相关技术中的连接器组件,不能满足安全性能要求高的连接场合,操作人员或其它无关人员均能够随意将连接器组件进行分离,而连接器组件若被无关人员分离断开,在安全等级要求较高的环境中,则容易造成意想不到的后果。
发明内容
本申请提供了一种连接器组件,能够应用于安全性能要求高的连接场合,能够避免被无关人员分离断开,减少安全隐患。
一实施例提供了一种连接器组件,包括第一部件和第二部件,所述第一部件包括内壳和外壳,所述外壳套设在所述内壳上;所述第二部件被配置为与所述第一部件的所述内壳卡接,所述外壳设置为相对于所述内壳向远离所述第二部件的方向移动以使所述第二部件与所述第一部件脱离卡接;及锁定组件,包括锁定槽和锁定钩,所述锁定槽设置于所述内壳上,所述锁定钩设置于所述外壳上;或所述锁定槽设置于所述外壳上,所述锁定钩设置于所述内壳上,所述锁定钩设置为卡接在所述锁定槽内以使所述外壳相对于所述内壳固定。

具体实施方式
在本申请的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“内”、“外”、“前”、“后”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,或是本产品使用时惯常摆放的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。
此外,本申请中的“第一”、“第二”、“第三”等仅用于区别部件名称,以便于描述,不能表示优先级顺序。
连接器组件通常设置为连接两个电部件或两个光部件以传输光信号或电信号。如图1-图2所示,连接器组件包括第一部件1和第二部件2,两个部件通过卡接实现可拆卸连接,从而实现两个电部件或光部件之间的可拆卸连接。本实施例提供的连接器组件可以是光纤连接器组件或电连接器组件等。其中,第一部件1可以是连接器,第二部件2可以是与连接器相配合的适配器。
需要说明的是,如图1所示,为了方便描述,“从上至下”为第一部件1逐渐移动至插入第二部件2的方向。同理,“从下至上”为第一部件1逐渐移动至脱离第二部件2的方向。“前面”指图1中第一部件1和第二部件2前面的可见面,“后面”指图1中第一部件1和第二部件2中与“前面”相对的不可见的面。“左面”指图1中的左边不可见的面,“右面”指图1中与“左面”相对的可见面。
如图3所示,接下来以第一部件1为具有插头131的连接器,第二部件2为具有插孔22的适配器为例进行说明。
在一实施例中,第一部件1包括芯体13,芯体13的第一端为插头131,芯体13的第二端为固定端132,插头131能够插入第二部件2的插孔22内,固定端132设置为与电部件固定连接。其中,电部件为缆线部件。
在一实施例中,如图3-图5所示,第一部件1还包括内壳11,芯体13卡设在内壳11内部。内壳11上设置有卡槽111,第二部件2上设置有卡钩21,当芯体13的插头131插入第二部件2的插孔22时,第二部件2的卡钩21能够与第一部件1的卡槽111卡接,从而实现第一部件1和第二部件2连接。
在一实施例中,如图6结合图2所示,第一部件1还包括外壳12,外壳12套设在内壳11外且外壳12能够相对于内壳11移动。外壳12上与内壳11上的卡槽111相对应的位置设置有缺口,以保证第二部件2的卡钩21能够卡入卡槽111内。
此外,如图2所示,外壳12的缺口两侧均设置有凸台122。如图4所示,第二部件2上设置有悬臂23,卡钩21设置在悬臂23的一端且位于悬臂23的内侧,凸台122能够与悬臂23内侧的卡钩21相抵接以撑开悬臂23使卡钩21与卡槽111脱离卡接。
在一实施例中,凸台122与卡钩21抵接的表面为倾斜面,倾斜面为沿远离外壳12中心轴线的方向与外壳12中心轴线呈非零夹角,当外壳12在外力作用下向远离第二部件2的方向运动时,该倾斜面能够与第二部件2的悬臂23内侧的卡钩21相抵接,外壳12继续向上运动使该倾斜面撑开悬臂23,从而使卡钩21与卡槽111脱离卡接。
当需要将第一部件1和第二部件2连接时,第一部件1插入第二部件2,第二部件2的悬臂23上的卡钩21卡接锁定在第一部件1的卡槽111内,从而实现连接器组件的组装。当需要分离时,直接拉拔外壳12,由于内壳11上的卡槽111与卡钩21锁定,内壳11不能移动,而外壳12在外力的作用下能够相对内壳11移动,从而使外壳12上的倾斜面抵接在卡钩21的底部,在外壳12向远离第二部件2的方向 运动的过程中,倾斜面将悬臂23撑开以使卡钩21和卡槽111脱离,从而实现第一部件1和第二部件2的拆解分离。
