Description

一种无线耳机
本申请要求在2019年4月25日提交中国国家知识产权局、申请号为201910341316.X、发明名称为“一种无线耳机”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请实施例涉及电子技术领域,尤其涉及一种无线耳机。
背景技术
随着用户对便携性要求的提高,无线耳机得到越来越多的用户的青睐。通常,无线耳机与耳机盒配合使用。耳机盒可以收纳无线耳机,并为无线耳机充电。
其中,无线耳机的外壳上以及耳机盒内部可以分别设置有对应的电连接器,该电连接器用于导通和传输电流。当无线耳机收纳于耳机盒中,且无线耳机上的电连接器和耳机盒上的电连接器相接触时,可以通过电连接器的电流传输功能为无线耳机充电。
设置在无线耳机的外壳上,暴露在无线耳机外部的电连接器,容易将静电放电(electro-static discharge,ESD)和浪涌等产生的干扰信号导入无线耳机内部,从而可能击穿耳机本体的电路系统中的器件,或对电路系统造成其他的干扰和影响,降低耳机系统的稳定性。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供一种无线耳机,无线耳机的电连接器经过抗干扰器件后再接入无线耳机的电路系统,能够减小电连接器从外部导入的静电放电(electro-static discharge,ESD)、浪涌等高频、高压信号对电路系统的影响。
为达到上述目的,本申请实施例采用如下技术方案:
一方面,本申请实施例提供了一种无线耳机,包括:外壳,和设置在外壳形成的腔体内的电源模块;电源模块用于为无线耳机供电。无线耳机还包括第一电连接器和第二电连接器,第一电连接器和第二电连接器设置在无线耳机的外壳上,且分别与电源模块的两个电极电连接。该电极包括正极或负极。其中,第一电连接器或第二电连接器中的至少一个,通过抗干扰器件与电源模块的电极电连接;抗干扰器件用于抑制从第一电连接器或第二电连接器导入的干扰信号。例如,该干扰信号可以是高频、高压干扰信号。
这样,至少一个电连接器输入的电信号可以经过抗干扰器件后,再接入无线耳机内部的电路系统;而抗干扰器件可以抑制电连接器从外部导入的ESD、浪涌等产生的干扰信号,从而减小这些干扰信号对无线耳机的电路系统的干扰和影响,提高无线耳机系统的稳定性。
在一种可能的设计中,抗干扰器件为磁珠或电阻。
其中,磁珠和电阻的体积较小,在电路板上占用的空间较小,因而可以节省无线耳机内部的空间,降低无线耳机内部电路板设计的难度。
在另一种可能的设计中,第一电连接器和第二电连接器为pogo pin接口、弹簧针、弹片、导电块、导电贴片、导电片、插针、插头、接触垫、插孔或插座。
也就是说,第一电连接器和第二电连接器具体可以有多种结构、类型和形态。
在另一种可能的设计中,电源模块包括电源管理单元和电池。电源管理单元包括电源管理集成电路(integrated circuit,IC)、保护IC和电量计IC。第一电连接器或第二电连接器中 的至少一个,通过抗干扰器件与电源管理单元输入端的电极电连接;电源管理单元输出端的两个电极分别与电池的两个电极电连接。
这样,电连接器从耳机盒输入的电信号在经过抗干扰器件的处理后,通过电源模块中电源管理单元的处理后,再传输到电池进行充电。
在另一种可能的设计中,腔体内包括第一印制电路板,以及与第一印制电路板电连接的软板。电源模块中的电源管理单元设置在第一印制电路板上,电源管理单元的负极接地。电源模块中的电池与软板电连接,电池的负极通过软板接地,以与电源管理单元的负极电连接。电池的正极通过软板,与第一印制电路板上电源管理单元的正极电连接。
这样,无线耳机内部,电池的正极和负极可以通过软板分别和硬板上电源管理单元的正极和负极电连接,以使得电源管理单元进行电压调节等处理后的电信号可以输入电池进行充电。
在另一种可能的设计中,外壳包括杆体,腔体内还包括设置在杆体底部的第二印制电路板。软板用于电连接第一印制电路板和第二印制电路板。第一电连接器设置在第二印制电路板上,第二印制电路板上设置有抗干扰器件。第一电连接器串联抗干扰器件后接地,以与电源管理单元的负极电连接。
这样,第一电连接器可以通过硬板上设置的抗干扰器件后,与电源管理单元的负极电连接。
在另一种可能的设计中,在第二印制电路板上,抗干扰器件与第一电连接器通过印制电路板(printed circuit board,PCB)走线连接,印制电路板PCB走线与其他PCB走线之间的距离大于或者等于预设值。
这样,可以尽量避免PCB走线中的ESD、浪涌等高频高压信号跳到其他PCB走线上,从而对其他PCB走线上的信号以及电路系统造成影响。
在另一种可能的设计中,第二印制电路板上设置有麦克风和第一收音孔。第一电连接器上设置有第二收音孔,第二收音孔包括设置在第一电连接器外壁上的第一开孔和第二开孔,第一开孔和第二开孔通过第一电连接器内部的管道连通。第二收音孔还包括第三开孔,第三开孔从管道处开始,朝第二印制电路板所在的一侧延伸,直至穿透第一电连接器。第一收音孔和第二收音孔用于,将用户的语音信号传送给第二印制电路板上的麦克风。
在该设计中,第二收音孔在不设置防尘网的情况下,也可以防止灰尘和水进入无线耳机内部,达到防尘防水的效果。
在另一种可能的设计中,第一印制电路板上设置有抗干扰器件,第二电连接器设置在软板上。第二电连接器通过软板与第一印制电路板上的抗干扰器件电连接,并串联抗干扰器件后与第一印制电路板上的电源管理单元的正极电连接。
这样,第二电连接器可以设置在软板上,并通过软板与硬板上的抗干扰器件与硬板上电源管理单元的负极电连接。
在另一种可能的设计中,第一电连接器和第二电连接器之间的距离大于或者等于预设值。
在该方案中,第一电连接器和第二电连接器之间的距离大于或者等于预设值,即第一电连接器和第二电连接器分散设置在无线耳机上,无线耳机内部可以有更为充足的空间来设置每个电连接器,以及和电连接器配合使用的其他器件,从而可以降低电路设计的难度。
在另一种可能的设计中,外壳包括杆体和与杆体的顶部相连的耳塞,第一电连接器位于杆体的底端。
这样,杆体底端只有一个第一电连接器,杆体底端更为美观。
