下面参考图1-图10描述本申请实施例的烹饪器具10。
如图1-图10所示,根据本申请实施例的烹饪器具10,烹饪器具10可以为电饭煲、电压力锅、电炖锅、电磁炉或者养生壶,本申请以烹饪器具10为电饭煲为例进行说明,但这并非是对本申请保护范围的限制。本领域的普通技术人员在阅读了本申请的说明书之后,在知悉本申请的技术构思的情况下,显然可以将本申请的烹饪器具10应用于电压力锅、电炖锅、电磁炉或者养生壶等。
烹饪器具10包括:本体部1、盛放部2和介质置换部3。本体部1内具有烹饪腔11,盛放部2用于盛放食材,例如米和馒头。在一些实施例中,烹饪腔11可以是本体部1的锅体部12和上盖部13所限定形成的空腔。
盛放部2设置于烹饪腔11内,而且盛放部2与烹饪腔11连通,当烹饪腔11内的液面上升时,可以使盛放部2内的液位可变。介质置换部3设置于烹饪腔11内,盛放部2与介质置换部3之间存在适于被选择性打开或者隔断的连通通道60,在连通通道60被隔断时,介质置换部3设置成能够利用第一介质39(如图1)替换位于介质置换部3内的液态的第二介质31(如图1),从而使得被替换的第二介质31能够排出介质置换部3,使第二介质31流入烹饪腔11,从而可以改变烹饪腔11内的液位,而且,盛放部2能够与烹饪腔11连通,第二介质31流入烹饪腔11后,可以使盛放部2内的液 位可变。需要说明的是,第一介质39可以是水蒸气,第二介者可以是水,但本申请不限于此。
而在连通通道60打开时,盛放部2与介质置换部3通过连通通道60形成连通,在此过程中,烹饪器具10可以用于蒸食材。换言之,连通通道60打开时,盛放部2和介质置换部3能够通过连通通道60直接连通,此时,介质置换部3内的第一介质39如水蒸气(以水蒸气为例示意说明)能够直接通过连通通道60进入到盛放部2内,也就是说,此时由于连通通道60的打开,使得盛放部2和介质置换部3之间形成了相对较大的连通面积,这样介质置换部3内的第一介质39能够及时快速通过连通通道60大部分甚至接近全部排入到盛放部2内,这样介质置换部3内的压力相比于前一种工况即连通通道60隔断的工况而言,压力大大降低,因此由于排气的顺畅性,从而不会有水从介质置换部3内被排出或者只有非常少量的水被排出,因此通过连通通道60的连通作用,主要实现介质置换部3内的顺畅排气,从而最终实现“蒸”的目的。
其中,烹饪器具10例如电饭煲的工作过程主要包括沸腾阶段和蒸米阶段,在沸腾阶段,电饭煲以周期性加热为主,电饭煲的控制程序中设置周期T,T满足关系式:32秒≥T≥4秒,周期调功比为a,a满足关系式:1≥a≥1/8,沸腾阶段总持续时间t1,t1满足关系式:15分钟≥t1≥3分钟。在沸腾阶段结束后,电饭煲进入蒸米阶段,在蒸米阶段,米水分离,控制程序保持米汤温度为b,b满足关系式110度≥b≥80度,整个蒸米阶段总持续时间t2,t2满足关系式:30分钟≥t2≥3分钟。
具体地,在连通通道60被隔断时,电饭煲的具体工作过程为:电饭煲在烹饪过程中,首先将适量水倒入烹饪腔11,然后将盛放部2和介质置换部3放入到烹饪腔11内,使烹饪腔11内的水位大致没过介质置换部3(当然也可以适当高于介质置换部3或者适当低于介质置换部3),再将洗好的大米放入盛放部2内,如图1所示,此时的米水可以是分离的,即米在上方,水在下面,米没有浸泡在水中。当然,作为其它可选的实施方式,此时水也可以局部没过一部分米或者全部没过米。
如图1所示,电饭煲开始加热烹饪腔11,当烹饪腔11内的水沸腾时,烹饪腔11内的水会产生大量的气泡(水蒸气),其中一部分气泡会在介质置换部3中储存起来,使介质置换部3内的压强变大,在压力的作用下,将介质置换部3中的水排出到烹饪腔11中,使得烹饪腔11中的水面升高,由于盛放部2与烹饪腔11连通,介质置换部3中的水流入烹饪腔11后,烹饪腔11内的水会流入盛放部2,此时,整个盛放部2中的水位就会上升,没过大米,如图1所示,实现对大米的熬煮。
