可选地,照明灯60可以与风道面板20的第二表面22卡接配合。卡接配合的照明灯60和风道面板20的第二表面22可以保证照明灯60在风道面板20上的可靠性,而且可以提高照明灯60和风道面板20之间的装配效率。其中,如图1所示,风道面板20的第一表面21上可以设置有凸起,凸起上设置有卡接件。
优选地,如图1所示,照明灯60到风道面板20的上边缘和下边缘的垂直距离可以相同,照明灯60到风道面板20的左边缘和右边缘的垂直距离可以相同。这样照明灯60发射出的光线可以更好地分布在冰箱100的箱胆10内部,可以更加有利于用户取放食物。
可选地,如图4所示,在风道面板20的上下方向上,显控件51位于送风件40和照明灯60之间。这样可以合理利用风道面板20的第一表面21和第二表面22,可以使得风道面板20能够集成多个功能部件,可以提高冰箱100的装配效率。
温度传感器70集成在风道面板20的第二表面22。具体地,如图1和图4所示,照明灯60可以包括:灯座61,温度传感器70通过灯座61集成在风道面板20的第二表面22上。其中,灯座61上设置有卡接件,灯座61上的卡接件和凸起上的卡接件卡接配合。灯座61内可以设置有LED灯,LED灯为多个,例如,四个,四个LED灯在周向上均匀分布。 其中,通过将温度传感器70安装灯座61上,可以进一步地简化风道面板20和温度传感器70之间的连接方式,可以更好地提高冰箱100的内部部件的集成度,可以提高冰箱100的装配效率。
其中,风道面板20适于在送风件40、控制器50、照明灯60和温度传感器70集成在风道面板20后安装在箱胆10的内部。由此,集成有各个部件的风道面板20可以整体安装在箱胆10的内部,从而可以避免各个部件的分散布置情况,以及可以提高冰箱100的集成程度。
在传统的一些风冷冰箱上,为了各个部件的合理布置,以及避免互相干涉,各个部件在箱胆内彼此孤立设置,在冰箱装配时,各个部件单独装配,装配时间长,装配难度大,而且如此布置的各个部件很大程度影响了箱胆内部的使用空间,减少了食物存放空间。
而在根据本发明实施例的冰箱100克服了该技术难题,根据本发明实施例的冰箱100通过将送风件40、控制器50、照明灯60和温度传感器70集成在风道面板20上,可以降低装配难度,可以提高装配效率,而且提升食物存放空间。另外,还使得上述部件在箱胆10内布局更加合理。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种冰箱,其特征在于,包括:
    箱胆;
    风道面板,所述风道面板安装在所述箱胆的内部且与所述箱胆的一部分限定出风道,所述风道面板朝向所述风道的表面为第一表面且远离所述风道的表面为第二表面;
    送风件,所述送风件集成在所述风道面板的第一表面上;
    控制器,所述控制器集成在所述风道面板的第一表面上;
    照明灯,所述照明灯集成在所述风道面板的第二表面上;
    温度传感器,所述温度传感器集成在所述风道面板的第二表面上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述风道面板适于在所述送风件、所述控制器、所述照明灯和所述温度传感器集成在所述风道面板后安装在所述箱胆的内部。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述控制器与所述风道面板卡接配合。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述控制器包括:显控件、控制盒和控制板,所述显控件设置在所述控制板上,所述风道面板上设置有供所述显控件朝向所述第二表面伸出的通孔,所述控制板设置在所述控制盒内,所述风道面板的第一表面上设置有朝向所述风道延伸的环形凸缘,所述控制盒伸入所述环形凸缘内且与所述环形凸缘卡接配合。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述控制盒上设置有第一安装孔,所述控制板上设置有第二安装孔,所述风道面板的第一表面上设置有第三安装孔,所述冰箱还包括紧固件,所述紧固件穿过所述第一安装孔、所述第二安装孔和所述第三安装孔以将所述控制盒固定在所述风道面板上。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的冰箱,其特征在于,还包括:显控面板,所述显控面板覆盖在所述显控件上且位于所述第二表面上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述风道面板的第二表面上设置有供所述显控面板伸入的配合槽。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述照明灯与所述风道面板的第二表面卡接配合。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述照明灯包括:灯座,所述温度传感器通过所述灯座集成在所述风道面板的第二表面上。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的冰箱,其特征在于,在所述风道面板的第一表面上,所述控制盒位于所述送风件的下方。
  11. 根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述照明灯到所述风道面 板的上边缘和下边缘的垂直距离相同,所述照明灯到所述风道面板的左边缘和右边缘的垂直距离相同。
  12. 根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的冰箱,其特征在于,在所述风道面板的上下方向上,所述显控件位于所述送风件和所述照明灯之间。
