LED灯作为现代生活、办公等场所的替代光源,相比传统白炽灯,因其具有节能省电、寿命长等优点,已经被广泛使用。现有的绝大部分白光LED灯串产品基本都使用爱迪生螺纹(如E27、E26等型号)灯座,这种灯座结构配件较多,成本偏高,组装成品灯串时,需要人工将LED灯芯旋进灯座,生产效率偏低。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单、装配便捷、易于更换、成本较低、生产效率高的LED灯串。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:本实用新型包括发光部、灯座、电源线,所述电源线连接若干个电路并联供电的灯座,所述发光部与所述灯座相连接,所述发光部包括灯芯、灯芯内壳、外泡壳,所述灯芯包括两个插针、限流电阻、LED发光体、绝缘件,所述限流电阻、所述LED发光体电连接后与两个所述插针电连接将其作为外部接口,并通过所述绝缘件将所述插针、所述限流电阻、所述LED发光体固定,所述灯芯内壳与所述绝缘件密封装配,以将所述限流电阻、所述LED发光体密封于内,所述灯座包括灯座体、两个针套,所述针套与所述电源线铆压连接后注塑成型所述灯座体,以使所述针套固定嵌入所述灯座体内,所述插针与所述针套相适配插拔连接,以使所述 灯芯与所述电源线电连接,所述外泡壳与所述灯座相连接,以将所述灯芯包罩于内。
所述外泡壳与所述灯座之间通过螺纹相适配可拆卸连接。
或者,所述外泡壳与所述灯座体之间通过紧配合可拆卸连接。
所述灯座体外部设有挂接孔。

本实用新型的有益效果是:由于本实用新型包括发光部、灯座、电源线,所述电源线连接若干个电路并联供电的灯座,所述发光部与所述灯座相连接,所述发光部包括灯芯、灯芯内壳、外泡壳,所述灯芯包括两个插针、限流电阻、LED发光体、绝缘件,所述限流电阻、所述LED发光体电连接后与两个所述插针电连接将其作为外部接口,并通过所述绝缘件将所述插针、所述限流电阻、所述LED发光体固定,所述灯芯内壳与所述绝缘件密封装配,以将所述限流电阻、所述LED发光体密封于内,所述灯座包括灯座体、两个针套,所述针套与所述电源线铆压连接后注塑成型所述灯座体,以使所述针套固定嵌入所述灯座体内,所述插针与所述针套相适配插拔连接,以使所述灯芯与所述电源线电连接,所述外泡壳与所述灯座相连接,以将所述灯芯包罩于内;本实用新型克服了现有技术的不足,将所述灯芯向外伸出两个插针作为电路接口,与固定嵌入所述灯座体内的所述针套相适配,通过插拔方式,直接组装装配,所需时间比爱迪生螺纹旋转拧紧装配的方式明显缩短,提高了生产效率,并且由于灯座部分的配件较现有常规灯座少,降低了生产和材料成本,且可以更换适配不同形状和大小的外泡壳,在不改变核心发光组件的前提下,可以灵活的更换灯头及外泡的形状,另外即使在所述外泡壳破损的情况下,本实用新型依然能够实现发光功能,且可通过更换所述外泡壳实现再生,更 节约了维护成本,避免社会资源的浪费;故本实用新型结构简单、装配便捷、易于更换、成本较低、生产效率高。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,本实施例的LED灯串包括发光部1、灯座2、电源线3,所述电源线3连接若干个电路并联供电的灯座2,所述发光部1与所述灯座2相连接,所述发光部1包括灯芯11、灯芯内壳12、外泡壳13,所述灯芯11包括两个插针111、限流电阻113、LED发光体112、绝缘件114,本实施例中,所述LED发光体112呈灯丝状,所述限流电阻113、所述LED发光体112电连接后与两个所述插针111电连接将其作为外部接口,并通过所述绝缘件114将所述插针111、所述限流电阻113、所述LED发光体112固定,所述绝缘件114是塑胶成型件,所述灯芯内壳12与所述绝缘件114密封装配,以将所述限流电阻113、所述LED发光体112密封于内,能有效的阻隔水汽进入所述灯芯11的内部,所述灯座2包括灯座体21、两个针套22,所述针套22与所述电源线3铆压连接后注塑成型所述灯座体21,以使所述针套22固定嵌入所述灯座体21内,所述灯座体21起固定、包裹所述针套22及所述电源线3的作用,保证两个所述针套22之间的距离,防止短路,以及所述针套22及所述电源线3与外部之间的绝缘,所述灯座体21外部设有挂接孔210,以便于本实用新型的悬挂,所述插针111与所述针套22相适配插拔连接,以使所述灯芯11与所述电源线3电连接,所述外泡壳13与所述灯座2相连接,以将所述灯芯11包罩于内,本实施例中,所述外泡壳13与所述灯座体21之 间通过螺纹相适配可拆卸连接,当然所述灯座体21也可以通过上部的圆口与所述外泡壳13紧配合连接,能一定程度防止外部水汽进入所述灯座2的内部,所述外泡壳13的外形可以是多种,本实施例中规格是S14(ST45),当然也可以是S21或ST64或S21或S19或ST58或G45或A19或A60或A15或A47或B11或C35等其他形状。
本实用新型克服了现有技术的不足,将所述灯芯11向外伸出两个插针111作为电路接口,与固定嵌入所述灯座体21内的所述针套22相适配,通过插拔方式,直接组装装配,所需时间比爱迪生螺纹旋转拧紧装配的方式明显缩短,提高了生产效率,并且由于灯座部分的配件较现有常规灯座少,降低了生产和材料成本,且可以更换适配不同形状和大小的外泡壳,在不改变核心发光组件的前提下,可以灵活的更换灯头及外泡的形状,另外即使在所述外泡壳13破损的情况下,本实用新型依然能够实现发光功能,且可通过更换所述外泡壳13实现再生,更节约了维护成本,避免社会资源的浪费;因此本实用新型结构简单、装配便捷、易于更换、成本较低、生产效率高,可使用于户内户外多种场所。
本实用新型可广泛应用于照明领域。

