进一步地,所述尘杯组件、所述电机组件和所述电池包组件三者满足0.5*M1*L1≦M2*L2≦2*M1*L1,其中M1为所述电池包组件的重量、L1为所述电池包组件的中心线和所述电机组件的中心线的直线距离、M2为所述尘杯组件的重量、L2为所述尘杯组件的中心线和所述电机组件的中心线的直线距离。本发明将尘杯组件相对于电机组件中心线的力矩和电池包组件相对于电机组件中心线的力矩设置成上述关系,可以较好地平衡三者的重心。
进一步地,将M2*L2设置成略大于M1*L1,这样本体处于稍向前倾的状态,有利于操作人员控制操作角度,操作比较轻松省力。
进一步地,所述尘杯组件、所述电机组件和所述电池包组件三者满足M1*L1=M2*L2。即相对于电机组件的中心线而言本体前后平衡,没有明显的倾倒趋势,这样操作人员能很好地掌握清洁设备的重心,稳定的进行清洁作业。
进一步地,当所述本体支撑在一表面上时,所述第二部分与支撑表面的夹角在45°到80°之间,该夹角的设置使得手柄的第二部分的倾斜状态,有利于操 作者手部的伸入和握持,是比较舒适的操作角度,符合人机工程学要求。

具体实施方式
图1是根据本发明一个实施例的清洁设备100的主视图。如图1所示,本发明提供了一种手持式清洁设备100,其一般性地可以包括尘杯组件10、电机组件20、为电机组件20供电的电池包组件30、可供握持的手柄40。即该手持式清洁设备100是自带电池包组件30的手持式吸尘器。尘杯组件10、电机组件20、电池包组件30按顺序横置并联接形成清洁设备100的本体50,手柄40设置在本体50上方,尘杯组件10和电池包组件30分设在手柄40的两端部附近。
本实施例的清洁设备100将尘杯组件10、电机组件20、电池包组件30依次横置并互相之间联接成一体,即本体50,使得重心分布相对均匀。并将手柄40设置于本体50上方,而将较重的电机、电池包组件30等设置于手柄40的底部,而正常放置清洁设备100时将本体50的底部放置于支撑表面上,这样操作人员在使用该清洁设备100时,通过提拎的动作可以较为省力的拿起清洁设备100。即本实施例通过将各部件合理布置,将尘杯组件10、电机组件20、电池 包组件30依次横置使本体50的重心分布均匀,并将手柄40设置于重量较大的本体50上方解决操作费力的问题。
如图1所示,一个实施例中,尘杯组件10的底部、电机组件20的底部和电池包组件30的底部三者至少2个一起共同形成用于支撑所述清洁设备的平面。即本实施例将尘杯组件10、电机组件20和电池包组件30三个部件中的至少两个部件的底部用作支撑整个清洁设备100的平面。例如,将尘杯组件10的底部和电池包组件30的底部作为放置平面。本实施例直接将尘杯组件10的底部、电机组件20的底部和电池包组件30的底部中的至少两个作为放置平面,很好地利用了三者的外形尺寸,不需要特别设置用于放置清洁设备100的底平面,简化了结构,节省了材料。
在其他实施例中,尘杯组件10、电机组件20和电池包组件30之间可以设置连接部,该连接部的底部可以凸起于尘杯组件10、电机组件20或电池包组件30的底面下方,即连接部也可以作为放置平面,根据需要可以将连接部设置成较稳定的平面等形式。当然清洁设备100也可以设置专门的放置平面。
图2是根据本发明一个实施例的清洁设备100的俯视图。如图2所示,另一个实施例中,尘杯组件10、电机组件20和电池包组件30均大致呈圆柱形,且三者的中心轴线相互平行或共面(共面状态参见图1)。优选地,尘杯组件10、电机组件20和电池包组件30三者的中心轴线平行且共面。
至少两个圆柱形的表面所形成的放置平面可以稳固地支撑清洁设备100,而三者的中心轴线互相平行或共面设置也可以更好地控制本体50的重心的分布,便于重心的平衡布置。
一个实施例中,如图1所示,尘杯组件10、电机组件20和电池包组件30三者满足0.5*M1*L1≦M2*L2≦2*M1*L1,其中M1为电池包组件30的重量、L1为电池包组件30的中心线和电机组件20的中心线的直线距离、M2为尘杯组件10的重量、L2为尘杯组件10的中心线和电机组件20的中心线的直线距离。
本实施例中,将尘杯组件10相对于电机组件20中心线的力矩和电池包组 件30相对于电机组件20中心线的力矩设置成上述关系,可以较好地平衡三者的重心。例如将M2*L2设置为等于0.5*M1*L1,相对于电机组件20的中心线而言本体50有向后倾倒的趋势;而将M2*L2设置为等于2*M1*L1,相对于电机组件20的中心线而言本体50有向后倾倒的趋势,根据这个规律可以操作人家可以相对地调整手握的位置,方便清洁更大范围内的灰尘。
可选地,将M2*L2设置成略大于M1*L1,这样本体50处于稍向前倾的状态,有利于操作人员控制操作角度,操作比较轻松省力。
