需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本发明中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
下面将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本公开。
实施例1
为解决目前空调器中电控盒的装配可靠性不高的问题,本实施例提供一种电控盒安装结构,参见图1所示,该电控盒安装结构包括电控盒主体1与空调器底座2,其中电控盒主体1与空调器底座2相连;电控盒主体1包括电控盒侧板11,电控盒侧板11上设置有限位部111,限位部111用于对空调 器底座2进行夹持以限制电控盒主体1的位置。
空调器的电控盒设置于空调器内部,安装于空调器底座上;为便于对电控盒进行维修等操作,本实施例中电控盒主体1与空调器底座2可拆卸连接;电控盒主体1安装于空调器底座2上之后,电控盒侧板11与空调器底座2相接触;为避免空调器震动过程中电控盒移动位置,本实施例在电控盒侧板11上设置限位部111,该限位部111用于对空调器底座2进行夹持,以便于通过限位部111将电控盒主体1与空调器底座2进行连接,从而限制电控盒主体1的位置;空调器运行过程中,电控盒主体1因受到由限位部111向空调器底座2方向的力而向空调器底座2的方向移动时,由于限位部111与空调器底座2的夹持作用,限位部111上受到空调器底座2施加的与电控盒主体1运动方向相反的力,从而阻碍电控盒主体1的移动,提高电控盒安装结构的可靠性。
为便于在空调器运行过程中通过限位部111阻止电控盒主体1的移动,本实施例中限位部111为凸起于电控盒侧板11上的结构,该限位部111可以为各种能够对空调器底座2进行夹持的结构;为避免限位部111在阻止电控盒主体1运动过程中因与空调器底座2碰撞而对电控盒主体1产生震动,本实施例进一步将限位部111设置为弹性结构,从而在限位部111与空调器底座2接触时能够起到缓震作用,避免对电控盒主体1造成损坏,提高电控盒主体1的使用寿命。
本实施例提供的电控盒安装结构,通过在电控盒侧板上设置对空调器底座进行夹持的限位部,在空调器运行过程中限制电控盒主体的位移,使电控盒主体与空调器底座之间的连接更加稳固,从而提高电控盒安装结构的可靠性。
实施例2
在实施例1的基础上,参见图2所示,为进一步提高限位部111对电控盒主体1的限位作用,本实施例中的限位部111包括第一连接板1111与第二连接板1112,第一连接板1111的一端与电控盒侧板11固定连接,另一端与第二连接板1112固定连接;第二连接板1112用于对空调器底座2进行夹持以限制电控盒主体1的位置。
通过相互连接的第一连接板1111与第二连接板1112,在第二连接板1112 与电控盒侧板11之间形成一夹缝,该夹缝可用于对空调器底座2上的相关结构进行夹持,从而进一步提高了限位部111的限位作用;第二连接板1112与电控盒侧板11之间的距离根据相应位置处空调器底座2的厚度而定。
为进一步提高限位部111对空调器底座2的夹持力,本实施例进一步可选限位部111为倒L形结构,即第一连接板1111与第二连接板1112垂直相连,第二连接板1112与电控盒侧板11平行设置;通过将第二连接板1112与电控盒侧板11平行设置,可增加第二连接板1112与空调器底座2之间的接触面积,从而增加第二连接板1112对空调器底座2的夹持力。
通过将限位部111设置为两块连接板相连而成的结构,并使限位部111对空调器底座2进行夹持,从而进一步提高电控盒安装结构的可靠性。
为进一步提高电控盒安装结构的稳定性,使得电控盒安装结构能够对电控盒主体1进行多个方向的限位,本实施例中电控盒主体1还包括螺钉槽12,空调器底座2包括安装螺钉21,安装螺钉21穿过螺钉槽12以限制电控盒主体1的位置。
