Description

一种具备便捷开关切换保险的喷枪 技术领域
本发明属于喷枪技术领域,具体涉及一种具备便捷开关切换保险的喷枪。
背景技术
由于聚氨酯泡沫剂固化泡沫弹性体具有粘结、防水、耐热胀冷缩、隔热、隔音甚至阻燃(限阻燃型)等优良性能,被广泛地应用于工业生产和日常民用之中。瓶装的聚氨酯泡沫剂,是将聚氨酯预聚物、催化剂及气体抛射剂灌装于耐压的铁制气雾罐中,也称聚氨酯泡沫填缝剂,是一种单组分、湿气固化、多用途的聚氨酯发泡填充弹性密封材料。施工时通过配套施胶枪或手动喷管将气雾状胶体喷射至待施工部位,短期完成发泡、粘结、成型和密封的过程,加之其便于存储携带和易于使用,因此广泛用于建筑门窗边缝、构件伸缩缝及孔洞处的填充密封,与其配套使用的喷枪或喷管也随之应运而生,并且喷枪的款式也越来越多。
常见的聚氨酯泡沫填缝剂喷枪一般包括带有握把的枪体、单向阀、枪管和枪嘴、顶针及滑块组件、密封装置、扳机、复位弹簧以及开度调节装置。枪体前半部上端设有一孔,该孔连接与填缝剂瓶适配的单向阀,有压力的泡沫剂通过单向阀由该孔进入枪体内;枪体前端的通孔连接枪管和枪嘴,后端通孔内设有密封装置,顶针沿密封装置中心穿过并置于枪管内,顶针前端与枪嘴内壁紧密相抵,形成枪体前半部供泡沫剂流通的密闭内部空间。枪体后半部设有容纳与顶针固连的滑块和复位弹簧的通孔,该通孔后端与开度调节装置连接,复位弹簧被压缩于顶针滑块和开度调节装置之间,弹簧力反作用于顶针滑块将顶针抵住枪嘴内壁,起到密封枪嘴的目的;枪体中部设有可控制进入枪体的泡沫剂由枪嘴喷出的扳机,扳机与枪体销连接,扳机以销为圆心在设定的范围内转动。使用时,向后扳动扳机使顶针滑块后移,顶针随即与枪嘴内壁脱开,开启泡沫剂喷射的通道,泡沫剂即经枪嘴内孔喷出。使用完后,松开扳机,顶针在复位弹簧作用下复位,重新抵住枪嘴内壁,封闭泡沫剂的喷射通道,泡沫剂旋即停止从枪嘴内孔喷出。
上述这种结构的喷枪,在施工中不小心触动扳机时会导致其带动顶针联动,进而使顶针脱开枪嘴内壁,导致有压力的聚氨酯泡沫剂意外喷出而造成人身伤害,存在安全隐患。尽管其具备顶针开度调节装置,可以用来锁定顶针,防止触动扳机时泡沫剂喷出,但开启或关闭调节时费时费力,无法满足操作者对喷枪使用便捷的要求。
发明内容
基于现有技术中存在的上述不足,本发明提供一种具备便捷开关切换保险的喷枪。
为了达到上述发明目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种具备便捷开关切换保险的喷枪,包括枪体、枪嘴、扳机、顶针滑块及顶针,所述扳机转动连接 于枪体,所述扳机用于联动顶针滑块,所述顶针滑块用于联动顶针以开启枪嘴,所述喷枪还包括活动配合于枪体的保险开关;当保险开关活动至第一位置,所述保险开关用于限制扳机联动顶针滑块;当保险开关活动至第二位置,所述限制解除以使扳机能联动顶针滑块。
作为优选方案,所述保险开关包括开关座,开关座具有避让部;当保险开关活动至第二位置,开关座的避让部与扳机相配,以使扳机能联动顶针滑块;当保险开关活动至第一位置,开关座的避让部与扳机错位,以限制扳机联动顶针滑块。
作为优选方案,所述保险开关还包括阻尼器,所述阻尼器位于枪体与开关座之间。
作为优选方案,所述阻尼器包括弹性件和用于沿弹性件的轴向活动的定位件;弹性件安装于枪体,定位件的两侧分别压缩弹性件和抵靠开关座;或者,弹性件安装于开关座,定位件的两侧分别压缩弹性件和抵靠枪体。

为了更清楚地说明本发明实施例,下面将对照附图说明本发明的具体实施方式。显而易见地,下面描述中的附图仅仅是本发明的一些实施例,对于本领域普通技术人员来讲,在不付出创造性劳动的前提下,还可以根据这些附图获得其他的附图,并获得其他的实施方式。另外,以下实施例中所提到的方向用语,例如:上、下、左、右、前或后等,仅是参考附图的方向。因此,使用的方向用语是用来说明并 非用来限制本发明。
