目前,现有的花洒都不具有喷枪水功能,故一般都会配置两个花洒组合在一起,一个为普通花洒,另一个喷枪花洒;普通花洒的水花冲击力适合人体洗浴使用,而喷枪花洒则水势强劲,则用于对浴室墙体、地面进行冲洗;现有的组合存在一定的缺陷:(1)成本高,需要两个花洒的成本;(2)对浴室空间占用大,需要更大的空间来置放喷枪花洒;(3)在已安装单功能花洒的情况下难以增设新的喷枪功能,因为需要增加新的出水管路来连接;
为了改善以上情形,现有研发人员在普通花洒的基础上增加一喷枪水功能,其通过单独的组件装设在花洒背部;这种方式虽然改善了上述两花洒功能分离设置的缺陷,但是同样结构变得非常复杂,原因如下:需要通过独立的结构来进行独立控制,而且喷枪水结构在与进水道连接时密封过水问题很难解决,容易出现漏水问题,为此漏水问题又需进一步以复杂的结构来解决;
综上,现有带喷枪功能的花洒结构过于复杂,通过多个操作结构独立操作,成本高,使用时无法与其他功能集成操作;故,现有的喷枪花洒仍具有进一步改进的空间。
发明内容

所述第二过水流道被构造为射出喷枪水的流道;所述第二出水口及第二出水流道通过一盖体隐藏于花洒本体,所述盖体被一开盖结构抵推而开启;所述水道关闭元件构造为至少能够转动的分水件;其中,水道关闭元件被转动至第二开关位置,带动所述开盖结构抵推盖体翻起,并截止从所述进水口向着第一出水口的第一过水流道且放开从所述进水口向着第二出水口的第二过水流道。
进一步地,所述开盖结构包括一推块,所述推块构造于所述水道关闭元件;所述盖体上设有与所述推块配合的被动部;其中,水道关闭元件转动,联动其上推块抵压所述被动部,以使所述盖体相对于花洒本体做开盖动作,且开放进水口向着第二出水口的第二过水流道。
进一步地,所述盖体铰接于花洒本体。
进一步地,所述开盖结构还包括一活动元件及弹性件;所述活动元件可移动地装设于花洒本体,且所述活动元件形成与所述盖体上被动部配合的装接部、以及通过推块抵推活动元件运动的受压部;所述弹性件两端分别作用于花洒本体与活动元件,用于带动活动元件不受推块抵压力的情况下复位;其中,所述活动元件受推块抵压后位移,带动所述盖体以铰接轴为支点摆动并开启所述第二出水口。
进一步地,所述第二出水口开设于花洒本体的顶部,且其出水方向与第一出水口的出水方向呈人为设定的角度;所述盖体铰接于花洒本体背面且遮挡所述第二出水口。
进一步地,还包括一止挡件,其装设于花洒本体;该止挡件至少在两限制位置之间切换运动,该止挡件位于第一限制位置中开放第一出水口;该止挡件运动到第二限位位置中限制所述水道关闭元件转动第二开关位置,用于在不停水的状态下防止第二出水口向上射出喷枪水。
进一步地,所述第二限制位置设置在所述推块的旋转运动轨迹上;所述止挡件落入第二限制位置内限制所述水道关闭元件开放第二出水口。
进一步地,所述水道关闭元件上设有一筋条;所述第二限制位置设置在该筋条的旋转运动轨迹上;所述止挡件落入第二限制位置内阻挡所述筋条越过,以限制所述水道关闭元件开放第二出水口。
进一步地,所述止挡件从第一限制位置向第二限制位置运动的朝向与第二出水口出水方向相背。
进一步地,所述止挡件为一重力球。
本发明所述的技术方案相对于现有技术,取得的有益效果是:
(1)本发明所提供一种喷枪花洒,其结构简单、设计合理且易实现,将现有花洒的切换功能与喷枪功能集成在同一个旋转操作结构中,只需一个转向结构便能出正常的花洒水以及喷枪水,用户更易操作、体验感更佳;此外,还将喷枪水的出水口用盖体盖设隐藏,不仅起到很好的保护作用,而且开盖后起到提示作用,这样高压喷枪水不容易被勿触发;
(2)本发明利用推块配合去水道关闭元件,再实现切换喷枪水的同时还实现盖体闭,一个动作操控两个功能,节省制造成本、且结构更为紧凑;
(3)本发明所述盖体采用铰接的方式装设于花洒本体,并以活动块及弹性件作为传动结构,以旋转运动实现盖体相对于花洒本体摆动开盖,而且在切换至其他功能(例如淋浴功能)时自动复位;
(4)本发明将喷枪水出水口开设在花洒本体的顶部,且于淋浴功能出水口呈一定角度设置,使得喷枪水口与淋浴功能出水口呈明显区别,而且在使用喷枪水功能时,人手握持的姿势更为契合,方便用户使用;此外,将盖体铰接于花洒本体背面,不仅不影响到淋浴花洒部分的出水与美观,还能在后盖上作出提示使用高压喷枪水的作用;