当盛放部2中的水位达到一定高度后,通过时间传感器或者信号传感器感知后或通过其它公知手段,电饭煲及时停止加热,介质置换部3中的水蒸气会迅速冷却液化,介 质置换部3内的压力随之消减,然后烹饪腔11内的水会流回介质置换部3,使盛放部2内的水位快速下降,盛放部2内的水位下降过程中,盛放部2内的水穿过大米下落,盛放部2内的水会对大米进行冲刷,并且,电饭煲在烹饪的过程中,电饭煲也可以间断性地实现米水分离,例如电饭煲通过控制加热等效功率等控制程序,使电饭煲对烹饪腔11反复加热并停止,在电饭煲对烹饪腔11反复加热过程中,盛放部2内的水会反复地的上升和回落,水在反复地的上升和回落过程中冲刷大米,然后水逐渐变成米汤。在沸腾阶段结束后,电饭煲进入蒸米阶段,在蒸米阶段,米水分离,控制程序保持米汤温度在80度以上,使米饭蒸熟或者焖熟。
需要特别说明的是:大米放入盛放部2内后,且电饭煲没有对烹饪腔11进行加热时,盛放部2内的大米没有被水浸泡,可以使电饭煲做出的米饭利于糖尿病患者食用,而这与现有电饭煲存在本质差异,现有电饭煲在初始阶段米就是浸泡在水中,这与本申请构成了显著差异。
并且,电饭煲在沸腾阶段,通过水反复冲刷大米,能够进一步降低大米中糖的含量,用户食用完大米后,可以使用户不容易发胖,同时,也能够使大米受热均匀,可以使大米充分吸收水分,从而可以防止米饭夹生,进而可以提升米饭的口感。
并且,在蒸米阶段,由于电饭煲内的水经过前期蒸发和大米的吸水,原来的水位会降低,为了保证大米与水分离以及蒸饭效果,防止米汤对米饭进行浸泡,最终烹饪腔11内的水位到最底层米饭的距离大于等于4mm。
同时,当介质置换部3的体积不变时,可以使用气体充放装置向介质置换部3内充气,使介质置换部3内的压强变大,从而使烹饪腔11内的液位上升,需要烹饪腔11内的液位下降时,可以使用气体充放装置从介质置换部3内抽气,使介质置换部3内的压强降低,从而可以达到液位降低的效果。并且,当介质置换部3的体积可变时,使用气体充放装置向介质置换部3内充气或者抽取介质置换部3内的气体,也可以实现烹饪腔11内液位上升和下降的功能。
例如,在本申请的一些具体示例中,在烹饪的过程中,可以通过外部充气机构对介质置换部3进行充气,以实现盛放部2内的液位的变化,并且,介质置换部3的体积可以随着充气量发生变化。这样,当不需要进行介质置换时,介质置换部3的体积可以较小,减少对烹饪腔11的占用,并且,在充气时可以增加体积,以提升容纳气体的量,进一步增大液体的置换量,使得盛放部2内的液面上升更为明显,利于提升烹饪效果。
另外,当连通通道60打开时,电饭煲的具体工作过程为:电饭煲在烹饪过程中,首先将适量水倒入烹饪腔11,然后将盛放部2和介质置换部3放入到烹饪腔11内,使烹饪腔11内的水不没过盛放部2,再将馒头放入盛放部2内,如图2所示,此时馒头 与水是分离的,即馒头在上方,水在下面。
如图2所示,电饭煲开始加热烹饪腔11,当烹饪腔11内的水沸腾时,由于连通通道60打开,烹饪腔11内的水位不会上升,烹饪腔11内的水会只产生大量的气泡(水蒸气),水蒸气在上升的过程中用于蒸馒头。烹饪器具10在蒸食材时,这样设置能够防止食材被浸没泡烂,可以使烹饪器具10具有很好的蒸食材功能,并且,烹饪器具10在沥米饭时,能够使米饭烹饪好,从而可以使烹饪器具10具有蒸和煮的双重功能。
由此,通过本体部1、盛放部2和介质置换部3配合,能够使烹饪器具10具有蒸和煮的双重功能,在蒸食材时,可以防止食材被浸没泡烂的风险。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图4和图5所示,烹饪器具10还包括:用于封闭和打开连通通道60的隔断部601,其中,当需要使用烹饪器具10蒸食材时,控制隔断部601打开连通通道60,可以保证烹饪腔11内的水位不上升,从而可以实现烹饪器具10的蒸食材功能。当需要使用烹饪器具10煮食材时,控制隔断部601关闭连通通道60,烹饪腔11内的水沸腾后,可以保证烹饪腔11内的水位会上升,从而可以实现烹饪器具10的煮食材功能。
