Abstract

一种显示模组(1),通过使用柔性盖板(20)包覆显示组件(10),从而密封了背光盒(101)与支撑结构(103)之间的第一间隙(40)、以及支撑结构(103)与显示面板(104)之间的第二间隙(50),可以隔绝外界的水汽和灰尘等进入显示组件(10)的内部,从而提高了显示模组(1)的防尘、防水等能力,进而提高了显示模组(1)的可靠性。

Description

显示模组 技术领域
本申请涉及车载显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于车载的显示模组。
背景技术
随着显示面板技术和汽车技术的发展,车载低温多晶硅(Low Temperature Poly-silicon, LTPS)显示模组由于具有窄边框的特性而被广泛应用到汽车领域,因此,对车载LTPS显示模组的可靠性的要求也越来越高。
技术问题
在现有的车载LTPS显示模组中,显示模组的盖板通过固定胶带与模组粘接固定,然而固定胶带边缘处存在缝隙,水汽、灰尘等容易从缝隙处进入显示模组内部,从而影响显示模组的可靠性。
技术解决方案
本申请实施例提供了一种显示模组,可以提高显示模组的可靠性。
本申请实施例提供了一种显示模组,包括:显示组件和柔性盖板;
所述显示组件包括:
背光盒,所述背光盒包括底壁和侧壁,所述底壁和侧壁围设成一收容空间;
背光模组,所述背光模组收容于所述收容空间内;
支撑结构,所述支撑结构位于所述背光盒的侧壁上;以及
显示面板,所述显示面板设置于所述支撑结构上;
所述柔性盖板包覆所述显示组件设置,且密封所述背光盒与所述支撑结构之间的第一间隙、所述支撑结构与所述显示面板之间的第二间隙。
在本申请实施例提供的显示模组中,所述柔性盖板包括:与所述支撑结构一侧对应设置的第一部分、与所述显示面板对应设置的第二部分、与所述背光盒底壁对应设置的第三部分和与所述支撑结构另一侧对应设置的第四部分。
其中,所述第一部分连接于所述第二部分和第三部分之间,所述第四部分连接于所述第二部分和第三部分之间。
在本申请实施例提供的显示模组中,所述柔性盖板包括硬化层、基材层和胶层;
所述基材层设置于所述硬化层和所述胶层之间。
在本申请实施例提供的显示模组中,所述柔性盖板通过所述胶层与所述显示组件贴合。
在本申请实施例提供的显示模组中,所述硬化层、所述基材层和所述胶层均为透明材质。
在本申请实施例提供的显示模组中,所述基材层的材料为聚酰亚胺。
在本申请实施例提供的显示模组中,,所述硬化层具有防刮耐磨的作用。
在本申请实施例提供的显示模组中,所述支撑结构包括主体部、第一延伸部和第二延伸部;所述主体部设置于所述侧壁之上;所述第一延伸部设置于所述主体部靠近所述侧壁的一侧,且朝所述底壁的方向延伸,所述第一延伸部位于所述侧壁远离所述收容空间的一侧;所述第二延伸部设置于所述主体部靠近所述侧壁的一侧,所述第二延伸部的延伸方向与所述第一延伸部的延伸方向具有一预设夹角,所述第二延伸部位于所述背光模组之上。
在本申请实施例提供的显示模组中,所述第一部分贴合所述第一延伸部远离所述侧壁的一侧以及所述主体部远离所述侧壁的一侧。

有益效果
本申请实施例提供了一种显示模组,该显示模组包括显示组件和柔性盖板,所述显示组件包括:背光盒,所述背光盒包括底壁和侧壁,所述底壁和侧壁围设成一收容空间;背光模组,所述背光模组收容于所述收容空间内;支撑结构,所述支撑结构位于所述背光盒的侧壁上;以及显示面板,所述显示面板设置于所述支撑结构上;所述柔性盖板包覆所述显示组件设置,且密封所述背光盒与所述支撑结构之间的间隙、所述支撑结构与所述显示面板之间的间隙。本方案通过使用柔性盖板包覆显示组件,隔绝了外界的水汽和灰尘等进入显示组件的内部,从而提高了显示模组的防尘、防水等能力,进而提高了显示模组的可靠性。