(5)本发明还设置一止挡件,该止挡件起到防止误触发作用,当止挡件落在第二限制位置的时候,水道关闭元件无法转动到喷枪水档位,防止用户在正常洗浴过程中开启高压的喷枪水,预防用户因误操作使喷枪水喷射到天花板、浴霸或者插座等,起到很好的保护作用;
(6)本发明将第二限制位置设在推块旋转运动轨迹中,当止挡件在第二限制位置时无法触发,越过第二限制位置时则可以持续释放喷枪水;
(7)本发明利用重力球作为止挡件,且止挡件从第一限制位置向第二限制位置运动的朝向于第二出水口方向相背,此设置能够使喷枪水口朝上时,止挡件始终在第二限制位置内,无法被误操作开启。

为了使本发明所要解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚、明白,以下结合附图和实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1至7所示,本发明所述一种喷枪花洒,该花洒包括:
具有进水口11以及至少一个第一和第二出水口12、13的花洒本体1;花洒本体1的第一出水口12被定义为正常淋浴功能的花洒水,需说明的是,该花洒本体1可以具有多个正常淋浴的出水口,即多功能花洒,可以包括内圈出水、外圈出水等;
在至少两个第一、第二开关位置14、15之间运动的水道关闭元件2,本发明所述水道关闭元件2构造为至少能够转动的分水件2,通过分水件2来实现第一、第二出水口12、13之间切换出水;
该水道关闭元件2在第一开关位置14中开放从所述进水口11向着第一出水口12的第一过水流道16并且截止从所述进水口11向着所述第二出水口13的第二过水流道17;即,当水道关闭元件2(分水件2)转动到正常淋浴花洒水时,第二出水口13则被关闭,需说明书的是,这里的第二过水流道17被构造为射出喷枪水的流道;
所述第二出水口13及第二出水流道通过一盖体3隐藏于花洒本体1,本发明将所述第二出水口13开设于花洒本体1的顶部,且其出水方向与第一出水口12的出水方向呈人为设定的角度,使得喷枪水口与淋浴功能出水口呈明显区别,而且在使用喷枪水功能时,人手握持的姿势更为契合,方便用户使用;本发明以所述盖体3铰接于花洒本体1(优选的,将所述盖体3铰接于花洒本体1背面且遮挡所述第二出水口13);所述盖体3被一开盖结构4抵推而开启;需说明的是,将盖体3铰接于花洒本体1背面,不仅不影响到淋浴功能的正常出水与美观,还能在花洒本体1上作出提示使用高压喷枪水的作用;
当水道关闭元件2被转动至第二开关位置15,带动所述开盖结构4抵推盖体3翻起,并截止从所述进水口11向着第一出水口12的第一过水流道16且放开从所述进水口11向着第二出水口13的第二过水流道17;即利用推块配合去水道关闭元件2,再实现切换喷枪水的同时还实现盖体3闭合,一个动作操控两个功能,节省制造成本、且结构更为紧凑;
具体说明:所述开盖结构4包括一推块41、活动元件42及弹性件43;
第一种方案,此方案即水道关闭元件2直接作用于盖体3,中间无任何传动及复位结构;所述推块41构造于所述水道关闭元件2;所述盖体3上设有与所述推块41配合的被动部31;其中,用户手动驱动水道关闭元件2转动,进而联动其上推块41抵压所述被动部31,以使所述盖体3相对于花洒本体1做开盖动作,且开放进水口11向着第二出水口13的第二过水流道17,此方案结构紧凑简单,但切换时都需要克服水流的压力,操作手感上稍差一些;
第二种方案,此方案即水道关闭元件2与盖体3之间设置传动及复位结构;同样,所述推块41构造于所述水道关闭元件2;所述盖体3上设有与所述推块41配合的被动部31;所述活动元件42可移动地装设于花洒本体1,且所述活动元件42形成与所述盖体3上的被动部31配合的装接部420、以及通过推块41抵推活动元件42运动的受压部421;具体为:本实施方式所述的花洒本体1设有一通槽B,活动元件42为一杆体,杆体滑设于通槽B内;所述弹性件43两端分别作用于花洒本体1的通槽B与活动元件42,用于带动活动元件42不受推块41抵压力的情况下复位;其中,所述活动元件42受推块41抵压后位移,运动后推抵被动部31,进而带动所述盖体3上远离被动部31的一端以铰接轴A为支点转动开启所述第二出水口13,此方案操作力小,易实现,而且在切换后可以通过弹性件43带动复位,用户使用体验感更佳;
本发明还增设了止挡件5用来实现双重保护作用,防止误操作;当止挡件5落在第二限制位置19的时候,水道关闭元件2无法转动到喷枪水档位,防止用户在正常洗浴过程中开启高压的喷枪水,防止用户因误操作使喷枪水喷射到天花板、浴霸或者插座等,起到很好的保护作用;