在本申请的一些实施例中,隔断部601通过旋转作用封闭和打开连通通道60,也可以理解为,通过旋转隔断部601就可以实现封闭和打开连通通道60的工作目的,从而可以使封闭和打开连通通道60的步骤简便,进而可以降低操作难度。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图4和图5所示,盛放部2具有盛放部底壁23,盛放部底壁23形成贯通盛放部底壁23的连通通道60,隔断部601可转动地设置于盛放部底壁23,如此设置能够减小隔断部601与连通通道60的间距,可以便于隔断部601封闭和打开连通通道60,从而可以使隔断部601的布置位置更加合理。当然,在另一些实施例中,隔断部601也可以采用滑动方式设置在盛放部2上,通过滑动作用实现对连通通道60的打开和隔断。
简言之,根据本申请上述实施例的描述,隔断部601是可动地设置于盛放部2,可动地方式可以为滑动或转动。
在本申请的一些实施例中,介质置换部3设置于盛放部2的底部,而且隔断部601设置于盛放部底壁23的底面,这样设置能够使隔断部601更好地控制介质置换部3与盛放部2是否连通,可以保证烹饪器具10具有蒸和煮的双重功能,从而可以保证烹饪器具10的工作可靠性,烹饪器具10在蒸食材时,可以保证食材不会被水浸泡。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图5所示,盛放部底壁23上可以设置有多列连通通道60,多列连通通道60以盛放部底壁23为中心分布,换言之,多列连通通道60绕盛放部2的中心轴线分布,其中,当烹饪器具10蒸食材时,使连通通道60打开,能够保 证介质置换部3内的压强不会变大,可以避免烹饪腔11内的水位上升,从而可以更好地防止食材被水浸泡。
并且,如图5所示,隔断部601可以包括:中间转动部602和挡板部603,挡板部603连接于中间转动部602,挡板部603通过中间转动部602而转动连接于盛放部底壁23,挡板部603为多个且以中间转动部602为中心分布。其中,在中间转动部602转动过程中,挡板部603可以堵住连通通道60,从而可以实现沥米饭的功能,当中间转动部602旋转一定角度时,挡板部603不再堵住连通通道60,使盛放部2与介质置换部3连通,介质置换部3内不再产生气压,从而可以实现蒸的功能。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图6和图7所示,烹饪器具10还可以包括:第一板604和第二板605,第一板604和第二板605可被替换地设置在连通通道60处,在第一板604处于连通通道60时,连通通道60处于隔断状态,当水沸腾时,介质置换部3内的产生气压,使烹饪腔11内水位上升,烹饪器具10适合沥米饭。而在第二板605处于连通通道60时,连通通道60处于打开状态,使盛放部2与介质置换部3连通,介质置换部3内不再产生气压,使烹饪腔11内水位不上升,烹饪器具10适合蒸食材。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图6所示,第一板604为平板,而且第一板604遮盖连通通道60,或者第一板604也可以略大于连通通道60并遮盖在连通通道60的一侧,从而第一板604可以封闭连通通道60,当第一板604设置在连通通道60处后,第一板604堵住连通通道60,从而可以使烹饪器具10更好地沥米饭。如图7所示,第二板605为具有通孔的通孔板,当第二板605设置在连通通道60处后,由于第二板605设置有通孔,通孔可以使连通通道60打开,从而可以使盛放部2与介质置换部3连通,进而可以使烹饪器具10更好地蒸食材。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图8所示,盛放部2可以包括盛放部周壁21和盛放部底壁23,盛放部底壁23上形成有缺口,第一板604和第二板605可被替换地设置在缺口处,缺口构造为连通通道60,如此设置能够使缺口集成在盛放部2上,可以减少组成烹饪器具10的零部件数量,也可以降低盛放部2的制造难度,从而可以降低盛放部2的生产成本。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图6-图10所示,第一板604和第二板605中的每一个上都设置有卡扣606,盛放部底壁23上设置有卡槽607,卡扣606滑入卡接在卡槽607中,这样设置能够将第一板604和第二板605可靠地装配在盛放部底壁23上,可以防止第一板604和第二板605从盛放部底壁23上脱落,从而可以避免食材掉入烹饪腔11,并且,也可以便于第一板604和第二板605的拆装,从而可以提升第一板604和第二板605的拆装效率。