在另一种可能的设计中,第一电连接器位于杆体底端,第二电连接器位于耳塞的外侧壁上。
这样,第一电连接器和第二电连接器之间的距离较远,可以将第一电连接器和第二电连接器分散开。
在另一种可能的设计中,第一电连接器位于杆体底端,第二电连接器位于杆体的外侧壁上。
也就是说,第一电连接器和第二电连接器可以分别设置在杆体不同的部位(即杆体底端和杆体外侧壁)上,并且第一电连接器和第二电连接器之间的距离大于预设值。
在另一种可能的设计中,外壳包括杆体和与杆体的顶部相连的耳塞,第一电连接器和第二电连接器位于杆体的外侧壁上。

也就是说,无线耳机还可以具有其他多种部件,实现无线通信、音频处理、控制、存储等多种功能。
另一方面,本申请实施例提供了一种系统,包括上述任一种可能的设计中的无线耳机和手机。无线耳机和与手机进行无线通信,处理手机的音乐、电话等音频业务。
另一方面,本申请实施例提供了一种系统,包括上述任一种可能的设计中的无线耳机和耳机盒。当无线耳机的无线耳机收纳于耳机盒中,无线耳机上的第一电连接器和第二电连接器,分别与耳机盒中的第三电连接器和第四电连接器接触时,通过耳机盒为无线耳机充电。

无线耳机可以与手机、笔记本电脑、手表等电子设备配合使用,处理电子设备的媒体、通话等音频业务,以及其他一些数据业务。例如,该音频业务可以包括为用户播放音乐、录音、视频文件中的声音、游戏中的背景音乐、来电提示音等媒体业务;还可以包括在电话、微信语音消息、音频通话、视频通话、游戏、语音助手等通话业务场景下,为用户播放对端的语音数据,或采集用户的语音数据发送给对端等。
在现有技术中,无线耳机可以包括一对配合使用的耳机本体,每个耳机本体可以包括两个电连接器。示例性的,如图1所示,无线耳机01包括两个耳机本体10,该耳机本体10可以包括杆体11,和与杆体11顶部相连的耳塞。杆体11底端设置有两个电连接器111。耳机本体11的外壳上的两个电连接器111,暴露于耳机本体10之外,且分别通过连接线与耳机本体10中电源模块的两个电极(即正极和负极)直连,即电连接器111与电源模块的电极之间不经过其他器件。并且,每个耳机本体中还可以包括电池。当耳机本体上的两个电连接器与充电盒上对应设置的两个电连接器电连接时,可以通过充电盒为耳机本体中的电池充电。
日常的生产和生活中普遍存在静电放电ESD现象。例如,耳机本体与其他物体摩擦,或者用户用手触摸耳机本体等,均可能发生ESD现象。由于雷电、电气设备启停和故障等原因还可能发生浪涌现象。例如,耳机本体在充电时接通电路的瞬间可能发生浪涌现象。干扰信号,例如ESD和浪涌等产生的高频、高压干扰信号以及其他干扰信号,可以通过暴露于耳机本体外部的电连接器,导入耳机本体内部。其中,高频、高压干扰信号是指频率高于预设频率值,或者电压高于预设电压值的干扰电信号。以下实施例主要以从电连接器导入耳机本体内部的干扰信号,包括高频、高压干扰信号为例进行说明。
在现有技术中,由于耳机本体上设置的两个电连接器通过连接线与电源模块的正极和负极直连,因而该电连接器从耳机本体外部导入的ESD、浪涌等高频、高压干扰信号,可能会 击穿耳机本体的电路系统中的器件,或对电路系统造成其他的干扰和影响,降低耳机系统的稳定性。
随着无线耳机的体积越来越小,ESD、浪涌等对无线耳机的干扰问题也越来越严重。无线耳机暴露在外面的电连接器,更容易将ESD、浪涌等高频、高压干扰信号导入无线耳机内部,从而可能干扰或损坏无线耳机内部的器件和电路。
参见图2中的(a)和(b),本申请实施例提供了一种无线耳机21,该无线耳机21可以包括配合用户的左、右耳使用的一对耳机本体211。该耳机本体具体可以为耳塞式,挂耳式或入耳式耳机等。例如,该无线耳机可以是真无线立体声(true wireless stereo,TWS)耳机。
具体的,每个耳机本体可以包括两个电连接器(或称触点)。每个耳机本体上的至少一个电连接器,通过抗干扰器件(或称串联抗干扰器件后)与耳机本体中电源模块的电极(即正极或负极)电连接。该抗干扰器件可以用于抑制耳机本体的电连接器从外部导入的干扰信号,例如ESD、浪涌等产生的高频、高压干扰信号,减小这些干扰信号对耳机本体的电路系统的干扰和影响,提高无线耳机系统的稳定性。其中,抗干扰器件抑制高频、高压干扰信号可以包括衰减、吸收或过滤高频、高压干扰信号,以使得高频、高压干扰信号失去高频、高压特性,从而减小对耳机电路中的器件造成的影响。
并且,耳机本体内还可以包括电池。参见图2,当耳机本体211上的两个电连接器,与用于收纳无线耳机21的充电盒22上对应设置的两个电连接器电连接时,可以通过耳机盒22为耳机本体211中的电池进行充电。
示例性的,图3示出了本申请实施例提供的一种无线耳机300的结构示意图。该无线耳机300可以包括至少一个处理器301、至少一个存储器302、无线通信模块303、音频模块304、电源模块305以及第一输入/输出接口306等。该处理器301可以包括一个或多个接口,用于与无线耳机300的其他部件相连。

处理器301可以用于执行上述应用程序代码,调用相关模块以实现本申请实施例中无线耳机300的功能。例如,实现无线耳机300的充电功能,无线通信功能和音频数据播放功能等。处理器301可以包括一个或多个处理单元,不同的处理单元可以是独立的器件,也可以集成在一个或多个处理器301中。处理器301具体可以是集成的控制芯片,也可以由包括各种有源和/或无源部件的电路组成,且该电路被配置为执行本申请实施例描述的属于处理器301的功能。
无线通信模块303可以用于,支持无线耳机300与其他电子设备或耳机盒之间包括蓝牙(bluetooth,BT),全球导航卫星系统(global navigation satellite system,GNSS),无线局域网(wireless local area networks,WLAN)(如无线保真(wireless fidelity,Wi-Fi)网络),调频(frequency modulation,FM),近距离无线通信技术(near field communication,NFC),红外技术(infrared,IR)等无线通信的数据交换。在一些实施例中,该无线通信模块303可以为蓝牙芯片。无线耳机300可以通过该蓝牙芯片与其他电子设备的蓝牙芯片之间进行配对并建立无线连接,以通过该无线连接实现无线耳机300和其他电子设备之间的无线通信。
