Description

一种超短焦背投影涂料、超短焦背投影屏幕 技术领域
本发明涉及一种超短焦背投影涂料、超短焦背投影屏幕。
背景技术
在背投显示领域,尤其是背投显示领域,通常采用具有菲涅尔微透镜结构的投影屏幕,目前这种投影屏幕只能在室内或者夜间使用,在室外使用时,由于在屏幕中心点,即水平视角为0处的色偏为0,而随着水平视角的增大,产生的色偏也会随之增大,以及,随着垂直视角的增大,产生的色偏也会随之增大,即随着视角增加,产生不同程度的色偏,色偏的直接视觉表现就是白场不再是预设的色温值了,而偏与某种基色颜色显示,从而人眼在不同视角或不同位置观看显示画面时存在图像画面颜色不一致,尤其是对于大屏拼接显示中,对于白场使用较多的场景,例如大型会议室的PPT展示,不同视角或不同位置的色偏会大大降低用户的体验。
超短焦投影机,也叫墙贴投影。超短焦投影机在与传统投影机的对比下同样的距离,可以投射更大的画面。因此提供无色偏差、角度大且能随喷随用的投影涂料及屏幕显得尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一在于提供一种超短焦背投影涂料、超短焦背投影屏幕。
一种超短焦背投影涂料,所述的背投影涂料包括中空玻璃微球、黑色颗粒物和涂料底物,按照100mL的涂料底物添加1-20g的中空玻璃微球和1-40g的黑色颗粒物;
所述的黑色颗粒物为5-45mm黑色玻璃微珠或者粒径为5-45mm的黑色颗粒 或者黑色的、不反光的、透明的、片状二氧化硅玻璃,所述的二氧化硅玻璃的厚度为200-300nm,宽度为40-50μm。
本发明的涂料底物可以为水性漆或者油性漆,为了环保要求,本发明优选使用水性漆。可以使用市场上购买的水性漆。
优选地,为了形成环保的与基材吸附更好且光滑的均匀的膜层,本发明的所述的水性漆由以下体积份组成:水性丙烯酸乳液400-500mL、消泡剂1-2mL、润湿剂1-2mL、流平剂1-2mL、成膜助剂20-30mL和粘合剂0.5-1mL。
本发明的一种超短焦背投影涂料的制备方法为将中空玻璃微球、黑色颗粒物和涂料底物搅拌2-5分钟至混合均匀。
一种超短焦背投影屏幕,包括投影基材及涂覆于所述的投影基材表面的所述的超短焦背投影涂料。
优选地,所述的投影基材为平面基材或者曲面基材。
优选地,所述的投影基材为玻璃、亚克力板或者透明塑料板。
较之前的现有技术,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明的超短焦背投影涂料能让背投影屏幕具有更好的视角,而且色偏少,使在不同视角或不同位置观看显示画面时图像画面颜色基本一致。
本发明的超短焦背投影屏幕能让更多的投影光从投影仪穿透,使屏幕更亮,让屏幕能在强光、甚至阳光下使用。
本发明的超短焦背投影屏幕用于橱窗玻璃的数字动态广告能在白天或者黑夜使用,能替代海报和宣传纸,能减少浪费,达到环保节约的效果。
本发明的超短焦背投影涂料可以采用喷涂的方式喷涂,从而使投影屏幕面积大,而且没有接缝。
本发明的超短焦背投影涂料可以涂覆在透明的材质上,如玻璃、亚克力板,透明塑料或者耐力板,具有良好的耐久性。
本发明的超短焦背投影可以涂覆曲面或者平面上形成平面屏幕或者曲面屏幕。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明进一步阐述:但是不只仅仅局限于以下实施例,凡是依据本发明原理的任何改进或替换,均应在本发明的保护范围之内。
二氧化硅玻璃是玻璃鳞片公司(Glassflake Limited)生产的。它主要包含黑色的氧化铁和二氧化硅,融合之后降温所形成的玻璃。是可以购买得到的。
水性丙烯酸优选乳液江苏新材料公司jsdl-518。也可以选择油性漆,当选择油性漆时,为了能满足涂料的硬度、粘附力等性能,其它的助剂相应发生改变。
消泡剂优选广州市润宏化工有限公司NXZ。
润湿剂优选广州市润宏化工有限公司PE100。
流平剂优选广州市润宏化工有限公司2020。
粘合剂优选广州恒希奇新材料有限公司H-592。
中空玻璃微球是美国3M公司生产的。
实施例1
一种超短焦背投影涂料,包括
35g中空玻璃微球,
70g黑色的、不反光的、透明的、片状二氧化硅玻璃,所述的二氧化硅玻璃的厚度为200-300nm,宽度为40-50μm;
涂料底物为水性漆(也可以选择油性漆,当选择油性漆的时候,助剂相应进行修改)。
所述的涂料底物:水性丙烯酸乳液500mL、消泡剂2mL、润湿剂2mL、流平剂2mL、成膜助剂30mL和粘合剂1mL。
将非晶态硅酸铝钙、涂料底物、二氧化硅玻璃搅拌5分钟至混合均匀。
一种超短焦背投影屏幕,包括基材及涂覆于所述的基材表面的所述的超短焦背投影涂料。
所述的基材为亚克力板平面基材。
实施例2
一种超短焦背投影涂料,包括
30g中空玻璃微球,
120g黑色的、不反光的、透明的、片状二氧化硅玻璃,所述的二氧化硅玻璃的厚度为200-300nm,宽度为40-50μm;
涂料底物为水性漆(也可以选择油性漆,当选择油性漆的时候,助剂相应进行修改)。
所述的涂料底物:水性丙烯酸乳液500mL、消泡剂2mL、润湿剂2mL、流平剂2mL、成膜助剂30mL和粘合剂1mL。
将非晶态硅酸铝钙、涂料底物、二氧化硅玻璃搅拌5分钟至混合均匀。
一种超短焦背投影屏幕,包括基材及涂覆于所述的基材表面的所述的超短焦背投影涂料。
所述的基材为玻璃平面基材。