实施例一:
如图1所示,本实施例的具备便捷开关切换保险的喷枪,包括带有握把3的枪体1、单向阀9、枪管8和枪嘴7、顶针及顶针滑块4、密封装置6、扳机5、复位弹簧11、开度调节装置2以及具备便捷按压式开关切换功能的保险开关10A。枪体1的前半部上端具有连通孔,该连通孔连接与填缝剂瓶适配的单向阀9,有压力的泡沫剂通过单向阀9由该连通孔进入枪体1内;枪体1前端的通孔连接枪管8和枪嘴7,后端通孔内设有密封装置6,顶针沿密封装置中心穿过并置于枪管8内,顶针前端与枪嘴7内壁紧密相抵,形成枪体前半部供泡沫剂流通的密闭内部空间。枪体后半部设有容纳与顶针固连的顶针滑块4和复位弹簧11的安装孔,该安装孔后端与开度调节装置2连接,复位弹簧被压缩于顶针滑块4和开度调节装置2之间,弹簧力反作用于顶针滑块4将顶针抵住枪嘴内壁,起到密封枪嘴的目的;枪体中部设有可控制进入枪体的泡沫剂由枪嘴喷出的扳机5,扳机5与枪体1销连接,扳机5以销为圆心在设定的范围内转动。使用时,向后扳动扳机5使顶针滑块4后移,顶针随即与枪嘴内壁脱开,开启泡沫剂喷射的通道,泡沫剂即经枪嘴内孔喷出。使用完后,松开扳机5,顶针在复位弹簧11作用下复位,重新抵住枪嘴内壁,封闭泡沫剂的喷射通道,泡沫剂旋即停止从枪嘴内孔喷出。
如图2所示,枪体1具有沿枪体前后中心法向所设的滑孔1a,滑孔1a用于装配具备便捷按压式开关切换功能的保险开关10A。如图3-5所示,保险开关10A包括与枪体1配套的按压式滑动开关座和阻尼器;按压式滑动开关座包括滑座10A1和位于滑座10A1两端的盖体10A2和按压部10A1a,其中,滑座10A1与盖体10A2相对的一端具有柱状滑动部10A1c,以便与盖体10A2对接装配。其中,如图5所示,盖体10A2的外侧为按压部10A2a,内端面设有沉孔10A2c,沉孔10A2c与滑座10A1的柱状滑动部10A1c外端固定连接,形成中间小两端大的结构,使得保险开关10A只能在盖体10A2的内侧端面10A2b与按压部10A1a的内侧端面10A1b之间滑动,而不会导致其从枪体通孔1a中滑脱。
如图4所示,滑座10A1上与扳机5相对的端面设有阻挡部10A1d和两组容纳扳机的避让部10A1e,避让部10A1e为凹槽结构。保险开关10A通过按压的方式使得滑座10A1沿枪体1前后中心法向所设的滑孔1a左右滑动;如图6和7所示,当保险开关10A活动至第二位置,其滑座10A1上的阻挡部10A1d与扳机5错位,而使其避让部10A1e与扳机5相对应,使得扳机5能带动顶针滑块4,进而让扳机5开启枪嘴7,实现保险的解除。另外,如图8和9所示,当保险开关10A活动至第一位置,其滑座的阻挡部10A1d与扳机5比顶针滑块4率先相抵触,即避让部10A1e与扳机5错位,致使扳机5无法带动顶针滑块4,进而阻止扳机5开启枪嘴7,实现保险功能。
如图3所示,本实施例的阻尼器位于枪体的滑孔1a的顶面沉孔和滑座10A1的上表面之间;阻尼器包括压簧101和定位圆球102,便于定位圆球102沿压簧101轴向往复移动。另外,如图4所示,滑座10A1的上表面开设有两个保持位置稳定功能的定位档10A1f,分别为保险定位档和保险解除定位档,定位档10A1f为凹孔结构。本实施例的定位档10A1f的凹孔结构用于与定位圆球102相配,从而实现保持位置稳定功能。
本实施例的具备便捷开关切换保险的喷枪,依次将压簧101、定位圆球102、滑座10A1装入枪体1 并将盖体10A2与滑动部10A1c外端固定连接后,即可完成保险开关的装配。正常使用时,如图6和7所示,阻尼器中的定位圆球102陷入滑座10A1的右侧的定位档,并且在压簧101的弹性作用下,在没有外力的作用下,能让滑座10A1保持位置稳定;此时,滑座10A1的内端面10A1b与枪体1接触;滑座10A1前端面的两个避让部10A1e与扳机5的背部对应,如此,扳机5即处于随时待开启的自由状态;若要进行泡沫剂喷射操作,只需向后扳动扳机5使顶针滑块4后移,顶针随即与枪嘴7内壁脱开,开启泡沫剂喷射的通道,泡沫剂即经枪嘴7内孔喷出;如需停止泡沫剂喷射,只需松开扳机5,顶针滑块4在复位弹簧11的作用下迅速复位,将顶针重新抵住枪嘴7内壁,封闭泡沫剂的喷射通道,则枪嘴7停止喷出泡沫剂。
