Abstract

본 발명은 피부와 접하는 합성수지제 폼이나 하이드로콜로이드나 하이드로젤을 이용하여 시트 타입으로 만든 합성수지제 필름의 패드층(10)과 상기 패드층(10)의 외면에 일체형으로 적층된 합성수지제 필름 소재의 커버층(20) 및 상기 커버층(20)의 내면에 점착제가 도포된 점착층(30)으로 이루어지는 적층체 구조의 욕창방지용 부재에 있어서, 상기 욕창방지용 부재는 중앙부에 환자 피부의 환부를 육안으로 관찰하기 위해 관통시킨 개구부(50)와, 상기 개구부(50)의 형상에 대응되게 끼움 결합에 의해 개폐가 가능한 덮개(40)가 구비되고, 상기 덮개(40)의 상부 외면에 덮개의 면적보다 넓은 면적을 갖는 덮개커버(90)가 구비되는 것을 특징으로하는 개량형 욕창방지용 부재에 관한 것이다.

Description

개량형 욕창방지용 부재
본 발명은 개량형 욕창방지용 부재에 관한 것으로 더욱 구체적으로는, 장기간 누워서 지내는 환자들의 엉덩이의 중앙부위와 항문사이 및 양측 대퇴 천자부위 등에서 짖물러진 피부나 또는 상처 등에서 발생하는 삼출물이나 또는 스며드는 대소변에 의해 욕창의 발생을 예방하기 위한 욕창방지용 부재에 있어서, 욕창방지용 부재의 상부 외면에 덮개의 면적보다 넓은 면적을 갖는 덮개커버를 구비함으로써, 덮개의 개폐가 용이하고, 손쉽게 덮개를 교체할 수 있으므로 환자가 쾌적한 병상 생활을 유지할 수 있고, 욕창의 발생을 방지할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 개량형 욕창방지용 부재에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 욕창은 의식이 없는 환자, 뇌신경이나 척수신경 손상이 있어 움직이지 못하는 환자나 또는 위중한 환자, 전신쇠약 환자 및 고령의 노인이나 요양병원에 입원한 환자 등에서 잘 발생하며, 이러한 환자들은 일정한 자세로 계속 앉아 있거나 또는 누워 있을 때 압력이 가해지는 신체의 부위에 지속적이거나 또는 반복적으로 압력이 가해져 혈액 순환의 장애로 인해 피부와 그 하부의 조직에 손상이 유발되어도 불쾌감을 느끼지 못하며, 설령 불쾌감을 느낀다고 하여도 환자 자신이 자력으로 자세로 바꿀 기력이 없기 때문에 욕창이 발생하거나 또는 심해지기도 한다.
특히 장기간 누워서 지내는 환자들의 경우에는 대소변의 배설물을 받아내기 위한 다양한 종류의 욕창방지용 기저귀들이 개발되어 특허출원되고 있다.
이러한 기저귀에 관한 선행특허문허들을 살펴보면, 일본등록특허공보 제3614371호(2005.01.26. 공고) 욕창예방용 기저귀 커버에 공개된 욕창예방용 기저귀 커버는 도면 1에 도시된 바와 같이 기저귀 커버(1)의 내면에 방수 시트(4)와 흡습성과 통기성이 우수한 패드(4)를 겹친 적층체(5)를 상기 방수 시트(4)를 내측 지점에 설치하여 소변이 방수 시트(4)와 기저귀 커버(1) 사이에 스며들도록 한 구조이고, 일본등록특허공보 제5734242호(2015.06.17. 공고) 기저귀에 공개된 기저귀는 도면 2에 도시된 바와 같이 흡수성 시트(11)의 외측에 방수 시트(12)를 구비한 기저귀 본체부(10)에서 항문이 위치하는 부위에 형성된 구멍(18)과 상기 구멍(18)으로부터 외측에 변을 수납하는 공간을 구비하는 변대(20)가 구비된 구조에 관한 특허들이다.
그러나 상기 일본등록특허공보 제3614371호(2005.01.26. 공고) 욕창예방용 기저귀 커버의 욕창예방용 기저귀 커버는 소변을 패드(4)로 흡수하고, 일본등록특허공보 제5734242호(2015.06.17. 공고) 기저귀의 기저귀는 환자로부터 배출되는 대소변의 배출물을 기저귀 본체부(10)에 형성된 구멍(18)을 통해 변대(20)로 배출시킨다고는 하지만, 상기의 배출물들이 기저귀 내에서 완전히 처리되지 아니함에 따라 기저귀 내에서 누설된 환자의 배설물이 욕창이 발생하기 쉬운 환자의 선골(仙骨) 부위에 빈번하게 접할 경우 욕창이 발생하기 쉬운 문제점이 있었다.
