技术领域

背景技术
随着科学技术的迅猛发展,手机、电脑、平板等终端设备已经普及,各终端设备生产厂家为了提升产品性能及竞争力,对终端设备中部件与部件(例如第一盖板与第一中框、第一中框与后壳等)之间的粘接精度和粘接效果提出较高的要求。
然而,为了实现高精度、高质量的粘接,现有技术中通常采用成本较高的精密点胶装置来对需要进行粘接的地方进行点胶。这样虽然保证了粘接效果,但是生产成本较高。
为了解决成本高的问题,本领域技术人员提出采用背胶完成终端设备中部件与部件之间的粘接。这样虽然降低了生产成本,但是由于背胶通常包括底膜和位于底膜两侧的压敏胶膜,而压敏胶膜的含胶量较低,导致粘接效果较差。
因此,如何在不增加生成成本的基础上,提高终端设备中部件与部件之间的粘接效果,成为本领域技术人员急需解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供一种壳体组件及其组装方法、终端,用于解决如何在降低终端设备中部件与部件之间的粘接成本的同时,提高粘接效果的问题。
为达到上述目的,本实施例采用如下技术方案:
第一方面,提供一种壳体组件,包括:第一中框,包括第一承载板和第一边框;第一边框绕第一承载板一周,且第一边框与第一承载板相连接;第一承载板具有第一表面;后盖,位于第一承载板的第一表面一侧;第一胶条,位于第一边框与后盖之间,且第一胶条用于将第一边框与后盖相连接,以使得后盖、第一边框以及第一承载板形成第一容纳腔;其中,构成第一胶条的材料为热熔胶。壳体组件,通过第一胶条将后壳与第一边框相连接,且构成第一胶条的材料为热熔胶。其中,在设计时第一胶条的厚度是可调节的,也就是说第一胶条的含胶量是可调节的。相比与现有技术中通过含胶量较少的背胶将后壳与第一边框相连接的方式,本申请实施例提供的方式由于位于后壳与第一边框之间的胶量较多,因此,可提高后壳与第一边框连接的稳定性。此外,由于背胶包括底膜,因此背胶贴附至后壳与第一边框之后,底膜会有弹性拉伸,出现粘接反弹,带动后壳偏移,导致后壳与第一边框之间的缝隙变大。例如第一限位台的台壁与后盖朝向第一限位台的台壁的表面之间的缝隙会变大,从而影响终端的美观。再者,本申请提供的壳体组件在组装过程中,连接后壳与第一边框时,无需点胶装置,无论在终端生产过程中还是售后维修过程中,均可直接使用第一胶条进行连接。一方面可以降低成本,另一方面可以保证终端生产和维修方式的统一性。

第六方面,提供一种终端,包括两个如第一方面的壳体组件;两个壳体组件通过铰接结构连接,铰接结构用于使两个壳体组件相对转动。本示例中的终端包括柔性显示模组和柔性盖板,终端可以为单屏显示,作为平板电脑使用。也可以通过将两个壳体组件相对转动,将终端转动成双屏显示。以提高终端的适用范围。
可选的,壳体组件的第一承载板为多边形,第一边框包括位于第一承载板第一侧边的第一侧壁和位于第一承载板其余侧边的第二侧壁;第一侧壁和第二侧壁相连接;第一侧壁远离后盖的上表面为平面,第二侧壁远离后盖一侧设置有第四限位台;第二侧壁的与第四限位台的台壁相交的上表面到第一承载板的尺寸大于第一侧壁的上表面到第一承载板的尺寸;其中,两个壳体组件的第一侧壁通过铰接结构连接。可使降低第一边框的宽度,提高终端的屏占比。
可选的,终端还包括柔性显示模组、柔性盖板以及第六胶条;柔性显示模组位于第一承载板的与第一表面相对的第二表面一侧,柔性显示模组伸入两个壳体组件的第四限位台内;柔性盖板位于柔性显示模组背离第一承载板一侧;第六胶条位于第二侧壁与柔性盖板之间,且两个壳体组件中第二侧壁的上表面,通过第六胶条与柔性盖板朝向柔性显示模组一侧表面的一部分相连接;其中,构成第六胶条的材料为热熔胶。柔性盖板与第一中框之间通过第六胶条相连接,在终端的组装过程中,连接柔性盖板与第一中框时,无需点胶装置。无论在终端生产过程中还是售后维修过程中,均可分别使用第六胶条进行连接。一方面可以降低成本,另一方面可以保证终端生产和维修方式的统一性。

