本发明属于加热不燃烧卷烟技术领域。更具体地,本发明涉及一种适于加热不燃烧装置的烟支。
【背景技术】
传统卷烟是指燃吸式的烟草制品,通过卷烟的燃烧发生的化学反应,释放出烟草中的各类物质,通过吸食满足吸烟者的需求。一般而言,香烟吸食时会释放烟气,其中对人体危害较大的有焦油、一氧化碳、烟草特有亚硝胺、稠环芳烃、氢氰酸等多种有毒有害物质,因而长期吸食香烟时,可能导致多种疾病危害。而加热不燃烧卷烟是一种利用特殊热源对烟草制品进行加热,烘烤出尼古丁和香味物质来满足吸烟者需求的卷烟,加热温度一般不超过400摄氏度,烟气有害化学成分和生物毒性大幅度降低,从而显著减少了对人体的危害。
目前市面上售卖的加热不燃烧卷烟主要采用将针状或片状加热器插入烟支中间进行加热的方式,是一种局部加热方式,部分炭化,产香段短,产生的烟雾量少,烟气温度高,过滤嘴热缩,较难满足消费者的需求。
因此,针对现有技术的诸多技术缺陷,本发明人通过大量的试验与分析,终于完成了本发明。
【发明内容】

本发明的目的是提供一种适于加热不燃烧装置的烟支。

本发明涉及一种适于加热不燃烧装置的烟支。
所述的烟支由烟草物料段、支持隔离段、烟气冷凝降温段与过滤段构成;加热不燃烧装置的电磁感应加热元件位于烟草物料段中。
根据本发明的一种优选实施方式,所述的烟支由烟草物料段与1~3段选自支持隔离段、烟气冷凝降温段与过滤段的段构成。
根据本发明的另一种优选实施方式,烟草物料段是圆周长16.8mm~24.5mm的烟草物料棒;支持隔离段是使用中空的纸质材料或者注塑材料构成,支持隔离段的长度是 5.0~15.0mm;烟气冷凝降温段是导热硅胶材料或者淀粉颗粒材料构成,烟气冷凝降温段的长度是5.0~15.0mm;过滤段是醋脂滤嘴、PLA滤嘴或多元复合滤嘴;它的圆周长是16.8~24.5mm。
根据本发明的另一种优选实施方式,烟草物料段的烟草物料是一种或多种选自现有烟草烟丝、烟草碎片、烟草粉末、再造烟叶或烟草提取物的烟草物料。
根据本发明的另一种优选实施方式,所述的烟草物料含有发烟剂,所述的发烟剂是一种或多种选自丙二醇、丙三醇、山梨醇、多元醇或醋酸甘油酯的发烟剂;所述发烟剂的添加量为烟草物料重量的5~30%。
根据本发明的另一种优选实施方式,所述烟草物料的水含量是以重量计5~8%。
根据本发明的另一种优选实施方式,所述的烟草物料含有香味添加剂,所述的香味添加剂是一种或多种选自烟草提取物、含烟碱提取物、香料植物提取物、薄荷醇、柠檬烯、香草醛或桃醛的添加剂;所述香味添加剂为烟草物料重量的0.01~1.0%。
根据本发明的另一种优选实施方式,电磁感应加热元件是圆柱形、针形、片状或其它类似形状的加热元件。
根据本发明的另一种优选实施方式,电磁感应加热元件的重量是50~400mg、长度10~30mm、圆柱形或针形直径0.5~2.0mm、片状宽度2.0~5.0mm,厚度0.1~1.0mm。
根据本发明的另一种优选实施方式,电磁感应加热元件位于烟草物料段前端中心,它在烟草物料段中的长度是12~32mm。
下面将更详细地描述本发明。
本发明涉及一种适于加热不燃烧装置的烟支。
在本发明中,加热不燃烧装置应该理解是一种利用外部电源加热烟草却不使其燃烧,但能使它含有的香味成分等物质释放出来的装置。
所述的适于加热不燃烧装置烟支由烟草物料段、支持隔离段、烟气冷凝降温段与过滤段构成;加热不燃烧装置的电磁感应加热元件位于烟草物料段中,其具体结构参见附图1。
优选地,所述的烟支由烟草物料段与1~3段选自支持隔离段、烟气冷凝降温段与过滤段的段构成。
