相关技术中,空调一般集成有净化功能,例如立式空调分为上部送风部,中间风道支撑部件和下部进风部,中间风道支撑部件连接在上部送风部和下部进风部之间。中间风道支撑部件的支撑部为一体式结构,给加工制造带来了难度,不利于开模。
发明内容
本申请旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本申请的一个目的在于提出一种中间风道支撑部件,结构简单,便于加工制造。
本申请还提出一种包括上述的中间风道支撑部件的空调器。

根据本申请的一些实施例,如图3、图6和图7所示,第一支撑部1的内周壁上形成有第一台阶部11,第二支撑部2的外周壁上形成有与第一台阶部11抵接的第二台阶部2a。由此,通过设置第一台阶部11和第二台阶部2a,从而有利于提高第一支撑部1和第二支撑部2抵接的可靠性,提高第一支撑部1和第二支撑部2的配合强度。

在本申请的一些可选的实施例中,如图8和图9所示,第一支撑部1的外周壁上形成有卡槽13和卡接部42中的其中一个,装饰板4上形成有卡槽13和卡接部42中的另一个。 也就是说,当第一支撑部1的外周壁上形成有卡槽13时,装饰板4上则形成有卡接部42,当第一支撑部1的外周壁上形成有卡接部42时,则装饰板4上形成有卡槽13。由此,通过卡槽13和卡接部42的卡接,从而实现第一支撑部1与装饰板4之间的可拆卸连接,拆装方便,有利于提高装配和维修效率。
具体而言,参照图8和图9所示,第一支撑部1的外周壁上设有两个沿第一支撑部1的周向方向间隔开设置的卡槽13,装饰板4的长度方向的两端分别设有卡接部42,例如,装饰板4的长度方向的两端的朝向第一支撑部1的内表面上设有L形形状的卡接部42。通过卡接部42和卡槽13的一一配合,从而将装饰板4可拆卸地安装至第一支撑部1的外周壁,拆装方便,有利于提高生产效率和维修效率。
在本申请的一些可选的实施例中,第一支撑部1和装饰板4之间通过紧固件相连。具体而言,如图1和图9所示,第一支撑部1上设有螺钉孔14,装饰板4的内表面上设有与螺钉孔14配合的螺钉柱41,紧固件例如螺钉可穿过螺钉孔14固定在螺钉柱41上。
具体地,螺钉柱41上形成有沿螺钉柱41的轴向贯穿螺钉柱41的缺口411,这样,可以使得螺钉柱41具有一定的变形能力,从而便于不同尺寸的螺钉均可以卡入螺钉柱41,有利于提高装饰板4的通用性,便于装饰板4与不同的第一支撑部1连接。
可选地,螺钉柱41和螺钉孔14分别为多个,多个螺钉柱41和多个螺钉孔一一对应配合,由此,有利于提高装饰板4和第一支撑部1之间连接的可靠性,避免长期使用过程中,装饰板4脱落,进而避免了装饰板4因跌落损坏而需要维修更换等问题的出现,降低了维修成本,提高了用户的使用体验,也提高了用户对品牌的认可度。
在本申请的一些可选的实施例中,光源盒5为透明件。从而便于发光带的光线透过光源盒5,简单可靠,便于加工制造,而且外观美观。
在本申请的一些可选的实施例中,装饰板4为铝板,由此,不但成本低,而且使得中间风道支撑部件100具有金属特质,有利于提高外观美观性。
在本申请的一些可选的实施例中,第一支撑部1和第二支撑部2通过紧固件相连。由此,有利于提高第一支撑部1和第二支撑部2之间连接的可靠性。
如图10所示,根据本申请实施例的空调器1000,包括上述的中间风道支撑部件100。
根据本申请实施例的空调器1000,通过设置上述的中间风道支撑部件100,通过使得第一支撑部1和第二支撑部2分体加工,从而便于第一支撑部1和第二支撑部2分别开模,有利于降低模具的加工制造难度,从而降低生产的难度,而且第一支撑部1和第二支撑部2可同时制造,有利于提高加工效率。
根据本申请实施例的中间风道支撑部件100,通过设置台阶部25,加强板3的自由端可抵接至台阶部25的其中一个台阶面上且另一个台阶面可以起到对加强板进行限位的作用,有利于提高加强板与第二支撑部抵接的可靠性,进而提高第一支撑部1与第二支撑部2配合的可靠性。
在本申请的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方 位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。
在本申请中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接或可以互相通讯;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本申请中的具体含义。
在本申请中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,第一特征在第二特征之“上”或之“下”可以包括第一和第二特征直接接触,也可以包括第一和第二特征不是直接接触而是通过它们之间的另外的特征接触。而且,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”包括第一特征在第二特征正上方和斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。第一特征在第二特征“之下”、“下方”和“下面”包括第一特征在第二特征正下方和斜下方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度小于第二特征。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种空调器的中间风道支撑部件,其特征在于,包括:
    环形的第一支撑部;
    环形的第二支撑部,所述第二支撑部设在所述第一支撑部的轴向一端,所述第二支撑部和所述第一支撑部分体加工。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的空调器的中间风道支撑部件,其特征在于,所述第一支撑部和所述第二支撑部的至少一个上设有加强部,所述加强部抵接在所述第一支撑部和所述第二支撑部之间。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的空调器的中间风道支撑部件,其特征在于,所述第一支撑部的内周壁上设有沿径向向内延伸后、沿轴向翻折的加强板,所述加强板限定出所述加强部;
    所述第二支撑部的至少部分伸入所述第一支撑部内,所述第一支撑部的部分内周壁和所述加强板的自由端分别抵接至所述第二支撑部的外周壁。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的空调器的中间风道支撑部件,其特征在于,所述第一支撑部的内周壁上形成有第一台阶部,所述第二支撑部的外周壁上形成有与所述第一台阶部抵接的第二台阶部。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的空调器的中间风道支撑部件,其特征在于,所述第二支撑部包括:
    环形的底盘,所述底盘设在所述第一支撑部的轴向一端的端面上;
    环形的第一连接段,所述第一连接段的一端与所述底盘的径向内端相连,所述第一连接段的另一端沿轴向伸入所述第一支撑部内;
    环形的第二连接段,所述第二连接段的一端与所述第一连接段的另一端相连,所述第二连接段的另一端沿径向向内延伸;
    环形的第三连接段,所述第三连接段的一端与所述第二连接段的另一端相连,所述第三连接段的另一端沿轴向朝向远离所述第一连接段的方向延伸;
    其中,所述第二连接段和所述第三连接段限定出所述第二台阶部,所述加强板的自由端抵接在所述第三连接段的另一端。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的空调器的中间风道支撑部件,其特征在于,所述加强板沿周向方向延伸成开环形。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的空调器的中间风道支撑部件,其特征在于,还包括装饰件,所述装饰件设在所述第一支撑部和所述第二支撑部的外周壁的至少一个上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的空调器的中间风道支撑部件,其特征在于,所述装饰件包括:
    装饰板,所述装饰板可拆卸地设在所述第一支撑部的外周壁上;
    光源盒,所述光源盒内设有发光带,所述光源盒位于所述装饰板和所述第一支撑部的外周壁之间。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的空调器的中间风道支撑部件,其特征在于,所述第一支撑部上设有螺钉孔,所述装饰板的内表面上设有与所述螺钉孔配合的螺钉柱,所述螺钉柱上形成有沿所述螺钉柱的轴向贯穿的缺口。
  10. 一种空调器,其特征在于,包括:根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的中间风道支撑部件。