本申请实施例提供一种终端,本申请实施例涉及的终端例如可以是:平板电脑、手机、电子阅读器、遥控器、个人计算机(personal computer,PC)、笔记本电脑、个人数字助理(personal digital assistant,PDA)、车载设备、网络电视、可穿戴设备、电视机等设备。本申请实施例对上述终端的具体形式不做特殊限制,以下为了方便说明,是以终端为手机为例进行的说明。
如图1所示,上述终端01,主要包括壳体组件10、显示模组20以及电路板30。显示模组20和电路板30设置于壳体组件10内。
显示模组20具有能够显示画面的出光面A,电路板30位于显示模组20的背离出光面A一侧。电路板30用于向显示模组20提供驱动信号,显示模组20用于在电路板30提供的驱动信号的驱动下,进行灰阶显示。
示例一
如图2所示,本申请提供的终端01中的壳体组件10包括:第一中框11、第一胶条12以及后盖13。
如图3所示,第一中框11包括第一承载板111和第一边框112。
如图4所示,第一边框112绕第一承载板111一周,且第一边框112与第一承载板111相连接。
如图2所示,第一承载板111具有第一表面a1,后盖13位于第一承载板111的第一表面a1一侧。
第一胶条12位于第一边框112与后盖13之间,且第一胶条12用于将第一边框112与后盖13相连接,以使得后盖13、第一边框112以及第一承载板111形成第一容纳腔Q1。
其中,构成第一胶条12的材料为热熔胶(hotmeltadhesive)。
示例的,热熔胶可以为聚酰胺(polyamide,PA)、聚对苯二甲酸(polyethylene terephthalate,PET)、聚氨基甲酸酯(polyurethane,PU)等。
以下,对第一边框112与后盖13的连接位置进行举例说明:
在一种情况下,如图2所示,后盖13位于第一边框112的下方。第一边框112朝向后盖13的底面c1通过第一胶条12与后盖13朝向第一边框112一侧表面d1的一部分相连接。
在此情况下,如图5所示,第一胶条12的结构为中间具有镂空区的环状结构,覆盖在后盖12朝向第一边框112一侧的表面d1上。
由于热熔胶与水氧接触后,会发生反应而失去粘接效果。因此,关于第一胶条12的制备方法,例如可以是在真空环境中完成以下步骤:首先,将呈固态的热熔胶进行热炼,得到呈液态的流动胶。其次,将流动胶进行固化,形成第一胶条12。然后,在第一胶条12的表面形成密封膜,对第一胶条12进行密封。
其中,将流动胶进行固化,形成第一胶条12的方式,在一些实施例中,可以是将流动胶填充至磨具中,并进行固化,形成第一胶条12。此处,磨具的形状与需要形成的第一胶条12的形状相匹配。在另一些实时例中,也可以是将流动胶制备成呈片状的固态胶片,对胶片进行裁剪,形成第一胶条12。
在使用时,将第一胶条12表面的密封膜撕除,然后放置到壳体组件10对应的位置处。
在另一种情况下,如图6所示,第一边框112围绕后盖13一周。第一边框112与第一承载板111相连接的内表面c2中的部分通过第一胶条12与后盖13朝向第一边框112的表面d2 相连接。
在此情况下,如图7所示,第一胶条12的结构为中间具有镂空区的环状结构,围绕后盖12一周。
在另一种情况下,如图8所示,第一边框112围绕后盖13一周,第一边框112的靠近后盖13一侧具有第一限位台1121;后盖13的一部分位于第一限位台1121内。
第一限位台1121包括台底b1和台壁b2,第一限位台1121的台底b1通过第一胶条12与后盖13朝向台底b1一侧表面d1的一部分相连接。
在此情况下,如图5所示,第一胶条12的结构为中间具有镂空区的环状结构,覆盖在后盖12朝向第一限位台1121的台底b1一侧的表面d1上。
在另一种情况下,为了保证第一边框112和后盖13的连接效果,并且避免外界水氧从第一边框112和后盖13的连接处进入到第一容纳腔Q1内,而影响位于第一容纳腔Q1中的部件的性能。如图9所示,第一边框112的靠近后盖13一侧具有第一限位台1121;后盖13的一部分位于第一限位台1121内。
第一限位台1121包括台底b1和台壁b2,第一限位台1121的台底b1通过第一胶条12的第一部分121与后盖13朝向第一限位台1121的台底b1一侧表面d1的一部分相连接。第一限位台1121的台壁b2通过第一胶条12的第二部分122与后盖13朝向第一限位台1121的台壁b2一侧的表面d2相连接。