한편, 상기와 같은 문제점을 개선하기 위한 방안으로 일본등록특허공보 제4815183호(2011.11.16. 공고) 욕창용 시트에 공개된 욕창용 시트는 도면 3(a)에 도시된 바와 같이 점착층(45)에 의해 욕창용 시트(41)를 점착시킨 액투과성의 톱시트(2)와 액불투과성의 백시트(3)로 이루어진 일회용 기저귀(1)가 알려져 있고, 상기 욕창용 시트(41)(도 3b에서는 부호 21임)는 도면 3(b)에 도시된 바와 같이 통액성 시트재(22)에 형성된 통액구멍(23)에서 개구부의 가장자리가 통액성 시트재(22)의 한쪽 표면(26)측으로 볼록하게 형성되는 구조이지만, 상기 일본등록특허공보 제4815183호(2011.11.16. 공고) 욕창용 시트의 욕창용 시트는 욕창의 발생을 방지하기 위한 것을 목적으로 하기 보다는 이미 발생된 욕창의 치료를 위해 욕창 부위에 도포한 약품을 흡수하지 아니하고 휘발하는 것을 억제하고, 욕창의 환부로부터 발생하는 고름 등을 통액구멍으로부터 배출하기 위한 것을 목적으로 한다.
따라서, 본 발명자는 상기와 같은 문제점들의 해결하고자 도 4에 도시된 바와 같은 구조의 욕창방지용 부재를 개발하여 대한민국 등록특허공보 제10-1923986호(2019.02.22. 공고) 욕창방지용 부재로 특허등록을 받은 바 있지만, 본 발명자가 개발하여 특허등록받은 대한민국 등록특허공보 제10-1923986호(2019.02.22. 공고) 욕창방지용 부재의 욕창방지용 부재를 보다 더 실제 환자들에게 사용하기에 편리하도록 개량함으로써 본 발명을 완성하게 되었다.
따라서 본 발명은 이와 같은 종래의 문제점을 개선하기 위해 제안된 것으로, 욕창이 발생을 예방하기 위한 욕창방지용 부재에 있어서, 욕창방지용 부재의 상부 외면에 덮개의 면적보다 넓은 면적을 갖는 덮개커버를 구비하고, 점착층, 이형소재층, 합성수지제 필름층의 순으로 적층된 덮개커버의 점착층에 의해 덮개커버의 부직포가 점착층에 의해 욕창방지용 부재의 상부층인 합성수지제 필름 소재의 커버층에 점착되도록 함으로써, 합성수지제 필름과 부직포인 이형(異形) 소재 간의 착·탈착이 용이하므로 덮개의 개폐가 용이한 것을 특징으로 하는 개량형 욕창방지용 부재를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
그리고 본 발명은 장기간 누워서 지내는 환자들의 엉덩이 또는 항문 사이 등에서 짖물러진 피부나 또는 상처 등에 의해 발생하는 삼출물이나 또는 욕창방지용 부재에 스며드는 대소변에 의해 덮개의 패드층이 오염될 경우에는 손쉽게 덮개의 교체가 가능하며, 또한 언제든지 손쉽게 개폐가 가능하여 상처를 관찰하거나 파우더나 상처 연고 등을 바르는등의 처치가 가능하므로 상처치유가 촉진되어 환자가 쾌적한 병상 생활을 유지할 수 있고, 욕창의 발생을 방지할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 개량형 욕창방지용 부재를 제공하는 것을 다른 목적으로 한다.
또한, 본 발명은 욕창이 발생하기 쉬운 엉덩이의 중앙부위와 항문사이 및 양측 대퇴 천자부위 등에 부착시 환자의 대소변의 배설물이 스며들지 아니하며, 개구부를 통한 환자의 피부의 관찰하고 또한 욕창의 주요발생 원인중의 하나인 압력을 받는 부위에 패드를 부착하여 압력을 감소시킴으로써 욕창의 발생을 방지할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 욕창방지용 부재를 제공하는 것을 또 다른 목적으로 한다.