本发明的实施方式
下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
本申请实施例提供了一种显示模组,以下将进行详细说明。
请参阅图1,图1是本申请实施例提供的显示模组的结构示意图。该显示模组1可以包括显示组件10和柔性盖板20。
其中,该显示组件10可以包括背光盒101、背光模组102、支撑结构103和显示面板104。需要说明的是,该显示组件10包括但不限于上述部件,显示组件10还可以包括其他部件,比如控制芯片、固定胶带等。
背光盒101可以包括底壁1011和侧壁1012。该底壁1011和该侧壁1012可以围设成一收容空间1013。该收容空间1013可用于收容该背光模组102。该底壁1011可以用于放置背光模组102,该侧壁1012可以用于支撑该支撑结构103。
背光模组102可以收容于该收容空间1013内,该背光模组102可以用于为显示面板104提供光源。该背光模组102贴合于背光盒101的底壁1011。请参阅图2,该背光模组102可以包括从下往上依次层叠的反射片1021、导光板1022和增亮膜片1023。该增亮膜片1023可以包括从下往上依次层叠的下扩散片1023a、下增光片1023b、上增光片1023c和上扩散片1023d。反射片1021、导光板1022和增亮膜片1023的具体作用为公知常识,在此不再一一赘述。
支撑结构103可以设置于背光盒101的侧壁1012上。该支撑结构103可以包括主体部1031、第一延伸部1032和第二延伸部1033。
主体部1031设置于背光盒101的侧壁1012上。第一延伸部1032设置于主体部1031靠近侧壁1012的一侧。第一延伸部1032朝底壁1011的方向延伸。该第一延伸部1032位于侧壁1012远离收容空间1013的一侧。第二延伸部1033设置于主体部1031靠近侧壁1012的一侧。该第二延伸部1033的延伸方向与第一延伸部1032的延伸方向具有一预设夹角1034,该预设夹角1034可以在80°-100°之间,优选的,该预设夹角为90°。该第二延伸部1033位于背光模组102之上。该第二延伸部1033可以用于支撑显示面板104。需要说明的是,该支撑结构103的第二延伸部1032与背光盒101的侧壁1012之间具有第一缝隙40。
在一些实施例中,可以分别在支撑结构103和侧壁1012上设置一卡扣结构,支撑结构103和侧壁1012通过卡扣结构卡接固定。还可以在支撑结构103和侧壁1012之间增加固定胶带,支撑结构103和侧壁1012通过固定胶带固定连接。
需要说明的是,由于增亮膜片1023在对光线进行增强工作时会膨胀,为了防止增亮膜片1023膨胀过程中受到支撑结构103的第二延伸部1033或背光盒101的侧壁1012的挤压导致损坏。因此,需要在背光模组102与背光盒101的侧壁1012、支撑结构103的第二延伸部1033之间需要预留一缓冲空间。具体的,可以在背光模组102与背光盒101的侧壁1012、支撑结构103的第二延伸部1033之间设置一缝隙1014作为缓冲空间。
显示面板104可以设置于支撑结构103上。显示面板104可以用于显示图像。在一些实施例中,该显示面板104可以通过一固定胶带与支撑结构103固定连接。其中,显示面板104与支撑结构103的主体部1031之间具有第二缝隙50。
请参阅图3,该显示面板104可以包括从下往上依次层叠的下偏光片1041、薄膜晶体管1042、彩膜基板1043和上偏光片1044。
为了避免外界的水汽和灰尘等进入显示组件10内,可以设置一柔性盖板20。该柔性盖板20可以包覆在显示组件10上,以覆盖显示组件10上的缝隙,防止外界的水汽和灰尘等进入显示组件10。
如图4所示,该柔性盖板20可以包括硬化层21、基材层22和胶层23。基材层22设置于硬化层21和胶层23之间。硬化层21具有防刮耐磨的作用,可以起到对基材层22的保护作用。基材层22可以采用透明聚酰亚胺(PI)材料制成,PI材料耐高温性能较好,有利于使用溅镀或蒸镀制作硬化层21。胶层23主要用于将该柔性盖板20粘结固定于显示组件10。该柔性盖板20可以通过胶层23与显示组件10贴合。需要说明的是,硬化层21、基材层22和胶层23均为透明材质,即该柔性盖板20是透明的。
该柔性盖板20包覆显示组件10设置,且密封背光盒101与支撑结构103之间的第一间隙40、以及支撑结构103与显示面板104之间的第二缝隙50。柔性盖板20可以包括与所述支撑结构103一侧对应设置的第一部分201、与所述显示面板104对应设置的第二部分202、与所述背光盒101底壁1011对应设置的第三部分203和与所述支撑结构103另一侧对应设置的第四部分204。第一部分201连接于第二部分202和第三部分203之间。第四部分204连接于第二部分202和第三部分203之间。可以理解的是,由于该柔性盖板20是透明的,因此,该柔性盖板20的第二部分202可以透明导光,显示面板104可以通过该第二部分20进行显示。
其中,该柔性盖板20的第三部分203可以包括第一子部分2031和第二子部分2032,第一子部分2031和第二子部分2032可以直接相连。在一些实施例中,请参阅图5,为了材料成本,可以在第一子部分2031和第二子部分2032之间预留一空隙30,缩短第一子部分2031和第二子部分2032的长度。需要说明的是,第一子部分2031和第二子部分2032需覆盖支撑结构103的第一延伸部1031与背光盒101的底壁1011之间的第一间隙40。可以理解的是,第一子部分2031与第一部分201连接,第二子部分2032与第四部分204连接。
该第一部分201贴合第一延伸部1032远离侧壁1012的一侧以及主体部1031远离侧壁1012的一侧。该第二部分202贴合主体部1031远离第二延伸部1033的一侧以及显示面板104远离背光模组102的一侧。该第三部分203贴合底壁1011远离背光模组102的一侧,即是第一子部分2031和第二子部分2031贴合背光盒101的底壁1011远离背光模组102的一侧。该第四部分204贴合第一延伸部1032远离侧壁1012的一侧以及主体部1031远离侧壁1012的一侧。