在此情况下,如图10所示,第一胶条12的第一部分121和第二部分122均为中间具有镂空区的环状结构,第一部分121的镂空区的面积小于第二部分122的镂空区的面积。
在后盖13为曲面后盖时,为了提高后盖13与第一边框112的粘接效果,在一些实施例中,如图11所示,限位台1121的台壁b2与限位台1121的台底b1之间的夹角θ为钝角,后盖13朝向限位台1121的台壁b2的表面d2与限位台1121的台壁b2平行。
基于上述壳体组件10的结构,第一胶条12连接后壳13与第一边框112的过程,如图12所示,可以包括:
S10、将第一胶条12放置在第一边框112与后盖13之间。
以图11所示的壳体组件10为例,在一些实施例中,如图13a所示,可以是将第一胶条12放置在第一边框112的第一限位台1121上,然后将后盖13伸入第一限位台1121与第一边框112对位,以使第一胶条12位于第一边框112与后盖13之间。
基于此,为了保证第一胶条12放置在第一限位台1121上时的稳定性,在放置第一胶条12前,可以先对第一胶条12进行预加热,至少使第一胶条12的朝向第一边框112的第一限位台1121的表面软化。这样一来,第一胶条12放置在第一限位台1121上后,会粘接在第一限位台1121上。当然,对第一胶条12进行预加热时,可以使第一胶条12的每一个表面均软化。
可以理解的是,此处对第一胶条12进行预加热时的温度远远小于第一胶条12的融化温度。
在一些实施例中,如图13b所示,也可以是将第一胶条12放置在后盖13上,使第一胶条12覆盖后盖13朝向台底b1一侧表面d1的一部分和朝向台壁b2一侧的表面d2。然后将后盖13伸入第一限位台1121与第一边框112对位,以使第一胶条12位于第一边框112与后盖13之间。
基于此,为了保证第一胶条12放置在后盖13上时的稳定性,在放置第一胶条12前,可以先对第一胶条12进行预加热,至少使第一胶条12的朝向后盖13的表面软化。这样一来, 第一胶条12放置在后盖13上后,会粘接在后盖13上。
S20、对第一胶条12进行加热,直至第一胶条12融化,将第一边框112与后盖13粘接,以使后盖13、第一边框112以及第一承载板111形成第一容纳腔Q1。
热敏胶融化后即可发挥粘接效果,粘接后冷却到固态,可保持稳定的粘接效果。
为了提高第一边框112与后盖13的粘接效果,还可以在第一胶条12固化之前,对第一边框112与后盖13分别施加朝向第一胶条12的压力。
例如,可以通过保压装置,同时对第一边框112与后盖13分别施加朝向第一胶条12且大小相等的压力,以使第一边框112与后盖13紧密连接。
本申请实施例提供的壳体组件10,通过第一胶条12将后壳13与第一边框112相连接,且构成第一胶条12的材料为热熔胶。其中,在设计时第一胶条12的厚度是可调节的,也就是说第一胶条12的含胶量是可调节的。相比与现有技术中通过含胶量较少的背胶将后壳13与第一边框112相连接的方式,本申请实施例提供的方式由于位于后壳13与第一边框112之间的胶量较多,因此,可提高后壳13与第一边框112连接的稳定性。
此外,由于背胶包括底膜,由于底膜自身具有弹性,因此背胶贴附至后壳13与第一边框112之后,底膜会有弹性拉伸,出现粘接反弹,带动后壳13偏移,导致后壳13与第一边框112之间的缝隙变大。例如,第一限位台1121的台壁b2与后盖13朝向第一限位台1121的台壁b2的表面d2之间的缝隙会变大,从而影响终端01的美观。
再者,本申请提供的壳体组件10在组装过程中,连接后壳13与第一边框112时,无需点胶装置,无论在终端01生产过程中还是售后维修过程中,均可直接使用第一胶条12进行连接。一方面可以降低成本,另一方面可以保证终端生产和维修方式的统一性。
在此基础上,如图14a所示,壳体组件10还包括第一盖板14、前壳15以及第二胶条16。
前壳15和第一盖板14均位于第一承载板111的与第一表面a1相对的第二表面a2一侧;前壳15绕第一盖板14一周,且前壳15与第一边框112相连接。
其中,第一盖板14例如可以为柔性盖板。
