本发明实施例一种对战玩具与现有技术相比,其有益效果在于: 本发明实施例设有至少两个拉线玩偶供两个以上的玩家玩耍操纵,互动性强。玩偶连接有拉线,拉线可穿过开槽,玩家可通过摆动绳子使得拉线玩偶在对战平台上完成不同动作,以控制拉线玩偶进行竞技比武游戏,可玩性高。本市实施例设置了无线发射模块,当任一方拉线玩偶的金属部件击打到另一方的拉线玩偶上的磁性部件时,被击打方的拉线玩偶上的磁性部件控制自身的开关装置打开,开关装置将信号传输至控制芯片,控制芯片控制无线发射模块将信号传输至云端服务器或者手机上,玩家可在线上查看赛果,方便玩家互动,分享对战结果。

如图1至图7所示,本发明实施例优选实施例的一种对战玩具,其包括对战平台1和至少两个拉线玩偶4,拉线玩偶4放置在对战平台1上,对战平台1上设有开槽3,拉线玩偶4连接有能控制拉线玩偶4动作的拉线2,拉线2穿过开槽3,拉线玩偶4上设有开关装置5、磁性部件6和具有可吸磁铁的金属部件22,金属部件22击打磁性部件6,以打开开关装置5,拉线玩偶4内置有控制芯片7和无线发射模块8,控制芯片7与开关装置5电连接,控制芯片7与无线发射模块8电连接,无线发射模块8与用户的手机或云端服务器通信连接,在此需要说明的是,开关装置5、控制芯片7和无线发射模块8为现有设备,本实施例中所实现的数据传输和通信连接均是基于现有设备的现有功能所实现的,在此不再进行赘述。
基于上述技术方案,该玩具设有至少两个拉线玩偶4供两个以上的玩家玩耍操纵,互动性强。在本实施例中,拉线玩偶4的数量为两个,对战平台1上的开槽3的数量为两条,两条开槽3平行对称设置于对战平台1上,保证两端的拉线玩偶4的行程都是一致的,进行拉线玩偶4双方对战时保证其竞技的公平性。开槽3的宽度足以让拉线2通过,不会压住玩偶拉线2。拉线玩偶4呈中空设计,拉线2穿过整个玩偶。玩家拉线2操控拉线玩偶4的动作,使得拉线玩偶4形成完整一个灵活活动的玩偶。拉线玩偶4的拉线2远离拉线玩偶4的一末端绑有方便操作的拉环或吊锤,玩家可通过拉紧拉环或吊锤,以绷紧拉线2,令拉线玩偶4站立,也可以通过摆动拉线2使拉线玩偶4完成竞技招式动作,可玩性高。
如图1所示,拉线玩偶4内安装有控制芯片7和无线发射模块8,无线发射模块8采用蓝牙4.2芯片,方便玩家开启蓝牙功能匹配接收自己操作的拉线玩偶4的对战数据。磁性部件6可以是磁石或磁铁。当任一方拉线玩偶4的金属部件22击打到另一方的拉线玩偶4上的磁性部件6时,被击打方的拉线玩偶4上的磁性部件6控制自身的开关装置5打开,开关装置5将数据传输至控制芯片7,控制芯片7控制无线发射模块8将数据传输至云端服务器或者手机上,玩家可在线上查看赛果,方便玩家互动,分享对战数据。
其中,如图1所示,拉线玩偶4内还内置有开关电路模块9,开关电路模块9与开关装置5连接,开关电路模块9与控制芯片7电连接。开关电路模块9为普通的开关电路,通过开关装置5的触碰实现开关电路的开闭,用于监控开关装置5的开闭。开关电路模块9启动并产生一个数据传输至控制芯片7,控制芯片7累计竞技过程中开关电路模块9启动的次数作为数据。当开关装置5触碰开关电路模块9后,开关电路模块9启动,控制芯片7通过无线发射模块8将数据传输至云端服务器或者玩家手机上,供玩家查阅。拉线玩偶4还内置有充电电路模块10和充电锂电池11,充电电路模块10分别与充电锂电池11和外部电源电连接,充电锂电池11分别与开关电路模块9、控制芯片7和无线发射模块8电连接, 分别为开关电路模块9、控制芯片7和无线发射模块8供电。当充电锂电池11有电时,其直接为开关电路模块9、控制芯片7和无线发射模块8供电。当充电锂电池11需要充电时,充电电路模块10与外部电源电连接,为充电锂电池11充电。充电电路模块10和充电锂电池11组成电路模块,使得该玩具在有或没有外部电源的情况下均能使用,增加了其方便性,玩具能直接通过充电锂电池11充电,具有较好的便携性。拉线玩偶4上安装有LED灯12和喇叭13,LED灯12和喇叭13均与控制芯片7电连接,由控制芯片7控制。当拉线玩偶4被击中后,控制芯片7控制LED灯12亮起,喇叭13响起,以便及时提醒玩家战果。LED灯12与喇叭13的结合能方便玩家判定战局。在本实施例中,每当拉线玩偶4被击中一次,LED灯12会亮起1秒~3秒,喇叭13响起1秒~3秒。