在本申请的一些实施例中,盛放部底壁23上可以设置有沉槽,沉槽环绕缺口布置,沉槽用于放置第一板604或者第二板605,如此设置能够将第一板604和第二板605稳固地装配在盛放部底壁23上,可以进一步防止第一板604和第二板605从盛放部底壁23上脱落。并且,沉槽也可以起到导向作用,可以便于将第一板604和第二板605装配在盛放部底壁23上。
在本申请的一些实施例中,处在沉槽内的第一板604或者第二板605的上表面与盛放部底壁23的上表面平齐,这样设置能够使盛放部2的底端更加平整,可以防止食材在某个区域聚集,从而可以使食材均匀地铺在第一板604、第二板605上,进而可以使食材受热均匀。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图1所示,盛放部2上设置有盛放部通孔24,盛放部通孔24用于连通烹饪腔11与盛放部2的内部空间,其中,沥米饭时,烹饪腔11内的水位上升时,烹饪腔11内的水能够从盛放部通孔24流入盛放部2,可以使沸腾的水进行煮大米和冲刷大米,并且,水不沸腾时,烹饪腔11内的水能够从盛放部通孔24流出盛放部2,可以使水与大米分离,同时,由于水沸腾时产生大量水蒸气,有一部分水蒸气可以从盛放部通孔24排出烹饪腔11。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图1所示,盛放部通孔24包括:周壁通孔241,周壁通孔241设置于盛放部周壁21,周壁通孔241可以设置为多个,沥米饭时,如此设置能够使水快速流入和流出盛放部2,可以减小水浸泡大米的时间。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图5所示,盛放部通孔24可以包括:底壁通孔242,底壁通孔242设置于盛放部底壁23,烹饪器具10没有对水加热时,这样设置能够使底壁通孔242到水面的距离最小,可以更加方便水从底壁通孔242流入盛放部2,也可以使盛放部2内的水从底壁通孔242流出盛放部2,从而可以使水更好地冲刷大米。
简言之,本申请的优选实施方式为,同时配置周壁通孔241和底壁通孔242,水可以从周壁通孔241和底壁通孔242进入到盛放部2内,由于底壁通孔242可能被米部分遮挡,因此大部分水将从周壁通孔241进入,这样向下冲刷米,最后可以通过底壁通孔242流回至烹饪腔11,从而可以对食材例如米进行冲刷、搅拌。
在本申请的一些实施例中,底壁通孔242环绕在介质置换部3的径向外侧,也可以理解为,在介质置换部3的周向方向上,多个底壁通孔242环绕在介质置换部3的外侧,如此设置能够使烹饪腔11内的水更加快速流入盛放部2,可以保证水流入盛放部2后的温度,从而可以使水更好地煮大米。
在本申请的一些实施例中,介质置换部3与盛放部2可拆卸地相连,而且介质置换部3位于盛放部2的底部,这样设置能够便于介质置换部3与盛放部2拆开,可以方便 单独清洗介质置换部3和盛放部2。并且,当盛放部2放入烹饪腔11内后,这样设置能够便于水流入介质置换部3,可以保证介质置换部3内存储有水,从而可以保证盛放部2内的水位能够上升和下降,进而可以保证烹饪器具10的工作可靠性。
在本申请的一些实施例中,介质置换部3可以包括:介质置换部周壁,介质置换部周壁的顶部贴合盛放部2的底面,从而形成一定密封,防止水蒸气逃逸,也可以理解为,介质置换部周壁的顶部与盛放部2的底面连接,如此设置能够使盛放部2的底面封闭介质置换部3的顶端,水蒸气进入介质置换部3后,可以避免水蒸气从介质置换部3的顶端流出介质置换部3,从而可以保证水蒸气能够存储在介质置换部3内,进而可以保证将介质置换部3内的水压入烹饪腔11。