第二胶条16位于第一盖板14与前壳15之间,且第二胶条16用于将第一盖板14和前壳15相连接,以使得第一盖板14、前壳15、以及第一中框11形成第二容纳腔Q2。
其中,构成第二胶条16的材料为热熔胶。第二胶条16的制备方式可与第一胶条12相同。
关于第一盖板14与前壳15的结构,在一些实施例中,如图14a所示,前壳15的远离第一中框11一侧具有第二限位台151;第一盖板14的一部分位于第二限位台151内。
第二限位台151包括台底e1和台壁e2,第二限位台151的台底e1,通过第二胶条16与第一盖板14的朝向第一承载板111一侧表面f1的一部分相连接。
在一些实施例中,如图14b所示,第二限位台151的台底e1包括凹槽。
在这种情况下,第二胶条16包括伸入凹槽的部分和位于凹槽外的部分。
因此,可以理解的是,无论第二限位台151为什么结构,第二胶条16的形状总是与第二限位台151相配合的。
基于此,第二胶条16连接第一盖板14与前壳15的过程,如图14c所示,可以包括:
S100、将第二胶条16放置在第一盖板14与前壳15之间。
以图14a所示的壳体组件10为例,在一些实施例中,可以是将第二胶条16放置在前壳15的第二限位台151的台底e1上,然后将第一盖板14伸入第二限位台151与前壳15对位,以使第二胶条16位于第一盖板14与前壳15之间。
基于此,为了保证第二胶条16放置在第二限位台151上时的稳定性,在放置第二胶条 16前,可以先对第二胶条16进行预加热,至少使第二胶条16的朝向前壳15的第二限位台151的表面软化。这样一来,第二胶条16放置在第二限位台151上后,会粘接在第二限位台151上。当然,对第二胶条16进行预加热时,可以使第二胶条16的每一个表面均软化。
在一些实施例中,也可以是将第二胶条16放置在第一盖板14上,使第二胶条16覆盖第一盖板14的表面f1的一部分,然后将第一盖板14伸入第二限位台151与前壳15对位,以使第二胶条16位于第一盖板14与前壳15之间。
基于此,为了保证第二胶条16放置在第一盖板14上时的稳定性,在放置第二胶条16前,可以先对第二胶条16进行预加热,至少使第二胶条16的朝向第一盖板14的表面软化。这样一来,第二胶条16放置在第一盖板14上后,会粘接在第一盖板14上。
S200、对第二胶条16进行加热,直至第二胶条16融化,将第一盖板14与前壳15粘接,以使得第一盖板14和前壳15形成开口腔。
在前壳15与第一中框11连接后,第一盖板14、前壳15、以及第一中框11形成第二容纳腔Q2。
为了提高第一盖板14与前壳15的粘接效果,还可以在第二胶条16固化之前,对第一盖板14与前壳15分别施加朝向第二胶条16的压力。
例如可以通过保压装置,同时对第一盖板14与前壳15分别施加朝向第二胶条16且大小相等的压力,以使第一盖板14与前壳15紧密连接。
在此基础上,关于前壳15与第一中框11的连接方式,在一些实施例中,如图15a所示,前壳15和第一中框11通过第五胶条17相连接,构成第五胶条17的材料为热熔胶。
在一些实施例中,如图15b所示,前壳15与第一中框11为一体结构。
本申请实施例提供的壳体组件10,通过第二胶条16将第一盖板14与前壳15相连接,且构成第二胶条16的材料为热熔胶。壳体组件10在组装过程中,连接第一盖板14与前壳15时,无需点胶装置,无论在终端01生产过程中还是售后维修过程中,均可直接使用第二胶条16进行连接。一方面可以降低成本,另一方面可以保证终端生产和维修方式的统一性。
此外,第二胶条16的厚度是可调节的,也就是说第二胶条16的含胶量是可调节的。相比与现有技术中通过含胶量较少的背胶将第一盖板14与前壳15相连接的方式,本申请实施例提供的方式由于位于第一盖板14与前壳15之间的胶量较多,因此,可提高第一盖板14与前壳15连接的稳定性。
基于上述,如图16所示,终端01包括的显示模组20位于壳体组件10中的第二容纳腔Q2,电路板30位于壳体组件10中的第一容纳腔Q1。
在一些实施例中,如图16所示,显示模组20的出光面A与壳体组件10中的第一盖板14相连接。
当然,第一容纳腔Q1中还可以放置有电池、摄像头、天线等内部元件。