其中位于空调器底座2上的安装螺钉21为空调器底座中原有的对空调器底座2进行连接的结构,在电控盒主体1上与该安装螺钉21相对应的位置处设置螺钉槽12,螺钉槽12的大小根据安装螺钉21的大小而定;将电控盒主体1与空调器底座2相连时,使该安装螺钉21穿过螺钉槽12;空调器运行过程中由于震动而使电控盒主体1移动位置时,通过螺钉槽12的内壁与位于该螺钉槽12内的安装螺钉21相接触,而阻止安装螺钉21与螺钉槽12的相对位置发生改变,从而阻止与螺钉槽12相连的电控盒主体1以及与安装螺钉21相连的空调器底座2之间的相对位置发生改变,进而阻止电控盒主体1的移动。
进一步的,为便于对电控盒主体1与空调器底座2进行安装及拆卸等操作,本实施例中螺钉槽12的一侧具有开口结构,该开口结构用于对安装螺钉21进行安装与拆卸。
将电控盒主体1与空调器底座2进行安装与拆卸时,通过该螺钉槽12上的开口结构将安装螺钉21安装于螺钉槽12内,或通过该开口结构将安装螺钉21从螺钉槽12内取出。该开口结构可以为任意能够对安装螺钉21进行安装与拆卸的形状;本实施例可选该开口结构为U形结构;将该开口结构设 计为U形结构,便于对该螺钉槽12进行加工制作,降低制备难度。
本实施例提供的电控盒安装结构,通过在电控盒主体上设置与空调器底座上的安装螺钉相适配的螺钉槽,来对电控盒主体多方向的位移进行限制,从而进一步提高了电控盒安装结构的可靠性;通过在螺钉槽上设置开口结构,便于对电控盒主体与空调器底座进行安装与拆卸,提高了对空调器进行维修的效率。
实施例3
在上述实施例的基础上,本实施例提供的电控盒安装结构中电控盒主体1与空调器底座2之间的连接方式为卡扣连接。
将电控盒主体1与空调器底座2之间的连接方式设置为卡扣连接,一方面省去了已知技术中的螺钉,降低了电控盒安装结构的成本;另一方面,方便工作人员快速对电控盒进行装配与拆除,提升了装配以及维修效率。
为便于将电控盒主体1与空调器底座2通过卡扣进行连接,本实施例中的电控盒主体1还包括电控盒底板13,空调器底座2包括安装底板22,电控盒底板13上设置有卡块131,安装底板22上设置有卡孔221,卡块131与卡孔221适于配合以使电控盒主体1与空调器底座2卡扣连接。
将电控盒主体1与空调器底座2进行连接时,电控盒底板13与空调器底座的安装底板22相连;具体连接方式为,参见图2所示,在电控盒底板上设置卡块131,该卡块131的形状可以为任意能起卡接作用的立体几何形状,卡块131的数量至少为一个,具体数量及位置分布根据电控盒主体1的形状及大小而定;参见图4所示,在安装底板22相应位置处设置卡孔221,该卡孔221的形状与卡块131的形状相适配,具体数量及位置分布均根据卡块131的数量及位置分布而定。将电控盒主体1安装于空调器底座2上时,通过将电控盒底板13上的卡块131插入安装底板22上相应的卡孔221内,通过卡块131与卡孔221的连接,实现电控盒主体1与空调器底座2之间的卡扣连接。
本实施例中可选卡块131包括相互连接的第三连接板1311以及第四连接板1312,其中第三连接板1311的一端与电控盒底板13固定连接,另一端与第四连接板1312固定连接,第四连接板1312与卡孔221适于配合以使电控盒主体1与空调器底座2卡扣连接。
第三连接板1311与第四连接板1312之间可以为通过紧固件连接、焊接等连接方式,也可以为一体成型;为降低制造难度及提高连接强度,本实施例可选第三连接板1311与第四连接板1312为一体成型的连接方式。
将卡块131插入卡孔221后,第四连接板1312穿过卡孔221,且与卡孔221的外壁相接触,在空调器运行过程中电控盒主体发生摇晃时,卡孔221不仅可以限制电控盒主体1沿与电控盒底板13相平行的各方向的移动,还可以限制电控盒主体1沿与电控盒底板13相垂直方向的移动,从而使得电控盒主体1与空调器底座2之间的连接更加稳定,进一步提高了电控盒安装结构的可靠性。
