现有技术中,例如专利CN207206490U公开的一种塑料薄膜切边刀片的安装结构,包括机架、切刀座、切刀片,切刀片固定安装在切刀座上,机架上还固定设有横向直线滑轨,所述切刀座能横向滑动地安装在横向直线滑轨上;所述切刀座连接有横向连杆,横向连杆的末端铰接有传动杆;机架上还安装有电机,电机转轴固定连接有滑块支座,滑块支座与电机转轴同步转动,滑块支座中可径向滑动地安装有滑块,滑块固定连接有偏心轴;在滑块支座上还拧接有限位螺栓,限位螺栓的末端分别触压着滑块;偏心轴周围设有偏心轴套,偏心轴套和偏心轴之间设有轴承;偏心轴套与所述传动杆固定连接;该专利通过周期性改变薄膜边沿的横向位置,使薄膜边沿分散,削弱薄膜边沿偏厚点的累积厚度。
又如专利CN106001937A公开的一种切边形状可调的薄膜分切机,包括供料 辊、承切辊筒、冷却辊组、收卷辊、分切装置和机架;供料辊呈圆柱形且两端均与机架连接;承切辊筒两端连接在机架上,承切辊筒用于遮挡多余的激光,并对塑料薄膜进行支撑;冷却辊组由至少两个冷却单辊组成;分切装置位于承切辊筒的正上方,分切装置包括移动杆、激光切割器、滑杆和螺旋杆;微调电机带动螺旋杆旋转,进而带动移动杆左右摆动,移动杆上的激光切割器发射激光将承切辊筒上的薄膜以不同的切割边缘切开;但上述专利采利用激光作为切刀,大批量应用到工厂生产中会造成生产成本过高,因此不适宜推广使用。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种牵引切边刀的游动处理设备及工艺,有效缓解和消除由于薄膜厚度偏差造成的收卷边缘突起现象,提高薄膜卷取质量。
为达成上述目的,本发明提出如下技术方案:一种牵引切边刀的游动处理设备,包括垂直于薄膜运行方向的机架横梁、切刀装置、支座、电机、传动机构和控制机构;所述支座设置在机架横梁上,机架横梁上沿薄膜运行方向中心线对称的两端至少各安装有一个支座,且支座具有在机架横梁长度方向上移动的自由度;所述切刀装置安装在支座上,支座移动带动切刀装置切割薄膜的不同位置;所述电机包括电机输出轴,电机输出轴连接于传动机构,传动机构连接于支座,传动机构用于将电机输出轴的转动转化为支座在机架横梁上的平动;所述控制机构连接于电机,控制机构用于控制电机的正反转。本发明通过对电机转动方向的精准控制,实现切刀装置在薄膜边缘进行游动切除。
进一步的,所述机架横梁上设置有限位结构,所述限位结构包括分别设置在支座沿机架横梁长度方向两侧的第一限位块和第二限位块,第一限位块和第二限位块用于限定支座在机架横梁上的移动范围,使得支座只能在第一限位块和第二限位块之间来回移动。
进一步的,所述机架横梁在其长度方向的两端至少各设置有一个滑轨,所述滑轨平行于机架横梁;所述支座安装在滑轨上,支座在滑轨上来回滑动,进 而具有在机架横梁长度方向上移动的自由度;所述滑轨包括若干滑杆,每根滑杆上至少设置有一个与滑杆适配的滑块,所述滑块卡设在滑杆上,滑块具有在滑杆上来回滑动的自由度;所述滑轨通过滑杆安装在机架横梁上,所述支座安装在滑轨的滑块上;通过滑杆和滑块配合,使得支座在机架横梁上移动更流畅,不产生卡顿。进一步的,所述传动机构包括丝杆、轴承座、轴承、联轴器和连接套;所述丝杆沿薄膜运行方向的中心线对称设置在机架横梁长度方向的两侧,丝杆两端通过轴承连接于固定在机架横梁上的轴承座;所述丝杆平行于滑轨,丝杆轴向设置有第一螺纹,且丝杆一端采用联轴器连接于电机输出轴;所述连接套上设置有丝杆直径适配的通孔,通孔内侧面上设置有与第一螺纹适配的第二螺纹;所述连接套套设在丝杆上,连接套连接于支座;所述电机启动,电机输出轴带动丝杆转动,丝杆转动带动与之螺纹适配的连接套沿丝杆轴向移动,进而带动支座在机架横梁长度方向上移动。传动机构通过螺纹的配合作用将电机输出轴的转动转化为支座的平动,结构简单。