또한, 본 발명은 개량형 욕창방지용 부재로서의 용도 이외에도 일반적인 상처나 화상 등과 같은 외상의 치료 시에도, 개량형 욕창방지용 부재를 사용하여 중앙부에 형성된 개구부의 덮개를 열어 외상의 치료 상태를 육안으로 확인이 가능함으로써 불필요한 치료 횟수를 줄일 수 있고, 욕창방지용 부재 전체를 제거하지 않고 손쉽게 개폐 부위만 교체함으로써 치료용 부재의 사용을 줄일 수 있으므로 경제적인 것을 특징으로 하는 개량형 욕창방지용 부재를 제공하는 것을 해결하고자 하는 또 다른 목적으로 한다.
상술한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 특징에 의하면, 피부와 접하는 합성수지제 폼 소재 혹은 하이드로콜로이드나 하이드로젤을 이용하여 시트 타입으로 만든 합성수지제 필름 소재의 패드층(10)과, 상기 패드층(10)의 외면에 일체형으로 적층된 합성수지제 필름 소재의 커버층(20) 및 상기 커버층(20)의 내면에 점착제가 도포된 점착층(30)으로 이루어지는 적층체 구조의 욕창방지용 부재에 있어서, 상기 욕창방지용 부재는 중앙부에 환자 피부의 환부를 육안으로 관찰하기 위해 관통시킨 개구부(50)와, 상기 개구부(50)의 형상에 대응되게 끼움 결합에 의해 개폐가 가능한 덮개(40)가 구비되고, 상기 덮개(40)의 상부 외면에 덮개의 면적보다 넓은 면적을 갖는 덮개커버(90)가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 개량형 욕창방지용 부재를 과제의 해결 수단으로 한다.
그리고 상기 덮개커버(90)는 하부로부터 점착층(91), 이형소재층(92) 및 보호층(93)의 순으로 적층된 구조로서, 덮개커버(90)의 점착층(91)에 의해 이형소재층(92)이 욕창방지용 부재의 상부층인 커버층(20)에 점착되는 구조인 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 커버층(20)은 가로 및 세로의 폭이 합성수지제 폼 소재 혹은 하이드로콜로이드나 하이드로젤을 이용하여 시트 타입으로 만든 합성수지제 필름 소재의 패드층(10)의 가로 및 세로의 폭보다 크고, 패드층(10)이 커버층(20)의 중앙부를 중심으로 배치되어 적층되며 상기 개량형 욕창 방지용 부재의 외면에는 상부 이형지(60) 및 하부 이형지(70)가 각각 적층된 구조이거나, 또는 하부 이형지(70)가 적층된 구조로서, 상기 합성수지제 폼 소재의 패드층(10)은 하이드로 콜로이드 또는 하이드로 젤을 함침시킨 것을 특징으로 한다.
이상과 같이 본 발명에 따른 개량형 욕창방지용 부재에 의하면, 욕창이 발생하기 쉬운 엉덩이의 중앙부위와 항문사이 등에 부착시 환자의 대소변의 배설물이 스며들지 아니하며, 압력을 받는 부위에 부착하여 패드 역할로써 압력을 감소시키고 또한 개구부를 통한 환자의 피부의 관찰함으로써 욕창의 발생을 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
그리고 본 발명은 합성수지제 폼이나 하이드로콜로이드나 하이드로젤을 이용하여 시트 타입으로 만든 합성수지제 필름의 패드층을 무균 처리한 것을 그대로 사용하거나 또는 합성수지제 발포폼에 하이드로 콜로이드나 하이드로젤을 를 함침시켜 상처 치료 효과의 기능을 부여함으로써, 욕창의 발생 시에도 치료가 가능하며, 개량형 욕창방지용 부재의 중앙부에 형성된 개구부의 덮개를 열어 욕창의 치료 상태를 육안으로 확인이 가능한 효과가 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 욕창방지용 부재의 상부 외면에 덮개의 면적보다 넓은 면적을 갖는 덮개커버를 구비하고, 점착층, 이형소재층, 합성수지제 필름층의 순으로 적층된 덮개커버의 점착층에 의해 덮개커버의 부직포가 점착층에 의해 욕창방지용 부재의 상부층인 합성수지제 필름에 점착되도록 함으로써, 합성수지제 필름과 부직포 간의 이형(異形) 소재 간의 착·탈착이 용이하므로 덮개의 개폐가 용이한 효과가 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 장기간 누워서 지내는 환자들의 엉덩이 또는 항문 사이 등에서 짖물러진 피부나 또는 상처 등에 의해 발생하는 삼출물이나 또는 욕창방지용 부재에 스며드는 대소변에 의해 덮개의 패드층이 오염될 경우에는 손쉽게 덮개의 교체가 가능하며, 또한 언제든지 손쉽게 개폐가 가능하여 상처를 관찰하거나 파우더나 상처 연고등을 처치할수 있으므로 환자가 쾌적한 병상 생활을 유지할 수 있고, 욕창의 발생을 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한, 개량형 욕창방지용 부재로서의 용도 이외에도 일반적인 상처나 화상 등과 같은 외상의 치료 시에도, 개량형 욕창방지용 부재를 사용하여 중앙부에 형성된 개구부의 덮개를 열어 외상의 치료 상태를 육안으로 확인이 가능함으로써 불필요한 치료 횟수를 줄일 수 있고, 또한 욕창방지용 부재 전체를 제거하지 않고 손쉽게 개폐 부위만 교체함으로써 치료용 부재의 사용을 줄일 수 있으므로 경제적인 효과가 있다.