在本申请的一些实施例中,介质置换部周壁的顶部设置有环形翻边,环形翻边与盛放部的底面贴合,环形翻边与盛放部2的底面可拆卸地相连。其中,介质置换部3与盛放部2装配在一起后,环形翻边与盛放部2的底面装配在一起,环形翻边与盛放部2的接触面积大于介质置换部周壁与盛放部2的接触面积,通过设置环形翻边,能够增大介质置换部3与盛放部2的安装面积,可以将介质置换部3与盛放部2更好地装配在一起,从而可以提升介质置换部3与盛放部2的整体结构强度。并且,能够保证介质置换部3与盛放部2连接处的密封性,可以进一步避免水蒸气从介质置换部3的顶端流出介质置换部3。同时,水在沸腾过程中会形成大量的水蒸气,水蒸气具有浮力,这样设置可以防止介质置换部3抖动,从而可以降低电饭煲工作时的噪音。
在本申请的一些实施例中,介质置换部周壁与盛放部2一体成型,如此设置能够将介质置换部3与盛放部2设置为一体成型件,可以提升介质置换部3与盛放部2的整体结构强度和刚度,从而可以防止介质置换部3与盛放部2分离,进而可以保证烹饪器具10的工作可靠性。例如,介质置换部周壁与盛放部2为注塑一体件。
在一些实施例中,介质置换部周壁与盛放部2还可以采用卡接、焊接或者铆接相连,这样设置能够将介质置换部3与盛放部2可靠地装配在一起,可以进一步避免介质置换部3与盛放部2分离,并且,也可以便于介质置换部3与盛放部2的装配,从而可以进一步提升介质置换部3与盛放部2的装配效率。
在本申请的一些实施例中,介质置换部3可以包括介质置换部周壁,介质置换部周壁从盛放部周壁21的下端向下延伸,如此设置能够提升介质置换部3与盛放部2的结构一致性,可以提升介质置换部3与盛放部2的整体美观性。
在本申请的一些实施例中,介质置换部周壁与盛放部周壁21均构造为圆环形,而且介质置换部周壁与盛放部周壁21的直径相等,这样设置能够使介质置换部3的横截面积等于盛放部2的横截面积,可以进一步提升介质置换部3与盛放部2的结构一致性, 且还提升了介质置换部3可置换的体积。
根据本申请实施例的用于烹饪器具10的烹饪附件包括:盛放部2、隔断部601和气液置换部3。气液置换部3为上述实施例的介质置换部3,盛放部2具有盛放部周壁21和盛放部底壁23,盛放部周壁21上设置有周壁通孔241,盛放部底壁23上形成贯通盛放部底壁23的连通通道60,隔断部601可转动地设置于盛放部底壁23,而且隔断部601通过转动作用封闭或者打开连通通道60。气液置换部3设置在盛放部底壁23的下表面上,气液置换部3的下端敞开以允许水蒸气进入并允许气液置换部3内的液体排出。
根据本申请实施例的烹饪附件,通过盛放部2、隔断部601和气液置换部3配合,能够使具有该烹饪附件的烹饪器具10具有蒸和煮的双重功能,在蒸食材时,可以防止食材被浸没泡烂的风险,同时通过设置气液置换部3,能够实现食材与水的有效分离。
根据本申请实施例的用于烹饪器具10的烹饪附件包括:盛放部2、第一板604、第二板605和气液置换部3。盛放部2具有盛放部周壁21和盛放部底壁23,盛放部周壁21上设置有周壁通孔241,盛放部底壁23上形成贯通盛放部底壁23的连通通道60。第一板604和第二板605可被替换地设置在连通通道60,第一板604为平板,而且第一板604适于遮盖连通通道60以封闭连通通道60,第二板605为具有通孔的通孔板。气液置换部3设置在盛放部底壁23的下表面上,气液置换部3的下端敞开,气液置换部3可以允许水蒸气进入并允许气液置换部3内的液体排出。需要说明的是,在本申请关于烹饪附件的实施例中,实质上与前述烹饪器具实施例中的盛放部、介质置换部、隔断部、第一板、第二板等构件的实施例是相同的,因此对于烹饪附件实施例中关于盛放部、介质置换部(如气液置换部)、隔断部、第一板、第二板等结构均可以采用与前述实施例相同的结构,因此这里不再一一赘述。
