在该可选的实施方式中,系统可以根据预设的营业时间以及预设的时间间隔,确定多个时间段为预设的多个时间段。比如:营业时间为9:00-17:00,时间间隔为2个小时,那么可以确定预设的多个时间段为:9:00-11:00、11:00-13:00、13:00-15:00、15:00-17:00。每个时间段包括起始时间以及结束时间,比如,9:00-11:00这个时间段的起始时间为9:00,结束时间为11:00。系统需要确定起始时间大于当前时间的时间段为目标时间段,结合上面的例子,假设当前时间为11:30,那么目标时间段为:13:00-15:00以及15:00-17:00。根据所述商品的单位制作时间以及每个所述目标时间对应的可参与所述商品制作的单位数,可以确定所述商品在每个所述目标时间段的可制作商品数量,然后根据所述商品的库存量、所述商品在每个所述目标时间段的已预订商品数量以及可制作商品数量,可以确定所述商品在每个所述目标时间段的可预订数量。其中,所述可预订数量需要进行取整处理,比如:计算出的可预订数量为1.1或1.9,最终确定的可预订数量都为1。本发明实施例中,预先设置的数量阈值为0,即若所述目标时间段的可预订数量大于0,可以确定所述目标时间段为所述商品的第一可预订时间的;以及确定所述商品在所述第一可预订时间的可预订数量为所述第一可预订时间对应的第一可预订数量。
S13、服务器将接收的第一选择指令所指示的第一可预订时间确定为商品预订时间。
在一实施例中,所述服务器对所述第一选择指令的接收可通过如下方式 进行:所述服务器可在用户界面中显示对应所述第一可预订时间输入的第一选项框以及对应所述第一可预订数量输入的第二选项框。

在所述商品属性中包括促销规则时确定所述商品为促销商品,判断所述商品预订数量是否满足所述促销商品的促销规则;
若所述商品预订数量不满足所述促销商品的促销规则,判断所述用户是否为注册用户;
若所述用户为注册用户,将所述商品预订数量变更为所述促销规则指示的促销数量,即,将所述促销数量确定为更新后的商品预订数量。
在该可选的实施方式中,促销规则一般是指商品满足一定数量可以获得价格的优惠。若所述商品预订数量不满足所述促销商品的促销规则,则继续判断所述用户是否为注册用户,若所述用户为注册用户,则证明所述用户可以参加所述促销商品的活动,因此,可以将所述促销数量确定为商品预订数量,其中,所述促销数量属于第一可预订数量(所述促销数量不能超出所述第一可预订数量的范围),所述商品的有效订单中显示的价格是系统结合促销规则确定的实际需要支付的金额。用户可以根据自身的需要决定要不要参加促销活动,可以重新选择预订数量。

若多种所述商品的可预订时间交集不为空,确定所述第一可预订数量中与所述可预订时间交集对应的目标可预订数量,结合上面可预订时间交集的例子,所述目标可预订数量包括商品A在10:00-11:00对应的所述第一可预订数量以及在11:00-12:00对应的所述第一可预订数量,商品B在10:00-11:00对应的所述第一可预订数量以及在11:00-12:00对应的所述第一可预订数量。
所述服务器可以在提供的用户界面中显示用于输入所述可预订时间交集的第一选项框以及用于输入所述目标可预订数量的第二选项框;根据用户在所述第一选项框中输入的第一选择指令,将所述第一选择指令指示的可预订时间交集确定为商品预订时间;根据所述用户在所述第二选项框中输入的第二选择指令,将所述第二选择指令指示的目标可预订数量确定为商品预订数量。结合上面时间交集的例子,所述第一选项框中可选的预订时间为10:00-11:00和11:00-12:00,在所述用户选择好了预订时间后,用户可以针对每种所述商品在所述第二选项框中选择所述商品的预订数量(目标可预订数量)。
S15、服务器根据所述商品预订时间以及所述商品预订数量,生成所述商品的有效订单。
其中,所述有效订单包括所述商品的类型、所述商品预订时间、所述商品预订数量、需要支付的金额等。
本发明实施例中,所述商品的单价可以在数据库中查询到,可以根据所述商品的单价以及所述商品预订数量可以计算出需要支付的金额,进而完善订单信息,生成所述商品的有效订单。

在该可选的实施方式中,所述根据所述商品预订时间以及所述商品预订数量,生成所述商品的有效订单后,所述用户需要在一定的时间期限内对所述商品的有效订单进行支付操作,否则所述商品的有效订单会被系统自动取消。本发明实施例中生成2个时间,一个是提醒时间(第一预设时间),另一个是订单失效时间(第二预设时间),所述第二预设时间比所述第一预设时间要晚一段时间。系统可以随时获取所述有效订单的状态,若检测到所述有效订单在第一预设时间后且在第二预设时间前处于未支付状态时,发送提示信息给所述用户,提示所述用户需要在所述第二预设时间前对所述有效订单进行支付操作;当检测到所述有效订单在所述第二预设时间后处于未支付状态时,取消所述有效订单。比如:若所述有效订单的生成时间为9:00,可以根据预设的规则(比如提醒时间为5分钟后,订单失效时间为10分钟后),生成第一预设时间9:05,以及生成第二预设时间9:10;若所述有效订单在9:05处于未支付状态,生成并发送提示信息给所述用户,提示所述用户需要在9:10前对所述有效订单进行支付操作,若所述有效订单在9:10处于未支付状态,系统自动取消所述有效订单。