이하, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 첨부된 도면에 의거하여 상세히 설명하며, 도면 5 내지 도면 9에 있어서 동일한 기능을 수행하는 구성 요소에 대해서는 동일한 참조 번호를 병기한다. 한편, 도면의 도시 및 상세한 설명에 있어서 본 발명의 기술적 특징과 직접적으로 연관되지 않는 요소의 구체적인 기술적 구성 및 작용에 대한 상세한 설명 및 도시는 생략하고, 본 발명과 관련되는 기술적 구성만을 간략하게 도시하거나 설명하였다.
참고로, 본 발명의 특허 명세서에 기재된 용어인 '개량형 욕창방지용 부재'에서 '욕창방지용'이라 함은 환자의 피부에서 욕창이 발생하는 것을 방지하기 위한 용도란 의미로서 '욕창예방용'과 동일한 의미이다.
또한 본 발명에 따른 개량형 욕창방지용 부재(100)를 설명함에 있어서, 적층체의 각 층을 설명할 때 '내면'이라 함은 환자의 피부와 접하는 쪽의 면을 의미하고, '외면'이라 함은 '내면'의 반대편을 의미한다.
도면 5 내지 도면 9를 참고하면, 본 발명에 따른 개량형 욕창방지용 부재(100)는 피부와 접하는 합성수지제 폼 소재 혹은 하이드로콜로이드나 하이드로젤을 이용하여 시트 타입으로 만든 합성수지제 필름 소재의 패드층(10)과, 상기 패드층(10)의 외면에 일체형으로 적층된 합성수지제 필름 소재의 커버층(20) 및 상기 커버층(20)의 내면에 점착제가 도포된 점착층(30)으로 이루어지는 적층체 구조의 욕창방지용 부재에 있어서, 상기 욕창방지용 부재는 중앙부에 환자 피부의 환부를 육안으로 관찰하기 위해 관통시킨 개구부(50)와, 상기 개구부(50)의 형상에 대응되게 끼움 결합에 의해 개폐가 가능한 덮개(40)가 구비되고, 상기 덮개(40)의 상부 외면에 덮개의 면적보다 넓은 면적을 갖는 덮개커버(90)가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
통상적으로 장기간 누워있는 환자의 경우에는 기저귀 내에서 누설된 환자의 배설물이 스며들어 엉덩이의 중앙부위와 항문사이 및 양측 대퇴 천자부위에 신체의 압력이 가해지면서, 피부 및 그 피하조직이 짖물러지면서 손상되어 욕창이 발생하게 된다.
본 발명자가 개발하여 특허등록받은 대한민국 등록특허공보 제10-1923986호(2019.02.22. 공고) 욕창방지용 부재의 욕창방지용 부재는 장기간 누워있는 환자에게 일회용 기저귀를 착용시키기 전에 먼저 환자의 욕창이 발생하기 쉬운 피부의 부분에 욕창방지용 부재(100)를 점착시킨 다음 일회용 기저귀를 착용시킴으로써, 환자가 배설한 대소변의 배설물이 욕창이 발생하기 쉬운 엉덩이 또는 항문사이 등의 부위에 스며들지 않도록 하여 욕창의 발생을 방지하는 것이 특징이지만, 본 발명자가 개발하여 특허등록받은 대한민국 등록특허공보 제10-1923986호(2019.02.22. 공고) 욕창방지용 부재의 욕창방지용 부재는 도 4에 도시된 바와 같은 구조로서, 덮개(40)의 개폐가 용이하지 아니하여 환자의 환부 관찰이 용이하지 않을 뿐만 아니라 특히 환자들의 엉덩이 등에서 짖물러진 피부나 또는 상처 등에 의해 발생하는 삼출물이 다량 발생할 경우에는 패드층(10)에서 삼출물을 흡수하는데 한계가 있으므로, 이를 자주 갈아주어야 함에도 보다 용이하게 갈아주지 못하는 문제점이 있었다.