根据本申请实施例的烹饪附件,通过盛放部2、第一板604、第二板605和气液置换部3配合,能够使具有该烹饪附件的烹饪器具10具有蒸和煮的双重功能,在蒸食材时,可以防止食材被浸没泡烂的风险,同时通过设置气液置换部3,能够实现食材与水的有效分离。
根据本申请实施例的烹饪器具10,包括上述实施例的烹饪附件,烹饪附件设置安装在烹饪器具10上,该烹饪附件能够使具有该烹饪附件的烹饪器具10具有蒸和煮的双重功能,在蒸食材时,可以防止食材被浸没泡烂的风险,同时通过设置气液置换部3,能够实现食材与水的有效分离。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种烹饪器具,其特征在于,包括:
    本体部,所述本体部内具有烹饪腔;
    盛放部,所述盛放部设置于所述烹饪腔内且所述盛放部与所述烹饪腔连通;
    介质置换部,所述介质置换部设置于所述烹饪腔内,所述盛放部与所述介质置换部之间存在适于被选择性打开或隔断的连通通道,其中在所述连通通道被隔断时所述介质置换部设置成能够利用第一介质替换位于所述介质置换部内的液态的第二介质,从而使得被替换的所述第二介质能够排出所述介质置换部以改变所述烹饪腔内的液位,而在所述连通通道打开时所述盛放部与所述介质置换部通过所述连通通道形成连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,还包括:用于封闭和打开所述连通通道的隔断部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述隔断部通过旋转作用封闭和打开所述连通通道。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述盛放部具有盛放部底壁,所述盛放部底壁形成贯通所述盛放部底壁的所述连通通道,所述隔断部可转动地设置于所述盛放部底壁。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述介质置换部设置于所述盛放部的底部,且所述隔断部设置于所述盛放部底壁的底面。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述盛放部底壁上设置有多列连通通道,多列所述连通通道绕所述盛放部的中心轴线分布,所述隔断部包括:中间转动部和挡板部,所述挡板部连接于所述中间转动部,所述挡板部通过所述中间转动部而转动连接于所述盛放部底壁,所述挡板部为多个且以所述中间转动部为中心分布。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,还包括:
    第一板和第二板,所述第一板和所述第二板可被替换地设置在所述连通通道,在所述第一板处于所述连通通道时所述连通通道处于所述隔断状态,而在所述第二板处于所述连通通道时所述连通通道处于打开状态。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述第一板为平板且遮盖所述连通通道以封闭所述连通通道,所述第二板为具有通孔的通孔板。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述盛放部包括盛放部周壁和盛放部底壁,所述盛放部底壁上形成有缺口,所述第一板和所述第二板可被替换地设置在所述缺口处,所述缺口构造为所述连通通道。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述第一板和所述第二板中的每一个上设置有卡扣,所述盛放部底壁上设置有卡槽,所述卡扣可滑入卡接在所述卡槽中。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述盛放部底壁上设置有沉槽,所述沉槽环绕所述缺口,所述沉槽用于放置所述第一板或所述第二板。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,处在所述沉槽内的所述第一板或所述第二板的上表面与所述盛放部底壁的上表面平齐。