进一步的,所述控制机构包括接近开关、感应块、PLC控制器和变频器;所述支座沿机架横梁长度方向的两侧至少各设置有一个接近开关,且接近开关安装在机架横梁上;所述感应块安装在支座上,用于与接近开关相互感应产生电信号;所述接近开关依次连接于PLC控制器和变频器,所述变频器连接于电机;所述PLC控制器用于接收接近开关发送的电信号,变频器用于接收PLC控制器的输出值,并将PLC控制器的输出值转化成用于控制电机转向的电信号,电机接收电机转向的电信号进行转向;控制过程简单,操作方便。
此外,本发明还公开了一种采用上述的牵引切边刀的游动处理设备的牵引切边刀的游动处理工艺,具体过程包括如下步骤:
1)根据薄膜生产线上薄膜的生产要求,确定薄膜需要切除的边膜宽度;
2)计算切刀装置在薄膜单侧切割薄膜的宽度,分别在薄膜单侧安装两个接近开关,支座安装在薄膜单侧的两接近开关之间,支座上切刀装置与薄膜边膜待切割的位置对应;手动调节支座上感应块和接近开关之间的距离,使得支座 在两个接近开关之间的运动距离满足切刀装置在薄膜单侧切割薄膜的宽度;
3)通过调节电机转速,进而调节支座在两接近开关之间的运行周期,使得支座的运行周期匹配薄膜的运行速度;
4)启动电机,控制机构控制电机往复转向,电机输出轴转动,带动支座上的切刀装置在两接近开关之间周期性往复切割薄膜的边膜,实现对薄膜边膜的游动处理。
由以上技术方案可知,本发明的技术方案提供的牵引切边刀的游动处理设备及工艺,获得了如下有益效果:
本发明公开的牵引切边刀的游动处理设备及工艺,结构简单,操作方便;设备包括垂直于薄膜运行方向的机架横梁、支座、切刀装置、电机、传动机构和控制机构;支座沿薄膜运行方向的中心线对称设置在机架横梁长度方向的两侧,支座连接于机架横梁,切刀装置安装在支座上,支座具有在机架横梁长度方向上移动的自由度;传动机构一端连接于电机输出轴,另一端连接于支座,可以将电机输出轴的转动转化为支座在机架横梁上的平动;控制机构连接于电机,用于控制电机的正反转,电机正反转带动支座在机架横梁上往复运动,进而带动切刀装置切割薄膜的不同位置,对薄膜边膜的进行切割处理。
本发明通过对薄膜上厚度较大的边膜进行游动切除,减小薄膜由于厚度偏差造成的收卷边缘突起现象,提高薄膜卷取质量,有效保护接触辊胶层不受损害,延长接触辊的使用寿命。并且本发明的游动处理设备,可以自动化的对边膜进行游动切除,薄膜两侧同步切除,相较于现有技术中的边膜切除设备生产成本低,边膜切除效率高,可以大批量应用到工厂生产中,进行推广使用。

为了更了解本发明的技术内容,特举具体实施例并配合所附图式说明如下。
在本公开中参照附图来描述本发明的各方面,附图中示出了许多说明的实施例。本公开的实施例不定义包括本发明的所有方面。应当理解,上面介绍的多种构思和实施例,以及下面更加详细地描述的那些构思和实施方式可以以很多方式中任意一种来实施,这是因为本发明所公开的构思和实施例并不限于任何实施方式。另外,本发明公开的一些方面可以单独使用,或者与本发明公开的其他方面的任何适当组合来使用。
薄膜生产过程中,薄膜边膜厚度相较于薄膜中部更大,在薄膜收卷时薄膜横向断面的局部区域出现厚度积累偏差容易造成边缘突起,影响薄膜卷取质量 的现象,需要对薄膜进行切边操作,但是基于现有的切边设备切边效率低,高效率的切边设备生产成本高,并且还需要进一步保障安全性能,因此,本发明旨在提供一种牵引切边刀的游动处理设备及工艺,降低切边设备的生产成本,同时提高薄膜卷取质量。
