一种冰箱(100),包括围设形成制冷间室的内胆(1)以及固定于内胆(1)后壁上的风道组件(2),风道组件(2)包括风道泡沫(21)以及罩设于风道泡沫(21)上的风道盖板(22),风道盖板(22)的材质为PP,风道盖板(22)设有若干卡扣(221),卡扣(221)包括基部(2211)、自基部(2211)向外延伸形成的扣接部(2212)以及固设于基部(2211)与扣接部(2212)中至少一个上的加强筋(2213),内胆(1)上设置有与卡扣(221)一一配合的固定部(11),通过设置加强筋(2213),使得卡扣(221)硬度达到常规卡扣的效果,受力不易发生形变,从而风道盖板(22)与内胆(1)卡接牢固。

本申请要求了申请日为2019年04月26日,申请号为201910343755.4,发明名称为“冰箱”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及制冷设备领域,尤其涉及一种冰箱。
背景技术
冰箱风道主要由风道盖板、风道泡沫以及PE膜组成,一般情况下,风道盖板均采用硬度较高的PS材质,以减少受力产生的形变,避免风道盖板与风道泡沫卡接发生分离。
然而,PS材质成本高,若将PS材质直接更换为PP材质后,由于PP材质较软,与风道泡沫和内胆装配后容易分离,导致无法总成,因此,有必要提出一种改进的冰箱以解决上述问题。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提出了一种冰箱。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案如下:一种冰箱,包括围设形成制冷间室的内胆以及固定于所述内胆后壁上的风道组件,所述风道组件包括风道泡沫以及罩设于所述风道泡沫上的风道盖板,所述风道盖板的材质为PP,所述风道盖板设有若干卡扣,所述卡扣包括基部、自所述基部向外延伸形成的扣接部、固设于所述基部与扣接部中至少一个上的加强筋,所述内胆上设置有与所述卡扣一一配合的固定部。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述基部与所述扣接部上均设置有加强筋。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述加强筋沿所述基部朝向所述扣接部的方向延伸设置。
作为本发明的进一步改进,每一所述卡扣的基部上均设置有两个长加强筋以及分设于两侧的两个短加强筋。
作为本发明的进一步改进,在与所述基部朝向所述扣接部的方向相垂直的方向上,每一所述基部上的两个长加强筋之间的距离不大于所述扣接部的宽度,每一所述基部上的两个短加强筋之间的距离大于所述扣接部的宽度。
作为本发明的进一步改进,部分所述卡扣包括卡接口,所述卡接口开设于所述基部上以卡接所述风道泡沫。
作为本发明的进一步改进,设有所述卡接口的所述卡扣设置于所述风道盖板上侧。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述风道组件还包括固定连接所述风道盖板与所述风道泡沫的螺钉。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述固定部自所述内胆内侧向外凹陷形成。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的冰箱,将风道盖板更改为PP材质后,在保证外观及作用不变的情况下,大大降低了风道盖板的成本,且装配简单,可拆卸;同时通过设置加强筋, 使得卡扣硬度达到常规卡扣的效果,受力不易发生形变,从而所述风道盖板与内胆卡接牢固。

具体实施方式
为使本申请的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本申请具体实施例及相应的附图对本申请技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
如图1至图5中所示,本发明提出了一种冰箱100,包括围设形成制冷间室的内胆1以及固定于所述内胆1后壁上的风道组件2。所述风道组件2包括风道泡沫21以及罩设于所述风道泡沫21上的风道盖板22,所述风道盖板22与风道泡沫21装配后再与所述内胆1固定连接以完成冰箱风道的安装。
所述风带盖板22材质为PP,在保证外观及作用不变的情况下,大大降低了风道盖板22的成本,且装配简单,可拆卸;所述风道盖板22上设有若干卡扣221,所述卡扣221包括基部2211、自所述基部2211向外延伸形成的扣接部2212、固设于所述基部2211与扣接部2212中至少一个上的加强筋2213,使得所述卡扣221的硬度达到常规卡扣221的效果,受力不易发生形变,从而所述风道盖板22与内胆1卡接牢固。
如图4和图5所示,所述基部2211与所述扣接部2212上均设置有加强筋2213,能够增强所述卡扣221的硬度;具体的,所述加强筋2213均沿所述基部2211朝向所述扣接部2212的方向延伸设置,每一所述卡扣221的基部2211上均设置有两个长加强筋2213以及分设于两侧的两个短加强筋2213,在与所述基部2211朝向所述扣接部2212的方向相垂直的方向上,每一所述基部2211上的两个长加强筋2213之间的距离不大于所述扣接部2212的宽度,每一所述基部2211上的两个短加强筋2213之间的距离大于所述扣接部2212的宽 度。
所述风道组件2还包括螺钉23,所述风道泡沫21上设置有若干与所述螺钉23一一对应的螺孔以使得螺钉23将所述风道盖板22与所述风道泡沫21固定。
进一步地,如图4所示,部分所述卡扣221包括卡接口2214,所述卡接口2214开设于所述基部2211上以卡接所述风道泡沫21;具体的,设有所述卡接口2214的所述卡扣221设置于所述风道盖板22上侧,所述风道泡沫21发泡填充至所述卡接口2214,从而将所述风道盖板22与所述风道泡沫21相固定。
所述风道盖板22与所述风道泡沫21之间主要通过所述螺钉23连接,再加以所述设有卡接口2214的卡扣221辅助,实现对所述风道泡沫21的固定作用。
如图2所示,所述内胆1上设置有与所述卡扣221一一配合的固定部11,当所述风道盖板22与所述内胆1卡接时,所述扣接部2212与所述固定部11一一扣合。
具体的,所述固定部11自所述内胆1内侧向外凹陷形成,这里以所述内胆1朝向制冷间室的一侧为内侧。
因此,综上所述,本发明的冰箱100,将风道盖板22更改为PP材质后,在保证外观及作用不变的情况下,大大降低了风道盖板22的成本,且装配简单,可拆卸;通过设置有加强筋2213的卡扣221,实现了风道盖板22与内胆1的固定;通过螺钉23和设有卡接口2214的卡扣221的设置,实现了风道盖板22与风道泡沫21的固定。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种冰箱,包括围设形成制冷间室的内胆以及固定于所述内胆后壁上的风道组件,所述风道组件包括风道泡沫以及罩设于所述风道泡沫上的风道盖板,其特征在于:
    所述风道盖板的材质为PP,所述风道盖板设有若干卡扣,所述卡扣包括基部、自所述基部向外延伸形成的扣接部、固设于所述基部与扣接部中至少一个上的加强筋,所述内胆上设置有与所述卡扣一一配合的固定部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述基部与所述扣接部上均设置有加强筋。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述加强筋沿所述基部朝向所述扣接部的方向延伸设置。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的冰箱,其特征在于,每一所述卡扣的基部上均设置有两个长加强筋以及分设于两侧的两个短加强筋。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的冰箱,其特征在于,在与所述基部朝向所述扣接部的方向相垂直的方向上,每一所述基部上的两个长加强筋之间的距离不大于所述扣接部的宽度,每一所述基部上的两个短加强筋之间的距离大于所述扣接部的宽度。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,部分所述卡扣包括卡接口,所述卡接口开设于所述基部上以卡接所述风道泡沫。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的冰箱,其特征在于,设有所述卡接口的所述卡扣设置于所述风道盖板上侧。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述风道组件还包括固定连接所述风道盖板与所述风道泡沫的螺钉。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述固定部自所述内胆内侧向外凹陷形成。
