如图1a或1b所示,一种人嘴高契合防侧漏纸盖,包括纸制盖体1与纸制盖板2,所述纸制盖体1围绕纸制盖板2的外沿设置,且向纸制盖板2的一侧延伸,即向上或向下延伸,使纸制盖体1与纸制盖板2组合形成一纸盖结构。
如图2a所示,所述纸制盖板2上设有具有一个最低位的凹陷区域3,所述凹陷区域3的最低位设有饮用口4及封堵饮用口4的纸制盖片5。由于饮用口4设置在凹陷区域3的最低位,当用户在饮用饮品后,从其嘴缝流出而流入到凹陷区域3内的液体,会由于凹陷区域3的斜面设计,而流回饮用口4,可防止液体残留在纸制盖板2上,增加了纸盖的整体清洁性。
凹陷区域3可为圆锥形结构,但由于饮用口4设置在纸制盖板2的边缘处,且为了增加凹陷区域3的覆纸制盖范围,优选于将凹陷区域3设置为不规则的锥形结构。如图2b所示,所述凹陷区域3的斜面为弧形面,使凹陷区域3的接触面与上嘴唇更加贴合,增加纸制盖板2与上嘴唇的接触面积,具有防侧漏的作用,并且避免了传统平面的接触面挤压上嘴唇的问题,使用户在饮用过程中上嘴唇与纸制盖板2之间处于刚接触但并未挤压的状态,使纸制盖板2处于最优质的嘴唇接触结构,极大的增加了用户的饮用体验。而且,凹陷区域3与其他区域为同一纸板上的两个折叠区域,因此在形成凹陷区域的同时使其他区域向上倾斜,使凹陷区域3与其他区域的分隔点处于最高位,而这种结构会扩大凹陷区域3,且提高凹陷区域3的阻挡最高位,从而提高凹陷区域的挡液效果。
所述凹陷区域3的边缘处设有线折痕6,用于作为纸制盖板2上的凹陷区域3与其他区域分隔线,可平衡其他区域的内应力不受凹陷区域3的弯曲内应力的干扰,从而使纸制盖板2的受力更加平衡,形状更加稳固。由 于纸质材质存在很大的内应力,若形成凹陷区域3,线折痕只能形成如下两种方式:1、如图3a所示,线折痕6可设置为封闭的环形线;2、如图3b所示,线折痕6为贯穿纸制盖板2的曲线。本实施例中优选为后者,可使凹陷区域3覆纸制盖半个纸制盖板2区域,可避免前者结构中液体沿着嘴唇流入到纸制盖板2与纸制盖体1的连接缝隙处,并沿着缝隙流到纸制盖板2的其他区域内的问题,而后者直线或曲线的线折痕6设计,使纸制盖板2与纸制盖体1的连接缝隙处也覆纸制盖在凹陷区域3内。
所述饮用口4的一侧设有缺口7,所述纸制盖片5上设有与缺口7相契合的副纸制盖片8。当用户使用时,将覆纸制盖片5抠开,露出缺口7,然后在通过缺口7与覆纸制盖片5将纸制盖片5打开。纸制盖片5与饮用口4相契合,二者之间设有易撕线,便于用户撕开。由于饮用口4位于凹陷区域3的最低位,纸制盖片5与饮用口4的侧壁之间具有一定的夹角,纸制盖片5在于饮用口4连接的情况下具有一定的弯度,当纸制盖片5被撕开后,纸制盖片5由于自身的内应力回复为平板状,该状态下的纸制盖片5的宽度略大于饮用口4,因此将纸制盖片5再次按压入饮用口4后,饮用口4会挤压纸制盖片5,形成夹紧力固定纸制盖片5,而且由于承载的饮品具有温度,会使纸盖内的气体膨胀,形成正压力顶紧纸制盖片5,进一步加强纸制盖片5与饮用口4之间的固定,保证了纸制盖片5与饮用口4之间的密封性。
由于凹陷区域3的斜面设计,当开启或扣合纸制盖片5时凹陷区域3会向四周挤压,而挤压力容易使纸制盖板2脱离纸制盖体1的连接,因此需要增加纸制盖板2与纸制盖体1之间的连接稳固。如图4a所示所述纸制盖体1上与纸制盖板2的连接处设有第一卷边9,所述纸制盖板2的外沿设有与第一卷边9相契合的第二卷边10,本实施例中第一卷边9与第二卷边10均设置为半圆弧边,当第二卷边10嵌入第一卷边9后,第二卷边10与第一卷边9的粘贴接触面积增加,并且第二卷边10会受到下、左、右三面的束缚,会卸掉大部分的挤压力,从而保证了纸制盖板2与纸制盖体1的连接稳固。其中,第一卷边9与第二卷边10为U型搭接,这样使粘贴接触面积 增加,从而粘接更为牢固。
