传统的技术中,只能通过文字界面进行操作,不直观,用户也无法了解现场的情况。

为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的在于:提供一种政务服务大厅系统,以帮助用户通过实景三维模型的方式了解现场的情况,并根据实际情况进行业务的预约和办理。

作为优选的实施例,所述监控画面的数量大于3个,且所述监控画面的拍摄角度两两相交。监控画面所对应的监控摄像头的数量并非越多越好,一般情况下为3-6个比较合理。当然,服务器也可以根据实际情况,选用多个摄像头中的部分进行处理。
作为优选的实施例,所述根据第二服务请求,执行业务预约和业务办理,其具体包括:
从第二服务请求中解析第二操作指令;
根据解析得到的第二操作指令,执行业务预约和业务办理。
本实施例从第二服务请求中解析第二操作指令,在一些实施例中,该第二操作指令与用户在终端机输入的第一操作指令是相同的操作指令,只是终端机将用户的第一操作指令封装为第二服务请求。在另一些实施例中,第二操作指令是服务器的操作指令,其与第一操作指令不相同,但是两者之间具有映射关系。
作为优选的实施例,所述从第二服务请求中解析第二操作指令,其具体包括:
从第二服务请求中获取语音输入数据;
根据语音输入数据进行语音识别,得到第二操作指令。
本实施例通过语音进行指令输入,并通过智能AI将语音输入数据进行分析,得到相关的第二操作指令。本实施例的交互方式更加友好,更加方便。
作为优选的实施例,所述根据语音输入数据进行语音识别,得到第二操作指令,其具体包括:
根据语音输入数据进行语音识别,得到识别结果;
加载指令表,根据识别结果在指令表上进行模糊搜索,匹配出第二操作指令。
本实施例通过对指令表进行模糊搜索,使得语音指令的输入容错率更高,用户即便没有准确地说出语音指令,也可以较为准确地匹配出第二操作指令。
作为优选的实施例,所述根据用户的第一操作指令,向服务器发送第二服务请求,其具体包括:
获取用户的语音输入数据,将所述语音输入数据和用户鉴权数据封装为第二服务请求,并向服务器发送。
当然本实施例是为了给特定的用户提供服务的,因而,需要鉴别这些用户的权限。
作为优选的实施例,所述业务预约包括线下人工服务预约和在线人工客服预约。只要是人工服务,一般就需要预约,线下人工服务是指用户到政务大厅现场进行办理,在线人工客服是指用户通过终端机与人工客服进行业务办理。
作为优选的实施例,所述一个或者多个终端机还用于接收用户的第三操作指令,根据用户的第三操作指令调整所述现场实景的三维模型的大小和显示角度。
在本实施例中,用户可以根据需要挪动或者缩放现场的实景三维模型,以从不同的角度观察现场的情况。
应当认识到,本发明的实施例可以由计算机硬件、硬件和软件的组合、或者通过存储在非暂时性计算机可读存储器中的计算机指令来实现或实施。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种政务服务大厅系统,其特征在于:包括:
    一个或者多个服务器,用于根据第一服务请求,读取政务大厅的三维模型以及现场的多个监控摄像头的多个监控画面,根据所述多个监控画面和政务大厅的三维模型,生成现场实景的三维模型;根据第二服务请求,执行业务预约和业务办理;
    一个或者多个终端机,用于向服务器发送第一服务请求,从所述一个或者多个服务器获取现场实景的三维模型,并播放所述现场实景的三维模型,以及根据用户的第一操作指令,向服务器发送第二服务请求,以完成业务预约和业务办理;
    所述一个或者多个终端机与所述一个或者多个服务器网络连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种政务服务大厅系统,其特征在于:所述根据所述多个监控画面和政务大厅的三维模型,生成现场实景的三维模型,其具体为:
    根据所述多个监控画面生成现场实景中的一个或者多个人物模型;
    将所述一个或者多个人物模型,加载在所述政务大厅的三维模型中,以生成现场实景的三维模型。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种政务服务大厅系统,其特征在于:所述将所述一个或者多个人物模型,加载在所述政务大厅的三维模型中,其具体包括:
    根据所述多个监控画面,确定一个或者多个人物模型在所述政务大厅的三维模型中的位置;
    根据所述一个或者多个人物模型在所述政务大厅的三维模型中的位置,将所述一个或者多个人物模型,加载在所述政务大厅的三维模型中。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种政务服务大厅系统,其特征在于:所述监控画面的数量大于3个,且所述监控画面的拍摄角度两两相交。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种政务服务大厅系统,其特征在于:所述根据第二服务请求,执行业务预约和业务办理,其具体包括:
    从第二服务请求中解析第二操作指令;
    根据解析得到的第二操作指令,执行业务预约和业务办理。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种政务服务大厅系统,其特征在于:所述从第二服务请求中解析第二操作指令,其具体包括:
    从第二服务请求中获取语音输入数据;
    根据语音输入数据进行语音识别,得到第二操作指令。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种政务服务大厅系统,其特征在于:所述根据语音输入数据进 行语音识别,得到第二操作指令,其具体包括:
    根据语音输入数据进行语音识别,得到识别结果;
    加载指令表,根据识别结果在指令表上进行模糊搜索,匹配出第二操作指令。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种政务服务大厅系统,其特征在于:所述根据用户的第一操作指令,向服务器发送第二服务请求,其具体包括:
    获取用户的语音输入数据,将所述语音输入数据和用户鉴权数据封装为第二服务请求,并向服务器发送。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种政务服务大厅系统,其特征在于:所述业务预约包括线下人工服务预约和在线人工客服预约。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种政务服务大厅系统,其特征在于:所述一个或者多个终端机还用于接收用户的第三操作指令,根据用户的第三操作指令调整所述现场实景的三维模型的大小和显示角度。