第一部件1和第二部件2均为棱柱状。在一实施例中,第二部件2可以设置有两个卡钩21,两个卡钩21分别设置在第二部件2相对设置的两个侧面上,本实施例中,两个带卡钩21的悬臂23分别对称设置在第二部件2内部的第一侧面上和第二侧面上,第一侧面和第二侧面位置相对。相应地,两个卡槽111分别对称设置在内壳11的第一侧面上和第二侧面上,内壳11的第一侧面和第二侧面位置相对。缺口的个数为两个,两个缺口分别设置在外壳12的第一侧面上和第二侧面上,外壳12的第一侧面和第二侧面位置相对,且每个缺口的第一侧和第二侧均设置有一个带倾斜面的凸台122。
在一实施例中,卡槽111与卡钩21的抵接面为平面,以提高卡槽111与卡钩21的卡接效果。
如图5-图7所示,在一实施例中,为了提高连接器组件的安全性,防止无关人员仅通过拉拔就能将第一部件1和第二部件2分离,该连接器组件还包括锁定组件,在一实施例中,锁定组件包括设置在内壳11的锁定槽31和设置在外壳12上的锁定钩32,锁定钩32能够卡接在锁定槽31内以使外壳12相对于内壳11固定,防止外壳12相对于内壳11移动,以使外壳12上的倾斜面不能撑开带卡钩21的悬臂23,防止仅拉拔第一部件1就使第一部件1和第二部件2分离。在其他实施例中,还可以是在外壳12上设置锁定槽31,在内壳11上设置锁定钩32,锁定钩32能够卡接在锁定槽31内以使外壳12相对于内壳11固定,也能够达到上述效果。
本实施例提供的连接器组件,能够应用于安全性能要求高的连接场合,能够避免被无关人员分离断开,减少安全隐患。
在一实施例中,如图8、图2及图4所示,为了解除锁定模式,使特定工作人员能够将第一部件1拔出第二部件2,该连接器组件还包括解锁件4,解锁件4配置为使锁定钩32与锁定槽31脱离卡接,从而使外壳12在外力作用下能够相对于内壳11移动,以实现将第一部件1与第二部件2分离。
在一实施例中,如图7所示,外壳12上设置有锁定臂121,锁定钩32固定设置在锁定臂121的一端,以便于外壳12和内壳11的装配。锁定臂121的第一端与外壳12连接,锁定臂121的第二端设置有锁定钩32,锁定钩32能够与锁定槽31卡接或脱离卡接。
在一实施例中,锁定臂121的个数为两个,锁定槽31的个数也为两个,两个 锁定臂121分别设置在外壳12的第三侧面上和第四侧面上,外壳12的第三侧面和第四侧面位置相对,两个锁定槽31分别设置在内壳11的第三侧面上和第四侧面上,内壳11的第三侧面和第四侧面位置相对,锁定臂121在外力的作用下能够带动锁定钩32与内壳11上的锁定槽31脱离卡接。
在一实施例中,解锁件4上还设置有导向通道,当解锁件4解锁时,第一部件1的芯体13的固定端132容置于导向通道内,使解锁件4沿导向通道的方向移动至第一部件1的内壳11和外壳12之间,以进行解锁。
在一实施例中,如图8所示,导向通道为U型半封闭通道,以适应不同尺寸的固定端132。
在一实施例中,如图8和图9所示,解锁件4上还设置有解锁臂41,解锁臂41被配置为插入外壳12和内壳11之间并与锁定臂121相抵接,以撑开锁定臂121使锁定钩32与锁定槽31脱离卡接。
在一实施例中,如图10和图2所示,解锁臂41上设置有第一斜面42,第一斜面42被配置为与锁定臂121相抵接。
在一实施例中,解锁臂41的端部为梯形,解锁臂41端部的两侧分别设置有第一斜面42,两个第一斜面42分别与两个锁定臂121相抵接。当解锁件4插入外壳12和内壳11之间进行解锁时,两个解锁臂41的第一斜面42能够推动两个锁定臂121,使两个锁定臂121向外张开,从而使锁定钩32与锁定槽31脱离卡接。
在本实施例中,如图6所示,锁定臂121具有预设的宽度,在锁定臂121宽度方向的两端分别设置有一个凸起1211,凸起1211能够与解锁臂41相抵接,凸起1211与解锁臂41抵接的面为斜面,以使解锁臂41能够推动撑开两个锁定臂121。
在一实施例中,解锁臂41的个数为两个,两个解锁臂41对称设置在解锁件4的两侧,其中一个解锁臂41上的两个第一斜面42分别与两个锁定臂121的第一端抵接,另一解锁臂41上的两个第一斜面42分别与两个锁定臂121的第二端抵接,使锁定臂121的第一端和第二端受力均匀,以使锁定臂121的运动更加平稳。
在一实施例中,如图2所示,为了使特定的解锁件4只能解锁与该解锁件4相匹配的第一部件1,在解锁件4上还设置有卡凸44,在第一部件1的外壳12上设置有容纳槽123,卡凸44被配置为当卡凸44卡入容纳槽123时,解锁臂41能够撑开锁定臂121使锁定钩32与锁定槽31脱离卡接。
