加压阀50形成有第一排气口51且包括加压杆52,减压阀70形成有第二排气口71且包括减压杆72,作动部34随主体32移动时,可选择地抵接加压杆52和减压杆72中的任意一者,通过推动加压杆52或者减压杆72来调节压力。作动部34与加压杆52抵接时,加压杆52向靠近第一排气口51的方向移动,并封闭第一排气口51,以开启加压阀50进行蓄压。作动部34与减压杆72抵接时,减压杆72向远离第二排气口71的方向移动,并打开第二排气口71,以开启减压阀70进行泄压。需要说明的是,加压阀50和减压阀70只要能够实现加压和减压的功能即可,对于加压阀50和减压阀70中的其他部件在此不做赘述。
作动部34包括倾斜面341,倾斜面341相对主体32的移动方向倾斜设置,倾斜面341能够与加压阀50和减压阀70中的任意一者抵接,以开启对应的阀门。在作动部34上设置倾斜面341,一方面通过倾斜面341逐渐按压阀杆,逐渐关闭或打开排气口,使调压过程存在一定的缓冲段,防止烹饪电器200内部压力突然变化,保障使用安全。同时,通过倾斜面341与阀杆的配合,能够将阀杆下压至多种位置处,当阀杆移动至与排气口较近时,阀杆与排气口之间的间隙较小,泄压较慢,蓄压较快;当阀杆移动至与排气口较远时,阀杆与排气口之间的间隙较大,泄压较快,蓄压较慢。如此,通过倾斜面341控制阀杆移动的深度,便能够控制泄压及蓄压的快慢,进而实现多种泄压方式。
作动部34还包括与主体32的移动方向平行设置的水平面343,倾斜面341与水平面343沿主体32的移动方向分布,倾斜面341过渡连接于水平面343和主体32之间,水平面343能够与加压阀50和减压阀70中的任意一者抵接。如此,作动部34上设置水平面343,在调压件30移动时,移动的水平面343能够与阀杆抵接,并在水平面343下压阀杆的过程中,阀杆下压的深度恒定不变,能够使加压阀50或减压阀70处于恒定的调压状态。并且,通过倾斜面341过渡连接水平面343和主体32,过渡面逐渐作动阀杆,使阀杆的位置逐渐变化,保证调压过程的稳定性。
在一些实施方式中,作动部34相对主体32的距离最远处为水平面343,当水平面343与阀杆抵接时,阀杆被下压至最深处,例如加压阀50中加压杆52完全密封第一排气口51,减压阀70中减压杆72与第二排气口71之间的间距最大,加压阀50和减压阀70在水平面343作用下到达调节极限。
在一些实施方式中,倾斜面341包括第一倾斜面342和第二倾斜面344,第一倾斜面342和第二倾斜面344分别设于水平面343相对的两侧,且第一倾斜面342和第二倾斜面344由水平面343向相互远离的方向倾斜延伸至主体32,如此第一倾斜面342和第二倾斜面344向相反的方向倾斜,能够通过倾斜方向相反的两个面灵活控制阀杆的升降。例如,当主体32保持沿同一方向移动,第一倾斜面343、水平面343及第二倾斜面344依次经过加压阀50时,第一倾斜面343按压加压阀杆52,第二倾斜面344释放加压阀杆52。或者,能够将作动部34设于加压阀50和减压阀70之间,第一倾斜面342靠近加压阀50,第二倾斜面344靠近减压阀70,若需要增压便带动作动部34向靠近加压阀50的方向移动,并在第一倾斜面342及水平面343的作用下开启加压阀50;若需要降压便带动作动部34向靠近减压阀70的方向移动,并在第二倾斜面344及水平面343的作用下开启减压阀70。同样地,当需要释放阀门时,将与阀门抵接的水平面343,向第一倾斜面342和第二倾斜面344中的任意一者移动,便能够使阀杆逐渐复位。如此,在水平面343两侧设置倾斜方向相反的第一倾斜面342和第二倾斜面344,能够允许调压件30根据压力需求灵活移动。
压力调节装置100还包括驱动机构90,驱动机构90为调压件30提供相对支架10往复移动的驱动力,自动化驱动调压件30移动,进而自动化调压。在一些实施方式中,通过控制驱动机构90来控制调压件30的移动过程,使调压件30根据压力需求移动至合适的位置,并将烹饪电器200内部的大气压调节至需要的压力值。
驱动机构90包括驱动件92及传动组件94,驱动件92设于支架10,传动组件94连接于驱动件92与调压件30之间,传动组件94在驱动件92的驱动下,带动调压件30相对支架10往复移动。在一些实施方式中,驱动件92为电机,传动组件94将电机输出的旋转运动,转化为调压件30的往复移动,进行自动化调压。
传动组件94包括齿轮941和齿条943,齿轮941与驱动件92的输出端连接,齿条943固定于调压件30;齿轮941与齿条943齿牙啮合传动,带动调压件30沿齿条943的延伸方向往复移动。如此,在齿轮941与齿条943的配合下,能够可靠地驱动调压件30往复移动。在其他一些实施例中,传动组件94为丝杆传动等传动方式,在此不做限定。
本申请一实施例中,还提供一种上述压力调节装置100。压力调节装置100装配于盖体210中的本体212上,且包括支架10、加压阀50及减压阀70,加压阀50开启时,烹 饪电器200内部开始蓄压,压力增大;减压阀70开启时,烹饪电器200内部开始泄压,压力降低。在一些实施方式中,加压阀50和减压阀70均装配于支架10。压力调节装置100还包括调压件30,调压件30相对支架10往复移动,加压阀50和减压阀70分布于调压件30的移动路径上。其中,调压件30在移动过程中,可选择地开启加压阀50和减压阀70中的任意一者。在一些实施方式中,若调压件30在移动过程中开启加压阀50,锅体230内部蓄压,压力增大;若调压件30在移动过程中开启减压阀70,锅体230内部泄压,压力减小。如此,通过调压件30控制加压阀50及减压阀70的启闭,调压件30移动过程中可选择地开启加压阀50或者减压阀70,能够灵活地增加或降低锅体230内的压力,调压范围较大,能够满足更多的烹饪需求。