现有技术中,可通过在设计冷却装置来降低火排组件工作时的燃烧温度,从而使燃气燃烧更加充分,来降低氮氧化物的排放,但在燃烧器中增加冷却装置,会增大燃烧器的体积,占用空间变大,导致运输、安装不方便等问题。
如中国专利文献公开的一种低氮燃烧器火排组件(申请号:201721560894.5),包括火排及设置在火排上端的火孔片,火排内部的两端设置有两个相连通的文丘里管,所述文丘里管为下端窄并逐渐向上扩大的进气管道,两个所述文丘里管的上端均设置有导流压槽,两个所述文丘里管之间设置有若干个冷却管孔,所述火孔片上端均匀开设有若干个火孔,所述文丘里管与若干个所述 火孔相连通。但该低氮燃烧器火排组件的进气管道呈垂直设置,应该容易产生回火且该火排组件的火排孔只能朝上设置,因此其适用范围不广。

尽管本文较多地使用了壳体1、进气通道2、进气部2a、引流部2b、进气口2c、燃烧腔3、燃烧板4、定位凸台5、翻边6、连通孔7等术语,但并不排除使用其它术语的可能性。使用这些术语仅仅是为了更方便地描述和解释本实用新型的本质;把它们解释成任何一种附加的限制都是与本实用新型精神相违背的。

Claims (9)

  1. 新型燃烧器的火排片,包括壳体(1),所述的壳体(1)的两侧均设有进气通道(2),两个所述的进气通道(2)对称设置,所述的壳体(1)的上端具有燃烧腔(3),所述的进气通道(2)的上端与所述的燃烧腔(3)相连通,所述的燃烧腔(3)的上端设有燃烧板(4),其特征在于,所述的进气通道(2)包括进气部(2a)以及引流部(2b),所述的引流部(2b)的上下两端分别与燃烧腔(3)以及进气部(2a)的上端相连通,所述的进气部(2a)的下端为进气口(2c),所述的进气部(2a)由下往上往壳体(1)的外侧倾斜设置,所述的引流部(2b)由下往上往壳体(1)的中部倾斜设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的新型燃烧器的火排片,其特征在于,所述的进气部(2a)的下端为进气口(2c)且所述的进气口(2c)为开口朝下的喇叭口。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的新型燃烧器的火排片,其特征在于,引流部(2b)的下端宽度大于其上端宽度。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的新型燃烧器的火排片,其特征在于,所述的进气部(2a)呈直孔状且所述的进气部(2a)的轴线与水平线形成的夹角a为52°-65°。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的新型燃烧器的火排片,其特征在于,所述的引流部(2b)的外侧壁上均设有定位凸台(5)且所述的定位凸台(5)均对称设置。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的新型燃烧器的火排片,其特征在于,所述的壳体(1)包括中部具有凹槽的板体一以及板体二,所述的板体一的凹槽与板体二的凹槽形成上述的燃烧腔(3)以及进气通道(2)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的新型燃烧器的火排片,其特征在于,所述的板体一贴靠在所述的板体二上且所述的板体一的两侧具有翻边(6)且所述的翻边(6)贴靠在所述的板体二的外侧壁上。
  8. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的新型燃烧器的火排片, 其特征在于,所述的壳体(1)的中部设有若干供冷却管穿过的连通孔(7),且所述的连通孔(7)位于两个所述的进气通道(2)之间。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的新型燃烧器的火排片,其特征在于,所述的板体一以及所述的板体二均采用铝合金制成。
