- 피부와 접하는 합성수지제 폼이나 하이드로콜로이드나 하이드로젤을 이용하여 시트 타입으로 만든 합성수지제 필름의 패드층(10)과 상기 패드층(10)의 외면에 일체형으로 적층된 합성수지제 필름 소재의 커버층(20) 및 상기 커버층(20)의 내면에 점착제가 도포된 점착층(30)으로 이루어지는 적층체 구조의 욕창방지용 부재에 있어서,상기 욕창방지용 부재는 중앙부에 환자 피부의 환부를 육안으로 관찰하기 위해 관통시킨 개구부(50)와, 상기 개구부(50)의 형상에 대응되게 끼움 결합에 의해 개폐가 가능한 덮개(40)가 구비되고,상기 덮개(40)의 상부 외면에 덮개의 면적보다 넓은 면적을 갖는 덮개커버(90)가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 개량형 욕창방지용 부재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 덮개커버(90)는 하부로부터 점착층(91), 이형소재층(92) 및 보호층(93)의 순으로 적층된 구조로서, 덮개커버(90)의 점착층(91)에 의해 이형소재층(92)이 욕창방지용 부재의 상부층인 커버층(20)에 점착되는 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 개량형 욕창방지용 부재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 커버층(20)은 가로 및 세로의 폭이 패드층(10)의 가로 및 세로의 폭보다 크고,패드층(10)이 커버층(20)의 중앙부를 중심으로 배치되어 적층되는 것을 특징으로 하는 개량형 욕창방지용 부재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,개량형 욕창방지용 부재(100)의 외면에는상부 이형지(60) 및 하부 이형지(70)가 각각 적층된 구조이거나,또는 하부 이형지(70)가 적층된 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 개량형 욕창방지용 부재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 합성수지제 폼 소재의 패드층(10)은 하이드로 콜로이드 또는 하이드로젤을 함침시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 개량형 욕창방지용 부재.
