可选地,所述环形槽形成在所述磁路组件的磁间隙;和/或,
所述第一密封材料为磁液、硅胶或能够限定在所述环形槽中的密封液体;和/或,
所述振动组件包括补强部、以及安装在所述补强部朝向所述后声腔一侧的音圈,所述音圈与所述环形槽配合。
可选地,所述环形槽形成在所述磁路组件的磁间隙;和/或,
所述第一密封材料为磁液、硅胶或能够限定在所述环形槽中的密封液体;和/或,
所述振动组件包括补强部、以及安装在所述补强部朝向所述后声腔一侧的音圈,所述音圈与所述环形槽配合。
可选地,所述活动密封配合结构包括:
外围环槽,设置在所述壳体内且环设在所述振动组件的外围;以及,
第二密封材料,设置在所述外围环槽中;
所述振动组件的周侧部伸入至所述外围环槽中,且在所述外围环槽可活动,所述第二密封材料与所述振动组件相密封。
可选地,所述振动组件包括补强部、以及安装在所述补强部朝向所述后声腔一侧的音圈,所述补强部的周侧部与所述外围环槽配合;和/或,
所述第二密封材料为密封胶体、硅胶或能够限定在所述外围环槽中的密封液体。
可选地,所述安装腔内还形成有外围固定密封结构,所述发声单体在所述振动组件的外围部分,与所述壳体的内侧壁密封连接,以形成所述外围固定密封结构;和/或,
所述磁路组件的中心开孔设置;和/或,
所述壳体内在所述后声腔的至少一周侧设置有连通所述后声腔设置的腔体。
本发明还提供一种电子产品,包括发声装置,所述发声装置包括:
壳体,具有一安装腔;
发声单体,包括振动组件和磁路组件,所述发声单体设于所述安装腔内且将所述安装腔密封阻隔形成前声腔和后声腔;
复位件,设于所述壳体内,用以弹性复位所述振动组件;以及,
活动密封配合结构,位于所述安装腔内;
其中,所述振动组件可活动地与所述活动密封配合结构配合,且所述振动组件在振动过程中保持与所述密封配合结构密封配合。
本发明的技术方案中,通过设置活动密封配合结构,所述振动组件可活动地与所述活动密封配合结构配合,且所述振动组件在振动过程中保持与所述密封配合结构密封配合,如此以避免前声腔和后声腔连通,而导致声短路,并且进一步设置一复位件来为所述振动组件提供复位,进而不需要通过设置柔性折环同时实现在所述振动组件的活动安装处的密封,又提供复位力,从而可以避免因为设置柔性折环带来的技术缺陷。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
需要说明,若本发明实施例中有涉及方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后……),则该方向性指示仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。

本发明提供一种发声装置、以及具有所述发声装置的电子产品,所述电子产品可以但不限于手机、电视机、电脑等等,所述电子产品尤其为对于产品尺寸要求轻薄化的电子产品,例如智能手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑等等,本发明的主要改进点在于对发声装置进行改进,以下结合对本发明提供的发声装置做详细介绍和说明。
在现有技术中,通常设置柔性折环,柔性折环一方面提供振动组件复位力,另一方面柔性折环还起到对所述振动组件在活动安装处的密封作用,以避免振动组件的前声腔和后声腔在振动组件的活动安装处连通,然而,受限于柔性折环的材质以及尺寸等等的限制,柔性折环会带来一系列的技术缺陷(前面已介绍,在此不做赘述)
鉴于此,本发明提出一种发声装置,所述发声装置取消设置折环,但同样在振动组件的活动安装处实现密封,且能够为振动组件提供复位力。图2至图4为本发明提供的发声装置的一实施例的结构示意图,图5和图6为本发明提供的发声装置的另外两个实施例的结构示意图。
请参阅图2至图4,在本发明的一实施例中,所述发声装置100包括壳体1、发声单体2、复位件3和活动密封配合结构。所述壳体1具有一安装腔1a,并且具体地,在本发明的实施例中,所述壳体1由前壳11和后壳12对接组装形成,显然本设计不限于此,所述壳体1也可以由其他形式形成。
所述发声单体2包括振动组件21和磁路组件22,所述发声单体2设于所述安装腔1a内且将所述安装腔1a密封阻隔形成前声腔11a和后声腔12a,从而可以避免所述前声腔11a和所述后声腔12a连通,进而产生的声波相互影响,以出现“声短路”的现象。