따라서, 본발명에 따른 개량형 욕창방지용 부재는 상기와 같은 대한민국 등록특허공보 제10-1923986호(2019.02.22. 공고) 욕창방지용 부재의 욕창방지용 부제의 구조를 개선하여 덮개커버(90)가 하부로부터 점착층(91), 이형소재층(92) 및 보호층(93)의 순으로 적층된 구조로서, 덮개커버(90)의 점착층(91)에 의해 이형소재층(92)이 욕창방지용 부재의 상부층인 커버층(20)에 점착되는 구조로 개량한 것이 특징이다.
상기 덮개커버(90)는 개량형 욕창방지용 부재의 개구부(50)로부터 덮개(40)의 개폐를 용이하도록 하기 위해 덮개커버(90)의 일측 혹은 양측에 손잡이(90a)를 형성시킬 수 있다.
본 발명에서 상기 첨착층(91)에 사용하는 점착소재는 인체에 무해한 점착제로서 폴리우레탄계 점착제 또는 실리콘 점착제를 사용하는 것이 바람직하며, 상기에서 한정한 점착제 이외에도 상기에서 열거한 점착제와 동등 이상의 물성을 갖고 인체에 무해한 점착제일 경우에는 모두 사용할 수 있다.
이형소재층(92)에 사용하는 소재는 부직포, 천연섬유 직물, 합성섬유 직물이나 천연고무 소재 또는 합성고무 소재 중에서 선택하여 사용하는 것이 바람직하며, 상기에서 열거한 소재 이외에도 열거한 이형 소재와 동등 이상의 물성을 갖고 인체에 무해한 소재일 경우에는 모두 사용할 수 있다.
보호층(93)의 소재는 폴리우레탄(polyurethane) 또는 폴리에틸렌(polyethylene) [0033] 또는 폴리프로필렌(polypropylene) 등과 같은 다양한 종류의 합성수지제 소재를 사용할 수 있지만 보호층(93)의 소재의 경우에도 상기에서 열거한 소재 이외에도 열거한 소재와 동등 이상의 물성을 갖고 인체에 무해한 소재일 경우에는 모두 사용할 수 있다.
따라서 본 발명은 대한민국 등록특허공보 제10-1923986호(2019.02.22. 공고) 욕창방지용 부재의 욕창이 발생을 예방하기 위한 욕창방지용 부재에 있어서, 욕창방지용 부재의 상부 외면에 덮개의 면적보다 넓은 면적을 갖는 덮개커버를 구비하고, 점착층, 이형소재층, 합성수지제 필름층의 순으로 적층된 덮개커버의 점착층에 의해 덮개커버의 부직포가 점착층에 의해 욕창방지용 부재의 상부층인 합성수지제 필름 소재의 커버층에 점착되도록 함으로써, 합성수지제 필름과 부직포 간의 이형(異形) 소재 간의 착·탈착이 용이하므로 덮개의 개폐가 용이하며, 또한, 장기간 누워서 지내는 환자들의 엉덩이 또는 항문 사이 등에서 짖물러진 피부나 또는 상처 등에 의해 발생하는 삼출물이나 또는 욕창방지용 부재에 스며드는 대소변에 의해 덮개의 패드층이 오염될 경우에는 손쉽게 덮개의 교체가 가능하고, 또한 언제든지 손쉽게 개폐가 가능하여 상처를 관찰하거나 파우더나 상처 연고등을 처치할 수 있으므로 환자가 쾌적한 병상 생활을 유지할 수 있고, 욕창의 발생을 방지할 수 있도록 하였다.
또한, 개량형 욕창방지용 부재로서의 용도 이외에도 일반적인 상처나 화상 등과 같은 외상의 치료 시에도, 개량형 욕창방지용 부재를 사용하여 중앙부에 형성된 개구부의 덮개를 열어 외상의 치료 상태를 육안으로 확인이 가능함으로써 불필요한 치료 횟수를 줄일 수 있고, 욕창방지용 부재 전체를 제거하지 않고 손쉽게 개폐부위만 교체함으로 치료용 부재의 사용을 줄일수도 있으므로 경제적인 효과가 있다.
합성수지제 폼 혹은 하이드로콜로이드나 하이드로젤을 이용하여 시트 타입으로 만든 합성수지제 필름의 패드층(10)은 환자의 욕창이 발생하기 쉬운 피부의 부분에 접하는 면으로 욕창이 발생하는 피부로부터 배출되는 땀, 노폐물 또는 혈액 등을 흡수하는 작용을 하는 층으로 환자의 피부가 오염되지 않도록 살균처리한 무균 소재를 사용한다.