一种牵引切边刀的游动处理设备,包括垂直于薄膜运行方向的机架横梁1、切刀装置6、支座2、电机3、传动机构4和控制机构5;所述支座2设置在机架横梁1上,机架横梁1上沿薄膜运行方向中心线对称的两端至少各安装有一个支座2,切刀装置6安装在支座2上,支座2具有在机架横梁1长度方向上移动的自由度,支座2在机架横梁1移动带动切刀装置6移动,切刀装置6对应薄膜,开始切割薄膜的不同位置;所述电机3包括电机输出轴,电机输出轴连接于传动机构4,传动机构4连接于支座2,传动机构4用于将电机输出轴的转动转化为支座2在机架横梁1上的平动;所述控制机构5连接于电机3,控制机构5用于控制电机3的正反转,电机3正反转带动支座2在机架横梁1上往复运动,进而带动切刀装置6对薄膜边膜进行切割处理;本发明通过对电机3转动方向的精准控制,切刀装置6周期性切割薄膜边膜的不同位置,配合薄膜运行过程,实现对薄膜边缘的游动切除。
下面,结合附图所示的实施例,本发明的牵引切边刀的游动处理设备及工艺作进一步具体介绍。
结合图1和图3所示,所述机架横梁1在其长度方向的两端至少各设置有一个滑轨1.1,所述滑轨1.1平行于机架横梁1;所述滑轨1.1包括若干滑杆1.1.1,每根滑杆1.1.1上至少设置有一个与滑杆1.1.1适配的滑块1.1.2,所述滑块1.1.2卡设在滑杆1.1.1上,滑块1.1.2具有在滑杆1.1.1上来回滑动的自由度;所述滑轨1.1通过滑杆1.1.1安装在机架横梁1上,所述支座2安装在滑轨1.1的滑块1.1.2上;通过安装支座2的滑块1.1.2和滑杆1.1.1配合,使得支座2具有在机架横梁1长度方向上移动的自由度,并且由于滑动作用,使得支座2在机架横梁1上的移动更流畅,在传动机构4的推力作用下不产生卡顿。附图所示的实 施例中,机架横梁1在其长度方向的两端各设置有一个滑轨1.1,每个滑轨1.1由一对平行且对应的滑杆1.1.1组成,滑杆1.1.1上适配有两个滑块1.1.2。
一些实施例中,将滑轨1.1中滑块1.1.2和滑杆1.1.1的配合设置为滚珠和滑槽的配合,进一步降低支座2移动过程受到的摩擦力,减小滑块1.1.2的磨损,延长滑轨1.1使用寿命;另一些实施例中,支座2直接滑动安装在机架横梁上1,并且机架横梁上1设置有限位结构,所述限位结构包括分别设置在支座2沿机架横梁1长度方向两侧的第一限位块和第二限位块,第一限位块和第二限位块用于限定支座2在机架横梁1上的移动范围,使得支座2只能在第一限位块和第二限位块之间来回移动。
结合图2和图3所示,所述传动机构4包括丝杆4.1、轴承座4.2、轴承4.3和连接套4.4;所述丝杆4.1沿薄膜运行方向的中心线对称设置在机架横梁1长度方向的两侧,丝杆4.1两端通过轴承4.3连接于固定在机架横梁1上的轴承座4.2;所述丝杆4.1平行于滑轨1.1,丝杆4.1轴向设置有第一螺纹,且丝杆4.1一端连接于电机输出轴;所述连接套4.4上设置有丝杆4.1直径适配的通孔,通孔内侧面上设置有与第一螺纹适配的第二螺纹;所述连接套4.4套设在丝杆4.1上,连接套4.4连接于支座2;附图所示的实施例中,电机3安装在机架横梁1上,并且电机3和丝杆4.1端部通过联轴器4.5固定;所述电机3启动,电机输出轴带动丝杆4.1转动,丝杆4.1转动带动与之螺纹适配的连接套4.4沿丝杆4.1轴向移动,进而连接套4.4带动支座2在机架横梁1长度方向上移动;传动机构4通过螺纹的配合作用将电机3输出轴的转动转化为支座2的平动,结构简单,操作方便。
结合图4所示的具体实施例,所述控制机构5包括接近开关5.1、感应块5.2、PLC控制器5.3和变频器5.4;所述支座2沿机架横梁1长度方向的两侧至少各设置有一个接近开关5.1,且接近开关5.1安装在机架横梁1上;所述感应块5.2安装在支座2上,用于与接近开关5.1相互感应产生电信号;所述接近开关5.1依次连接于PLC控制器5.3和变频器5.4,所述变频器5.4连接于电机3;所述 PLC控制器5.3用于接收接近开关5.1发送的电信号,变频器5.4用于接收PLC控制器5.3的输出值,并将PLC控制器5.3的输出值转化成用于控制电机3转向的电信号,电机3接收电机3转向的电信号进行转向;其中PLC控制器5.3采用西门子S7-200系列CPU224XPSi PLC,变频器5.4采用micromaster440变频器;本发明通过设置接近开关5.1的方式限定切刀切割薄膜边膜的宽度,控制过程简单,操作方便。