还包括一筋条6,其装设于花洒本体1;所述筋条6设于水道关闭元件上;该止挡件5至少在第一、第二限位位置18、19之间切换运动,所述第二限制位置19设置在该筋条6的旋转运动轨迹上;所述止挡件5落入第二限制位置19内阻挡所述筋条6越过,以限制所述水道关闭元件2开放第二出水口13;需说明的是,该止挡件5位于第一限制位置18中开放第一出水口12;该止挡件5运动到第二 限制位置19中限制所述水道关闭元件22转动第二开关位置15,用于在不停水的状态下防止第二出水口13向上射出喷枪水;
具体地,本发明以所述止挡件5为一重力球;所述第一限制位置18止挡件5从第一限制位置18向第二限制位置19运动的朝向与第二出水口13出水方向相背,本发明所述第一限制位置18设置在第二限制位置19上方,即靠近花洒本体1中心位置,而第二限制位置19设置在水道关闭元件22的运动轨迹上;当第二出水口13(喷枪水出水口)朝下时,(如图1至4所示)重力球从第二限制位置19滚落至第一限制位置18,此时切换任意档位皆可,可喷射正常的花洒水,亦可以越过第二限制位置19后开启盖体3喷射喷枪水;(如图5至7所示)当第二出水口13向上或向上倾斜时,所述重力球则从第一限制位置18滚落至第二限制位置19,此时的淋浴功能部分仍可以随意切换,而喷枪水功能的切换被重力球阻挡,无法越过开启第二出水口13,进而起到防止误喷的效果。

Claims (10)
- 一种喷枪花洒,该花洒包括:具有进水口以及至少一个第一和第二出水口的花洒本体;在至少两个第一、第二开关位置之间运动的水道关闭元件,该水道关闭元件在第一开关位置中开放从所述进水口向着第一出水口的第一过水流道并且截止从所述进水口向着所述第二出水口的第二过水流道;其特征在于:所述第二过水流道被构造为射出喷枪水的流道;所述第二出水口及第二出水流道通过一盖体隐藏于花洒本体,所述盖体被一开盖结构抵推而开启;所述水道关闭元件构造为至少能够转动的分水件;其中,水道关闭元件被转动至第二开关位置,带动所述开盖结构抵推盖体翻起,并截止从所述进水口向着第一出水口的第一过水流道且放开从所述进水口向着第二出水口的第二过水流道。
- 如权利要求1所述的一种喷枪花洒,其特征在于:所述开盖结构包括一推块,所述推块构造于所述水道关闭元件;所述盖体上设有与所述推块配合的被动部;其中,水道关闭元件转动,联动其上推块抵压所述被动部,以使所述盖体相对于花洒本体做开盖动作,且开放进水口向着第二出水口的第二过水流道。
- 如权利要求2所述的一种喷枪花洒,其特征在于:所述盖体铰接于花洒本体。
- 如权利要求3所述的一种喷枪花洒,其特征在于:所述开盖结构还包括一活动元件及弹性件;所述活动元件可移动地装设于花洒本体,且所述活动元件形成与所述盖体上被动部配合的装接部、以及通过推块抵推活动元件运动的受压部;所述弹性件两端分别作用于花洒本体与活动元件,用于带动活动元件不受推块抵压力的情况下复位;其中,所述活动元件受推块抵压后位移,带动所述盖体以铰接轴为支点摆动并开启所述第二出水口。
- 如权利要求4所述的一种喷枪花洒,其特征在于:所述第二出水口开设于花洒本体的顶部,且其出水方向与第一出水口的出水方向呈人为设定的角度;所述盖体铰接于花洒本体背面且遮挡所述第二出水口。
- 如权利要求1至5任一项所述的一种喷枪花洒,其特征在于:还包括一止挡件,其装设于花洒本体;该止挡件至少在两限制位置之间切换运动,该止挡件位于第一限制位置中开放第一出水口;该止挡件 运动到第二限位位置中限制所述水道关闭元件转动至第二开关位置,用于在不停水的状态下防止第二出水口向上射出喷枪水。
- 如权利要求6所述的一种喷枪花洒,其特征在于:所述第二限制位置设置在所述推块的旋转运动轨迹上;所述止挡件落入第二限制位置内限制所述水道关闭元件开放第二出水口。
- 如权利要求7所述的一种喷枪花洒,其特征在于:所述水道关闭元件上设有一筋条;所述第二限制位置设置在该筋条的旋转运动轨迹上;所述止挡件落入第二限制位置内阻挡所述筋条越过,以限制所述水道关闭元件开放第二出水口。
- 如权利要求8所述的一种喷枪花洒,其特征在于:所述止挡件从第一限制位置向第二限制位置运动的朝向与第二出水口出水方向相背。
- 如权利要求9所述的一种喷枪花洒,其特征在于:所述止挡件为一重力球。