上述显示模组20,如图17所示,包括显示屏(display panel,DP)201。
在本申请的一些实施例中,上述显示屏201可以为液晶显示(liquid crystal display,LCD)屏。在此情况下,该显示模组20还包括用于向该液晶显示屏提供光源的背光模组(back light unit,BLU)202。
或者,在本申请的另一些实施例中,如图18所示,上述显示屏201为有机发光二极管(organic light emitting diode,OLED)显示屏,该OLED显示屏能够实现自发光,因此显示模组20中无需设置上述BLU。
需要说明的是,上述OLED显示屏中的衬底基板可以采用柔性树脂材料构成。在此情况 下,该OLED显示屏为柔性显示屏。
或者,上述OLED显示屏中的衬底基板还可以采用质地较硬的材料,例如玻璃构成。在此情况下,上述OLED显示屏为硬质显示屏。
示例二
示例二与示例一中壳体组件10的结构不同,且显示模组20与壳体组件10的连接关系不同。
如图19所示,壳体组件包括第二中框18,第二中框18包括第二承载板181和第二边框182;第二边框182绕第二承载板181一周,且第二边框182与第二承载板181相连接;第二承载板182具有第一表面g1。
显示模组20位于第二承载板182的第一表面g1一侧。
第三胶条19位于第二边框182与显示模组20之间,且第三胶条19用于将第二边框182与显示模组20相连接。
其中,构成第三胶条19的材料为热熔胶。
也就是说,示例二中显示模组20与第二中框18相连接,固定在第二中框18上。

基于此,为了保证第四胶条42放置在第三限位台1821上时的稳定性,在放置第四胶条42前,可以先对第四胶条42进行预加热,至少使第四胶条42的朝向第二中框18的上表面h3的表面软化。这样一来,第四胶条42放置在第二中框18上后,会粘接在第二中框18上。当然,对第四胶条42进行预加热时,可以使第四胶条42的每一个表面均软化。
在一些实施例中,也可以是将第四胶条42放置在第二盖板41上,使第四胶条42覆盖第二盖板41朝向第二边框182一侧表面m的一部分,然后将第二盖板41与第二中框18对位,以使第四胶条42位于第二盖板41与第二中框18之间。
基于此,为了保证第四胶条42放置在第二盖板41上时的稳定性,在放置第四胶条42前,可以先对第四胶条42进行预加热,至少使第四胶条42的朝向第二盖板41的表面软化。这样一来,第四胶条42放置在第二盖板41上后,会粘接在第二盖板41上。
S2000、对第四胶条42进行加热,直至第四胶条42融化,将第二盖板41与第二中框18粘接。
为了提高第二盖板41与第二中框18的粘接效果,还可以在第四胶条42固化之前,对第二盖板41与第二中框18分别施加朝向第四胶条42的压力。
例如,可以通过保压装置,同时对第二盖板41与第二中框18分别施加朝向第四胶条42且大小相等的压力,以使第二盖板41与第二中框18紧密连接。
本申请实施例提供的终端01,第二中框18与显示模组20之间通过第三胶条19相连接,第二中框18与第二盖板41之间通过第四胶条42相连接,在终端01的组装过程中,连接第二中框18与显示模组20以及第二中框18与第二盖板41时,无需点胶装置。无论在终端01生产过程中还是售后维修过程中,均可分别使用第三胶条19和第四胶条42进行连接。一方面可以降低成本,另一方面可以保证终端生产和维修方式的统一性。
示例三
上述终端01,如图22所示,包括两个壳体组件10,壳体组件10包括示例一中所示的第一中框11、第一胶条12以及后盖13。
两个壳体组件10通过铰接结构44连接,铰接结构44用于使两个壳体组件10相对转动。
此处,不对铰接结构44的具体结构进行限定,铰接结构44在连接两个壳体组件10的同时,能够使两个壳体组件10沿图22中箭头所指方向相对转动即可。
示例的,两个壳体组件10可以逆时针转动,例如两个壳体组件10的相对位置从图22所示的状态,逆时针转动至图23所示的状态。两个壳体组件10也可以顺时针转动,例如两个壳体组件10的相对位置从图22所示的状态,顺时针转动至图24所示的状态。
