-in miniature circuit breaker according to claim 9, wherein the in-place indicating end (4243) comprises a warning face (42) and an in-place indicating face (43); when the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is not installed and the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is installed to the assembly position of the circuit breaker and not installed in place, the warning face (42) is visible through the in-place indicating window (62b), and the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is indicated to be not installed in place; and after the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is installed to the assembly position of the circuit breaker and installed in place, the in-place indicating face (43) is visible through the in-place indicating window (62b), and the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is indicated to be installed in place.
  11. The plug-in miniature circuit breaker according to claim 9, wherein the in-place indicating mechanism comprises an in-place indicating member (4) and an in-place linkage (5) which are pivotally arranged on the housing (6) respectively, one end of the in-place indicating member (4) is provided with the in-place indicating end (4243), the other end of the in-place indicating member is in driving fit with one end of the in-place linkage (5), and the other end of the in-place linkage (5) is provided with the driven protrusion (51);
    a middle portion of the in-place indicating member (4) is pivotally arranged on the housing (6), and comprises the in-place indicating end (4243) and an in-place driven protrusion (41) which are respectively arranged at two ends thereof; a middle portion of the in-place linkage (5) is pivotally arranged on the housing (6), and comprises an in-place driving protrusion (52) and the driven protrusion (51) which are respectively arranged at two ends thereof, and the in-place driving protrusion (52) is in driving fit with the in-place driven protrusion (41); and after the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is installed to the assembly position of the circuit breaker and installed in place, the housing at the assembly position of the circuit breaker squeezes the driven protrusion (51) to rotate the in-place linkage (5), the in-place linkage (5) drives the in-place indicating member (4) to rotate through the in-place driving protrusion (52) and the in-place driven protrusion (41), so that the in-place indicating face (43) of the indicating end (4243) is visible through the in-place indicating window (62b), and the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is indicated to be installed in place.
  12. The plug-in miniature circuit breaker according to claim 11, wherein:
    the in-place linkage (5) further comprises a circuit breaker locking protrusion (53) arranged on one side of the in-place driving protrusion (52), and the circuit breaker locking protrusion (53) is in limit fit with the operating mechanism to prevent the operating member (1) from moving towards a switching-on direction of the circuit breaker; after the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is installed to the assembly position of the circuit breaker and installed in place, the housing at the assembly position of the circuit breaker squeezes the driven protrusion (51) to rotate the in-place linkage (5), and the locking protrusion (53) is released from the operating mechanism;
    the operating mechanism further comprises a first connecting rod (7), and the first connecting rod (7) comprises a connecting rod first end (70) inserted into the operating member (1); and the operating member (1) is in limit fit with the circuit breaker locking protrusion (53), or the connecting rod first end (70) is in limit fit with the circuit breaker locking protrusion (53).
  13. The plug-in miniature circuit breaker according to claim 11, wherein the in-place indicating member (4) and the switching-off and switching-on indicating member (2) are both pivotally arranged on the housing (6) through the first installation shaft (63) of the housing (6); and
    the housing (6) further comprises an operating member socket (66) arranged on the housing, a side wall of the housing(6) provided with the operating member socket (66) is a first side wall, a side wall of the housing(6) provided with the outlet (64) is a second side wall, one end of the first side wall is connected with one end of the second side wall in a bending manner, and the switching-off and switching-on indicating window (62a) and the in-place indicating window (62b) are both arranged at a joint of the first side wall and the second side wall.
  14. The plug-in miniature circuit breaker according to claim 1, wherein the housing (6) comprises an in-place indicating window (62b) and an outlet (64) which are arranged on the housing; the plug-in miniature circuit breaker further comprises an in-place indicating mechanism arranged in the housing (6), the in-place indicating mechanism comprises an in-place indicating member (4), a middle portion of the in-place indicating member (4) is pivotally arranged on the housing (6), the in-place indicating member (4) comprises an indicating end (4cd) and an indicating member driven end (4a) which are respectively arranged at two ends thereof, the indicating end (4cd) is arranged opposite to an in-place indicating window (62b), and the indicating member driven end (4a) passes through the outlet (64) and protrudes outside the housing (6); and after the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is installed to the assembly position of the circuit breaker and installed in place, the housing at the assembly position of the circuit breaker squeezes the indicating member driven end (4a), so that the indicating end (4cd) indicates that the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is installed in place through the in-place indicating window (62b).
  15. The plug-in miniature circuit breaker according to claim 14, wherein the in-place indicating end (4cd) comprises a warning side face (4c) and an in-place indicating side face (4d); when the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is not installed and the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is installed to the assembly position of the circuit breaker and not installed in place, the warning side face (4c) is visible through the in-place indicating window (62b), and the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is indicated to be not installed in place; and after the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is installed to the assembly position of the circuit breaker and installed in place, the in-place indicating side face (4d) is visible through the in-place indicating window (62b), and the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is indicated to be installed in place.
  16. The plug-in miniature circuit breaker according to claim 15, wherein:
    the in-place indicating member (4) further comprises a circuit breaker locking boss (4b), and the circuit breaker locking boss (4b) is in limit fit with the operating mechanism to prevent the operating member (1) from moving towards a switching-on direction of the circuit breaker; after the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is installed to the assembly position of the circuit breaker and installed in place, the housing at the assembly position of the circuit breaker squeezes the indicating member driven end (4a) to rotate the in-place indicating member (4), the operating mechanism is released from the circuit breaker locking boss (4b), and the operating member (1) is pressed to connect the moving contact (900c) with the static contact (910c); and
    the operating member (1) comprises a connecting rod installation table (12) arranged on one side thereof, the operating mechanism further comprises a first connecting rod (7), the first connecting rod (7) comprises a connecting rod first end (70) inserted into the connecting rod installation table (12), and the operating member (1) is in limit fit with the circuit breaker locking boss (4b), or the connecting rod first end (70) is in limit fit with the circuit breaker locking boss (4b).
  17. The plug-in miniature circuit breaker according to claim 14,
    further comprising a circuit breaker locking member (8) with a middle portion pivotally arranged on the housing (6), the circuit breaker locking member (8) comprises a locking boss (81) and a locking member driven end (80) which are respectively arranged at two ends thereof, and the locking boss (81) is in limit fit with the operating mechanism to prevent the operating member (1) from moving towards a switching-on direction of the circuit breaker; after the plug-in miniature circuit breaker is installed to the assembly position of the circuit breaker and installed in place, the housing at the assembly position of the circuit breaker squeezes the locking member driven end (80) to rotate the circuit breaker locking member (8), the locking boss (81) is released from the operating mechanism, and the operating member (1) is pressed to connect the moving contact (900c) with the static contact (910c) through the operating mechanism;
    the operating member (1) comprises a connecting rod installation table (12) arranged on one side thereof, the operating mechanism further comprises a first connecting rod (7), the first connecting rod (7) comprises a connecting rod first end (70) inserted into the connecting rod installation table (12), and the operating member (1) is in limit fit with the locking boss (81), or the connecting rod first end (70) is in limit fit with the locking boss (81); and
    the in-place indicating member (4) and the circuit breaker locking member (8) are both pivotally arranged on the housing (6) through a second installation shaft (65).