根据本发明,烟草物料段是圆周长16.8mm~24.5mm的烟草物料棒;所使用的烟草物料是一种或多种选自现有烟草烟丝、烟草碎片、烟草粉末、再造烟叶或烟草提取物的烟草物料。本发明使用的烟草物料是目前市场上销售的产品,例如由红塔集团有限责任公司以商品名烟丝销售的现有烟草烟丝、由安徽华环国际烟草有限公司以商品名烟草碎 片销售的烟草碎片、由安徽华环国际烟草有限公司以商品名烟草碎末销售的烟草粉末、由江苏鑫源烟草薄片有限公司以商品名再造烟叶销售的再造烟叶、由海南高新鑫科技有限公司以商品名弗吉尼亚烟草提取物销售的烟草提取物。
在本发明中,烟草物料段的圆周长为16.8mm~24.5mm。烟草物料段的圆周长超过所述范围是不可取的。因为如果烟草物料段的圆周长短于16.8mm,则发烟量不足,不利于烟支上机;如果烟草物料段的圆周长长于24.5mm,则加热不完全,不能满足烟支上机要求。因此,烟草物料段的圆周长为16.8mm~24.5mm是可取的,优选的是18.8mm~22.5mm。
根据本发明,烟草物料段的烟草物料含有发烟剂。所述的发烟剂是一种或多种选自丙二醇、丙三醇、山梨醇、多元醇或醋酸甘油酯的发烟剂。本发明使用的发烟剂是目前市场上销售的产品,例如郑州食品添骄化工产品有限公司以商品名丙二醇销售的丙二醇、罗盖特中国精细化工有限公司以商品名山梨糖醇销售的山梨醇、由上海殊誉化工有限公司以商品名聚酯多元醇销售的多元醇、由中山郎特森生物科技有限公司以商品名甘油单乙酸酯销售的醋酸甘油酯。
在本发明中,所述发烟剂的添加量为烟草物料重量的5~30%,该添加量超过所述的范围是不可取的,因为如果发烟剂的添加量低于5%,则发烟量不足;如果发烟剂的添加量高于30%,则不利于这种烟支上机与烟支储存。因此,所述发烟剂的添加量为5~30%是可取的,优选地是10~20%。
根据本发明,烟草物料段的烟草物料水含量控制在以重量计5~8%的范围内。水含量超过所述的范围是不可取的,因为如果水含量低于5%时,则烟支在储存和运输过程中易松散;如果水含量高于8%时,则不利于烟支上机和储存。因此,烟草物料段的水含量为5~8%是合理的,优选地是6~7%。
根据本发明,烟草物料段的烟草物料含有香味添加剂,所述的添加剂是一种或多种选自烟草提取物、含烟碱提取物、香料植物提取物、薄荷醇、柠檬烯、香草醛或桃醛的添加剂。本发明使用的香味添加剂是目前市场上销售的产品,例如由海南高新鑫科技有限公司以商品名弗吉尼亚烟草提取物销售的烟草提取物、由陕西港华生物科技有限公司以商品名烟碱销售的含烟碱提取物、由广州品研食品科技有限公司以商品名烟油香精销售的香料植物提取物、由安徽银丰药业有限公司以商品名天然薄荷脑销售的薄荷脑、由江西环球天然香料有限公司以商品名D柠檬烯销售的柠檬烯、由江苏百耀生物科技有限公司以商品名香草醛销售的香草醛、由中山郎特森生物科技有限公司以商品名丙位十一内酯销售的桃醛。
所述香味添加剂为烟草物料重量的0.01~1.0%。
根据本发明,支持隔离段是由纸质材料或者注塑材料构成的中空段,它的长度是5.0~15.0mm;本发明使用的纸质材料是目前市场上销售的产品,例如由郑州密丰纸业有限责任公司以商品名卷烟纸销售的纸或由云南红塔蓝鹰纸业有限公司以商品名卷烟纸销售的纸。本发明使用的注塑材料也是目前市场上销售的产品,例如由苏州甫路生物科技有限公司以商品名ABS树脂销售的注塑材料、由东莞市东风塑胶原料有限公司以商品名ABS树脂销售的注塑材料。