在图1所描述的方法流程中,可以根据商品的相关制作信息确定商品的可预订时间以及可预订数量,可以精准地控制商品的预订时间以及预订量,确保商品能够在预订时间内完成,而不会出现用户下单后而商品无法在预定时间内完成的情况,从而能够确保订单的有效性。

接收模块201,用于接收针对商品的结算指令,其中,所述结算指令中携带有所述商品的相关制作信息。
其中,所述相关制作信息包括:所述商品的单位制作时长、可参与所述商品制作的单位数以及所述商品的库存量。其中,所述单位制作时长是指一 个商品被制作出来的所要花费的时间;所述单位数为人数或设备数量,单人或单个设备制作一个商品所花费的时间可能不一样,即单人与单个设备可能对应不同的商品的单位制作时长;所述库存量是指商品已经被提前制作出来的数量。
第一确定模块202,用于根据所述相关制作信息,确定所述商品的第一可预订时间以及所述第一可预订时间对应的第一可预订数量;
其中,因为每个可预订时间的可参与所述商品制作的单位数可能不一样,每个可预订时间的已预订商品数量可能不一样,所以,每个可预订时间的可预订数量可能不一样。因此,除了确定所述商品的第一可预订时间,还要确定所述第一可预订时间对应的第一可预订数量。
第二确定模块203,用于将接收的第一选择指令所指示的第一可预订时间确定为商品预订时间,以及将接收的第二选择指令所指示的第一可预订数量确定为商品预订数量。
在一实施例中,所述功能模块还可以包括显示模块,用于在用户界面中显示所述第一可预订时间的第一选项框以及所述第一可预订数量的第二选项框。

取消模块,用于当检测到所述有效订单在所述第二预设时间后处于未支付状态时,取消所述有效订单。
在该可选的实施方式中,所述根据所述商品预订时间以及所述商品预订数量,生成所述商品的有效订单后,所述用户需要在一定的时间期限内对所述商品的有效订单进行支付操作,否则所述商品的有效订单会被系统自动取消。本发明实施例中生成2个时间,一个是提醒时间(第一预设时间),另一个是订单失效时间(第二预设时间),所述第二预设时间比所述第一预设时间要晚一段时间。系统可以随时获取所述有效订单的状态,若检测到所述有效订单在第一预设时间后且在第二预设时间前处于未支付状态时,发送提示信息给所述用户,提示所述用户需要在所述第二预设时间前对所述有效订单进行支付操作;当检测到所述有效订单在所述第二预设时间后处于未支付状态时,取消所述有效订单。比如:若所述有效订单的生成时间为9:00,可以根据预设的规则(比如提醒时间为5分钟后,订单失效时间为10分钟后),生成第一预设时间9:05,以及生成第二预设时间9:10;若所述有效订单在9:05处于未支付状态,生成并发送提示信息给所述用户,提示所述用户需要在9:10前对所述有效订单进行支付操作,若所述有效订单在9:10处于未支付状态,系统自动取消所述有效订单。
在图2所描述的订单生成装置中,可以根据商品的相关制作信息确定商 品的可预订时间以及可预订数量,可以精准地控制商品的预订时间以及预订量,确保商品能够在预订时间内完成,而不会出现用户下单后而商品无法在预定时间内完成的情况,从而能够确保订单的有效性。
如图3所示,图3是本发明实现订单生成方法的较佳实施例的服务器的结构示意图。所述服务器3包括存储器31、至少一个处理器32、存储在所述存储器31中并可在所述至少一个处理器32上运行的计算机程序33及至少一条通讯总线34。
本领域技术人员可以理解,图3所示的示意图仅仅是所述服务器3的示例,并不构成对所述服务器3的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件,例如所述服务器3还可以包括输入输出设备、网络接入设备等。
所述至少一个处理器32可以是中央处理单元(Central Processing Unit,CPU),还可以是其他通用处理器、数字信号处理器(Digital Signal Processor,DSP)、专用集成电路(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,ASIC)、现场可编程门阵列(Field-Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)或者其他可编程逻辑器件、分立门或者晶体管逻辑器件、分立硬件组件等。该处理器32可以是微处理器或者该处理器32也可以是任何常规的处理器等,所述处理器32是所述服务器3的控制中心,利用各种接口和线路连接整个服务器3的各个部分。