此外,如图2所示,拉线玩偶4上印有二维码14。该二维码14为线上线下的连接窗口,每个拉线玩偶4对应一个二维码14,该二维码14为该拉线玩偶4的ID。玩家扫二维码14后可在线上登录云端服务器,在云端服务器上注册、观赏教学视频、玩家秀等等,完成线上社交互动。
具体地,拉线玩偶4包括头部41、躯干42、上肢43、下肢44、武器道具45和头盔46,其中上肢43和下肢44均为两节式设计,二维码14可印刷在拉线玩偶4的躯干42背后。头部41、躯干42、上肢43和下肢44均呈中空设置,拉线2分别穿绕在头部41、躯干42、上肢43和下肢44的内部,玩家能通过操控拉线2控制头部41、躯干42、上肢43和下肢44的动作,增加拉线玩偶4动作的灵活性。关于拉线2如何控制头部41、躯干42、上肢43和下肢44,拉线玩偶4如何实现在开槽3中站立或移动,如何完成竞技比武动作的内容,公开号为CN203389328U,公开日为2014年1月15日的发明专利《一种拉线玩偶及应用该拉线玩偶的玩偶玩具组合》中早已公开,本技术领域的技术人员可得知拉线玩偶4如何在开槽3上实现站立、移动及完成竞技比武动作的。武器道具45通过插接或卡扣配合或粘合等方式可拆卸地安装在上肢43上,当武器道具45安装在上肢43后,武器道具45随上肢43的摆动而摆动。金属部件22安装在武 器道具45上,具体安装在武器道具45远离上肢43的一端。头盔46通过开关装置5可翻转地安装在头部41上,开关装置5可使头盔46弹开或者扣合在头部41上。磁性部件6安装在躯干42上,位于拉线玩偶4胸部位置。磁性部件6的磁力用于辅助吸引武器道具45上的金属部件22,便于玩家击打磁性部件6。当一方的拉线玩偶4的武器道具45触碰到另一方拉线玩偶4的磁性部件6时,磁性部件6控制开关装置5打开,头盔46弹开,控制芯片7控制无线发射模块8将数据传输至云端服务器或者手机上。
更具体地,如图4至图6所示,开关装置5包括弹簧51和第一转轴52,弹簧51套在第一转轴52上,弹簧51具体为扭转弹簧。头盔46通过第一转轴52连接在头部41,第一转轴52贯穿头部41的左右两端,第一转轴52的两端与头盔46可转动地连接,扭转弹簧为头盔46提供弹力,当头盔46扣紧在头部41上时,弹簧51为压缩状态。当头盔46离开头部41时,扭转弹簧促使头盔46向上翻转,实现头盔46的自动弹开。磁性部件6通过第二转轴19可转动地连接在躯干42上,第二转轴19的两端水平地连接在躯干42上,第二转轴19的中部与磁性部件6的上侧固定连接,使得磁性部件6能绕第二转轴19上下转动。第二转轴19上设有用于拨动卡扣件15的拨片16,在本实施例中,拨片16为连接在第二转轴19上的环形片,在其他实施例中,拨片16还可以是其他结构,只要能实现拨动卡扣件15的功能即可。躯干42上设有用于扣住头盔46前端的卡扣件15,本实施例中的卡扣件15的纵截面形状为7字型,其底端与拨片16固定连接,可随拨片16的转动而转动,实现拨片16拨动或带动卡扣件15的功能。头盔46前端设有供卡扣件15卡紧的凸部23,凸部23与卡扣件15配合,卡扣件的上端通过扣紧凸部23,实现头盔46被锁紧在头部41上。
