以预制构件拼装作为定义的装配式建筑有着悠久的历史,我国传统木结构建筑,即是装配式建筑的一种,工厂加工生产制造时,工匠需要依据预先设计编码加工好各类梁、柱、檩、斗拱等构件,运输到搭建地点,进行拼装,从而实现了短期完成大量建筑任务的需求。
目前在建筑设备中需要对复合板材进行拼装连接,而现有的建筑设备用装配式集成连接装置,对复合板材进行拼装连接,而复合板材长时间使用容易松动,存在着复合板材连接不稳定且不便于对复合板材进行快速连接的问题,因此我们提出了一种建筑设备用装配式集成连接装置用于解决上述问题。
内容
本技术的目的在于提供一种建筑设备用装配式集成连接装置,以解决上述复合板材连接不稳定且不便于对复合板材进行快速连接的问题。
为实现上述目的,本技术提供如下技术方案:一种建筑设备用装配式集成连接装置,包括多个复合板材,相邻的两个复合板材之间设有连接座,相邻的两个复合板材相互靠近的一侧均固定安装有连接板,连接座上开设有连接孔,且连接板与连接孔相适配,连接座的两侧均开设有两个对称设置的定位槽,相邻的两个复合板材相互靠近的一侧均固定安装有两个对称设置的定位销,且定位销与定位槽相适 配,连接板的顶部和底部均开设有固定槽,连接孔的顶部内壁上和底部内壁上均开设有两个对称设置的第一槽,第一槽内滑动安装有固定销,且固定销与对应的固定槽相适配。
