These stilbenoids are largely divided into two types, and when hydrogen in the hydroxyl group is substituted with saccharides, it is specifically classified as Stilbenoid Glycosides, and the unsubstituted form is classified as Stilbenoid Aglycones. Are doing.
- Stilbenoid glycosides include 5,4-dihydroxystilbene-3-OD-glucopyranoside (polydatin), which can be extracted from hojang, and stilbenoid aglycone is 3, There is 5,4'-trihydroxy-trans-stilbene (Resveratrol), both of which are known to have anti-wrinkle, whitening, and anti-inflammatory effects.
- Polydatin 5,4-dihydroxystilbene-3-OD-glucopyranoside

- Non-Patent Document 1 extracts from buttermilk
- Non-Patent Document 2 cases of increasing the solubility by preparing an emulsion using fatty acids have also been reported.
- these attempts increased the solubility of stilbenoid, but did not show a great effect on increasing skin permeability due to the use of macromolecules, and showed a problem of poor stability when applied to cosmetic compositions containing various surfactants.
- the compound used as a transdermal absorption accelerator mainly acts on the stratum corneum of the skin and inhibits the barrier effect of the skin, thereby promoting skin penetration of the drug.
- Liposomes one of the ways to increase transdermal absorption, are bio-friendly because they are composed of phospholipids, which are the main components of the biomembrane, and are able to capture both water-soluble or fat-soluble components into the inside of the lipid bilayer of the liposome. It has problems such as low collection efficiency.
- nano-emulsions prepared in nano units, solid lipid nano-particles obtained by nano-atomizing solid lipids, or polymer-type nano-particles stabilized at the interface with a surfactant also have the same problems as liposomes.
- there is a method of collecting and delivering a hydrophilic useful substance inside using liquid crystal but the continuous phase is not well dispersed in the water O/W emulsion and is not evenly distributed, and its structure is completely preserved due to the influence of surfactants used in cosmetics. It is well known that it cannot maintain.