在一实施例中,只有当解锁件4上的卡凸44卡入外壳12上的容纳槽123内,解锁臂41移动并插入内壳11和外壳12之间,才能够撑开锁定臂121使锁定钩32与 锁定槽31脱离。因此,该设计使得一个解锁件4只能解锁与该解锁件4相匹配的第一部件1,实现防止无关人员随意断开连接器组件。
在其他实施例中,卡凸44的数量可以是多个,具体可根据需要设计。
在一实施例中,解锁件4和外壳12上均设置相同的标识,以便于根据外壳12的标识快速选择匹配的解锁件4。在其他实施例中,还可以是解锁件4上设置第一标识,外壳12上设置第二标识,第一标识能够与第二标识相匹配。在一实施例中,可以是第一标识和第二标识能够共同组成一个完整的图案,也可以是第一标识和第二标识能够共同组成一个具有特定意义的单词或文字组合。在其他实施例中,第一标识和第二标识还可以是其他形式,只要能够便于工作人员根据外壳12快速匹配解锁件4即可。
在一实施例中,针对有多个不同的第一部件1的情况下,为了快速选择与第一部件1相匹配的解锁件4,可通过使解锁件4的颜色与外壳12的颜色相同,以便于快速选择。在其他实施例中,还可以在第一部件1和与该第一部件1匹配的解锁件4上设置相同的其他标识,比如可通过相同颜色的贴纸、或者具有能够匹配图案的贴纸、或其他能够便于根据外壳12快速选择与该外壳12匹配的解锁件4的标识,以提高效率。
在一实施例中,可通过调整卡凸44和容纳槽123的形状,实现一个第一部件1只能由与该第一部件1匹配的解锁件4解锁后,才能与第二部件2分离。示例性地,卡凸44和容纳槽123的形状均为矩形,或卡凸44和容纳槽123的形状均为半球形,或卡凸44和容纳槽123的形状均为半圆盘形,只要能够实现一个第一部件1只能由与该第一部件1匹配的解锁件4解锁,才能与第二部件2分离。
在一实施例中,可通过设置卡凸44和容纳槽123的位置,实现一个第一部件1只能由与该第一部件1匹配的解锁件4解锁,才能与第二部件2分离。在一实施例中,将三个容纳槽123设置在外壳12同一侧壁的三个不同位置,解锁件4的卡凸44也设置有三个,且与三个容纳槽123一一对应设置,则只有解锁件4的卡凸44一一对应地卡入三个容纳槽123时,才能够实现解锁。卡凸44和容纳槽123只要存在位置误差,解锁件4就不能够解锁第一部件1,因此,卡凸44和容纳槽123的位置不限于上述的三种情况。
在一实施例中,还可以通过设置卡凸44和容纳槽123的个数,实现一个第一部件1只能由与该第一部件1匹配的解锁件4解锁,才能与第二部件2分离。示例性地,卡凸44和容纳槽123的数量可以为一个、两个、三个或四个等等。
在一实施例中,当第一部件1与第二部件2分离时,第二部件2的插孔22处于开放环境,容易进入粉尘,影响连接器的传输效果。为了解决该问题,本实施例提供的连接器组件还包括防尘帽5,如图11所示,防尘帽5能够与第二部件2相配合以遮挡第二部件2的插孔22。
在一实施例中,如图11-图13所示,防尘帽5上设置有卡接槽51,卡接槽51被配置为与第二部件2的卡钩21卡接以使防尘帽5与第二部件2固定。
在一实施例中,卡接槽51与卡钩21的接触部位为平面接触,从而使得仅靠拉拔力的作用下,卡钩21不能与卡接槽51相分离,即不能将防尘帽5从第二部件2上拔出。
在一实施例中,如图12所示,为了能够将防尘帽5拔出第二部件2,防尘帽5上设置有解锁槽52,解锁臂41被配置为插入解锁槽52内并与第二部件2的卡钩21抵接,以使卡钩21与卡接槽51脱离卡接。
本实施例中,解锁件4既能够使第一部件1和第二部件2脱离卡接,又能使防尘帽5与第二部件2脱离卡接。当第一部件1和第二部件2不需要连接时,需把防尘帽5卡接到第二部件2中,此时,卡钩21与卡接槽51卡接,以防止插孔22落入灰尘;当第一部件1与第二部件2需要连接时,需先利用解锁件4将防尘帽5从第二部件2中移除,然后再将第一部件1连接到第二部件2上,此时,卡钩21与卡槽111卡接。
在一实施例中,如图13和图10所示,解锁臂41上还设置有第二斜面43,第二斜面43被配置为与第二部件2的卡钩21抵接以使卡钩21与卡接槽51脱离卡接。
在本实施例中,解锁臂41的端部为梯形,解锁臂41的两侧均设置有第一斜面42,解锁臂41的两个所述第一斜面42之间的外表面上设置有第二斜面43。