6g中空玻璃微球,
6g黑色的、不反光的、透明的、片状二氧化硅玻璃,所述的二氧化硅玻璃的厚度为200-300nm,宽度为40-50μm;
涂料底物:水性漆(也可以选择油性漆,当选择油性漆的时候,助剂相应进行修改)。
所述的涂料底物:水性丙烯酸乳液400mL、消泡剂1mL、润湿剂1mL、流平剂2mL、成膜助剂20mL和粘合剂1mL。
将非晶态硅酸铝钙、涂料底物、二氧化硅玻璃搅拌5分钟至混合均匀。
一种超短焦背投影屏幕,包括基材及涂覆于所述的基材表面的所述的超短焦背投影涂料。
所述的基材为透明塑料平面基材。

一种超短焦背投影涂料,包括
80g中空玻璃微球,
160g黑色的、不反光的、透明的、片状二氧化硅玻璃,所述的二氧化硅玻璃的厚度为200-300nm,宽度为40-50μm;
涂料底物:水性漆(也可以选择油性漆,当选择油性漆的时候,助剂相应进行修改)。
所述的涂料底物:水性丙烯酸乳液400mL、消泡剂1mL、润湿剂1mL、流平剂2mL、成膜助剂20mL和粘合剂1mL。
将非晶态硅酸铝钙、涂料底物、二氧化硅玻璃搅拌5分钟至混合均匀。
一种超短焦背投影屏幕,包括基材及涂覆于所述的基材表面的所述的超短焦背投影涂料。
所述的基材为透明塑料平面基材。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种超短焦背投影涂料,其特征在于:所述的背投影涂料包括中空玻璃微球、黑色颗粒物和涂料底物,按照100mL的涂料底物添加1-20g的中空玻璃微球和1-40g的黑色颗粒物;
    所述的黑色颗粒物为5-45mm黑色玻璃微珠或者粒径为5-45mm的黑色颗粒或者黑色的、不反光的、透明的、片状二氧化硅玻璃,所述的二氧化硅玻璃的厚度为200-300nm,宽度为40-50μm。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种超短焦背投影涂料,其特征在于:涂料底物为水性漆或者油性漆。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种超短焦背投影涂料,其特征在于:所述的水性漆由以下体积份组成:水性丙烯酸乳液400-500mL、消泡剂1-2mL、润湿剂1-2mL、流平剂1-2mL、成膜助剂20-30mL和粘合剂0.5-1mL。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种超短焦背投影涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:将中空玻璃微球、黑色颗粒物和涂料底物搅拌2-5分钟至混合均匀。
  5. 一种超短焦背投影屏幕,其特征在于:包括基材及涂覆于所述的基材表面的由权利要求1-3中任意一项所述的背投影涂料。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种超短焦背投影屏幕,其特征在于:所述的基材为平面基材或者曲面基材。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种超短焦背投影屏幕,其特征在于:所述的基材为玻璃、亚克力板或者透明塑料板。