본 발명에서 사용하는 패드층(10)은 합성수지제 소재를 발포시킨 폼 혹은 하이드로콜로이드나 하이드로젤을 이용하여 시트 타입으로 만든 합성수지제 필름 형태로 구성된 소재로서, 발포 폼 및 합성수지제 필름은 폴리우레탄(polyurethane) 또는 폴리에틸렌(polyethylene) 또는 폴리프로필렌(polypropylene) 등과 같은 다양한 종류의 합성수지제 폼 또는 필름 소재를 사용할 수 있지만 폴리우레탄(polyurethane) 소재를 사용하는 것이 가장 바람직하다.
그리고 상기 패드층(10)은 합성수지제 소재의 폼에 하이드로 콜로이드(hydrophilic colloid) 또는 하이드로젤을 함침시켜 사용할 수도 있다. 하이드로 콜로이드는 욕창에서 발생하는 땀, 노폐물 또는 혈액 등을 흡수하여 하이드로겔을 형성시키는 작용을 하므로 욕창의 발생을 방지할 수 있다.
본 발명에서 사용하는 하이드로 콜로이드(hydrophilic colloid)는 그 성분이 콜라겐(collagen), 하이드록시 에틸셀룰로오스(hydroxyethylcellulose), 메틸셀룰로오스(mthylcellulose), 에틸셀룰로오스(ethylcellulose) 또는 카르복시 메틸셀룰로오스 나트륨(carboxymethylcelluse sodium) 중에서 1종 또는 그 이상을 선택한 것을 사용할 수 있으며, 상기에서 한정한 하이드로 콜로이드와 동등 이상의 효과를 갖는 소재일 경우에는 모두 사용되어질 수 있다.
따라서, 본 발명에 따른 합성수지제 폼이나 혹은 하이드로콜로이드나 하이드로젤을 이용하여 시트 타입으로 만든 합성수지제 필름의 패드층을 무균 처리한 것을 그대로 사용하거나 또는 합성수지제 발포폼에 하이드로 콜로이드나 하이드로젤을 함침시켜 상처 치료 효과의 기능을 부여함으로써, 욕창의 발생 시에도 치료가 가능하며, 개량형 욕창방지용 부재의 중앙부에 형성된 개구부(50)의 덮개(40)를 열어 욕창의 치료 상태를 육안으로 확인하는 작용을 한다.
그리고, 커버층(20)은 도면 5 내지 도면 7에 도시된 바와 같이, 패드층(10)의 외면에 일체형으로 적층된 합성수지제 필름 소재로 이루어진 층으로 합성수지제 폼이나 혹은 하이드로콜로이드나 하이드로젤을 이용하여 시트 타입으로 만든 합성수지제 필름의 패드층(10)을 고정시키고, 패드층(10)을 제외한 주변 부분의 커버층(20)이 환자의 피부에 밀착되어 점착되는 구조이다.
따라서, 커버층(20)은 도면 7에 도시된 바와 같이, 가로 및 세로의 폭이 패드층(10)의 가로 및 세로의 폭보다 크고, 패드층(10)이 커버층(20)의 중앙부를 중심으로 배치되어 적층되는 구조이므로 환자가 일회용 기저귀(80) 내에 대소변을 배설할 경우에도 환자의 피부와 접착된 커버층(20)에 의해 배설물이 욕창이 발생하기 쉬운 환자의 피부에 스며드는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
커버층(20)은 그 소재로서 폴리우레탄(polyurethane) 또는 폴리에틸렌(polyethylene) 또는 폴리프로필렌(polypropylene) 등과 같은 다양한 종류의 합성수지제 소재를 사용할 수 있지만 폴리우레탄(polyurethane) 소재를 사용하는 것이 가장 바람직하다.
또한, 상기 커버층(20)은 환부에 대한 살균 소독 및 치료의 효과가 부가하기 이해 커버층(20)을 구성하는 합성수지제 필름 소재의 내면이나 또는 내면 및 외면에 요오드 화합물과 같은 살균력을 갖는 약품을 코팅하여 사용할 수도 있다.
점착층(30)은 커버층(20)의 내면에 점착제를 도포시킨 층으로, 커버층(20)이 환자의 피부에 접착되도록 하는 작용을 한다. 본 발명에서 사용하는 점착제는 인체에 무해한 점착제로서 폴리우레탄계 점착제를 사용하는 것이 바람직하다.