在一实施例中,解锁臂41的内表面上设置有导向块,防尘帽5的外壁上设置有导向槽,导向块能够与导向槽相配合,使解锁臂41能够沿导向槽平稳移动。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种连接器组件,包括:
    第一部件(1)和第二部件(2),所述第一部件(1)包括内壳(11)和外壳(12),所述外壳(12)套设在所述内壳(11)上;所述第二部件(2)被配置为与所述第一部件(1)的所述内壳(11)卡接,所述外壳(12)设置为相对于所述内壳(11)向远离所述第二部件(2)的方向移动以使所述第二部件(2)与所述第一部件(1)脱离卡接;及
    锁定组件,包括锁定槽(31)和锁定钩(32),所述锁定槽(31)设置于所述内壳(11)上,所述锁定钩(32)设置于所述外壳(12)上;或所述锁定槽(31)设置于所述外壳(12)上,所述锁定钩(32)设置于所述内壳(11)上,所述锁定钩(32)设置为卡接在所述锁定槽(31)内以使所述外壳(12)相对于所述内壳(11)固定。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的连接器组件,还包括解锁件(4),所述解锁件(4)被配置为当所述外壳(12)相对于所述内壳(11)固定时,可插入所述外壳(12)和所述内壳(11)之间,使所述锁定钩(32)与所述锁定槽(31)脱离卡接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的连接器组件,其中,所述外壳(12)上设置有锁定臂(121),所述锁定钩(32)固定设置在所述锁定臂(121)的一端。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的连接器组件,其中,所述解锁件(4)上设置有解锁臂(41),所述解锁臂(41)被配置为当所述外壳(12)相对于所述内壳(11)固定时,可插入所述外壳(12)和所述内壳(11)之间并与所述锁定臂(121)相抵接,以撑开所述锁定臂(121)使所述锁定钩(32)与所述锁定槽(31)脱离卡接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的连接器组件,其中,所述解锁臂(41)上设置有第一斜面(42),所述第一斜面(42)被配置为当所述解锁臂(41)插入所述外壳(12)和所述内壳(11)之间时,与所述锁定臂(121)相抵接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的连接器组件,其中,所述解锁件(4)上设置有卡凸(44),所述外壳(12)上设置有容纳槽(123),所述卡凸(44)设置为当所述外壳(12)相对于所述内壳(11)固定时,可卡入所述容纳槽(123)中,所述解锁臂(41)设置为当所述卡凸(44)卡入所述容纳槽(123)时,可撑开所述锁定臂(121)使所述锁定钩(32)与所述锁定槽(31)脱离卡接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的连接器组件,其中,所述解锁件(4)上还设置有第一标识,所述外壳(12)上还设置有第二标识,所述第一标识与所述第二标 识相同,或所述第一标识与所述第二标识相互匹配。
  8. 根据权利要求5-7任一项所述的连接器组件,还包括防尘帽(5),所述防尘帽(5)设置为当所述第一部件(1)与所述第二部件(2)脱离卡接时,可卡入所述第二部件(2)内部,所述防尘帽(5)上设置有卡接槽(51),所述第二部件(2)上设置有卡钩(21),所述卡接槽(51)被配置为当所述防尘帽(5)卡入所述第二部件(2)内部时,与所述卡钩(21)卡接以使所述防尘帽(5)与所述第二部件(2)固定。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的连接器组件,其中,所述防尘帽(5)上还设置有解锁槽(52),所述解锁臂(41)被配置为当所述防尘帽(5)卡入所述第二部件(2)内部时,可插入所述解锁槽(52)内并与所述卡钩(21)抵接,以使所述卡钩(21)与所述卡接槽(51)脱离卡接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的连接器组件,其中,所述解锁臂(41)上还设置有第二斜面(43),所述第二斜面(43)被配置为当所述解锁臂(41)插入所述解锁槽(52)内时,与所述卡钩(21)抵接以使所述卡钩(21)与所述卡接槽(51)脱离卡接。