一个实施例中,尘杯组件10、电机组件20和电池包组件30三者满足M1*L1=M2*L2。即相对于电机组件20的中心线而言本体50前后平衡,没有明显的倾倒趋势,这样操作人员能很好地掌握清洁设备100的重心,稳定的进行清洁作业。
如图1所示,另一个实施例中,手柄40具有相互呈一夹角的第一部分41和第二部分42,且第一部分41和第二部分42的交点位于电机组件20的正上方。
本实施例将手柄40的拐点设置于电机组件20的正上方,而本体50的重心基本集中在电机组件20处,因此当通过该交点处提起清洁设备100时,由于提起部位大致位于本体50的重心垂线上,因此重量分布平衡,提拿稳定。
可选地,如图1所示,第一部分41和第二部分42的夹角A在90°到150°之间。将手柄40设置成钝角的弯曲形状,方便操作人员手的放入,符合人机工程学,操作更为顺畅舒适。该手柄40的形状可以设置成折弯的两个直线部,也可以设置成圆弧形状以及其他舒适的曲线形状。该手柄40的内侧,即手握处,可以设置花纹,用于防滑。
如图1所示,一个实施例中,当本体50支撑在一表面上时,第二部分42与支撑表面的夹角B在45°到80°之间。当夹角B设置成45°到80°之间时,该手柄40的第二部分42的倾斜状态有利于操作者手部的伸入和握持。可选地,将夹角B设置成56°,通过多次试验,该角度是比较舒适的操作角度,符合人机工程学要求。同时,可以将手柄40的高度设置为可调节的,从而可以根据操作 者的高度进行调节,使得操作者拿起该清洁设备100时更省力,不需要弯下较大角度。
如图1所示,另一个实施例中,该手持式清洁设备100还包括与尘杯组件10的进气口连通的吸口组件60,吸口组件60位于尘杯组件10的外周处且基本呈切线布置。这样布置使得吸口组件60与尘杯组件10的连接处是吸口组件60的斜切面,可以有效增大两者的通道面积,有利于灰尘的吸入,不易堵塞,高效吸尘。
如图1所示,可选地,吸口组件60的轴线与手柄40的第一部分41的轴线相互平行或重合,吸口组件60的轴线与尘杯组件10、电机组件20和电池包组件30三者的中心轴线形成的平面夹角C在20°到60°之间。本实施例的夹角C设置在20°到60°之间能够保证吸口组件60自然倾斜下垂的状态,操作手持清洁设备100作业时,该角度能够有效清洁地面和具有一定高度的带清洁表面。
如图2所示,一个实施例中,从俯视方向上看,吸口组件60的轴线和手柄40的轴线,特别是手柄40的第一部分41的轴线均与电机组件20的中心轴线相互垂直,使得吸口组件60、手柄40相对于本体50在左右方向上无倾斜,布置较均衡。
如图2所示,进一步地,从俯视方向上看,尘杯组件10、电机组件20、电池包组件30均基本沿手柄40的轴线左右对称,使得整个清洁设备100左右对称,不会发生左右倾斜。
另一个未示出的实施例中,将尘杯组件10、电机组件20、电池包组件30按顺序横置并联接形成清洁设备100的本体50替换为尘杯组件10、电池包组件30和电机组件20按顺序横置并联接形成清洁设备100的本体50,相应的结构和位置关系均同步改变。
也就是说,将上述实施例中的电池包组件30和电机组件20的位置互换,将电池包组件30作为大致的重心所在位置,这样的交换仍然可以获得上述技术效果。
图3是根据本发明另一个实施例的清洁设备100处于常规状态时的主视图。如图3所示,一个实施例中,该手持式清洁设备100还包括接管组件70和地刷80。地刷80的形式可以是现有技术中的任意一种。可选地,地刷80可以具有拍打、振动、光照除菌等功能。接管组件70与吸口组件60连通,且可拆卸地连接于吸口组件60处,使得两者至少具有轴线重合或平行第一对接状态和第二对接状态。第一对接状态时,手柄40较本体50位于地面的上方;第二对接状态时,手柄40较本体50位于地面的下方,这里的地面可以是房屋的地面、沙发表面、墙面等平面。地刷80与接管组件70远离吸口组件60的一端相连,且地刷80具有用于吸入灰尘的吸尘口。即地刷80直接接触待清洁表面,灰尘通过地刷80、接管组件70、吸口组件60进入尘杯组件10。通过地刷80和接管组件70的设置可以增大该清洁设备100的作业范围,清洁更远或更高的地方,增大清洁范围。
图4是根据本发明另一个实施例的清洁设备100处于倒置状态时的主视图。如图3所示,是清洁设备100加装接管组件70和地刷80后常规的吸尘状态,即上述的第一对接状态。如图4所示,将把吸尘器倒过来,将手柄40的第一部分41贴合某一表面进行吸尘作业,可以获得一个很低的清洁角度,即上述的第二对接状态。例如将手柄40的第一部分41贴合地面,可以吸床底沙发底等低矮环境。