所述存储器31可用于存储所述计算机程序33和/或模块/单元,所述处理器32通过运行或执行存储在所述存储器31内的计算机程序和/或模块/单元,以及调用存储在存储器31内的数据,实现所述服务器3的各种功能。所述存储器31可主要包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需的应用程序(比如声音播放功能、图像播放功能等)等;存储数据区可存储根据服务器3的使用所创建的数据(比如音频数据等)等。此外,存储器31可以包括非易失性存储器,例如硬盘、内存、插接式硬盘,智能存储卡(Smart Media Card,SMC),安全数字(Secure Digital,SD)卡,闪存卡(Flash Card)、至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他易失性固态存储器件。
结合图1,所述服务器3中的所述存储器31存储多个指令以实现一种订单生成方法,所述处理器32可执行所述多个指令从而实现:
接收针对商品输入的结算指令,其中,所述结算指令中携带有所述商品的相关制作信息;
根据所述相关制作信息,确定所述商品的第一可预订时间以及所述第一可预订时间对应的第一可预订数量;
将接收的第一选择指令所指示的第一可预订时间确定为商品预订时间;
将接收的第二选择指令所指示的第一可预订数量确定为商品预订数量;
根据所述商品预订时间以及所述商品预订数量,生成所述商品的有效订单。
在一种可选的实施方式中,所述相关制作信息包括:所述商品的单位制 作时长、可参与所述商品制作的单位数以及所述商品的库存量,所述单位数为人数或设备数量,所述根据所述相关制作信息,确定所述商品的第一可预订时间以及所述第一可预订时间对应的第一可预订数量包括:
针对预设的多个时间段中的每个所述时间段,将起始时间大于当前时间的所述时间段确定为目标时间段,其中,每个所述时间段包括起始时间以及结束时间;
根据所述商品的单位制作时长以及可参与所述商品制作的单位数,确定每个所述目标时间段的可制作商品数量;
根据所述库存量、所述目标时间段的已预订商品数量以及所述可制作商品数量,确定所述商品在每个所述目标时间段的可预订数量;
针对每个所述目标时间段,判断所述商品在所述目标时间段的可预订数量是否大于预设数量阈值;
若所述商品在所述目标时间段的可预订数量大于预设数量阈值,确定所述目标时间段为所述商品的第一可预订时间,以及确定所述商品在所述第一可预订时间的可预订数量为所述第一可预订时间对应的第一可预订数量。
在一种可选的实施方式中,所述根据所述相关制作信息,确定所述商品的第一可预订时间以及所述第一可预订时间对应的第一可预订数量之后,所述处理器32可执行所述多个指令从而实现:
判断所述商品的类型是否有多种;
若所述商品的类型有多种,根据多种所述商品的第一可预订时间,确定多种所述商品的可预订时间交集,所述可预订时间交集在所述第一选择指令中进行指示并被确定为商品预订时间;
若所述可预订时间交集不为空,确定所述第一可预订数量中与所述可预订时间交集对应的目标可预订数量,所述目标可预订数量在所述第二选择指令中进行指示并被确定为商品预订数量。
在一种可选的实施方式中,所述将接收的第二选择指令所指示的第一可预订数量确定为商品预订数量包括:
在所述商品属性中包括促销规则时确定所述商品为促销商品,判断所述商品预订数量是否满足所述促销商品的促销规则;
若所述商品预订数量不满足所述促销商品的促销规则,判断所述用户是否为注册用户;
若所述用户为注册用户,将所述商品预订数量变更为所述促销规则指示的促销数量。
在一种可选的实施方式中,在所述将接收的第二选择指令所指示的第一可预订数量确定为商品预订数量后,所述处理器32可执行所述多个指令从而实现:
若检测到所述用户的账号接收到优惠信息,根据所述商品的类型、所述商品预订时间以及所述商品预订数量,判断所述优惠信息是否符合使用要求;
所述根据所述商品预订时间以及所述商品预订数量,生成所述商品的有效 订单包括:
若所述优惠信息符合使用要求,根据所述优惠信息、所述商品预订时间以及所述商品预订数量,生成所述商品的有效订单。
在一种可选的实施方式中,所述生成所述商品的有效订单后,所述处理器32可执行所述多个指令从而实现:
接收针对所述有效订单输入的订单操作指令;
根据所述有效订单中的商品信息以及所述订单操作指令,更新所述商品的库存量。