所述复位件3设于所述壳体1内,用以弹性复位所述振动组件21,所述复位件3的具体结构和形式不做限制,且所述复位件3因不再承担所述振动组件21在活动安装处的密封作用,故而所述复位件3设置可以更为灵活,材质也不在收到过多限制。
其中,所述振动组件21可活动地与所述活动密封配合结构配合,且所述振动组件21在振动过程中保持与所述密封配合结构密封配合。
所述发声装置100在工作时,所述发声单体2被加上电信号后,所述振动组件21将会振动,因为所述振动组件21通过与所述活动密封配合结构活动配合安装,而可以在振动方向上活动,且所述振动组件21在振动过程中保持与所述密封配合结构密封配合,如此以避免前声腔11a和后声腔12a连通,而导致声短路,并且进一步设置一复位件3来为所述振动组件21提供复位,进而不需要通过设置柔性折环同时实现在所述振动组件21的活动安装处的密封,又提供复位力,从而可以避免因为设置柔性折环带来的技术缺陷。
所述振动组件21包括补强部211、以及安装在所述补强部211朝向所述后声腔12a一侧的音圈212,所述音圈212在通电之后,在磁路组件22产生的磁场中,会带动所述补强部211一同振动。
在本发明的实施例中,所述复位件3包括定心支片3a,所述定心支片3a的材质可以但不限于为金属材质。所述定心支片3a包括主体外框31和多个弹性支撑片32,所述主体外框31的具体形状不做限制,具体地,在本发明的实施例中,所述主体外框31呈方形设置。所述多个弹性支撑片32设于所述主体外框31的内侧,所述多个弹性支撑片32的一端与所述主体外框31连接(具体地,所述多个弹性支撑片32与所述主体外框31一体成型),另一端弹性支撑所述振动组件21,可以直接与所述振动组件21连接,也可以通过其他结构间接与所述振动组件21连接,并且所述多个弹性支撑片32与所述振动组件21的(直接或间接)连接方式不做限制,后续有详细说明,在本发明的实施例中,通过所述定心支片3a为所述振动组件21提供复位力,所述多个弹性支撑片32在周向上的强度较好,并且共同对所述振动组件21在周向上限位,以避免所述振动组件21侧向移动,以出现“偏振”的问题,同时所述定心支片3a具有较好的弹性,以能够较好地实现所述振动组件21的弹性复位。
进一步地,在本发明的实施例中,所述多个弹性支撑片32分布在所述主体外框31的各侧边上,具体地,在本发明的实施例中,所述弹性支撑片32设置为4个,且4个所述弹性支撑片32设置在所述主体外框31的四侧边,如此,在所述振动组件21的周向上的各个方向位对所述振动组件21进行限 位,以进一步增强所述振动组件21在周向上的稳定性。
此外,在本发明的实施例中,每一所述弹性支撑片32包括主体段321和支撑段322,所述主体段321一端与所述主体外框31的内侧连接,且沿着所述主体外框31的一侧边延伸,所述支撑段322的一端与所述主体段321的另一端连接,另一端朝向所述主体外框31围设区域的中部延伸,用以弹性支撑所述振动组件21,也即可以直接或间接与所述振动组件21连接,通过将所述弹性支撑片32的主体段321沿着对应的侧边延伸,如此使得所述主体段321具有足够大的长度尺寸,进而可以提高所述弹性支撑片32的弹性。
当所述多个弹性支撑片32间接与所述振动组件21连接时,可以是,所述定心支片3a还包括支撑内框(未图示),所述支撑内框设于所述主体外框31的内侧,且通过所述多个弹性支撑片32与所述主体外框32连接,所述支撑内框与所述振动组件21连接,如此通过所述支撑内框与所述振动组件21连接,可以进一步提高所述振动组件21在周向上的稳定性。
所述定心支片3a与所述振动组件21的连接方式不做限制,可以是,定心支片3a与所述振动组件21连接的连接部(例如可以是所述多个弹性支撑片32的自由端,也可以是所述支撑内框),夹设在所述音圈212和所述音圈212之间,具体地,在本发明的一实施例中,所述弹性支撑片32的自由端夹设在所述音圈212和所述补强部211之间,且所述音圈212和所述补强部211之间通过粘胶粘接,以将所述弹性支撑片32的自由端和所述补强部211以及所述音圈212固定连接,显然本设计不限于此,三者之间还可以通过其他方式连接。