另外,无线通信模块303还可以包括天线,无线通信模块303经由天线接收电磁波,将电磁波信号调频以及滤波处理,将处理后的信号发送到处理器301。无线通信模块303还可以从处理器301接收待发送的信号,对其进行调频,放大,经天线转为电磁波辐射出去。
音频模块304可以用于管理音频数据,实现无线耳机300输入和输出音频信号。例如, 音频模块304可以从无线通信模块303获取音频信号,或者向无线通信模块303传递音频信号,实现通过无线耳机接打电话、播放音乐、启动/关闭与耳机连接的电子设备的语音助手、接收/发送用户的语音数据等功能。音频模块304可以包括用于输出音频信号的扬声器(或称听筒、受话器)组件,麦克风(或称话筒,传声器),与麦克风相配合的麦克风收音电路等。扬声器可以用于将音频电信号转换成声音信号并播放。麦克风可以用于将声音信号转换为音频电信号。
电源模块305,可为无线耳机300各模块供电;支持无线耳机300接收充电输入等。电源模块305可以包括电源管理单元(power management unit,PMU)和电池。其中,电源管理单元可以包括充电电路、压降调节电路、保护电路、电量测量电路等。充电电路可以接收外部的充电输入。压降调节电路可以将充电电路输入的电信号变压后输出给电池以完成对电池充电,还可以将电池输入的电信号变压后输出给音频模块304、无线通信模块303等其他模块。保护电路可以用于防止电池过充、过放、短路或过流等。在一些实施例中,电源模块305还可以包括无线充电线圈,用于对无线耳机300进行无线充电。另外,电源管理单元还可以用于监测电池容量,电池循环次数,电池健康状态(漏电,阻抗)等参数。
多个第一输入/输出接口306,可以用于提供无线耳机300与耳机盒之间进行充电或通信的有线连接。在一些实施例中,第一输入/输出接口306可以包括耳机电连接器,该耳机电连接器用于导通和传输电流。当无线耳机300放置于耳机盒中时,无线耳机300可以通过耳机电连接器与耳机盒中的电连接器建立电连接(例如耳机电连接器与耳机盒中的电连接器直接接触)。在该电连接建立后,耳机盒可以通过耳机电连接器和耳机盒中的电连接器的电流传输功能为无线耳机300中的电池充电。例如,该耳机电连接器可以为pogo pin、弹簧针、弹片、导电块、导电贴片、导电片、插针、插头、接触垫、插孔或插座等,本申请实施例对电连接器的具体类型不予限定。
具体的,无线耳机300可以包括配合用户左、右耳使用的一对耳机本体,每个耳机本体可以包括两个耳机电连接器。当耳机本体放置于耳机盒中时,耳机本体可以通过两个耳机电连接器与耳机盒中对应设置的两个电连接器建立电连接。在建立该电连接后,耳机盒可以为耳机本体中的电池充电。
在另一些实施例中,在该电连接建立后,无线耳机300还可以与耳机盒进行数据通信,例如可以接收来自耳机盒的配对指令。
另外,无线耳机300还可以包括传感器307。例如,该传感器307可以是距离传感器或接近光传感器,可以用于确定无线耳机300是否被用户佩戴。示例性的,无线耳机300可以利用距离传感器来检测无线耳机300附近是否有物体,从而确定无线耳机300是否被用户佩戴。在确定无线耳机300被佩戴时,无线耳机300可以打开扬声器。在一些实施例中,该无线耳机300还可以包括骨传导传感器,结合成骨传导耳机。利用该骨传导传感器,无线耳机300可以获取声部振动骨块的振动信号,解析出语音信号,实现语音功能。
再例如,无线耳机300的外表面还可以包括:触摸传感器,用于检测用户的触摸操作;指纹传感器,用于检测用户指纹,识别用户身份等;环境光传感器,可以根据感知的环境光的亮度,自适应调节一些参数(如音量大小);以及其他一些传感器。
可以理解的是,本申请实施例示意的结构并不构成对无线耳机300的具体限定。其可以具有比图3示出的更多的或者更少的部件,可以组合两个或更多的部件,或者可以具有不同的部件配置。例如,在无线耳机300的外表面还可以包括按键308、指示灯(可以指示电量、呼入/呼出、配对模式等状态)、显示屏(可以提示用户相关信息)、防尘网(可以配合听筒使 用)等部件。其中,该按键308可以是物理按键或触摸按键(与触摸传感器配合使用)等,用于触发开机、关机、暂停、播放、录音、开始充电、停止充电等操作。
图3示出的各种部件可以在包括一个或多个信号处理或专用集成电路在内的硬件、软件、或硬件和软件的组合中实现。
上述图2示出了用于收纳无线耳机21的两种耳机盒22的示意图。在一些实施例中,耳机盒内部可以具有一个或多个磁体,以将耳机本体吸引到耳机盒内的腔体中。该耳机盒可以包括盒电源模块和多个第二输入/输出接口。该盒电源模块可以为耳机盒中的电气部件供电,该盒电源模块可以包括电池。在一些实施例中,该第二输入/输出接口可以为盒电连接器,该盒电连接器与盒电源模块的电极电连接,可以用于导通和传输电流。耳机盒中可以包括分别与两个耳机本体相对应的两对盒电连接器。当耳机盒中的一对盒电连接器,分别与耳机本体中的两个耳机电连接器建立电连接后,耳机盒可以通过自身的电池为耳机本体中的电池充电。
其中,盒电连接器与耳机电连接器配合使用。例如,当耳机盒为电连接器为弹簧针时,耳机电连接器可以为导电块或导电片等;当耳机电连接器为导电贴片时,盒电连接器可以为导电片、接触垫等。耳机电连接器与盒电连接器可以通过表面接触、直插式连接、螺纹连接、卡口连接等多种方式建立电连接。
在另一些实施例中,该耳机盒上可以设置有至少一个触摸控件,可以用于触发无线耳机进行配对复位或对无线耳机进行充电等功能。耳机盒还可以设置有一个或多个电量指示灯,以向用户提示耳机盒中电池的电量大小,以及耳机盒中每个耳机本体中电池的电量大小。
在另一些实施例中,耳机盒内还可以包括处理器,存储器等部件。该存储器可以用于存储应用程序代码,并由耳机盒的处理器来控制执行,以实现耳机盒的各项功能。例如。耳机盒的处理器通过执行存储在存储器中的应用程序代码,在检测到无线耳机被放入耳机盒,且耳机盒的盖子被盖合后向无线耳机充电等。