在一种可选的实施方式中,所述生成所述商品的有效订单之后,所述处理器32可执行所述多个指令从而实现:
当检测到所述有效订单在第一预设时间后且在第二预设时间前处于未支付状态时,发送提示信息给所述用户;
当检测到所述有效订单在所述第二预设时间后处于未支付状态时,取消所述有效订单。
具体地,所述处理器32对上述指令的具体实现方法可参考图1对应实施例中相关步骤的描述,在此不赘述。
在图3所描述的服务器3中,可以根据所述商品预订时间以及所述商品预订数量,生成所述商品的有效订单。可见,根据商品的相关制作信息确定商品的可预订时间以及可预订数量,可以精准地控制商品的预订时间以及预订量,确保商品能够在预订时间内完成,而不会出现用户下单后而商品无法在预定时间内完成的情况,从而能够确保订单的有效性。
所述服务器3集成的模块/单元如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本发明实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,也可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的计算机程序可存储于一计算机可读存储介质中,该计算机程序在被处理器执行时,可实现上述各个方法实施例的步骤。其中,所述计算机程序包括计算机程序代码,所述计算机程序代码可以为源代码形式、对象代码形式、可执行文件或某些中间形式等。所述计算机可读介质可以包括:能够携带所述计算机程序代码的任何实体或装置、记录介质、U盘、移动硬盘、磁碟、光盘、计算机存储器、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)。
在本发明所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的系统,装置和方法,可以通过其它的方式实现。例如,以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,例如,所述模块的划分,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式。
所述作为分离部件说明的模块可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为模块显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部模块来实现本实施例方案的目的。
另外,在本发明各个实施例中的各功能模块可以集成在一个处理单元中, 也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用硬件加软件功能模块的形式实现。
对于本领域技术人员而言,显然本发明不限于上述示范性实施例的细节,而且在不背离本发明的精神或基本特征的情况下,能够以其他的具体形式实现本发明。因此,无论从哪一点来看,均应将实施例看作是示范性的,而且是非限制性的,本发明的范围由所附权利要求而不是上述说明限定,因此旨在将落在权利要求的等同要件的含义和范围内的所有变化涵括在本发明内。不应将权利要求中的任何附关联图标记视为限制所涉及的权利要求。此外,显然“包括”一词不排除其他单元或步骤,单数不排除复数。系统权利要求中陈述的多个单元或装置也可以由一个单元或装置通过软件或者硬件来实现。第二等词语用来表示名称,而并不表示任何特定的顺序。
最后应说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种订单生成方法,其特征在于,所述订单生成方法包括:
    接收商品结算指令,其中,所述结算指令中携带有所述商品的相关制作信息;
    根据所述相关制作信息,确定所述商品的第一可预订时间以及所述第一可预订时间对应的第一可预订数量;
    将接收的第一选择指令所指示的第一可预订时间确定为商品预订时间;
    将接收的第二选择指令所指示的第一可预订数量确定为商品预订数量;
    根据所述商品预订时间以及所述商品预订数量,生成所述商品的有效订单。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的订单生成方法,其特征在于,所述相关制作信息包括:所述商品的单位制作时长、可参与所述商品制作的单位数以及所述商品的库存量,所述单位数为人数或设备数量,所述根据所述相关制作信息,确定所述商品的第一可预订时间以及所述第一可预订时间对应的第一可预订数量包括:
    针对预设的多个时间段中的每个所述时间段,将起始时间大于当前时间的所述时间段确定为目标时间段,其中,每个所述时间段包括起始时间以及结束时间;