至此,本领域技术人员应认识到,虽然本文已详尽示出和描述了本发明的多个示例性实施例,但是,在不脱离本发明精神和范围的情况下,仍可根据本发明公开的内容直接确定或推导出符合本发明原理的许多其他变型或修改。因此,本发明的范围应被理解和认定为覆盖了所有这些其他变型或修改。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种手持式清洁设备,包括尘杯组件、电机组件、为所述电机组件供电的电池包组件、可供握持的手柄,其特征在于:
    所述尘杯组件、所述电机组件、所述电池包组件按顺序横置并联接形成所述清洁设备的本体,所述手柄设置在所述本体上方,所述尘杯组件和所述电池包组件分设在所述手柄的两端部附近。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的手持式清洁设备,其特征在于,
    所述尘杯组件的底部、所述电机组件的底部和所述电池包组件的底部三者至少2个一起共同形成用于支撑所述清洁设备的平面。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的手持式清洁设备,其特征在于,
    所述尘杯组件、所述电机组件和所述电池包组件均大致呈圆柱形,且三者的中心轴线相互平行或共面。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的手持式清洁设备,其特征在于,
    所述尘杯组件、所述电机组件和所述电池包组件三者满足0.5*M1*L1≦M2*L2≦2*M1*L1,其中M1为所述电池包组件的重量、L1为所述电池包组件的中心线和所述电机组件的中心线的直线距离、M2为所述尘杯组件的重量、L2为所述尘杯组件的中心线和所述电机组件的中心线的直线距离。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的手持式清洁设备,其特征在于,
    所述尘杯组件、所述电机组件和所述电池包组件三者满足M1*L1=M2*L2。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的手持式清洁设备,其特征在于,
    所述手柄具有相互呈一夹角的第一部分和第二部分,且第一部分和第二部分的交点位于所述电机组件的正上方。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的手持式清洁设备,其特征在于,所述第一部分和所述第二部分的夹角在90°到150°之间。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的手持式清洁设备,其特征在于,
    当所述本体支撑在一表面上时,所述第二部分与支撑表面的夹角在45°到80°之间。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的手持式清洁设备,其特征在于,还包括:
    与所述尘杯组件的进气口连通的吸口组件,所述吸口组件位于所述尘杯组件的外周处且基本呈切线布置;
    所述吸口组件的轴线与所述手柄的第一部分的轴线相互平行或重合,所述吸口组件的轴线与尘杯组件、电机组件和电池包组件三者的中心轴线形成的平面夹角在20°到60°之间。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的手持式清洁设备,其特征在于,
    从俯视方向上看,所述吸口组件的轴线和所述手柄的轴线均与所述电机组件的中心轴线相互垂直。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的手持式清洁设备,其特征在于,
    从俯视方向上看,所述尘杯组件、所述电机组件、所述电池包组件均基本沿所述手柄的轴线左右对称。
  12. 根据权利要求1-11中任一种所述的手持式清洁设备,其特征在于,
    将所述尘杯组件、所述电机组件、所述电池包组件按顺序横置并联接形成所述清洁设备的本体替换为所述尘杯组件、所述电池包组件和所述电机组件按顺序横置并联接形成所述清洁设备的本体,相应的结构和位置关系均同步改变。
  13. 根据权利要求9所述的手持式清洁设备,其特征在于,还包括:
    接管组件,与所述吸口组件连通,且可拆卸地连接于所述吸口组件处,使得两者至少具有轴线重合或平行第一对接状态和第二对接状态,所述第一对接状态时所述手柄较所述本体在地面的上方,所述第二对接状态时所述手柄较所述本体在地面的下方;和
    地刷,与所述接管组件远离所述吸口组件的一端相连,且所述地刷具有用于吸入灰尘的吸尘口。