此外,该耳机盒上还可以设置有充电接口,用于耳机盒为自身的电池进行充电。耳机盒内还可以包括无线充电线圈,用于对耳机盒自身的电池进行无线充电。可以理解的是,该耳机盒还可以包括其他部件,此处不再一一说明。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图4所示,无线耳机中的耳机本体40可以包括外壳41和内部部件42。内部部件42设置于外壳41形成的腔体内。内部部件42可以包括上述无线通信模块303、音频模块304和电源模块305等模块中的器件。耳机本体40的外壳41上还可以包括,与内部部件42相连的第一耳机电连接器(即第一电连接器)43和第二耳机电连接器(即第二电连接器)44。
其中,外壳上的第一耳机电连接器和第二耳机电连接器,暴露在耳机本体外部,便于与盒电连接器接触从而建立电连接。第一耳机电连接器和第二耳机电连接器可以通过压接、焊接、卡扣、绕接等多种方式与内部部件相连。
并且,第一耳机电连接器或第二耳机电连接器中的至少一个,可以通过抗干扰器件与耳机本体电源模块的电极(即正极或负极,或称阳极或阴极)电连接,从而为耳机本体中的电池充电。电源模块可以为系统其他电路供电。对应的电路原理图可以参见图5A。通常,电源模块的负极以及其他电路的负极均接地。
在图5A所示的方案中,在耳机本体进行充电时,从耳机电连接器导入的正常充电信号以及高频、高压干扰信号都可以经过抗干扰器件后,再接入电源模块;在不进行充电时,从耳机电连接器导入的高频、高压干扰信号可以经过抗干扰器件后,再接入电源模块。
这样,从耳机电连接器导入的高频、高压干扰信号可以被抗干扰器件抑制后,再接入电 源模块,从而可以减小高频、高压干扰信号对耳机本体内电路系统的干扰和影响,提高耳机系统的稳定性。
其中,耳机电连接器通过抗干扰器件与耳机本体电源模块的电极电连接是指,耳机电连接器先通过连接线与抗干扰器件电连接,而后再通过抗干扰器件与耳机本体电源模块的电极电连接。即,耳机电连接器先通过抗干扰器件后,才连接到耳机本体中的其他电路。
在一些实施例中,耳机电连接器输入的电信号通过电源管理单元进行电压调节等处理后,再为耳机本体中的电池进行充电。因而,第一耳机电连接器或第二耳机电连接器中的至少一个,可以通过抗干扰器件与电源管理单元的电极相连。电池中的电量可以通过电源管理单元的升压/降压等处理后,为系统其他电路供电。该种情况对应的电路原理图可以参见图5B。在不进行充电时,从耳机电连接器导入的高频、高压干扰信号可以经过抗干扰器件后,再进入电源管理单元;在充电时,从耳机电连接器导入的正常充电信号以及高频、高压干扰信号可以经过抗干扰器件后,再进入电源管理单元,并通过电源管理单元的处理后,再输入电池进行充电。
这样,从耳机电连接器导入的高频、高压干扰信号可以被抗干扰器件抑制后再进入电源管理单元及其他电路,因而可以减小ESD、浪涌等高频、高压干扰信号对耳机本体内电路系统的干扰和影响,可以提高无线耳机系统的稳定性。
具体的,当第一耳机电连接器与电源管理单元的正极通过抗干扰器件电连接时,第二耳机电连接器可以与电源管理单元的负极直连,或者与电源管理单元的负极通过抗干扰器件电连接。当第一耳机电连接器与电源管理单元的负极通过抗干扰器件电连接时,第二耳机电连接器可以与电源管理单元的正极直连,或者与电源管理单元的正极通过抗干扰器件电连接。
在如图1所示的现有方案中,两个耳机电连接器均设置于耳机本体的杆体底端。示例性的,现有方案中杆体底端两个电连接器的安装示意图可以参见图5C中的(a),两个电连接器501安装在杆体底端的电路板502上。杆体底端电路板的电路原理图可以参见图5C中的(b),杆体底端的电路板502上包括两个用于焊接耳机电连接器的焊盘503,麦克风收音电路中器件的设置区域504和收音孔505等。对应于电路板502上的收音孔505的位置,耳机本体的杆体底端也设置有收音孔506,以使得用户的话音信号可以通过收音孔506和收音孔505传送到麦克风。并且,如图5C中的(a)所示,收音孔506外部还设置有防尘网507,用于防止灰尘和杂质通过收音孔506进入耳机本体内部。
如图5C所示,由于杆体底部的空间有限,因而杆体底部电路板上的空间也有限,考虑到可能存在器件的安装误差,电路板上不同器件之间需要预留一定的距离;并且,考虑到信号之间的相互耦合等影响,电路板上不同信号之间也要间隔一定的距离,因而杆体底部耳机电连接器附近的空间较为紧张。若为了降低ESD、浪涌等信号的影响,在耳机电连接器和电源模块之间增加抗干扰器件,则将使得杆体底部的空间更为紧张,从而增大了无线耳机电路设计的难度。
在本申请的一些实施例中,两个耳机电连接器在耳机本体上分散设置,即两个耳机电连接器并不是都设置在杆体的底端。其中,分散设置是指,耳机本体上的两个电连接器之间的距离大于或者等于预设值。这样,分散设置的每个耳机电连接器,在耳机本体内部都可以有较为充分的空间来设置抗干扰器件,从而使得电路设计较为简单。示例性的,图4所示的耳机本体可以包括在耳机外壳上分散设置,且与内部部件相连的第一耳机电连接器43和第二耳机电连接器44。
图6A示出了耳机本体600的一种结构示意图。该耳机本体600可以包括杆体601,以及 与杆体601顶部相连的耳塞602。杆体601和耳塞602内部可以包括电路板和电池等内部部件。电路板上可以包括处理器、存储器、充电电路等多种组件,以实现上述无线通信模块303、音频模块304和电源模块305等各项功能。例如,电池可以设置在杆体601的腔体内部。音频模块304中的扬声器组件可以设置于耳塞602的腔体内部。当用户戴上耳塞时,可以听到扬声器组件发出的声音信号,从而为用户实现播放音乐、接/打电话等功能。第一耳机电连接器设置在杆体601的底部,第二耳机电连接器设置在耳机本体600除杆体601底端以外的其他位置,以与第一耳机电连接器分散设置。
其中,当仅有一个第一耳机电连接器设置在杆体底端时,整个杆体底部的空间都可以用于设置该第一耳机电连接器,因而第一耳机电连接器的面积较大,充电时与盒电连接器的接触面积较大,接触性较好,接触电阻较小,充电效率也较高。
