Description
本实用新型属于阀体技术领域,尤其是涉及一种三通阀组件。
三通阀按流体作用方式分为合流阀和分流阀,合流阀有两个入口,合流后从一个出口流出。分流阀有一个流体入口,经分流后由两个流体出口流出。现有的三通阀的阀体结构复杂,且不易于安装以及后期阀芯的维护。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对上述问题,提供一种设计合理,结构牢固,便于安装和后期维护的三通阀组件。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用了下列技术方案:本三通阀组件,其特征在于,包括由聚四氟乙烯材料制成且呈矩形状的本体三通阀组件,所述的本体一端上开设有沿本体长度方向上设置的进水盲孔,所述的进水盲孔外端上设有进水接头,在进水盲孔内沿长度方向上开设有两个沿进水盲孔中轴线径向设置的阀芯安装孔,每个阀芯安装孔外端的本体外壁上开设有设有呈环形的阀芯座安装槽,所述的阀芯座安装槽外围的本体外壁上开设有四个沿其圆周方向上均匀分布的螺纹孔,所述的阀芯安装孔和阀芯座安装槽之间设有呈弧形的流量调节行程槽,所述的阀芯安装孔内壁上开设有能使其与本体外部出水管连通的出水孔,所述的出水孔的中轴线与阀芯安装孔的中轴线垂直,所述的出水孔外端设有出水接头,所述的进水接头和本体连为一体式结构,所述的出水接头和和本体连为一体式结构。
在上述的三通阀组件中,所述的出水孔位于阀芯安装孔中部。
在上述的三通阀组件中,所述的进水盲孔内壁上设有下沉槽,两个阀芯安装孔内端均设置在下沉槽内。
在上述的三通阀组件中,所述的下沉槽内还设有连通槽,所述的连通槽一端与其中一阀芯安装孔连通,另一端与另一阀芯安装孔连通。
在上述的三通阀组件中,所述的进水盲孔内端上开设有穿设本体的滤芯安装孔,所述的滤芯安装孔与进水盲孔同轴心设置,所述的滤芯安装孔外端上设有由内至外设置的第一内台阶孔和第二内台阶孔,所述的第一内台阶孔和第二内台阶孔之间设有呈凸型的堵头,所述的堵头通过螺纹结构与第一内台阶孔相连。
在上述的三通阀组件中,所述的堵头外端上设有便于旋转的凸条。
在上述的三通阀组件中,所述的进水接头外壁上设有第一外螺纹,在进水接头内孔外端上设有便于进水管连接的进水管安装内台阶。
在上述的三通阀组件中,所述的出水接头外壁上设有第二外螺纹,在出水接头内孔外端上设有便于进水管连接的出水管安装内台阶。
与现有的技术相比,本三通阀组件的优点在于:1、设计合理,结构牢固,便于安装和后期维护。2、能够保障水流的通过性。3、提高了使用寿命,降低了维护成本。

图中,进水盲孔11、本体1、进水接头2、阀芯安装孔12、阀芯座安装槽3、螺纹孔31、流量调节行程槽32、出水孔13、出水接头4、出水孔13、连通槽6、下沉槽5、滤芯安装孔14、第一内台阶孔141、第二内台阶孔142、堵头7、凸条71、第一外螺纹21、进水管安装内台阶22、第二外螺纹41。
如图1-5所示,本三通阀组件,包括由聚四氟乙烯材料制成且呈矩形状的本体1,本体1一端上开设有沿本体1长度方向上设置的进水盲孔11,进水盲孔11外端上设有进水接头2,在进水盲孔11内沿长度方向上开设有两个沿进水盲孔11中轴线径向设置的阀芯安装孔12,每个阀芯安装孔12外端的本体1外壁上开设有设有呈环形的阀芯座安装槽3,阀芯座安装槽3外围的本体1外壁上开设有四个沿其圆周方向上均匀分布的螺纹孔31,阀芯安装孔12和阀芯座安装槽3之间设有呈弧形的流量调节行程槽32,阀芯安装孔12内壁上开设有能使其与本体1外部出水管连通的出水孔13,出水孔13的中轴线与阀芯安装孔12的中轴线垂直,出水孔13外端设有出水接头4,进水接头2和本体1连为一体式结构,出水接头4和和本体1连为一体式结构。