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征允许进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本申请的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对申请专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请构思的前提下,还能够做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本申请的保护范围。因此,本申请专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种压力调节装置(100),其特征在于,包括:
    支架(10);
    调压件(30),相对所述支架(10)往复移动;以及
    加压阀(50)和减压阀(70),所述加压阀(50)和所述减压阀(70)分布于所述调压件(30)的移动路径上;
    其中,所述调压件(30)在移动过程中,可选择地开启所述加压阀(50)和所述减压阀(70)中的任意一者。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的压力调节装置(100),其特征在于,所述调压件(30)包括主体(32)和凸出设置于所述主体(32)的作动部(34),所述作动部(34)随着所述主体(32)移动,并可选择地向所述加压阀(50)和所述减压阀(70)中的任意一者施加按压力。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的压力调节装置(100),其特征在于,所述加压阀(50)形成有第一排气口(51)且包括加压杆(52),所述减压阀(70)形成有第二排气口(71)且包括减压杆(72),所述作动部(34)随所述主体(32)移动时,可选择地抵接所述加压杆(52)和所述减压杆(72)中的任意一者;
    所述作动部(34)与所述加压杆(52)抵接时,所述加压杆(52)向靠近所述第一排气口(51)的方向移动,并封闭所述第一排气口(51);所述作动部(34)与所述减压杆(72)抵接时,所述减压杆(72)向远离所述第二排气口(71)的方向移动,并打开所述第二排气口(71)。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的压力调节装置(100),其特征在于,所述作动部(34)包括倾斜面(341),所述倾斜面(341)相对所述主体(32)的移动方向倾斜设置,所述倾斜面(341)能够与所述加压阀(50)和所述减压阀(70)中的任意一者抵接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的压力调节装置(100),其特征在于,所述作动部(34)还包括与所述主体(32)的移动方向平行设置的水平面(343),所述倾斜面(341)与所述水平面(343)沿所述主体(32)的移动方向分布,所述倾斜面(341)过渡连接于所述水平面(343)和所述主体(32)之间,所述水平面(343)能够与所述加压阀(50)和所述减压阀(70)中的任意一者抵接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的压力调节装置(100),其特征在于,所述倾斜面(341)包括第一倾斜面(342)和第二倾斜面(344),所述第一倾斜面(342)和第二倾斜面(344)分别设于所述水平面(343)相对的两侧,且所述第一倾斜面(342)和所述第二倾斜面(344) 由所述水平面(343)向相互远离的方向倾斜延伸至所述主体(32)。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的压力调节装置(100),其特征在于,所述作动部(34)相对所述主体(32)的距离最远处为所述水平面(343)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的压力调节装置(100),其特征在于,还包括驱动机构(90),所述驱动机构(90)为所述调压件(30)提供相对所述支架(10)往复移动的驱动力。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的压力调节装置(100),其特征在于,所述驱动机构(90)包括驱动件(92)及传动组件(94),所述驱动件(92)设于所述支架(10),所述传动组件(94)连接于所述驱动件(92)与所述调压件(30)之间,所述传动组件(94)在所述驱动件(92)的驱动下,带动所述调压件(30)相对所述支架(10)往复移动。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的压力调节装置(100),其特征在于,所述传动组件(94)包括齿轮(941)和齿条(943),所述齿轮(941)与所述驱动件(92)的输出端连接,所述齿条(943)固定于所述调压件(30);所述齿轮(941)与所述齿条(943)齿牙啮合传动,带动所述调压件(30)沿所述齿条(943)的延伸方向往复移动。
  11. 一种烹饪电器(200),其特征在于,包括盖体(210),所述盖体(210)包括本体(212)及上述权利要求1-10任意一项所述的压力调节装置(100),所述压力调节装置(100)设于所述本体(212),用于调节所述烹饪电器(200)的内部压力。