本申请实施例提供的显示模组1,通过使用柔性盖板20包覆显示组件10,从而密封了背光盒101与支撑结构103之间的第一间隙40、以及支撑结构103与显示面板104之间的第二缝隙50,隔绝了外界的水汽和灰尘等进入显示组件10的内部,从而提高了显示模组1的防尘、防水等能力,进而提高了显示模组1的可靠性。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种显示模组,其包括:显示组件和柔性盖板;
    所述显示组件包括:
    背光盒,所述背光盒包括底壁和侧壁,所述底壁和侧壁围设成一收容空间;
    背光模组,所述背光模组收容于所述收容空间内;
    支撑结构,所述支撑结构位于所述背光盒的侧壁上;以及
    显示面板,所述显示面板设置于所述支撑结构上;
    所述柔性盖板包覆所述显示组件设置,且密封所述背光盒与所述支撑结构之间的第一间隙、所述支撑结构与所述显示面板之间的第二间隙。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的显示模组,其中,所述柔性盖板包括:与所述支撑结构一侧对应设置的第一部分、与所述显示面板对应设置的第二部分、与所述背光盒底壁对应设置的第三部分和与所述支撑结构另一侧对应设置的第四部分;
    其中,所述第一部分分别与所述第二部分和第三部分连接,所述第四部分分别与所述第二部分和第三部分连接。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的显示模组,其中,所述柔性盖板包括硬化层、基材层和胶层;
    所述基材层设置于所述硬化层和所述胶层之间。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的显示模组,其中,所述柔性盖板通过所述胶层与所述显示组件贴合。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的显示模组,其中,所述硬化层、所述基材层和所述胶层均为透明材质。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的显示模组,其中,所述基材层的材料为聚酰亚胺。
  7. 如权利要求2所述的显示模组,其中,所述支撑结构包括主体部、第一延伸部和第二延伸部;所述主体部设置于所述侧壁之上;所述第一延伸部设置于所述主体部靠近所述侧壁的一侧,且朝所述底壁的方向延伸,所述第一延伸部位于所述侧壁远离所述收容空间的一侧;所述第二延伸部设置于所述主体部靠近所述侧壁的一侧,所述第二延伸部的延伸方向与所述第一延伸部的延伸方向具有一预设夹角,所述第二延伸部位于所述背光模组之上。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的显示模组,其中,所述第一部分贴合所述第一延伸部远离所述侧壁的一侧以及所述主体部远离所述侧壁的一侧。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的显示模组,其中,所述第二部分贴合所述主体部远离所述第二延伸部的一侧和所述显示面板远离所述背光模组的一侧。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的显示模组,其中,所述第三部分包括第一子部分和第二子部分;
    所述第一子部分与所述第一部分连接,所述第二子部分与所述第四部分连接,所述第一子部分和所述第二子部分贴合所述底壁远离所述背光模组的一侧。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的显示模组,其中,所述第一子部分与所述第二子部分连接。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的显示模组,其中,所述第一子部分与所述第二子部分之间具有空隙。
  13. 如权利要求7所述的显示模组,其中,所述第四部分贴合所述第一延伸部远离所述侧壁的一侧以及所述主体部远离所述侧壁的一侧。
  14. 如权利要求7所述的显示模组,其中,在所述背光模组与所述侧壁、所述第二延伸部之间具有一缝隙。
  15. 如权利要求1所述的显示模组,其中,所述背光模组包括从下往上依次层叠的反射片、导光板和增亮膜片。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的显示模组,其中,所述增亮膜片包括从下往上依次层叠的下扩散片、下增光片、上增光片和上扩散片。
  17. 如权利要求1所述的显示模组,其中,所述显示面板包括从下往上依次层叠的下偏光片、薄膜晶体管、彩膜基板和上偏光片。
  18. 一种显示模组,其包括:显示组件和柔性盖板;
    所述显示组件包括:
    背光盒,所述背光盒包括底壁和侧壁,所述底壁和侧壁围设成一收容空间;
    背光模组,所述背光模组收容于所述收容空间内;
    支撑结构,所述支撑结构位于所述背光盒的侧壁上;以及
    显示面板,所述显示面板设置于所述支撑结构上;
    所述柔性盖板包覆所述显示组件设置,且密封所述背光盒与所述支撑结构之间的第一间隙、所述支撑结构与所述显示面板之间的第二间隙,所述柔性盖板包括与所述支撑结构一侧对应设置的第一部分、与所述显示面板对应设置的第二部分、与所述背光盒底壁对应设置的第三部分和与所述支撑结构另一侧对应设置的第四部分,其中,所述第一部分分别与所述第二部分和第三部分连接,所述第四部分分别与所述第二部分和第三部分连接。