  13. 根据权利要求1-12中任一项所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述盛放部上设置有盛放部通孔,所述盛放部通孔用于连通所述烹饪腔与所述盛放部的内部空间;进一步,所述盛放部包括盛放部周壁和盛放部底壁,所述盛放部通孔包括:周壁通孔,所述周壁通孔设置于所述盛放部周壁;和/或所述盛放部包括盛放部周壁和盛放部底壁,所述盛放部通孔包括:底壁通孔,所述底壁通孔设置于所述盛放部底壁,进一步,所述底壁通孔环绕在所述介质置换部的径向外侧。
  14. 根据权利要求1-13中任一项所述的烹饪器具,其特征在于,所述介质置换部与所述盛放部可拆卸地相连且位于所述盛放部的底部。
  15. 一种用于烹饪器具的烹饪附件,其特征在于,包括:
    盛放部,所述盛放部上设置有盛放部通孔,所述盛放部上形成贯通所述盛放部的连通通道;
    气液置换部,所述气液置换部设置在所述盛放部的底部,所述连通通道用于连通所述气液置换部和所述盛放部;
    隔断部,所述隔断部可动地设置于所述盛放部且用于封闭或打开所述连通通道。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的用于烹饪器具的烹饪附件,其特征在于,所述盛放部具有盛放部底壁,所述隔断部可转动或可滑动地设置于所述盛放部底壁;和/或
    所述盛放部底壁上设置有多列连通通道,多列所述连通通道绕所述盛放部的中心轴线分布,所述隔断部包括:中间转动部和挡板部,所述挡板部连接于所述中间转动部,所述挡板部通过所述中间转动部而转动连接于所述盛放部底壁,所述挡板部为多个且以所述中间转动部为中心分布;和/或
    所述盛放部包括盛放部周壁和盛放部底壁,所述盛放部通孔包括:周壁通孔,所述周壁通孔设置于所述盛放部周壁;和/或
    所述盛放部包括盛放部周壁和盛放部底壁,所述盛放部通孔包括:底壁通孔,所述底壁通孔设置于所述盛放部底壁;和/或
    所述底壁通孔环绕在所述介质置换部的径向外侧;和/或
    所述介质置换部与所述盛放部可拆卸地相连且位于所述盛放部的底部。
  17. 一种用于烹饪器具的烹饪附件,其特征在于,包括:
    盛放部,所述盛放部上设置有盛放部通孔,所述盛放部底壁上形成贯通所述盛放部底壁的连通通道;
    气液置换部,所述气液置换部设置在所述盛放部的底部,所述连通通道用于连通所述气液置换部和所述盛放部;
    第一板和第二板,所述第一板和所述第二板可被替换地设置在所述连通通道,在所述第一板处于所述连通通道时所述连通通道处于所述隔断状态,而在所述第二板处于所述连通通道时所述连通通道处于打开状态。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的用于烹饪器具的烹饪附件,其特征在于,所述第一板为平板且遮盖所述连通通道以封闭所述连通通道,所述第二板为具有通孔的通孔板;和/或
    所述盛放部包括盛放部周壁和盛放部底壁,所述盛放部底壁上形成有缺口,所述第一板和所述第二板可被替换地设置在所述缺口处,所述缺口构造为所述连通通道;和/或
    所述第一板和所述第二板中的每一个上设置有卡扣,所述盛放部底壁上设置有卡槽,所述卡扣可滑入卡接在所述卡槽中;和/或
    所述盛放部底壁上设置有沉槽,所述沉槽环绕所述缺口,所述沉槽用于放置所述第一板或所述第二板;和/或
    处在所述沉槽内的所述第一板或所述第二板的上表面与所述盛放部底壁的上表面平齐;和/或
    所述盛放部包括盛放部周壁和盛放部底壁,所述盛放部通孔包括:周壁通孔,所述周壁通孔设置于所述盛放部周壁;和/或
    所述盛放部包括盛放部周壁和盛放部底壁,所述盛放部通孔包括:底壁通孔,所述底壁通孔设置于所述盛放部底壁;和/或
    所述底壁通孔环绕在所述介质置换部的径向外侧;和/或
    所述介质置换部与所述盛放部可拆卸地相连且位于所述盛放部的底部。
  19. 一种烹饪器具,其特征在于,包括根据权利要求15-18中任一项所述的用于烹饪器具的烹饪附件。