当支座2一侧的接近开关5.1感应到支座2上感应块5.2的距离达到设定的感应值时,接近开关5.1动作,生成表示切割宽度到达的电信号发送至PLC控制器5.3,PLC控制器5.3经变频器5.4信号转换控制电机3转向,支座2在电机3带动下反方向运行,直至支座2另一侧的接近开关5.1感应到支座2上感应块5.2的距离达到设定的感应值时动作。支座2两侧的接近开关5.1动作控制电机3的正反转,限定了电机3的动作方向,使得支座2带动切刀装置6在两侧接近开关5.1之间往复周期性运动,由于薄膜处于运行状态,切刀装置6在薄膜上切割时,实现游动处理的切割效果;两侧接近开关5.1的动作位置限定了切刀装置在薄膜上的切割边膜宽度的最大宽度和最小宽度,切刀装置6对薄膜的切割宽度始终在最大宽度和最小宽度之间波动。本发明不限于上述公开的PLC控制器5.3和变频器5.4,只要能达到上述功效的PLC控制器5.3和变频器5.4均在本发明的保护范围内。
另一些实施例中,所述控制机构采用绝对值编码器、PLC控制器5.3和变频器5.4;所述绝对值编码器安装在电机3上,与电机3转动轴同步运行,绝对值编码器内部程序里直接设定电机3的转向位置,当电机3运动到绝对值编码器设定的位置,将表示电机3转向位置的电信号发送至PLC控制器5.3,PLC控制器5.3用于接收绝对值编码器发送的电信号,变频器5.4用于接收PLC控制器5.3的输出值,并将PLC控制器5.3的输出值转化成用于控制电机3转向的电信号,控制电机3转向;该方式不采用接近开关5.1,绝对值编码器以丝杆4.1旋转的圈数乘以牙距在程序里设定电机3的转向位置,切刀装置6在薄膜边膜切 割定位更精准,控制过程更简单方便简洁。
本发明的牵引切边刀的游动处理设备通过对薄膜上厚度较大的边膜进行游动切除,减小薄膜由于厚度偏差造成的收卷边缘突起现象,提高薄膜卷取质量,有效保护接触辊胶层不受损害,延长接触辊的使用寿命。并且游动处理设备,可以自动化的对薄膜两侧边膜同步进行游动切除,相较于现有技术中的边膜切除设备生产成本低,边膜切除效率高,可以大批量应用到工厂生产中,进行推广使用。
本发明还公开了一种采用上述的牵引切边刀的游动处理设备的牵引切边刀的游动处理工艺,具体过程包括如下步骤1)根据薄膜生产线上薄膜的生产要求,确定薄膜需要切除的边膜宽度;2)计算切刀装置在薄膜单侧切割薄膜的宽度,分别在薄膜单侧安装两个接近开关5.1,支座2安装在薄膜单侧的两接近开关5.1之间,支座2上切刀装置6与薄膜边膜待切割的位置对应;手动调节支座2上感应块5.2和接近开关5.1之间的距离,使得支座2在两个接近开关5.1之间的运动距离满足切刀装置6在薄膜单侧切割薄膜的宽度;3)通过调节电机3转速,进而调节支座2在两接近开关5.1之间的运行周期,使得支座2的运行周期匹配薄膜的运行速度;4)启动电机3,控制机构5控制电机3往复转向,电机3输出轴转动,带动支座2上的切刀装置6在两接近开关5.1之间周期性往复切割薄膜的边膜,实现对薄膜边膜的游动处理;最终在薄膜的边膜位置形成波浪形或锯齿形边纹,波浪形或锯齿形边纹在薄膜收卷时边膜位置厚度积累显著降低,解决由于薄膜横向断面的局部区域出现厚度积累偏差而造成边缘突起。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种牵引切边刀的游动处理设备,包括垂直于薄膜运行方向的机架横梁、切刀装置、支座和电机,其特征在于,还包括传动机构和控制机构;
    所述支座设置在机架横梁上,机架横梁上沿薄膜运行方向中心线对称的两端至少各安装有一个支座,且支座具有在机架横梁长度方向上移动的自由度;所述切刀装置安装在支座上,支座移动带动切刀装置切割薄膜的不同位置;