此外,当杆体底端仅设置一个耳机电连接器时,杆体底端可以设计得更为美观。当另一个耳机电连接器设置在耳塞外侧壁上与杆体向底端延伸的一侧相对的位置时,该耳机电连接器不易被用户看到,可能会被杆体或耳塞遮挡,因而使得耳机本体看起来更为简洁美观。
在一些实施例中,第一耳机电连接器设置在杆体601的底端,第二耳机电连接器设置在耳塞602外侧壁605上的任意位置,以与第一耳机电连接器分散设置。
例如,如图6A所示,第一耳机电连接器603设置在杆体601的底端,或者说第一耳机电连接器603设置在杆体601的底端,与杆体601配合设置;第一耳机电连接器603并不在杆体601的外侧壁上。第二耳机电连接器604设置在耳塞602的外侧壁605上,与杆体601向底端延伸的一侧相对的位置(或称朝向杆体601向底端延伸的一侧的位置)。
在一些实施例中,第一耳机电连接器603和第二耳机电连接器604通过抗干扰器件与电源管理单元的两个电极分别电连接。该抗干扰器件可以是磁珠或电阻等占用空间较小的器件。
示例性的,参见图6B所示的电路图,电源管理单元可以包括电池充放电接口,用于测量电量的电量计集成电路(integrated circuit,IC),保护IC,以及电源管理集成电路(power management integrated circuit,PMIC)等。其中,PMIC具有充电电路和压降调节电路等电路的功能。第二耳机电连接器通过磁珠,与电池充放电接口电连接,并通过电池充放电接口与PMIC输入端的正极电连接,PMIC进行升压/降压等处理后的输出端的正极通过电量计IC与电池的正极和保护IC的正极电连接。第一耳机电连接器通过磁珠接地(GND)。并且,PMIC和保护IC的负极均接地。也就是说,第一耳机电连接器通过磁珠与PMIC和保护IC的负极电连接,即第一耳机电连接器通过磁珠与电源管理单元的负极电连接。并且,如图6B所示,PMIC还与系统其他电路电连接,从而在对电池中的电量进行电压调节等处理后,输出给系统其他电路进行供电。
在一些实施例中,耳机本体内部的电路板可以为软硬结合板,即软板(也称柔性电路板(flexible printed circuit,FPC))和硬板(即印制电路板或称印刷电路板)相结合的电路板。例如,该电路板可以包括第一硬板、第二硬板以及用于电连接第一硬板和第二硬板的软板。其中,第一硬板为主板,音频模块中的其他电路(例如音频输出电路),电源管理单元中的充电电路、防护电路,以及无线通信模块中的数据处理电路等主要设置在主板上。第二硬板上可以设置有麦克风收音电路。软板上可以设置有用于连接第一硬板和第二硬板的排线。第二硬板可以设置在杆体的底部。软板可以设置于杆体内部。第一硬板可以设置于耳塞内部。
在一些实施例中,图6A所示的第一耳机电连接器603与耳机本体600中电源管理单元的一个电极电连接,耳塞602外侧壁605上与杆体601向底端延伸的一侧相对的位置可以设置有开孔,第二耳机电连接器604穿过该开孔与耳机本体600中电源管理单元的另一个电极 电连接。
在一些实施例中,第一耳机电连接器通过第一抗干扰器件与第二硬板上的电路的负极电连接。其中,第一抗干扰器件可以设置在第二硬板上的任意位置。由于电路板上各电路的负极通常电连接在一起(例如均接地),因而当第一耳机电连接器通过第一抗干扰器件与第二硬板上的电路的负极或其他电路的负极电连接时,第一耳机电连接器通过第一抗干扰器件与电源管理单元的负极以及电源模块的负极电连接。
这样一来,当第一耳机电连接器和第二耳机电连接器分别与耳机盒中的第一盒电连接器和第二盒电连接器建立电连接时,第一耳机电连接器可以从耳机盒接收信号,该信号中的高频、高压干扰信号经过第一抗干扰器件的抑制后,输入电源管理单元,从而再通过电源管理单元的处理,输入耳机本体中的电池进行充电。在不充电的情况下,第一耳机电连接器从外部导入的高频、高压干扰信号,可以先被第一抗干扰器件抑制后,再进入电源管理单元及其他电路。因而,可以降低第一耳机电连接器从外部导入的ESD、浪涌等高频、高压干扰信号对电路系统的影响,提高耳机系统的稳定性。
示例性的,第二硬板的电路图可以参见图7。如图7所示,第二硬板上可以包括第一耳机电连接器的焊盘701,第二硬板上的电路负极702,第一抗干扰器件700的设置区域703以及连接线704。其中,区域703包括两个矩形焊接区,用于焊接第一抗干扰器件700。第一耳机电连接器通过焊盘701与第二硬板焊接,并通过PCB走线704与第一抗干扰器件703电连接,焊接在第二硬板上的第一抗干扰器件700,通过连接线与第二硬板上的电路负极702电连接,即与电源模块的负极电连接。另外,第二硬板上还可以包括第一收音孔706,麦克风及麦克风的设置区域707,以及麦克风收音电路中的其他器件等。
这样,在第二硬板上,只有一个焊盘用于焊接耳机电连接器。通过该焊盘焊接的第一耳机电连接器通过连接线连接到第一抗干扰器件。当采用万用表或其他工具测量第一耳机电连接器与第一抗干扰器件之间的电阻时,若该电阻几乎为0欧姆,则可以表明第一耳机电连接器通过PCB走线与第一抗干扰器件电连接,并未通过其他器件与第一抗干扰器件电连接;从而,第一耳机电连接器可以通过第一抗干扰器件连接到耳机本体中的其他电路。
此外,如图6A所示,杆体601底端还可以设置有一个或多个第二收音孔606。该第二收音孔606可以贯穿于第一耳机电连接器603,以使得用户的语音信号可以通过第二收音孔606和第二硬板上的第一收音孔传入第二硬板上的麦克风,实现麦克风的收音功能。
其中,杆体底部的面积较小,例如直径可以为5mm。设置于杆体底部的第二硬板的面积也较小,例如面积可以为5mm×5mm。因而,用于抑制ESD、浪涌等高频、高压干扰信号的第一抗干扰器件占用的空间也应较小。示例性的,该第一抗干扰器件可以为磁珠或电阻。
在一些实施例中,为了防止由于安装误差导致的器件无法安装的问题,电路板上的第一耳机电连接器与其他器件之间的距离应大于预设距离1(例如0.5mm)。为了避免距离太近而导致ESD、浪涌等高频、高压干扰信号直接导入其他信号,电路板上用于连接第一耳机电连接器和抗干扰器件的PCB走线704与其他PCB走线(包括电路板上的焊盘)之间的距离应大于预设距离2(例如8mil)。