以拉线玩偶4的正面为前侧,则拉线玩偶4的右上肢为右侧。当武器道具45上的金属部件22击中磁性部件6时,在拉扯过程中会拨动磁性部件6以第二转轴19为中心向上摆动,从拉线玩偶4的右侧看过去,磁性部件6带动第二转轴19顺时针转动,并使得拨片16顺时针转动,卡扣 件15随之顺时针转动,离开凸部23,松开头盔46前端,头盔46受第一转轴52上的弹簧51弹力作用,绕着第一转轴52向上翻转,实现自动弹开。进行下一次竞技时,玩家只需手动将头盔46扣回卡扣件15中即可。
开关电路模块9通过测量卡扣件15与头盔46前端的凸部23接触情况来判断开关装置5的开闭情况,具体地,当卡扣件15与头盔46前端的凸部23接触时,开关电路模块9判断开关装置5为关闭状态,当卡扣件15与头盔46前端的凸部23不接触时,则开关电路模块9判断开关装置5为打开状态。卡扣件15与头盔46相当于开关电路模块9中的开关,当卡扣件15与头盔46松开时,开关电路模块9中的开关断开,开关电路模块9将该断开信号反馈给控制芯片7。开关装置5并不仅限于本实施例中的结构,任何能够将头盔46弹开和扣合的装置或者简单地更换本实施例中的卡扣件15和磁性部件6结构的方案仍属本发明专利涵盖的范围内。
在本实施例中,拉线玩偶4还包括胸甲、披风和护甲,其插接或卡扣配合或粘合等方式可拆卸地安装在躯干42、上肢43和下肢44上。拉线玩偶4可通过DIY装扮不同的角色配件,DIY出各种主题人物形象,增加玩偶创意点和可玩性。拉线玩偶4的躯干42背部可开设有一个孔位,该孔位上可以穿有一条挂绳,通过挂绳可以单独将单个拉线玩偶4挂在手上或者背包等上,起到装饰美化和随身携带把玩的作用。
优选地,对战平台1的两侧边缘均设有凸边17,凸边17的顶侧高出于对战平台1的上表面,能限定拉线玩偶4的下肢44的移动空间,对下肢44的底部边缘起导向作用,防止拉线玩偶4的下肢44突出于对战平台1外,从对战平台1上滑落。
另外,如图7所示,本发明实施例提供的对战玩具还包括两个组装平台18,组装平台18用于支撑对战平台1。各组装平台18分别可拆卸地连接在对战平台1的两端,在非使用状态下,可将对战平台1和组装平台18拆下,玩耍时再组装在一起,便于携带。组装平台18包括底盘181和支架182,底盘181位于组装平台18的底部,在本实施例中,底盘181的底侧可连接有防滑胶垫20。支架182的顶端与对战平台1可拆卸地连 接,支架182的底端与底盘181可拆卸地连接。支架182的两端分别采用可拆卸的卡扣配合方式与底盘181和对战平台1相连接。底盘181设有能容置拉线玩偶4的凹槽21。,拆卸收纳时,或在休战状态下可以将拉线玩偶4放入底盘181上的凹槽21中,方便存储和携带,大大增强其便捷性。
本发明的工作过程为:玩家进行拉线玩偶4竞技过程中,开关装置5启动之前所有过程都是无电物理运动过程。玩家将拉线2穿过开槽3,拉扯拉线2,在开槽3的前后方向施力,使得拉线玩偶4在对战平台1上前后移动。移动的过程中并不一定要将玩偶保持站立状态,可以是人将玩偶摆放到需要站立的位置,再将绳子伸过开槽3下面进行拉扯,以使得两个玩偶完成竞技比武动作。摆动拉线2,可操作拉线玩偶4的上肢43和下肢44。上肢43连接有武器道具45,当武器道具45击打到对方的穿线拉线玩偶4上的磁性部件6,对方拉线玩偶4的磁性部件6向上摆动,带动第二转轴19转动,拨片16和卡扣件15移动,卡扣件15松开头盔46,此时开关装置5为打开状态,头盔46向上弹开,以及时提醒玩家战果。开关电路模块9感应到卡扣件15与头盔46断开连接后,开始启动并产生一个数据传输至控制芯片7,控制芯片7制LED灯12亮起和喇叭13响起。控制芯片7累计竞技过程中开关电路模块9启动的次数,到竞技结束后,控制芯片7通过无线发射模块8将开关电路模块9启动的次数传输至云端服务器或者玩家手机上,供玩家查阅,方便玩家互动。