如图4b所示所述第一卷边9上与第二卷边10的连接侧设有与第一卷边9相契合的第三卷边11,所述第三卷边11的一侧与第一卷边9一体连接。第三卷边11位于第一卷边9与第二卷边10之间,可增加第一卷边9与第二卷边10之间的压紧力,同时能够增加第一卷边9的硬度,使其更好的固定住第二卷边10,承受更大的挤压力,保证了纸制盖板2与纸制盖体1之间的连接稳固。其中,第一卷边9、第二卷边10和第三卷边11两两之间均为U型搭接,其中第三卷边11与第二卷边10U型搭接的粘贴接触面积增加,从而粘接更为牢固。
如图4c所示所述第二卷边10的外沿设有向外翻折的折边12,折边12与第二卷边10之间具有一定夹角,将第二卷边10与纸制盖体1之间的接触面由平行关系变为交叉关系,使折边12抵住纸制盖体1内壁,增加第二卷边10与纸制盖体1内壁之间的摩擦力,从而可缓解第一卷边9固定第二卷边10的压力。其中,第一卷边9与第二卷边10为U型搭接,这样使粘贴接触面积增加,从而粘接更为牢固。
作为再一种实施例,参见图5所示,纸制盖片1设有比饮用口4更大的延长部101,这样可以延长覆盖住饮用口。延长部101开设有弧形线孔102,弧形线孔102将延长部101划分为卡接部103和掀开部104。即以弧形线孔102为界限,将延长部101划分为卡接部103和掀开部104。在纸制盖片5封堵饮用口4时,卡接部103卡扣在饮用口4上,这样更为牢度地将饮用口4封闭。掀开部104在凹陷区域3内与卡接部103分开形成有一错位的容置空间105。由于容置空间的存在,就可以方便地容纳指甲进入容置空间顶住掀开部向上掀开纸制盖片,从而容易掀开纸制盖片。
虽然,上文中已经用一般性说明及具体实施例对本发明作了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的。因此,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种人嘴高契合防侧漏纸盖,其特征在于:包括纸制盖体与纸制盖板,所述纸制盖体围绕纸制盖板的外沿设置,且向纸制盖板的一侧延伸,所述纸制盖板上设有具有一个最低位的凹陷区域,所述凹陷区域的最低位设有饮用口及封堵饮用口的纸制盖片。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的人嘴高契合防侧漏纸盖,其特征在于:所述凹陷区域的边缘处设有线折痕。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的人嘴高契合防侧漏纸盖,其特征在于:所述线折痕为封闭的环形线,或者为贯穿纸制盖板的曲线。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的人嘴高契合防侧漏纸盖,其特征在于:所述凹陷区域的斜面为弧形面。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的人嘴高契合防侧漏纸盖,其特征在于:所述纸制盖体上与纸制盖板的连接处设有第一卷边,所述纸制盖板的外沿设有与第一卷边相契合的第二卷边。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的人嘴高契合防侧漏纸盖,其特征在于:所述第一卷边上与第二卷边的连接侧设有与第一卷边相契合的第三卷边,所述第三卷边的一侧与第一卷边一体连接。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的人嘴高契合防侧漏纸盖,其特征在于:所述第二卷边的外沿设有向外翻折的折边。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的人嘴高契合防侧漏纸盖,其特征在于:所述饮用口的一侧设有缺口,所述纸制盖片上设有与缺口相契合的副纸制盖片。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的人嘴高契合防侧漏纸盖,其特征在于:所述纸制盖片设有比饮用口更大的延长部,所述延长部开设有弧形线孔,所述弧形线孔将延长部划分为卡接部和掀开部,在纸制盖片封堵饮用口时,卡接部卡扣在饮用口上,掀开部在凹陷区域内与卡接部分开形成有一错位的容置空间。