为进一步提高卡块131与卡孔221之间的连接强度,本实施例可选第三连接板1311与电控盒底板13相垂直,第四连接板1312与第三连接板1311相垂直,同时第四连接板1312与电控盒底板13相互平行,即将卡块131设计为L形结构;通过将卡块131设计为L形结构,增加了第四连接板1312与卡孔221之间的接触面积,从而提高了卡块131与卡孔221之间的连接强度。
本实施例提供的电控盒安装结构,通过在电控盒底板上设置卡块,在空调器底座的安装底板上设置与卡块相适配的卡孔,通过卡扣与相应的卡孔进行连接来实现电控盒主体与空调器底座之间的卡扣连接,一方面省去了已知技术中的螺钉,降低了电控盒安装结构的成本;另一方面,方便工作人员快速对电控盒进行装配与拆除,提升了装配以及维修效率。
实施例4
在上述实施例的基础上,参见图3、图5所示,电控盒侧板11上还设置有卡扣112,空调器底座2包括安装侧板23,安装侧板23上设置有卡口231,卡扣112与卡口231适于配合以使电控盒主体1与空调器底座2卡扣连接。
将电控盒主体1连接于空调器底座2上时,电控盒底板13与空调器底座2的安装底板22相连;为进一步增强电控盒主体1与空调器底座2之间的连接强度,本实施例进一步将电控盒侧板11与空调器底座2的安装侧板23相连;为便于对电控盒主体1进行安装及拆卸,本实施例同样将电控盒侧板11与安装侧板23之间的连接方式设置为卡扣连接;具体连接方式为,在电控盒侧板11上设置卡扣112,该卡扣112的形状可以为能够起到卡扣连接作用的 所有立体几何形状,卡扣112的位置和数量根据电控盒主体1的形状及大小而定;在空调器底座2上设置与安装底板22相垂直连接的安装侧板23,安装底板22与安装侧板23之间形成用于容纳电控盒主体1的空间;为使电控盒侧板11与安装侧板23相连,在安装侧板23上设置与卡扣112相适配的卡口231,该卡口231的形状根据卡扣112的形状而定,卡口231的位置和数量根据卡扣112的位置和数量而定;将电控盒主体1安装于空调器底座2上时,通过将卡扣112插入相应的卡口231内,实现对电控盒侧板11与安装侧板23的固定,进而实现电控盒主体1与空调器底座2之间的固定。
为进一步增加电控盒侧板11与安装侧板23之间的连接强度,本实施例的卡口231包括弹性快2311,该弹性快2311设置于卡口231开孔位置的边缘,将卡扣112插入卡口231中时,弹性快2311与位于相应卡口231内的卡扣112相抵接;弹性块2311用于对卡扣112进行手动解锁。
该弹性块2311为板状结构,具有一定的弹性,从而可以对卡口231的大小进行适当的调节;将卡扣112插入卡口231之前,为便于操作,通过向远离卡口231的方向按压弹性快2311,使得卡口231变大,从而易于将卡扣112插入卡口231内;卡扣112插入卡口231内后,松开弹性块2311,卡口231恢复原来大小,同时弹性块2311抵接于卡扣112,在空调器震动过程中,阻碍卡扣112的移动,从而提高电控盒主体1的稳定性。
同样,将卡扣112从卡口231中取出时,向远离卡口231的方向按压弹性快2311,使得卡口231变大,实现弹性块2311对卡扣112的手动解锁,从而易于将卡扣112从卡口231内取出。
本实施例提供的电控盒安装结构,通过在电控盒侧板上设置卡扣,在安装侧板上设置与卡扣相适配的卡口,通过卡扣与相应的卡口的连接,实现对电控盒侧板与安装侧板的固定,进而实现电控盒主体与空调器底座的固定,进一步提高了电控盒主体空调器底座的连接强度,提高了电控盒安装结构的可靠性。
实施例5
本实施例提供一种空调器,该空调器包括上述实施例中的电控盒安装结构。
本实施例提供的空调器,通过在电控盒侧板上设置用于对空调器底座进 行夹持的限位部,在空调器运行过程中限制电控盒主体的位移,使电控盒主体与空调器底座之间的连接更加稳固,从而提高电控盒安装结构的可靠性。
本实施例提供的空调器,通过进一步在电控盒主体上设置与空调器底座上的安装螺钉相适配的螺钉槽,来对电控盒主体多方向的位移进行限制,从而进一步提高了电控盒安装结构的可靠性;通过在螺钉槽设置开口结构,便于对电控盒主体与空调器底座进行安装与拆卸,提高了对空调器进行维修的效率。