综上,本发明实施例提供一种对战玩具,其设有至少两个拉线玩偶供两个以上的玩家玩耍操纵,互动性强。玩偶连接有拉线,拉线可穿过开槽,玩家可通过摆动绳子使得拉线玩偶在对战平台上完成不同动作,以控制拉线玩偶进行竞技比武游戏,可玩性高。本市实施例设置了无线发射模块,当任一方拉线玩偶的金属部件击打到另一方的拉线玩偶上的磁性部件时,被击打方的拉线玩偶上的磁性部件控制自身的开关装置打开,开关装置将信号传输至控制芯片,控制芯片控制无线发射模块将信号传输至云端服务器或者手机上,玩家可在线上查看 赛果,方便玩家互动,分享对战结果

Claims (10)

  1. 一种对战玩具,其特征在于,包括对战平台和至少两个拉线玩偶,所述拉线玩偶放置在所述对战平台上,所述对战平台上设有开槽,所述拉线玩偶连接有能控制所述拉线玩偶动作的拉线,所述拉线穿过所述开槽,
    所述拉线玩偶上设有开关装置、磁性部件和具有可吸磁铁的金属部件,所述金属部件击打所述磁性部件,以打开所述开关装置,所述拉线玩偶内置有控制芯片和无线发射模块,所述控制芯片与所述开关装置电连接,所述控制芯片与所述无线发射模块电连接,所述无线发射模块与用户的手机或云端服务器通信连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的对战玩具,其特征在于,所述拉线玩偶包括头部、躯干、上肢、下肢、武器道具和头盔,所述武器道具可拆卸地安装在所述上肢上,所述头盔通过所述开关装置安装在所述头部上,所述开关装置可使所述头盔弹开或者扣合在所述头部上,所述拉线分别穿绕所述头部、所述躯干、所述上肢和所述下肢,所述磁性部件安装在所述躯干上,所述金属部件安装在所述武器道具上。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的对战玩具,其特征在于,所述开关装置包括弹簧和第一转轴,所述弹簧套在所述第一转轴上,所述头盔通过所述第一转轴连接在所述头部,第一转轴贯穿所述头部,且其两端与所述头盔连接,
    所述躯干上设有用于扣住所述头盔前端的卡扣件,所述磁性部件通过第二转轴可转动地连接在所述躯干上,所述磁性部件与所述第二转轴固定连接,所述第二转轴上设有用于拨动所述卡扣件的拨片。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的对战玩具,其特征在于,所述对战平台的两侧边缘均设有凸边。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的对战玩具,其特征在于,还包括两个组装平台,各所述组装平台分别连接在所述对战平台的两端。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的对战玩具,其特征在于,所述组装平台包括支架和底盘,所述支架的顶端与所述对战平台连接,所述支架的底端与所述底盘连接,所述底盘上设有能容置所述拉线玩偶的凹槽。
  7. 如权利要求1-6任一项所述的对战玩具,其特征在于,所述拉线玩偶内还内置有开关电路模块,所述开关电路模块与所述开关装置连接,所述开关电路模块与所述控制芯片电连接。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的对战玩具,其特征在于,所述拉线玩偶还内置有充电电路模块和充电锂电池,所述充电电路模块分别与所述充电锂电池和外部电源电连接,所述充电锂电池分别与所述开关电路模块、控制芯片和无线发射模块电连接。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的对战玩具,其特征在于,所述拉线玩偶上安装有LED灯和喇叭,所述LED灯和所述喇叭均与所述控制芯片电连接。
  10. 如权利要求1-6任一项所述的对战玩具,其特征在于,所述拉线玩偶上印有二维码。