示例性的,图6A所示的第一耳机电连接器603,具体可以为如图8中的(a)所示的,与杆端相配合的半球形导电体81。在一些实施例中,整个半球形导电体81可以为导电材料。例如,该导电材料可以为金属或合金等。在另一些实施例中,该半球形导电体81通过在半球形塑料体的外表面镀上导电材料来形成;该种情况下,第一耳机电连接器的重量较小,耳机本体更为轻便。并且,如图8中的(a)所示,杆体80底部的第二硬板82形成卡槽83和卡 槽形焊盘84。如图8中的(b)所示,该导电体81上设置有卡扣部件811和连接部件812。其中,该卡扣部件811可以为与卡槽83的形状和大小相匹配,且向内形成凸起(或称向内伸出的台阶)。该连接部件812可以为与卡槽形焊盘84的形状和大小相匹配,且向内形成凸起(或称向内伸出的台阶)。该卡扣部件811卡扣于卡槽83所在的位置;该连接部件812焊接于卡槽形焊盘84所在的位置,从而使得该导电体81与第二硬板82相连。可以理解的是,卡槽83和卡槽形焊盘84的位置也可以互换。另外,导电体81还可以包括其他部件,用于将导电体81固定于杆体80的底端。例如,如图8中的(b)所示,导电体81包括伸出外部的部件813和部件814,可以通过胶体与杆体80的外壳粘接在一起,从而使得导电体81固定于杆体80的底端。
此外,如图8中的(a)和(b)所示,导电体81上设置有三个第二收音孔,即收音孔815、收音孔816和收音孔817。其中,收音孔815和收音孔816(即第一开孔和第二开孔)穿出导电体81设置,也可以说收音孔815和收音孔816设置在导电体81的外壁上。且收音孔815和收音孔816的直径较小,例如为0.8mm,明显小于图5C中的(a)所示的收音孔506的直径。收音孔815和收音孔816通过导电体81内部的管道818连通,管道上朝向第二硬板82的一侧开设有收音孔817(即第三开孔),该收音孔817从管道818开始朝第二硬板82所在的一侧延伸,直至穿出导电体81。收音孔815、收音孔816和收音孔817呈T型结构。该种结构的第二收音孔在不设置防尘网的情况下,也可以防止灰尘和水进入耳机本体内部,达到防尘防水的效果。并且,收音孔817的位置可以与第二硬板82上的第一收音孔706的位置相对。用户的语音信号可以通过收音孔815和收音孔816传到收音孔817,并通过收音孔817传到第一收音孔706,从而传到第二硬板82上的麦克风。
可以理解的是,设置于杆体底端的第一耳机电连接器也可以为图8所示情况之外的其他形态,本申请实施例不予限定。例如,第一耳机电连接器也可以为弹片、接触垫等。
在一些实施例中,在第一耳机电连接器通过第一抗干扰器件,与耳机本体的电源模块相连,从而抑制ESD、浪涌等高频、高压干扰信号的基础上,第二电连接器可以不经过抗干扰器件而直接与耳机本体的电源模块电连接。
在另一些实施例中,在第一耳机电连接器通过第一抗干扰器件,与耳机本体的电源模块相连,从而抑制ESD、浪涌等高频、高压干扰信号的基础上;第二电连接器可以通过第二抗干扰器件接入耳机本体的电路系统,从而能够更好地抑制ESD、浪涌等高频、高压干扰信号。
其中,用于抑制ESD、浪涌等高频、高压干扰信号的第二抗干扰器件,可以为占用空间较小的磁珠、电阻等器件,也可以为占用空间较大的,用于抑制高频、高压干扰信号的其他器件。例如,当第二电连接器设置在如图6A所示的位置时,由于耳塞部分的空间较大,因而第二抗干扰器件既可以为磁珠、电阻,也可以为其他器件,本申请实施例不予限定。
示例性的,图6A所示的第二耳机电连接器604,具体可以为图9A和图9B中的(a)和(b)所示的导电贴片91,该导电贴片91焊接在软板92上,并通过磁珠与第一硬板上电源管理单元的正极电连接,即与电源模块的正极电连接。耳机本体的外壳上设置有开孔,该导电贴片91可以从该开孔伸出,从而暴露于耳机本体之外,以方便与盒电连接器相接触。其中,该导电贴片91可以先焊接在软板92上后,再与软板92一起从耳塞的外壳93的内部装入。并且,安装时,导电贴片91的周围可以涂有粘结材料(例如热熔胶),以使得导电贴片固定在耳塞的外壳93上。示例性的,参见图9C,导电贴片91可以通过第一硬板上94上设置的磁珠95,与第一硬板94上电源管理单元的正极电连接。其中,磁珠95可以通过磁珠焊盘96焊接在第一硬板94上。
其中,软板92可以在杆体80内部沿着杆体80的配置方向设置,以连接杆体80底部的第二硬板82和耳塞内部的第一硬板。另外,耳机本体内的电池也可以为长条形状,在杆体80内部沿着杆体80的配置方向设置。
在一些实施例中,如图10所示,耳机本体的腔体内可以包括多个硬板,以及用于连接多个硬板的软板。其中,第二硬板可以为设置于杆体底部的硬板1001,第一耳机电连接器及对应的磁珠可以设置在硬板1001上。第一硬板可以包括图10所示的硬板1002-1006。电池可以通过软板1007上的焊点1008焊接在软板1007上,从而通过软板1007和第一硬板电连接。第二耳机电连接器可以设置在软板上,并通过第一硬板中的硬板1005上的磁珠,与第一硬板上的电源管理单元电连接。其中,硬板1005上可以包括部分或全部电源管理单元,例如硬板5上设置有PMIC等。硬板1002-1006上还可以包括无线通信模块中的数据处理电路,音频处理电路等现有无线耳机中具有的其他电路,具体可以参见现有技术,本申请实施例不予赘述。
需要说明的是,在现有的一些无线耳机中,耳机电连接器可以通过瞬态二极管(transient voltage suppressor,TVS)与电源模块的电极电连接。TVS器件通过将静电干扰信号卸放到电路系统的接地端,通过接地端与大地之间形成的电容来处理卸放的电能,从而降低静电干扰信号对无线耳机电路系统的影响。而实际上,由于无线耳机的体积较小,整个电路系统较小,电路系统接地端的配置面积也较小,接地端与大地之间形成的电容处理电能的能力也较小,因而难以实现将高能量的静电信号卸放到接地端的效果,静电干扰信号仍然可能会击穿耳机本体的电路系统中的器件,或对电路系统造成其他的干扰和影响,降低耳机系统的稳定性。
