如图 1和图 5所示, 这种矩形整体式 LED组合微能照明灯灯具 包括一块整体成形底座 1, 整体成形底座上有灯孔 2 , 灯孔的圆周上 有一个装饰圈 3 , 整体成形底座 1的四边各有一条向整体成形底座背 面折转的折边 4。
如图 2、 图 3和图 4所示, 这种矩形整体式 LED组合微能照明 灯灯具上的灯孔 2可以是一个, 也可以为两个以上, 图 2为三灯, 图 3为四灯, 图 4为九灯。 如图 5和图 6所示, 整体成形底座 1的背面 有数 4艮加强筋 5 , 这些加强筋的端部与至少一条折边 4相连, 加强筋 与折边相配合, 使整体成形底座 1有较好的刚性。

如图 8所示, 后罩 6为圆筒形, 筒壁 12上有一对安装块 15 , 筒 底 13上有散热缝 14。
如图 9所示, 后罩 6扣合在装饰圈 3的竖筒 9上, 用螺釘穿过安 装块 15上的孔旋入装饰圈 3上的螺釘固定柱 10肉,使后罩与装饰圈 相固定。 LED灯可固定在后罩 6上。
如图 11所示,这种矩形整体式 LED组合微能照明灯灯具的装饰 圈 3的后部也可以固定着一个 Π形的支架 16, 支架可以用来固定各 种型号、规格的灯座 17。 这样的结构, 可使用带相应灯头的 LED灯, 将 LED灯从装饰圈 3的前面放入, 与灯座 17相组合, 装、 拆皆极方 便。
这种矩形整体式 LED组合微能照明灯灯具的外型尺寸可以与房 间的天花板或扣板的尺寸相一致。 如图 1、 2、 3、 4所示, 整体成形 底座正面的边缘可以凹下形成一个台阶 7 , 便于将这种矩形整体式 LED组合微能照明灯灯具搁置到夭花板 项的龙骨上。 这种矩形整 体式 LED组合微能照明灯灯具也可以用悬挂的方式固定到房间的顶 棚上。
这种矩形整体式 LED组合微能照明灯灯具中的整体成形底座 1, 装饰圈 3和后罩 6可以用塑料来制作, 注塑成形; 支架 16可用塑料 或金属来制作, 例如用钢板折弯而成。