한편, 본 발명에 따른 개량형 욕창방지용 부재(100)는 합성수지제 폼이나 혹은 하이드로콜로이드나 하이드로젤을 이용하여 시트 타입으로 만든 합성수지제 필름의 패드층(10)과 커버층(20)이 적층된 적층체의 중앙부에 패드층(10), 점착층(30) 및 커버층(20)에 의해 일체형으로 결합된 덮개(40)에 의해 개폐가 가능한 개구부(50)를 형성시키고, 개구부(50)에 덮개(40)가 개폐가능하도록 일체형으로 결합된 구조로서, 덮개커버(90)가 하부로부터 점착층(91), 이형소재층(92) 및 보호층(93)의 순으로 적층된 구조로서, 덮개커버(90)의 점착층(91)에 의해 이형소재층(92)이 욕창방지용 부재의 상부층인 커버층(20)에 점착되는 구조이고, 상기 덮개커버(90)는 개량형 욕창방지용 부재의 개구부(50)로부터 덮개(40)의 개폐를 용이하도록 하기 위해 덮개커버(90)의 일측 또는 양측에 손잡이(90a)가 형성된 구조이므로 환자의 피부에 개량형 욕창방지용 부재(100)를 접착시킨 다음 욕창이 발생하기 쉬운 부위의 피부나 또는 욕창이 발생한 피부를 관찰할 경우 개량형 욕창방지용 부재(100)를 환자의 피부로부터 완전하게 분리시키지 않고, 덮개커버(90)의 손잡이(90a)를 들어올려 개폐구(50)를 폐쇄시킨 덮개(40)를 쉽게 열고 피부를 육안으로 관찰한 다음 덮개커버(90)의 손잡이(90a)를 아래로 원위치 시켜 덮개(40)를 개구부(50)에 끼움 결합에 의해 개구부(50)를 폐쇄시키는 간편한 구조인 것이 특징이다.
그리고, 본 발명에 따른 개량형 욕창방지용 부재(100)는 적층체의 중앙부에 덮개(40)에 의해 개폐가 가능한 개구부(50)를 형성시키고, 개구부(50)에 덮개(40)가 개폐가능하도록 일체형으로 결합된 구조이므로 개량형 욕창방지용 부재로서의 용도 이외에도 일반적인 상처나 화상 등과 같은 외상의 치료 시에도, 개량형 욕창방지용 부재를 사용하여 중앙부에 형성된 개구부(50)의 덮개(40)를 열어 외상의 치료 상태를 육안으로 확인함으로써 불필요한 치료 횟수를 줄일 수 있고, 또한 욕창방지용 부재 전체를 제거하지 않고 손쉽게 개폐부위만 교체함으로 치료용 부재의 사용을 줄일수도 있으므로 경제적인 효과가 있다.
그리고, 개량형 욕창방지용 부재(100)의 외면에는 상부 이형지(60) 및 하부 이형지(70)가 각각 적층된 구조이거나, 또는 하부 이형지(70)가 적층된 구조이다.
상부 이형지(60)는 커버층(20)의 외면의 주변부에 편자의 형상과 유사한 형상인 일측 상부 이형지(60a)와 타측 상부 이형지(60b)로 분리하여 적층시키며, 상부 이형지를 편자 형상으로 한 것은 접착시 눈으로 직접 보면서 손으로 두꺼운 편자부위를 잡아서 부착하기 쉽게 하기 위한 것이다.
하부 이형지(70)는 커버층(20)의 모양과 대응되는 동일한 형상의 이형지로 개량형 욕창방지용 부재(100)가 외부의 세균으로부터 오염되지 않도록 하기 위한 것으로 커버층(20)의 내면에 적층시킨다.
이하, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 개량형 욕창방지용 부재를 아래의 실시예에 의거하여 더욱 상세히 설명하겠는바 본 발명이 아래의 실시예에 의해 반드시 한정되는 것은 아니다.
도 9에 도시된 바와 같이, 환자의 피부에 개량형 욕창방지용 부재(100)를 접착시키고자 할 때는 먼저 하부 이형지(70)를 적층체로부터 분리시킨 다음 환자의 욕창이 발생하였거나 또는 욕창이 발생하기 쉬운 부위의 피부(예를 들면, 욕창이 발생하기 쉬운 엉덩이의 중앙부위와 항문사이 및 양측 대퇴 천자부위 등의 부위)에 부착한 후, 환자의 피부에 개량형 욕창방지용 부재(100)를 접착시킨 다음 상부 이형지(60)를 적층체로부터 분리시킨 후 다음 일회용 기저귀(80)를 착용시킨다.