而在本申请实施例中,磁珠或电阻等抗干扰器件可以抑制和衰减静电、浪涌等产生的高频、高压干扰信号(例如可以将8000V的高压干扰信号降低到3000V),从而阻止高频、高压干扰信号进入耳机本体的电路系统,从而可以减小干扰信号对耳机本体的电路系统的干扰和影响,提高无线耳机系统的稳定性。
此外,由于磁珠一般用于耐受电流较小的场景,而无线耳机中的电流较小,因而可以通过磁珠来抑制高频、高压干扰信号,达到降低干扰的目的。
可以理解的是,设置于耳塞外侧壁上的第二电连接器也可以为图9A所示情况之外的其他形态,本申请实施例不予限定。例如,第二电连接器也可以为pogo pin、插针等。
在其他一些实施例中,图6A所示的第一耳机电连接器也可以通过第一抗干扰器件和连接线与电源管理单元的正极连接;第二耳机电连接器也可以与电源模块的负极电连接。
其中,由于杆体底端的第一耳机电连接器通常会与用户的脸部接触,因而与杆体底端的第一耳机电连接器与电源管理单元的正极电连接相比,当杆体底端的第一耳机电连接器通过接地与电源管理单元的负极电连接时,可以较好地避免用户出汗时由于电离而导致的第一耳机电连接器的腐蚀等影响。
可以理解的是,第一耳机电连接器和第二耳机电连接器还可以设置在耳机本体上的其他位置。第一耳机电连接器或第二耳机电连接器中的至少一个,可以通过抗干扰器件后再与耳机本体电源模块的电极连接。并且,第一耳机电连接器和第二耳机电连接器还可以在耳机本体上分散设置。这样,两个耳机电连接器之间的距离较远,每个耳机电连接器在耳机本体内部均能够有足够的空间来设置抗干扰器件,从而可以减小ESD、浪涌等高频、高压干扰信号对耳机本体中电路系统的影响,并降低电路设计的难度。
例如,如图11中的(a)所示,第一耳机电连接器位于杆体底端,第二耳机电连接器位于耳塞外侧壁上除图6A所示位置以外的其他位置。
再例如,如图11中的(b)所示,第一耳机电连接器位于杆体底端,第二耳机电连接器 位于杆体外侧壁上靠近杆体顶部的位置。
再例如,如图11中的(c)所示,第一耳机电连接器位于杆体底端,第二耳机电连接器位于杆体外侧壁上,且两个耳机电连接器之间的距离大于或者等于第一预设值(例如可以为1cm)。
在图11中的(a)、(b)或(c)所示的情况下,在一些实施例中,耳机本体的腔体内可以包括上述第一硬板、第二硬板和软板。第一耳机电连接器可以通过抗干扰器件与第二硬板上的电路的电极电连接,第二硬板上电路的电极通过软板与第一硬板上电源模块的电极电连接。第二耳机电连接器可以设置在软板上,并通过抗干扰器件和软板与第一硬板上电源模块的另一个电极电连接。
再例如,第一耳机电连接器和第二耳机电连接器均设置在杆体外侧壁上,且两个耳机电连接器所在位置之间的距离大于或者等于第二预设值(例如可以为2cm)。示例性的,如图12中的(a)所示,第一耳机电连接器和第二耳机电连接器均设置在杆体外侧壁上,且一个靠近杆体顶部,另一个靠近杆体底部。在一些实施例中,耳机本体的腔体内可以包括上述第一硬板、软板和第三硬板,软板用于连接第一硬板和第三硬板,第三硬板可以设置于杆体内部。靠近杆体底部的耳机电连接器可以通过抗干扰器件与第三硬板上电路的电极电连接,第三硬板上电路的电极通过软板与第一硬板上电源模块的电极电连接。靠近杆体顶部的耳机电连接器可以设置在软板上,通过抗干扰器件和软板与第一硬板上电源模块的另一个电极电连接。
再例如,如图12中的(b)所示,第一耳机电连接器设置在杆体外侧壁上,第二耳机电连接器设置在耳塞外侧壁上。在一些实施例中,耳机本体的腔体内可以包括上述第一硬板、软板和第三硬板,软板用于连接第一硬板和第三硬板,第三硬板可以设置于杆体内部。杆体外侧壁上的第一耳机电连接器可以通过抗干扰器件与第三硬板上电路的电极电连接,第三硬板上电路的电极通过软板与第一硬板上电源模块的电极电连接。耳塞外侧壁上的耳机电连接器可以设置在软板上,通过抗干扰器件和软板与第一硬板上电源模块的另一个电极电连接。
再例如,第一耳机电连接器和第二耳机电连接器均设置在耳塞外侧壁上,且两个耳机电连接器所在位置之间的距离大于或者等于第三预设值(例如可以为1cm)。示例性的,如图12中的(c)所示,无线耳机包括杆体和耳塞,一个耳机电连接器设置在耳塞靠近顶部的位置,另一个耳机电连接器设置在耳塞靠近底部的位置。在一些实施例中,耳机本体的腔体内可以包括上述第一硬板,两个耳机电连接器可以设置在第一硬板上,且通过抗干扰器件分别与第一硬板上电源模块的两个电极电连接。在另一些实施例中,耳机本体的腔体内可以包括上述第一硬板和软板,软板可以用于连接第一硬板上的信号,两个耳机电连接器可以设置在软板上,并通过抗干扰器件和软板分别与第一硬板上电源模块的两个电极电连接。在另一些实施例中,耳机本体的腔体内可以包括上述第一硬板,设置在杆体内部的第四硬板,以及用于连接第一硬板和第二硬板的软板。两个耳机电连接器可以设置在软板上,并通过抗干扰器件和软板分别与第一硬板上电源模块的两个电极电连接。
在其他一些实施例中,无线耳机包括耳塞但不包括杆体,第一耳机电连接器和第二耳机电连接器均设置在耳塞外侧壁上,且两个耳机电连接器所在位置之间的距离大于或者等于第三预设值。
在图11-图12所示情况下,分散设置的第一耳机电连接器或第二耳机电连接器中的至少一个,也可以通过抗干扰器件后再与耳机本体电源模块的电极连接。
其中,当耳机电连接器设置于杆体外侧壁上,朝向耳塞的一侧(比如图12中的(b)等 所示的情况)时,耳机电连接器容易被杆体和用户的脸部遮挡,从而使得耳机本体看起来更为简洁美观。
当以上描述的第一耳机电连接器和第二耳机电连接器分别与耳机盒中的第一盒电连接器和第二盒电连接器接触,并建立电连接后,耳机盒可以通过该电连接为耳机本体充电。
例如,在一种情况下,在第一耳机电连接器与第一盒电连接器接触后建立电连接,第二耳机电连接器与第二电连接器接触后建立电连接,耳机盒可以通过该电连接,自动为第一耳机电连接器和第二耳机电连接器所在的耳机本体中的电池充电。
在另一种情况下,在第一耳机电连接器与第一盒电连接器接触后建立电连接,第二耳机电连接器与第二电连接器接触后建立电连接,且耳机盒通过盖子附近设置的接近光传感器、环境光传感器、压力传感器等传感器,检测到耳机盒的盖子被盖合后,可以通过该电连接,为第一耳机电连接器和第二耳机电连接器所在的耳机本体中的电池充电。