铰接结构44,例如可以是铰链等。
进一步的,上述终端01,如图25所示,还包括柔性显示模组21、柔性盖板45以及第六胶条46。
柔性显示模组21位于第一承载板111的与第一表面a1相对的第二表面a2一侧,柔性盖板45位于柔性显示模组21背离第一承载板111一侧。
柔性显示模组21例如可以包括OLED显示屏,能够实现弯折。可以理解的是,两个壳体组件10共同承载柔性显示模组21。基于此,如图25所示,第一边框112不会影响柔性显示模组21横跨两个第一边框112,不会对承载柔性显示模组21起到阻挡作用。
基于此,在一些实施例中,沿终端01的厚度方向,如图25所示,第一边框112中与铰接结构44连接的第一侧壁1122,朝向柔性盖板45的上表面n1到柔性盖板45的尺寸s1,大于未与铰接结构44连接的第二侧壁1123,朝向柔性盖板45的上表面n2到柔性盖板45的尺寸s2。
在此情况下,示例的,第一边框112的结构,如图26所示。
如图25所示,第六胶条46位于第一中框11的第一边框112与柔性盖板45之间,第六胶条46用于粘接第一边框112和柔性盖板45,以使柔性盖板45和两个第一中框11形成第五容纳腔。柔性显示模组21位于第五容纳腔内。
其中,构成第六胶条46的材料为上述热熔胶。
也就是说,第二侧壁1123的上表面n2,通过第六胶条46与柔性盖板45朝向柔性显示模组21一侧表面p的一部分相连接。
为了便于柔性显示模组21的固定,在一些实施例中,如图25所示,柔性显示模组21与柔性盖板45朝向柔性显示模组21一侧表面p相连接。
可以理解的是,第一承载板111为多边形,例如为矩形。
基于此,在一些实施例中,为了降低第一边框112的宽度,使终端01实现窄边框。如图27所示,第一边框112包括相连接的第一侧壁1122和第二侧壁1123。
其中,第一侧壁1122位于第一承载板111第一侧边,第二侧壁1123位于第一承载板111其余侧边。第一侧壁1122和第二侧壁1123连接后围绕第一承载板111一圈设置。
第一侧壁1122远离后盖13的上表面n1为平面,第二侧壁1123远离后盖13一侧设置有第四限位台1124。
如图27所示,第四限位台1124包括台壁z1和台底z2,第二侧壁1123具有与第四限位台1124的台壁z1相交的上表面n2。
此时,由于有第四限位台1124的存在,第二侧壁1123的上表面n2较小,可使终端01实现窄边框。
在此基础上,沿终端01的厚度方向,如图28所示,第一侧壁1121的朝向柔性盖板45的上表面n1到柔性盖板45的尺寸s1,大于第二侧壁1123的与第四限位台1124的台壁z1相交的上表面n2到柔性盖板45的尺寸s2。
也就是说,第二侧壁1123的上表面n2到第一承载板111的尺寸大于第一侧壁1121的上表面n1到第一承载板111的尺寸。
其中,两个壳体组件10的第一侧壁1121通过铰接结构44连接。
在此情况下,如图28所示,柔性显示模组21伸入两个壳体组件10的第四限位台1124内。
第六胶条46位于第二侧壁1123与柔性盖板45之间,且两个壳体组件10中第二侧壁1123的上表面n2,通过第六胶条46与柔性盖板45朝向柔性显示模组21一侧表面p的一部分相连接。
本示例中,上述终端01在组装过程中,第六胶条46连接柔性盖板45与第一中框11的过程,可以与示例二中第四胶条42连接第二盖板41与第二中框18的过程相同,此处不再赘述。
本申请实施例提供的终端01,柔性盖板45与第一中框11之间通过第六胶条46相连接,在终端01的组装过程中,连接柔性盖板45与第一中框11时,无需点胶装置。无论在终端01生产过程中还是售后维修过程中,均可分别使用第六胶条46进行连接。一方面可以降低成本,另一方面可以保证终端生产和维修方式的统一性。
此外,本示例中的终端01包括柔性显示模组21和柔性盖板45,终端01可以如图28所示,为单屏显示,作为平板电脑使用。也可以通过将两个壳体组件10相对转动,将终端01转动成如图29所示的状态,使终端01分成双屏显示。以提高终端01的适用范围。
