Definitions
- the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a motor core.
- the motor core processing method using a laser or the like the magnetic properties of the electrical steel sheet are deteriorated due to the introduction of strain to the electrical steel sheet due to heat input to the electrical steel sheet and cooling. Since the deterioration of the magnetic properties of the electrical steel sheet due to the introduction of strain by a laser or the like is larger than that in the case of punching, the motor core processing method using a laser or the like has a problem as a method for manufacturing a motor core.
- the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a motor core suitable for a small-sized, high-speed rotating motor.
- an electromagnetic steel sheet having an average thermal conductivity from the surface to a depth position of 1/3 of the plate thickness lower than the thermal conductivity at the center position in the plate thickness direction by 30% or more is formed on the surface.
- the thickness of the electromagnetic steel sheet is 0.20 mm or less.
- the Si, Al, and Mn concentrations from the surface of the electromagnetic steel sheet to the depth position of 1/3 of the plate thickness satisfy the conditions shown in the following mathematical formula (1).
- the component concentration of the entire thickness of the electromagnetic steel sheet is C: 0.01% or less, Si: 7% or less, Al: 4% or less, Mn: 5% or less in mass%.
- FIG. 1 is a plan view showing the configuration of the motor core of the embodiment.
- FIG. 2 is a diagram showing the relationship between the thermal conductivity ratio and the motor efficiency in a motor core manufactured by laser machining and punching.
- FIG. 3 is a diagram showing an example of the relationship between the depth in the plate thickness direction and the thermal conductivity.
- the inventors of the present invention investigated the deterioration of the magnetic properties of the electromagnetic steel sheet due to laser processing and its mechanism, and conducted intensive research and development on the electromagnetic steel sheet that suppresses the deterioration.
- the deterioration of the magnetic properties of the electrical steel sheet due to laser processing was due to the strain widely introduced from the surface of the electrical steel sheet in the plane direction of the electrical steel sheet due to the heat input and cooling introduced by the laser.
- the heat input from the surface is positively transmitted to the inside of the electrical steel sheet and is difficult to be transmitted in the planar direction.
- the thickness 0 which has the same iron loss at 1.0T-1000Hz but different thermal conductivity in the sheet thickness direction.
- a motor prototype and evaluation were performed using a 10 mm electromagnetic steel plate. These electromagnetic steel sheets were manufactured by using cold-rolled steel sheets having a Si concentration equivalent to that of the central layer shown in Table 1 below and increasing the Si concentration of the surface layer by a silica dipping method.
- the processing method of the motor core was punching or laser processing.
- the average thermal conductivity from the surface to the depth position of 1/3 of the plate thickness (shown as the surface average thermal conductivity in Table 1) is 30% or more than the thermal conductivity at the center position in the plate thickness direction. It was found that the deterioration of the magnetic properties of the electromagnetic steel plate due to laser processing is small in the low electromagnetic steel plate. Further, as a preferable configuration of the electrical steel sheet, the Si, Al, and Mn concentrations from the surface to the depth position of 1/3 of the plate thickness satisfy the mathematical formula (1) shown below, so that the magnetic characteristics are further deteriorated. It was discovered that an electromagnetic steel sheet having excellent magnetic properties could be obtained, and the invention was conceived.
- Si, Al, and Mn are known to improve the magnetic properties of electrical steel sheets by increasing the specific resistance of the electrical steel sheets and reducing the eddy current loss.
- Mn expands the heat-affected zone when heat is applied from the surface, and promotes the introduction of strain into the electrical steel sheet. Therefore, it is considered that Mn further suppresses deterioration of the magnetic properties of the magnetic steel sheet by adding less than an appropriate amount with respect to the amount of Si and Al added.
- the present invention was conceived as a result of research efforts by laser processing, the same effect can be obtained by fusing processing by heat input from the surface, for example, fusing processing using an electron beam or the like.
- an electromagnetic steel plate having an average thermal conductivity from the surface to a depth position of 1/3 of the plate thickness lower than the thermal conductivity at the center position in the plate thickness direction by 30% or more is formed on the surface.
- the thermal conductivity and the thermal conductivity at the center position in the plate thickness direction were variously changed.
- a small motor (teeth width 8.0 mm) shown in FIG. 1 was manufactured using these electromagnetic steel plates, and the motor efficiency was evaluated.
- the processing method of the motor core was laser processing or punching processing.
- a CO 2 pulse laser having a frequency of 1500 Hz and an output of 500 W was used, oxygen was blown as an auxiliary gas at 5 MPa, and the scanning speed of the laser was set to about 5000 mm / min.
- the drive condition of the motor was 50 mNm-90000 rpm, and the motor torque tester EMM-100M manufactured by Sugawara Laboratories was used for the measurement of the output.
- the material of the predetermined composition is blown in a converter, the molten steel is degassed to adjust to the predetermined composition, the slab is hot-rolled by a usual method, and then one cold or warm. After rolling or cold or warm rolling two or more times with intermediate annealing in between to obtain a predetermined plate thickness, aluminum foil is attached to the electromagnetic steel plate and finish annealing is performed in a non-oxidizing atmosphere.
- the symbols of the method for manufacturing the electrical steel sheet in Table 2 correspond to the above-mentioned manufacturing methods (1) to (3).
- the conditions of each intermediate process are as follows, and the conditions are adjusted so that the layers having different components are composed of 1/3 each of the surface layer (front and back) and the central layer.
- the processing method of the motor core was laser processing or punching processing.
- laser processing a CO 2 pulse laser having a frequency of 1500 Hz and an output of 500 W was used, oxygen was blown as an auxiliary gas at 5 MPa, and the scanning speed of the laser was set to about 5000 mm / min.
- Example 2 No. shown in Table 2.
- the influence of the laser conditions used for processing was evaluated for the materials of 5.
- the evaluation method other than the laser conditions was the same as in Example 1.
- Table 3 shows the results of motor evaluation along with the laser conditions.
- the motor efficiency was inferior under the condition of irradiation with the continuous oscillation type CO 2 laser as compared with the condition of processing with the pulse oscillation type CO 2 laser of the same output.
- the motor efficiency was superior under the condition of processing with a pulse oscillation type CO 2 laser and a low output of 250 W.
- the motor efficiency was further improved by using a fiber laser as an oscillation source instead of a CO 2 laser.

Abstract