烟气冷凝降温段是由导热硅胶材料或淀粉颗粒材料构成的,它的长度是5.0~15.0mm;本发明使用的导热硅胶材料是目前市场上销售的产品,例如由东莞市跨越电子有限公司以商品名导热硅胶片销售的产品或由博海塑胶电子有限公司以商品名导热硅胶销售的产品。本发明使用的淀粉颗粒材料也是目前市场上销售的产品,例如由石家庄唐天淀粉有限公司以商品名水溶性淀粉颗粒销售的淀粉颗粒材料、由安徽紫山农业科技有限公司以商品名淀粉销售的淀粉颗粒材料。
过滤段是醋脂滤嘴、PLA滤嘴或多元复合滤嘴,它的圆周长是16.8~24.5mm。本发明使用的醋脂滤嘴是目前市场上销售的产品,例如由南通烟滤嘴有限责任公司销售的醋脂滤嘴、由云南瑞升烟草技术集团有限公司销售的醋脂滤嘴。本发明使用的PLA滤嘴也是目前市场上销售的产品,例如由南通烟滤嘴有限责任公司销售的PLA滤嘴、由云南瑞升烟草技术集团有限公司销售的PLA滤嘴。本发明使用的多元复合滤嘴是目前市场上销售的产品,例如由南通烟滤嘴有限责任公司销售的多元复合滤嘴、由云南瑞升烟草技术集团有限公司销售的多元复合滤嘴。
根据本发明,感应加热元件是圆柱形、针形、片状或其它类似形状的加热元件,它的重量是的重量是50~400mg、长度10~30mm、圆柱形或针形直径0.5~2.0mm、片状宽度2.0~5.0mm,厚度0.1~1.0mm。
在本发明中,感应加热元件的重量为50~400mg,其重量超过所述的范围是不可取的,因为如果感应加热元件的重量低于50mg,则加热效果不理想,达不到预想的加热温度;如果感应加热元件的重量高于400mg,则该加热元件体积过大,所占烟草物料段的比例过高,影响烟支的抽吸口数。因此,感应加热元件的重量为50~400mg是恰当的,优选地是150~300mg。
感应加热元件的长度为10~30mm,其长度超过所述的范围都是不合理的,因为如果感应加热元件的长度短于10mm,则加热不充分,影响抽吸效果;如果感应加热元件的长度长于30mm,则抽吸时温度过高,影响抽吸口感。因此,感应加热元件的长度 为10~30mm是合适的,优选地是15~20mm。
圆柱形感应加热元件的直径是0.5~2.0mm,该直径超过所述的范围是不能接受的,因为如果圆柱形感应加热元件直径小于0.5mm,则加热不充分,影响抽吸效果;如果圆柱形感应加热元件直径大于2.0mm,则加热效果不理想。因此,圆柱形感应加热元件的直径为0.5~2.0mm是恰当的,优选地是1.0~1.5mm。
片状感应加热元件的宽度为2.0~5.0mm、厚度0.1~1mm。其宽度与厚度超过所述的范围是不行的,因为如果片状感应加热元件的宽度小于2.0mm,则加热不充分,影响抽吸效果;如果片状感应加热元件的宽度大于5.0mm,则加热温度会过高。如果片状感应加热元件的厚度小于0.1mm,则加热不充分,影响抽吸效果;如果片状感应加热元件的厚度大于1mm,则加热温度过高,加热效果不理想。因此,片状感应加热元件的宽度为2.0~5.0mm、厚度为0.1~1mm是合适的,优选地宽度为3.0~4.0mm,厚度为0.4~0.6mm。
根据本发明,电磁感应加热元件位于烟草物料段前端中心,它在烟草物料段中的长度是12~32mm。电磁感应加热元件的插入深度超过所述范围是不能接受的,因为如果感应加热元件插入深度低于12mm,则烟草物料段的烟草物料加热不充分,影响抽吸效果,如果感应加热元件插入深度高于32mm,则抽吸时温度过高,影响抽吸效果。因此,电磁感应加热元件的插入深度为12~32mm是合理的,优选地是15~25mm。