따라서, 환자가 일회용 기저귀 내에 배설한 대소변의 배설물이 개량형 욕창방지용 부재(100)에 의해 욕창이 발생하기 쉬운 엉덩이의 중앙부위와 항문사이 및 양측 대퇴 천자부위 등의 부위에 스며들지 않도록 된 구조이므로 욕창이 발생하는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
상술한 바와 같은, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시 예에 따른 개량형 욕창방지용 부재를 상기한 설명 및 도면에 따라 도시하였지만, 이는 예를 들어 설명한 것에 불과하며 본 발명의 기술적 사상을 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서 다양한 변화 및 변경이 가능하다는 것을 이 분야의 통상적인 기술자들은 잘 이해할 수 있을 것이다.
본 발명은 피부와 접하는 합성수지제 폼 소재 혹은 하이드로콜로이드나 하이드로젤을 이용하여 시트 타입으로 만든 합성수지제 필름 소재의 패드층(10)과, 상기 패드층(10)의 외면에 일체형으로 적층된 합성수지제 필름 소재의 커버층(20) 및 상기 커버층(20)의 내면에 점착제가 도포된 점착층(30)으로 이루어지는 적층체 구조의 욕창방지용 부재에 있어서, 상기 욕창방지용 부재는 중앙부에 환자 피부의 환부를 육안으로 관찰하기 위해 관통시킨 개구부(50)와, 상기 개구부(50)의 형상에 대응되게 끼움 결합에 의해 개폐가 가능한 덮개(40)가 구비되고, 상기 덮개(40)의 상부 외면에 덮개의 면적보다 넓은 면적을 갖는 덮개커버(90)가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 개량형 욕창방지용 부재를 발명의 실시를 위한 형태로 한다.
본 발명은 욕창방지용 부재의 상부 외면에 덮개의 면적보다 넓은 면적을 갖는 덮개커버를 구비함으로써, 개량형 욕창방지용 부재로서의 용도 이외에도 일반적인 상처나 화상 등과 같은 외상의 치료 시에도, 개량형 욕창방지용 부재를 사용하여 중앙부에 형성된 개구부의 덮개를 열어 외상의 치료 상태를 육안으로 확인이 가능함으로써 불필요한 치료 횟수를 줄일 수 있고, 또한 욕창방지용 부재 전체를 제거하지 않고 손쉽게 개폐 부위만 교체함으로써 치료용 부재의 사용을 줄일 수 있으므로 경제적인 효과가 있으므로 산업상 이용가능성이 기대된다.

Claims (5)

  1. 피부와 접하는 합성수지제 폼이나 하이드로콜로이드나 하이드로젤을 이용하여 시트 타입으로 만든 합성수지제 필름의 패드층(10)과 상기 패드층(10)의 외면에 일체형으로 적층된 합성수지제 필름 소재의 커버층(20) 및 상기 커버층(20)의 내면에 점착제가 도포된 점착층(30)으로 이루어지는 적층체 구조의 욕창방지용 부재에 있어서,
    상기 욕창방지용 부재는 중앙부에 환자 피부의 환부를 육안으로 관찰하기 위해 관통시킨 개구부(50)와, 상기 개구부(50)의 형상에 대응되게 끼움 결합에 의해 개폐가 가능한 덮개(40)가 구비되고,
    상기 덮개(40)의 상부 외면에 덮개의 면적보다 넓은 면적을 갖는 덮개커버(90)가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 개량형 욕창방지용 부재.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 덮개커버(90)는 하부로부터 점착층(91), 이형소재층(92) 및 보호층(93)의 순으로 적층된 구조로서, 덮개커버(90)의 점착층(91)에 의해 이형소재층(92)이 욕창방지용 부재의 상부층인 커버층(20)에 점착되는 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 개량형 욕창방지용 부재.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 커버층(20)은 가로 및 세로의 폭이 패드층(10)의 가로 및 세로의 폭보다 크고,
    패드층(10)이 커버층(20)의 중앙부를 중심으로 배치되어 적층되는 것을 특징으로 하는 개량형 욕창방지용 부재.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서,
    개량형 욕창방지용 부재(100)의 외면에는
    상부 이형지(60) 및 하부 이형지(70)가 각각 적층된 구조이거나,
    또는 하부 이형지(70)가 적층된 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 개량형 욕창방지용 부재.
  5. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 합성수지제 폼 소재의 패드층(10)은 하이드로 콜로이드 또는 하이드로젤을 함침시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 개량형 욕창방지용 부재.