    所述电机安装在机架横梁上,包括电机输出轴;所述电机输出轴连接于传动机构,传动机构连接于支座,传动机构用于将电机输出轴的转动转化为支座在机架横梁上的平动;
    所述控制机构连接于电机,控制机构用于控制电机的正反转。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的牵引切边刀的游动处理设备,其特征在于,所述机架横梁在其长度方向的两端至少各设置有一个滑轨,所述滑轨平行于机架横梁;所述支座安装在滑轨上,支座在滑轨上来回滑动,进而具有在机架横梁长度方向上移动的自由度。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的牵引切边刀的游动处理设备,其特征在于,所述滑轨包括若干滑杆和与滑杆适配的滑块,所述滑块卡设在滑杆上,所述支座安装在滑块上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的牵引切边刀的游动处理设备,其特征在于,所述传动机构包括丝杆、轴承座、轴承和连接套;
    所述丝杆沿薄膜运行方向的中心线对称设置在机架横梁长度方向的两侧,丝杆两端通过轴承连接于固定在机架横梁上的轴承座;所述丝杆平行于滑轨,丝杆轴向设置有第一螺纹,且丝杆一端连接于电机输出轴;
    所述连接套上设置有丝杆直径适配的通孔,通孔内侧面上设置有与第一螺纹适配的第二螺纹;所述连接套套设在丝杆上,连接套连接于支座;所述电机启动,电机输出轴带动丝杆转动,带动与丝杆螺纹适配的连接套沿丝杆轴向移动,进而带动支座在机架横梁长度方向上移动。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的牵引切边刀的游动处理设备,其特征在于,所述传动机构还包括联轴器,所述丝杆通过联轴器连接于电机输出轴。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的牵引切边刀的游动处理设备,其特征在于,所述控制机构包括接近开关、感应块、PLC控制器和变频器;所述支座沿机架横梁长度方向的两侧至少各设置有一个接近开关,且接近开关安装在机架横梁上;所述感应块安装在支座上,用于与接近开关相互感应产生电信号;
    所述接近开关依次连接于PLC控制器和变频器,所述变频器连接于电机;所述PLC控制器用于接收接近开关发送的电信号,变频器用于接收PLC控制器的输出值,并将PLC控制器的输出值转化成用于控制电机转向的电信号,电机接收电机转向的电信号进行转向。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的牵引切边刀的游动处理设备,其特征在于,所述机架横梁上设置有限位结构,所述限位结构包括分别设置在支座沿机架横梁长度方向两侧的第一限位块和第二限位块,第一限位块和第二限位块用于限定支座在机架横梁上的移动范围。
  8. 一种采用权利要求6所述的牵引切边刀的游动处理设备的牵引切边刀的游动处理工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
    1)根据薄膜生产线上薄膜的生产要求,确定薄膜需要切除的边膜宽度;
    2)计算切刀装置在薄膜单侧切割薄膜的宽度,分别在薄膜单侧安装两个接近开关,支座安装在薄膜单侧的两接近开关之间,支座上切刀装置与薄膜边膜待切割的位置对应;手动调节支座上感应块和接近开关之间的距离,使得支座在两个接近开关之间的运动距离满足切刀装置在薄膜单侧切割薄膜的宽度;
    3)通过调节电机转速,进而调节支座在两接近开关之间的运行周期,使得支座的运行周期匹配薄膜的运行速度;
    4)启动电机,控制机构控制电机往复转向,电机输出轴转动,带动支座上的切刀装置在两接近开关之间周期性往复切割薄膜的边膜,实现对薄膜边膜的游动处理。