本发明适于加热不燃烧装置的烟支生产方法如下。
该生产方法的步骤如下:
将烟草物料加工成为圆周在16.8mm~24.5mm的圆柱装料棒;
然后,将所述烟草物料段、支持隔离段、烟气冷凝降温段、过滤段采用滤棒复合机进行复合加工成型,或者采用卷烟搓接机进行搓接成型,或者采用在圆形空管内填加不同功能段的方式加工而成。
本发明的烟支适用于电磁感应加热不燃烧装置的要求,使用电磁感应加热装置抽吸时,从卷烟内部进行加热,具有加热速度快、加热均匀、充分等较为明显的特点。
本发明卷烟制品按照卷烟感官质量评判标准GB5606~2005卷烟感官评吸标准组织相关评吸专家进行评吸,其评吸结果表明,香气较丰富,细腻柔和;协调性较好;杂气较少;刺激性弱;余味较好。

  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的适于加热不燃烧装置的烟支,其特征在于烟草物料段(1)是圆周长16.8mm~24.5mm的烟草物料棒;支持隔离段(2)是由纸质材料或者注塑材料构成的中空段,它的长度是5.0~15.0mm;烟气冷凝降温段(3)是由导热硅胶材料或淀粉颗粒材料构成的,它的长度是5.0~15.0mm;过滤段(4)是醋脂滤嘴、PLA滤嘴或多元复合滤嘴,它的圆周长是16.8~24.5mm。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的适于加热不燃烧装置的烟支,其特征在于烟草物料段(1)的烟草物料是一种或多种选自现有烟草烟丝、烟草碎片、烟草粉末、再造烟叶或烟草提取物的烟草物料。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的适于加热不燃烧装置的烟支,其特征在于所述的烟草物料含有发烟剂,所述的发烟剂是一种或多种选自丙二醇、丙三醇、山梨醇、多元醇或醋酸甘油酯的发烟剂;所述发烟剂的添加量为烟草物料重量的5~30%。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的适于加热不燃烧装置的烟支,其特征在于所述烟草物料的水含量是以重量计5~8%。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的适于加热不燃烧装置的烟支,其特征在于所述的烟草物料含有香味添加剂,所述的香味添加剂是一种或多种选自烟草提取物、含烟碱提取物、香料植物提取物、薄荷醇、柠檬烯、香草醛、薄荷醇或桃醛的添加剂;所述香味添加剂为烟草物料重量的0.01~1.0%。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的适于加热不燃烧装置的烟支,其特征在于电磁感应加热元件(5)是圆柱形、针形、片状、针形或其它类似形状的加热元件。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的适于加热不燃烧装置的烟支,其特征在于电磁感应加热元件(5)的重量是50~400mg、长度10~30mm、圆柱形或针形直径0.5~2.0mm、片状宽度2.0~5.0mm、厚度0.1~1.0mm。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的适于加热不燃烧装置的烟支,其特征在于电磁感应加 热元件(5)位于烟草物料段(1)前端中心,它在烟草物料段(1)中的长度是12~32mm。
