Description

防偏移电梯用机架 技术领域
本发明涉及电梯行业,特别涉及一种防偏移电梯用机架。
背景技术
电梯导轨通过机架与井道相固定连接,现有的机架都采用单方管作为横梁,但在方管作为横梁的机架结构为保证方管的强度需要在方管上设置多个加固件,加固件会对绳头板上的钢丝绳的安装位置造成影响,且电梯在长期使用后会对方管造成挤压,导致方管变形进而产生钢丝绳位置的偏移。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种强度高且能优化绳头板钢丝绳的位置进而减少钢丝绳的偏移的防偏移电梯用机架。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种防偏移电梯用机架,其用于电梯绳头板的定位,所述防偏移电梯用机架包括底座组件、至少两根固定安装于所述底座组件上端面上的槽钢、连接于所述槽钢上端面上的加固板、连接于所述槽钢与所述底座组件之间的加强板以及设于相邻两个槽钢之间且用于防止槽钢向内挤压变形的内衬组件,所述槽钢相平行设置且相邻的两个槽钢之间的间隙大于,所述电梯绳头板的钢丝绳的直径。
优化的,所述槽钢有两个且两个所述槽钢的槽口相对设置。
优化的,所述底座组件包括多个底座,多个所述底座沿所述槽钢的长度方向依次均匀分布。
优化的,所述槽钢的下端面上开设有卡槽,每个所述内衬组件包括固定于相邻两个所述槽钢下端面上的下衬板、卡设于所述卡槽内且与所述下衬板相固定连接的上衬板。
优化的,相邻两个所述槽钢上的加固板中至少有一个与所述底座组件通过加强板相固定连接。
优化的,所述底座组件与所述槽钢之间通过焊接固定或通过螺栓组件固定连接。
优化的,所述加固板与所述槽钢之间通过焊接固定或通过螺栓组件固定 连接。
由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:利用平行设置的槽钢作为机架横梁,通过固定板以及底座组件实现槽钢的连接固定提高了机架的强度,不仅能优化绳头板钢丝绳的位置,还能减少钢丝绳的偏移。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图所示的实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
防偏移电梯用机架用于电梯绳头板的定位,如图1所示,防偏移电梯用机架包括底座组件1、至少两根固定安装于底座组件1上端面上的槽钢2、连接于槽钢2上端面上的加固板3、连接于槽钢2与底座组件1之间的加强板4以及设于相邻两个槽钢2之间且用于防止槽钢2向内挤压变形的内衬组件5,槽钢2相平行设置且相邻的两个槽钢2之间的间隙大于,电梯绳头板的钢丝绳的直径。利用平行设置的槽钢2作为机架横梁,通过固定板3以及底座组件1实现槽钢2的连接固定提高了机架的强度。
在本实施例中,槽钢2有两个且两个槽钢2的槽口相对设置。底座组件1包括多个底座11,多个底座11沿槽钢2的长度方向依次均匀分布。槽钢2的下端面上开设有卡槽21,每个内衬组件5包括固定于相邻两个槽钢2下端面上的下衬板51、卡设于卡槽21内且与下衬板51相固定连接的上衬板52。相邻两个槽钢2上的加固板3中至少有一个与底座组件1通过加强板4相固定连接。底座组件1与槽钢2之间通过焊接固定或通过螺栓组件固定连接。加固板3与槽钢2之间通过焊接固定或通过螺栓组件固定连接。本发明更改原有单根方管改为两个槽钢2结构,对导轨链处做了补强,优化了绳头板钢丝绳的位置,减少钢丝绳由于原有结构限制产生的偏移。

  1. 一种防偏移电梯用机架,其用于电梯绳头板的定位,其特征在于:所述防偏移电梯用机架包括底座组件、至少两根固定安装于所述底座组件上端面上的槽钢、连接于所述槽钢上端面上的加固板、连接于所述槽钢与所述底座组件之间的加强板以及设于相邻两个槽钢之间且用于防止槽钢向内挤压变形的内衬组件,所述槽钢相平行设置且相邻的两个槽钢之间的间隙大于,所述电梯绳头板的钢丝绳的直径,所述槽钢有两个且两个所述槽钢的槽口相对设置,所述底座组件包括多个底座,多个所述底座沿所述槽钢的长度方向依次均匀分布,所述槽钢的下端面上开设有卡槽,每个所述内衬组件包括固定于相邻两个所述槽钢下端面上的下衬板、卡设于所述卡槽内且与所述下衬板相固定连接的上衬板,相邻两个所述槽钢上的加固板中至少有一个与所述底座组件通过加强板相固定连接,所述底座组件与所述槽钢之间通过焊接固定或通过螺栓组件固定连接,所述加固板与所述槽钢之间通过焊接固定或通过螺栓组件固定连接。
  2. 一种防偏移电梯用机架,其用于电梯绳头板的定位,其特征在于:所述防偏移电梯用机架包括底座组件、至少两根固定安装于所述底座组件上端面上的槽钢、连接于所述槽钢上端面上的加固板、连接于所述槽钢与所述底座组件之间的加强板以及设于相邻两个槽钢之间且用于防止槽钢向内挤压变形的内衬组件,所述槽钢相平行设置且相邻的两个槽钢之间的间隙大于,所述电梯绳头板的钢丝绳的直径。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的防偏移电梯用机架,其特征在于:所述槽钢有两个且两个所述槽钢的槽口相对设置。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的防偏移电梯用机架,其特征在于:所述底座组件包括多个底座,多个所述底座沿所述槽钢的长度方向依次均匀分布。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的防偏移电梯用机架,其特征在于:所述槽钢的下端面上开设有卡槽,每个所述内衬组件包括固定于相邻两个所述槽钢下端面上的下衬板、卡设于所述卡槽内且与所述下衬板相固定连接的上衬板。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的防偏移电梯用机架,其特征在于:相邻两个所述槽钢上的加固板中至少有一个与所述底座组件通过加强板相固定连接。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的防偏移电梯用机架,其特征在于:所述底座组件与所述槽钢之间通过焊接固定或通过螺栓组件固定连接。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的防偏移电梯用机架,其特征在于:所述加固板与所述槽钢之间通过焊接固定或通过螺栓组件固定连接。
