- 一种圆盘式钻孔机,其特征是包括:基座,包括固定在地面上的矩形框架,设置在所述矩形框架上面的圆底盘;装卸单元,包括设置在所述圆底盘上面的升降座和设置在所述升降座上面的T型板,安装固定在所述T型板上面的第一定位气缸和第二定位气缸,同轴安装固定在所述第一定位气缸上面的第一推动杆,以及同轴设置在所述第二定位气缸上面的第二推动杆;压料调节装置,包括对称设置在所述圆底盘上面的调节块,连接设置在所述调节块上面的过渡块;压料装置,包括设置在所述过渡块上面且位于所述过渡块中间的固定架,安装固定在所述固定架侧面的连接块,设置在所述固定架一端的压紧气缸,一端转动连接着所述连接块另一端连接着所述压紧气缸的下压座,以及设置在所述下压座下面的压料座。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种圆盘式钻孔机,其特征在于:所述矩形框架为中空结构,其所述矩形框架的高度设为650mm-770mm之间;其在所述矩形框架内部设置了驱动装置,所述驱动装置包括设置矩形框架内部的旋转电机以及设置在所述旋转电机的转动端且位于圆底盘上方的旋转转盘;其所述旋转转盘与所述圆底盘之间设有预定的间隙。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种圆盘式钻孔机,其特征在于:所述矩形框架四周设有门板。

- 根据权利要求1所述的一种圆盘式钻孔机,其特征在于:所述压料座包括,连接固定在旋转转盘上面的下支板,插接在所述下支板上面的上支板,设置在所述下支板一端的V型块,安装在所述V型块上面的V型垫块,设置在所述上支板一端的耳板,同时穿过所述上支块和所述下支板的销轴,其所述销轴与所述上支板和下支板间隙间隙配合。
- 根据权利要求6所述的一种圆盘式钻孔机,其特征在于:所述上支板呈凹型结构,其所述上支板的凹槽部设有弹簧,所述弹簧的一端设有平垫,其所述平垫另一端与下支板相接触,所述平垫上面设有内六角,其所述内六角同时穿过所述平垫,并且固定在所述下支板上面。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种圆盘式钻孔机,其特征在于:所述矩形框架的上设有放料箱,其所述放料箱下凹放置在矩形框架的上面,并位于第二推力杆顶端。
- 一种圆盘式钻孔机的工作方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤;S1、启动设备;S2、将工件放置在装卸区;S3、第一定位气缸将其工件推入至压料座中;S4、压料装置中的压紧气缸工作,然后带动着压紧气缸一端的下压座,向下运动压紧压料座;S5、驱动装置中的旋转电机工作,带动其转轴转盘旋转上面的工件旋转至下一工位;S6、循环S3至S5直至装料工位全部装料完毕;S7、钻孔单元启动工作,加工工件;S8、钻孔单元加工完毕后,驱动装置带动其工作旋转至装卸区域;S9、压紧气缸抬起,第二定位气缸将其工件推至放料箱内,工作结束。