水流从进水接头2进入进水盲孔11,然后分别进入两个阀芯安装孔12,每个阀芯安装孔12内的水经过阀芯安装孔12内调流进入出水孔13后从出水接头4流出。
更具体的说,出水孔13位于阀芯安装孔12中部。
为了便于安装筒状滤芯,提高过滤性能,进水盲孔11内端上开设有穿设本体1的滤芯安装孔14,滤芯安装孔14与进水盲孔11同轴心设置,滤芯安装孔14外端上设有由内至外设置的第一内台阶孔141和第二内台阶孔142,第一内台阶孔141和第二内 台阶孔142之间设有呈凸型的堵头7,堵头7通过螺纹结构与第一内台阶孔141相连。
为了保障流量和流速,进水盲孔11内壁上设有下沉槽5,两个阀芯安装孔12内端均设置在下沉槽5内。采用上述结构还能够提高在进水盲孔11内安装筒状滤芯时,进入阀芯安装孔12的流量和流速。
进一步地,下沉槽5内还设有连通槽6,连通槽6一端与其中一阀芯安装孔12连通,另一端与另一阀芯安装孔12连通。
为了便于拆装,堵头7外端上设有便于旋转的凸条71。
进水接头2外壁上设有第一外螺纹21,在进水接头2内孔外端上设有便于进水管连接的进水管安装内台阶22;出水接头4外壁上设有第二外螺纹41,在出水接头4内孔外端上设有便于进水管连接的出水管安装内台阶。

- 一种三通阀组件,其特征在于,包括由聚四氟乙烯材料制成且呈矩形状的本体(1),所述的本体(1)一端上开设有沿本体(1)长度方向上设置的进水盲孔(11),所述的进水盲孔(11)外端上设有进水接头(2),在进水盲孔(11)内沿长度方向上开设有两个沿进水盲孔(11)中轴线径向设置的阀芯安装孔(12),每个阀芯安装孔(12)外端的本体(1)外壁上开设有设有呈环形的阀芯座安装槽(3),所述的阀芯座安装槽(3)外围的本体(1)外壁上开设有四个沿其圆周方向上均匀分布的螺纹孔(31),所述的阀芯安装孔(12)和阀芯座安装槽(3)之间设有呈弧形的流量调节行程槽(32),所述的阀芯安装孔(12)内壁上开设有能使其与本体(1)外部出水管连通的出水孔(13),所述的出水孔(13)的中轴线与阀芯安装孔(12)的中轴线垂直,所述的出水孔(13)外端设有出水接头(4),所述的进水接头(2)和本体(1)连为一体式结构,所述的出水接头(4)和和本体(1)连为一体式结构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的三通阀组件,其特征在于,所述的出水孔(13)位于阀芯安装孔(12)中部。
- 根据权利要求1所述的三通阀组件,其特征在于,所述的进水盲孔(11)内壁上设有下沉槽(5),两个阀芯安装孔(12)内端均设置在下沉槽(5)内。
- 根据权利要求3所述的三通阀组件,其特征在于,所述的下沉槽(5)内还设有连通槽(6),所述的连通槽(6)一端与其中一阀芯安装孔(12)连通,另一端与另一阀芯安装孔(12)连通。
- 根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的三通阀组件,其特征在于,所述的进水盲孔(11)内端上开设有穿设本体(1)的滤芯安装孔(14),所述的滤芯安装孔(14)与进水盲孔(11)同轴心设置,所述的滤芯安装孔(14)外端上设有由内至外设置的第一 内台阶孔(141)和第二内台阶孔(142),所述的第一内台阶孔(141)和第二内台阶孔(142)之间设有呈凸型的堵头(7),所述的堵头(7)通过螺纹结构与第一内台阶孔(141)相连。
- 根据权利要求5所述的三通阀组件,其特征在于,所述的堵头(7)外端上设有便于旋转的凸条(71)。