以上,仅为本申请的具体实施方式,但申请的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本申请揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本申请的保护范围之内。因此,本申请的保护范围应以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种壳体组件,其特征在于,包括:
    第一中框,包括第一承载板和第一边框;所述第一边框绕所述第一承载板一周,且所述第一边框与所述第一承载板相连接;所述第一承载板具有第一表面;
    后盖,位于所述第一承载板的第一表面一侧;
    第一胶条,位于所述第一边框与所述后盖之间,且所述第一胶条用于将所述第一边框与所述后盖相连接,以使得所述后盖、所述第一边框以及所述第一承载板形成第一容纳腔;
    其中,构成所述第一胶条的材料为热熔胶。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的壳体组件,其特征在于,所述第一边框的靠近所述后盖一侧具有第一限位台;所述后盖的一部分位于所述第一限位台内;
    所述第一限位台的台底,通过所述第一胶条的第一部分与所述后盖朝向所述第一限位台的台底一侧表面的一部分相连接;
    所述第一限位台的台壁,通过所述第一胶条的第二部分与所述后盖朝向所述第一限位台的台壁一侧的表面相连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的壳体组件,其特征在于,所述限位台的台壁与所述限位台的台底之间的夹角为钝角,所述后盖朝向所述限位台的台壁的表面与所述限位台的台壁平行。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的壳体组件,其特征在于,所述壳体组件还包括第一盖板、前壳以及第二胶条;
    所述前壳和所述第一盖板均位于所述第一承载板的与第一表面相对的第二表面一侧;
    所述前壳绕所述第一盖板一周,且所述前壳与所述第一边框相连接;
    所述第二胶条位于所述第一盖板与所述前壳之间,且所述第二胶条用于将所述第一盖板和所述前壳相连接,以使得所述第一盖板、所述前壳、以及所述第一中框形成第二容纳腔;
    其中,构成所述第二胶条的材料为热熔胶。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的壳体组件,其特征在于,所述前壳的远离所述第一中框一侧具有第二限位台;所述第一盖板的一部分位于所述第二限位台内;
    所述第二限位台的台底,通过所述第二胶条与所述第一盖板的朝向所述第一承载板一侧表面的一部分相连接。
  6. 一种终端,其特征在于,包括显示模组和权利要求1-5任一项所述的壳体组件;
    所述显示模组位于所述壳体组件中第一承载板的与第一表面相对的第二表面一侧。
  7. 一种壳体组件的组装方法,其特征在于,所述壳体组件包括第一中框、第一胶条、后盖;所述第一中框包括第一承载板和第一边框;所述第一边框绕所述第一承载板一周,且与所述第一承载板相连接;所述第一承载板具有第一表面,所述后盖位于所述第一承载板的第一表面一侧;
    所述壳体组件的组装方法包括:
    将所述第一胶条放置在所述第一边框与所述后盖之间;
    对所述第一胶条进行加热,直至所述第一胶条融化,将所述第一边框与所述后盖粘接,以使所述后盖、所述第一边框以及所述第一承载板形成第一容纳腔;
    其中,构成所述第一胶条的材料为热熔胶。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的壳体组件的组装方法,其特征在于,将所述第一胶条放置在所述第一边框与所述后盖之间之前,所述壳体组件的组装方法还包括:
    对所述第一胶条进行预加热,使所述第一胶条的朝向所述第一边框和/或所述后盖的表面 软化。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的壳体组件的组装方法,其特征在于,在所述第一胶条融化后,所述壳体组件的组装方法还包括:
    对所述第一边框与所述后盖分别施加朝向所述第一胶条的压力。
  10. 一种壳体组件的组装方法,其特征在于,所述壳体组件包括前壳、第一盖板、第二胶条;所述前壳围绕所述第一盖板一周;
    所述壳体组件的组装方法包括:
    将所述第二胶条放置在所述第一盖板与所述前壳之间;
    对所述第二胶条进行加热,直至所述第二胶条融化,将所述第一盖板与所述前壳粘接,以使得所述第一盖板和所述前壳形成开口腔;
    其中,构成所述第二胶条的材料为热熔胶。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的壳体组件的组装方法,其特征在于,将所述第二胶条放置在所述第一盖板与所述前壳之间之前,所述壳体组件的组装方法还包括:
    对所述第二胶条进行预加热,使所述第二胶条的朝向所述前壳和/或所述第一盖板的表面软化。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的壳体组件的组装方法,其特征在于,在所述第二胶条融化后,所述壳体组件的组装方法还包括:
    对所述第一盖板与所述前壳施加朝向所述第二胶条的压力。
  13. 一种终端,其特征在于,包括:
    第二中框,包括第二承载板和第二边框;所述第二边框绕所述第二承载板一周,且所述第二边框与所述第二承载板相连接;所述第二承载板具有第一表面;
    显示模组,位于所述第二承载板的第一表面一侧;
    第三胶条,位于所述第二边框与所述显示模组之间,且所述第三胶条用于将所述第二边框与所述显示模组相连接;
    其中,构成所述第三胶条的材料为热熔胶。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的终端,其特征在于,所述第二边框的靠近所述显示模组一侧具有第三限位台,所述显示模组的一部分位于所述第三限位台内;
    所述第三限位台的台底,通过所述第三胶条与所述显示模组朝向所述第三限位台的台底一侧表面的一部分相连接。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的终端,其特征在于,所述终端还包括第二盖板和第四胶条;
    所述第二盖板位于所述显示模组背离所述第二承载板一侧;
    所述第二边框的与所述第三限位台的台壁相交的上表面,通过所述第四胶条与所述第二盖板朝向所述第二边框一侧表面的一部分相连接;
    其中,构成所述第四胶条的材料为热熔胶。
  16. 一种终端,其特征在于,包括两个如权利要求1-3任一项所述的壳体组件;两个所述壳体组件通过铰接结构连接,所述铰接结构用于使两个所述壳体组件相对转动。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的终端,其特征在于,所述壳体组件的第一承载板为多边形,第一边框包括位于所述第一承载板第一侧边的第一侧壁和位于所述第一承载板其余侧边的第二侧壁;所述第一侧壁和所述第二侧壁相连接;
    所述第一侧壁远离后盖的上表面为平面,所述第二侧壁远离所述后盖一侧设置有第四限位台;
    所述第二侧壁的与所述第四限位台的台壁相交的上表面到所述第一承载板的尺寸大于所述第一侧壁的上表面到所述第一承载板的尺寸;
    其中,两个所述壳体组件的所述第一侧壁通过所述铰接结构连接。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的终端,其特征在于,所述终端还包括柔性显示模组、柔性盖板以及第六胶条;
    所述柔性显示模组位于所述第一承载板的与第一表面相对的第二表面一侧,所述柔性显示模组伸入两个所述壳体组件的所述第四限位台内;
    所述柔性盖板位于所述柔性显示模组背离所述第一承载板一侧;
    所述第六胶条位于所述第二侧壁与所述柔性盖板之间,且两个所述壳体组件的所述第二侧壁的上表面,通过所述第六胶条与所述柔性盖板朝向所述柔性显示模组一侧表面的一部分相连接;
    其中,构成所述第六胶条的材料为热熔胶。