以上所述仅为本公开的可选实施例而已,并不用以限制本公开,凡在本公开的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本公开的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电控盒安装结构,其中,所述电控盒安装结构包括电控盒主体(1)与空调器底座(2),所述电控盒主体(1)与所述空调器底座(2)相连;所述电控盒主体(1)包括电控盒侧板(11),所述电控盒侧板(11)上设置有限位部(111),所述限位部(111)用于对所述空调器底座(2)进行夹持以限制所述电控盒主体(1)的位置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电控盒安装结构,其中,所述限位部(111)包括第一连接板(1111)与第二连接板(1112),所述第一连接板(1111)一端与所述电控盒侧板(11)固定连接,另一端与所述第二连接板(1112)固定连接;所述第二连接板(1112)用于对所述空调器底座(2)进行夹持以限制所述电控盒主体(1)的位置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电控盒安装结构,其中,所述电控盒主体(1)还包括螺钉槽(12),所述空调器底座包括安装螺钉(21),所述安装螺钉(21)穿过所述螺钉槽(12)以限制所述电控盒主体(1)的位置。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电控盒安装结构,其中,所述螺钉槽(12)的一侧具有开口结构,所述开口结构用于对所述安装螺钉(21)进行安装与拆卸。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的电控盒安装结构,其中,所述电控盒主体(1)与空调器底座(2)的连接方式为卡扣连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电控盒安装结构,其中,所述电控盒主体(1)还包括电控盒底板(13),所述空调器底座(2)包括安装底板(22),所述电控盒底板(13)上设置有卡块(131),所述安装底板(22)上设置有卡孔(221),所述卡块(131)与所述卡孔(221)适于配合以使所述电控盒主体(1)与所述空调器底座(2)卡扣连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电控盒安装结构,其中,所述卡块(131)包括第三连接板(1311)以及第四连接板(1312),其中所述第三连接板(1311)的一端与所述电控盒底板(13)固定连接,另一端与所述第四连接板(1312)固定连接;所述第四连接板(1312)与所述卡孔(221)适于配合以使所述电控盒主体(1)与所述空调器底座(2)卡扣连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的电控盒安装结构,其中,所述电控盒侧板(11)上还设置有卡扣(112),所述空调器底座(2)包括安装侧板(23),所述安装侧板(23)上设置有卡口(231),所述卡扣(112)与所述卡口(231)适于配合以使所述电控盒主体(1)与所述空调器底座(2)卡扣连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电控盒安装结构,其中,所述卡口(231)包括弹性块(2311),所述弹性块(2311)与所述卡扣(112)相抵接;所述弹性块(2311)用于对所述卡扣(112)进行手动解锁。
  10. 一种空调器,其中,所述空调器包括权利要求1-9任一项所述的电控盒安装结构。