所述活动密封配合结构提供所述振动组件21可活动的配合安装,并且需要保持在所述振动组件21在活动过程中的密封性,所述活动密封配合结构的具体实现形式不做限制,在本发明的实施例中提供了所述活动密封配合结构的两种不同形式的实施例。
请参阅图2,在本发明提供的一实施例中,所述活动密封配合结构包括环形槽41和第一密封材料42,所述环形槽41开设在所述磁路组件22上,所述第一密封材料42设于所述环形槽41内,所述振动组件21朝向所述后声腔12a的一端与所述环形槽41活动配合而可,且被所述密封材料所密封。通过在所述磁路组件22上设置环形槽41,以使得所述振动组件21朝向所述后声腔12a 的一端与所述环形槽41可活动地配合,进一步在所述环形槽41中设置第一密封材质,以实现对所述振动组件21朝向所述后声腔12a的一端与所述环形槽41之间的密封,进而通过简单的结构实现所述活动密封配合结构。
进一步地,在该实施例中,所述环形槽41形成在所述磁路组件22的磁路间隙中。
此外,在该实施例中,所述第一密封材料42为磁液,进而避免所述第一密封材料42对所述振动组件21活动形成的过大阻力,同时所述磁液也能够较好地被限定在所述环形槽41中,而不易外泄,当然本设计不限于此,还可以采用其他材料作为第一密封材料42,可以是弹性较好的硅胶、流体状态的密封胶等等。
此外,在本发明的实施例中,所述音圈212朝向所述后声腔12a的一端与所述环形槽41配合,可以是所述音圈212的后端内侧或外侧通过所述第一密封材料42与所述环形槽41密封,也可以所述音圈212朝向所述后声腔12a的一端内侧和外侧通过所述第一密封材料42与所述环形槽41密封,显然本设计不限于此,也可以是所述补强部211向后翻折一部分,或者,设置其他的结构来与所述环形槽41配合。
显然对于由磁间隙形成所述环形槽42的情况下,所述音圈212伸入至磁间隙,以使得可以使得所述振动组件21的功率设置得足够大,此外,此时若所述第一密封材料42为磁液,可以通过所述磁路组件22对所述第一密封材料42进行很好的限制,避免从所述环形槽42中外泄。
图4和图5为本发明提供的其他实施例中,在该其他实施例中,所述活动密封配合结构包括外围环槽51和第二密封材料52,所述外围环形槽41设置在所述壳体1的内部结构上且环设在所述振动组件21的外围,具体设置在所述壳体1的内侧壁上,更具体设置在前壳11的内侧壁上。所述第二密封材料52设置在所述外围环槽51中,所述振动组件21的周侧部伸入至所述外围环槽51中,且在所述外围环槽51在振动方向上可活动,所述第二密封材料52与所述振动组件21相密封,如此可以通过另一简单结构实现所述活动密封配合结构。具体地,在本发明的实施例中,所述补强部211的周侧部与所述外围环槽51配合。
所述第二密封材料52的具体材质不做限制,可以是密封胶体、硅胶或能够限定在所述外围环槽51中的密封液体。
在本发明的实施例中,请参阅图2,所述安装腔1a内还形成有外围固定密封结构6,所述发生装置在所述振动组件21的外围部分,与所述壳体1的内侧壁之间密封连接,以形成所述外围固定密封结构6。具体地,在本发明的实施例中,所述磁路组件22和所述定心支片3a的外围共同与所述壳体1的内壁密封贴接,以形成所述外围固定密封结构6,显然也可以是所述磁路组件22与所述壳体1的内壁密封贴接,形成所述外围固定密封结构。显然,在图5和图6提供的实施例中,所述密封结构可以不设置所述外围固定密封结构6。
在本发明的实施例中,请参阅图2和图5,所述磁路组件22的中心开孔设置,如此使得所述后声腔12a与所述壳体1的其他部分腔体1b连通,进而可以增大与所述后声腔12a连通的容腔的容积,进而可以减小后声腔12a振动产生的振幅。显然,所述磁路组件22也可不设置开孔,如图6所示。
进一步地,在本发明的实施例中,请参阅图2、图5和图6,所述壳体1内在所述后声腔12a的至少一周侧设置有连通所述后声腔12a设置的腔体1b,具体地,所述壳体1内在所述安装腔1a的两侧均设有所述腔体1b,以进一步增大与所述后声腔12a连通的腔体1b体积,以减小后声腔12a振动产生的声波的振幅。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例,并非因此限制本发明的专利范围,凡是在本发明的发明构思下,利用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构变换,或直接/间接运用在其他相关的技术领域均包括在本发明的专利保护范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种发声装置,其特征在于,包括:
    壳体,具有一安装腔;
    发声单体,包括振动组件和磁路组件,所述发声单体设于所述安装腔内且将所述安装腔密封阻隔形成前声腔和后声腔;
    复位件,设于所述壳体内,用以弹性复位所述振动组件;以及,
    活动密封配合结构,位于所述安装腔内;
    其中,所述振动组件可活动地与所述活动密封配合结构配合,且所述振动组件在振动过程中保持与所述密封配合结构密封配合。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述复位件包括定心支片,所述定心支片包括:
    主体外框;
    多个弹性支撑片,设于所述主体外框的内侧,所述多个弹性支撑片的一端与所述主体外框连接,另一端用以弹性支撑所述振动组件。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述多个弹性支撑片分布在所述主体外框的各侧边上;和/或,
    每一所述弹性支撑片包括主体段和支撑段,所述主体段一端与所述主体外框的内侧连接,且沿着所述主体外框的一侧边延伸,所述支撑段的一端与所述主体段的另一端连接,另一端朝向所述主体外框围设区域的中部延伸,用以弹性支撑所述振动组件;和/或,
    所述定心支片还包括支撑内框,所述支撑内框设于所述主体外框的内侧,且通过所述多个弹性支撑片与所述主体外框连接,所述支撑内框与所述振动组件连接。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述振动组件包括补强部、以及安装在所述补强部朝向所述后声腔的一侧的音圈;
    所述定心支片与所述振动组件连接的连接部,夹设在所述音圈和所述补 强部之间。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述活动密封配合结构包括:
    环形槽,形成在所述磁路组件上;以及,
    第一密封材料,设于所述环形槽内;
    所述振动组件朝向所述后声腔的一端与所述环形槽活动配合而可,且被所述密封材料所密封。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的扬声器发声装置,其特征在于,所述环形槽形成在所述磁路组件的磁间隙;和/或,
    所述第一密封材料为磁液、硅胶或能够限定在所述环形槽中的密封液体;和/或,
    所述振动组件包括补强部、以及安装在所述补强部朝向所述后声腔一侧的音圈,所述音圈与所述环形槽配合。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述活动密封配合结构包括:
    外围环槽,设置在所述壳体内且环设在所述振动组件的外围;以及,
    第二密封材料,设置在所述外围环槽中;
    所述振动组件的周侧部伸入至所述外围环槽中,且在所述外围环槽中可活动,所述第二密封材料与所述振动组件相密封。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述振动组件包括补强部、以及安装在所述补强部朝向所述后声腔一侧的音圈,所述补强部的周侧部与所述外围环槽配合;和/或,
    所述第二密封材料为密封胶体、硅胶或能够限定在所述外围环槽中的密封液体。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述安装腔内还形成有 外围固定密封结构,所述发声单体在所述振动组件的外围部分,与所述壳体的内侧壁密封连接,以形成所述外围固定密封结构;和/或,
    所述磁路组件的中心开孔设置;和/或,
    所述壳体内在所述后声腔的至少一周侧设置有连通所述后声腔设置的腔体。
  10. 一种电子产品,其特征在于,包括如权利要求如权利要求1至9任意一项所述的发声装置。