在另一种情况下,在第一耳机电连接器与第一盒电连接器接触后建立电连接,第二耳机电连接器与第二电连接器接触后建立电连接,且耳机盒检测到用户指示充电操作后,可以通过该电连接为第一耳机电连接器和第二耳机电连接器所在的耳机本体中的电池充电。示例性的,用户指示充电的操作可以为用户按下/触摸充电控件的操作,该充电控件可以设置于耳机盒的外表面上。
类似于发起为耳机本体进行充电,耳机盒还可以停止为耳机本体充电。例如,耳机盒在检测到盒电连接器与任意一个或两个耳机本体的耳机电连接器断开电连接后,可以停止为断开电连接的耳机本体充电。再例如,耳机盒在检测到任意一个或两个耳机本体从耳机盒中被取出后,可以停止为取出的耳机本体充电。再例如,耳机盒在检测到用户指示停止充电的操作后,停止为耳机本体充电。
此外,上述耳机电连接器用于与盒电连接器电连接,可以由各种导电材料制作而成,例如铜等金属,本申请实施例对具体材料不予限定。
在一些实施例中,上述耳机电连接器可由合金制作而成,以提高抗氧化性能。例如,在一些方案中,可由铜、镍和银合金制作而成;在另一些方案中,可由磷和青铜合金制作而成;在其他方案中,可使用不同的合金。
在另一些实施例中,上述耳机电连接器的外表面可以电镀防腐蚀金属(例如金、银等),以提高抗腐蚀强度。
并且,上述耳机电连接器与耳机本体之间是不透液密封的,具有较高的防水等级。
在本申请实施例的描述中,具体特征、结构、材料或者特点可以在任何的一个或多个实施例或示例中以合适的方式结合。
以上所述,仅为本申请实施例的具体实施方式,但本申请实施例的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本申请实施例的保护范围之内。因此,本申请实施例的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种无线耳机,其特征在于,包括:外壳,和设置在所述外壳形成的腔体内的电源模块;所述电源模块用于为所述无线耳机供电;
    所述无线耳机还包括第一电连接器和第二电连接器,所述第一电连接器和所述第二电连接器设置在所述无线耳机的外壳上,且分别与所述电源模块的两个电极电连接,所述电极包括正极或负极;
    其中,所述第一电连接器或所述第二电连接器中的至少一个,通过抗干扰器件与所述电源模块的电极电连接;所述抗干扰器件用于抑制从所述第一电连接器或所述第二电连接器导入的干扰信号。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的无线耳机,其特征在于,所述抗干扰器件为磁珠或电阻。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的无线耳机,其特征在于,所述电源模块包括电源管理单元和电池;所述电源管理单元包括电源管理集成电路IC、保护IC和电量计IC;
    所述第一电连接器或所述第二电连接器中的至少一个,通过所述抗干扰器件与所述电源管理单元输入端的电极电连接;
    所述电源管理单元输出端的两个电极分别与所述电池的两个电极电连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的无线耳机,其特征在于,所述腔体内包括第一印制电路板,以及与所述第一印制电路板连接的软板;
    所述电源模块中的所述电源管理单元设置在所述第一印制电路板上,所述电源管理单元的负极接地;
    所述电源模块中的所述电池与所述软板电连接,所述电池的负极通过所述软板接地,以与所述电源管理单元的负极电连接;
    所述电池的正极通过所述软板,与所述第一印制电路板上所述电源管理单元的正极电连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的无线耳机,其特征在于,所述外壳包括杆体,所述腔体内还包括设置在所述杆体底部的第二印制电路板,所述软板用于连接所述第一印制电路板和所述第二印制电路板;
    所述第一电连接器设置在所述第二印制电路板上,所述第二印制电路板上设置有所述抗干扰器件;
    所述第一电连接器串联所述抗干扰器件后接地,以与所述电源管理单元的负极电连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的无线耳机,其特征在于,在所述第二印制电路板上,所述抗干扰器件与所述第一电连接器通过印制电路板PCB走线连接;
    所述印制电路板PCB走线与其他PCB走线之间的距离大于或者等于预设距离。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的无线耳机,其特征在于,所述第二印制电路板上设置有麦克风和第一收音孔;
    所述第一电连接器上设置有第二收音孔,所述第二收音孔包括设置在所述第一电连接器外壁上的第一开孔和第二开孔,所述第一开孔和所述第二开孔通过所述第一电连接器内部的管道连通;
    所述第二收音孔还包括第三开孔,所述第三开孔从所述管道处开始,朝所述第二印制电路板所在的一侧延伸,直至穿透所述第一电连接器;
    所述第一收音孔和所述第二收音孔用于,将用户的语音信号传送给所述第二印制电路板上的所述麦克风。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的无线耳机,其特征在于,所述第一印制电路板上设置有所述抗干扰器件,所述第二电连接器设置在所述软板上;
    所述第二电连接器通过所述软板与所述第一印制电路板上的所述抗干扰器件电连接,并串联所述抗干扰器件后与所述第一印制电路板上的所述电源管理单元的正极电连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的无线耳机,其特征在于,所述外壳包括杆体和与所述杆体的顶部相连的耳塞,所述第一电连接器位于所述杆体的底端,所述第二电连接器位于所述耳塞的外侧壁上。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的无线耳机,其特征在于,所述第一电连接器和/或所述第二电连接器为pogo pin接口。