  1. 一种LED灯串,包括发光部(1)、灯座(2)、电源线(3),所述电源线(3)连接若干个电路并联供电的灯座(2),所述发光部(1)与所述灯座(2)相连接,其特征在于:所述发光部(1)包括灯芯(11)、灯芯内壳(12)、外泡壳(13),所述灯芯(11)包括两个插针(111)、限流电阻(113)、LED发光体(112)、绝缘件(114),所述限流电阻(113)、所述LED发光体(112)电连接后与两个所述插针(111)电连接将其作为外部接口,并通过所述绝缘件(114)将所述插针(111)、所述限流电阻(113)、所述LED发光体(112)固定,所述灯芯内壳(12)与所述绝缘件(114)密封装配,以将所述限流电阻(113)、所述LED发光体(112)密封于内,所述灯座(2)包括灯座体(21)、两个针套(22),所述针套(22)与所述电源线(3)铆压连接后注塑成型所述灯座体(21),以使所述针套(22)固定嵌入所述灯座体(21)内,所述插针(111)与所述针套(22)相适配插拔连接,以使所述灯芯(11)与所述电源线(3)电连接,所述外泡壳(13)与所述灯座(2)相连接,以将所述灯芯(11)包罩于内。

  4. 根据权利要求1所述的LED灯串,其特征在于:所述灯座体(21)外部设有挂接孔(210)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的LED灯串,其特征在于:所述LED发光体(112)呈灯丝状。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的LED灯串,其特征在于:所述外泡壳(13)的外形规格是S14或ST45或S21或ST64或S21或S19或ST58或G45或A19或A60或A15或A47或B11或C35。