    根据所述商品的单位制作时长以及可参与所述商品制作的单位数,确定每个所述目标时间段的可制作商品数量;
    根据所述库存量、所述目标时间段的已预订商品数量以及所述可制作商品数量,确定所述商品在每个所述目标时间段的可预订数量;
    针对每个所述目标时间段,判断所述商品在所述目标时间段的可预订数量是否大于预设数量阈值;
    若所述商品在所述目标时间段的可预订数量大于预设数量阈值,确定所述目标时间段为所述商品的第一可预订时间,以及确定所述商品在所述第一可预订时间的可预订数量为所述第一可预订时间对应的第一可预订数量。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的订单生成方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述相关制作信息,确定所述商品的第一可预订时间以及所述第一可预订时间对应的第一可预订数量之后,所述方法还包括:
    判断所述商品的类型是否有多种;
    若所述商品的类型有多种,根据多种所述商品的第一可预订时间,确定多种所述商品的可预订时间交集,所述可预订时间交集在所述第一选择指令中进行指示并被确定为商品预订时间;
    若所述可预订时间交集不为空,确定所述第一可预订数量中与所述可预订时间交集对应的目标可预订数量,所述目标可预订数量在所述第二选择指令中进行指示并被确定为商品预订数量。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的订单生成方法,其特征在于,所述将接收的第二 选择指令所指示的第一可预订数量确定为商品预订数量包括:
    在所述商品属性中包括促销规则时确定所述商品为促销商品,判断所述商品预订数量是否满足所述促销商品的促销规则;
    若所述商品预订数量不满足所述促销商品的促销规则,判断所述用户是否为注册用户;
    若所述用户为注册用户,将所述商品预订数量变更为所述促销规则指示的促销数量。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的订单生成方法,其特征在于,在所述将接收的第二选择指令所指示的第一可预订数量确定为商品预订数量后,所述方法还包括:
    若检测到所述用户的账号接收到优惠信息,根据所述商品的类型、所述商品预订时间以及所述商品预订数量,判断所述优惠信息是否符合使用要求;
    所述根据所述商品预订时间以及所述商品预订数量,生成所述商品的有效订单包括:
    若所述优惠信息符合使用要求,根据所述优惠信息、所述商品预订时间以及所述商品预订数量,生成所述商品的有效订单。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的订单生成方法,其特征在于,所述生成所述商品的有效订单后,所述方法还包括:
    接收针对所述有效订单的订单操作指令;
    根据所述有效订单中的商品信息以及所述订单操作指令,更新所述商品的库存量。
  7. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的订单生成方法,其特征在于,所述生成所述商品的有效订单之后,所述方法还包括:
    当检测到所述有效订单在第一预设时间后且在第二预设时间前处于未支付状态时,发送提示信息给所述用户;
    当检测到所述有效订单在所述第二预设时间后处于未支付状态时,取消所述有效订单。
  8. 一种订单生成装置,其特征在于,所述订单生成装置包括:
    接收模块,用于接收针对商品的结算指令,其中,所述结算指令中携带有所述商品的相关制作信息;
    第一确定模块,用于根据所述相关制作信息,确定所述商品的第一可预订时间以及所述第一可预订时间对应的第一可预订数量;
    第二确定模块,用于将接收的第一选择指令所指示的第一可预订时间确定为商品预订时间,以及将接收的第二选择指令所指示的第一可预订数量确定为商品预订数量;
    生成模块,用于根据所述商品预订时间以及所述商品预订数量,生成所述商品的有效订单。
  9. 一种服务器,其特征在于,所述服务器包括处理器和存储器,所述处理器用于执行存储器中存储的计算机程序以实现如权利要求1至7中任意一项所述的订单生成方法。
  10. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有至少一个指令,所述至少一个指令被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至7中任意一项所述的订单生成方法。