反之,若需要暂停使用喷枪,如图8和9所示,只需按压盖体10A2的按压部10A2a,在外部按压推力的作用下,带动滑座10A1向右移动,此时阻尼器的定位圆球102从右侧的定位档中被向上挤出,进而导致压簧101被进一步压缩,当盖体10A2的内端面10A2b与枪体1接触时,正好使得定位圆球102滑入滑座10A1的左侧的定位档,并且在压簧101的弹性作用下,在外力卸去后,又能让滑座10A1保持位置稳定。此时,滑座10A1前端面的阻挡部10A1d与扳机5比顶针滑块4率先相抵触,则扳机5就处于被阻止的状态,致使扳机5无法带动顶针滑块,进而阻止扳机5开启枪嘴7,从而彻底避免泡沫剂从枪嘴7内孔意外喷出的安全隐患。
当需要再次开启扳机时,只需按压滑座10A1将其切换恢复到初始位置即可,开关切换操作省时省力、方便快捷。
本实施例的具备便捷开关切换保险的喷枪在施工过程中,若需要暂停或恢复喷枪使用时,只需对保险开关进行活动操作以实现开关切换,操作省时省力、方便快捷,切实能为施工人员消除安全隐患、提供安全保障。而且,本实施例的喷枪制造和装配便捷,便于推广应用。
实施例二:
本实施例的具备便捷开关切换保险的喷枪与实施例一的不同之处在于:定位档的结构不同。
具体地,如图10所示,本实施例的两个定位档为两条平行的条形槽10A1f’,条形槽10A1f’的分布方向与滑座的活动方向垂直;条形槽10A1f’用于与阻尼器的定位圆球相配,实现保持位置稳定功能。作为其它实施方案,两个定位档还可以为一个凹孔,另一个条形槽。另外,阻尼器的定位圆球还可以替换为带有球面的柱体或者椭圆体等具有底部弧面的定位件均可;相应地,定位档的结构也不限于上述所列的结构,只要能与阻尼器的定位件相配能实现保持位置稳定的功能即可。
其它结构可以参考实施例一。
实施例三:
本实施例的具备便捷开关切换保险的喷枪与实施例一的不同之处在于:定位档与阻尼器的安装位置可以互换。
具体地,滑座的上表面具有沉孔,用于安装阻尼器;相应地,在枪体的滑孔的顶部开设相应地定位档,也能实现滑座的保持位置稳定的功能。实现喷枪的结构多样化。
其它结构可以参考实施例一。
实施例四:
本实施例的具备便捷开关切换保险的喷枪与实施例一的不同之处在于:保险开关的结构以及与枪体的连接结构不同。
如图11和12所示,本实施例的具备便捷开关切换保险的喷枪的主体结构及相应的数字标号与实施例一保持一致,在此不赘述。不同之处在于:本实施例的保险开关10B包括与枪体1B配套的旋转式开关座10B1和阻尼器。
旋转式开关座10B1为中空套筒结构,其前端面具有外凸形结构的开关部,开关部优选为柱状,其截面形状优选为长和宽不等的长方形、扁圆形、长腰形或椭圆形等形状,其次是正方形,再次是六方形。如图13-14所示,本实施例中的为扁圆形柱状开关部,在其对边较长的长度方向相对设有阻挡部10B1a,阻挡部10B1a之外的内凹区域构成避让部;旋转开关座10B1的外凸形结构的开关部适配于内凹的“U”形折弯的扳机,阻挡部10B1a的长度大于扳机折弯部与其所抵触的宽度。另外,旋转式开关座10B1轴向设有通孔10B1c,以便旋转地套设于枪体1B上;具体地,如图14-15所示,枪体1B后半部的前端设有用与旋转式开关座的通孔10B1c相互套设的中空安装轴1Ba,中空安装轴1Ba以及旋转式开关座10B1的中空结构可供顶针及顶针滑块4从中穿过。另外,如图15所示,中空安装轴1Ba的外端具有带导向的环形倒扣部1Ba1。另外,如图16和图17所示,所述旋转式开关座10B1内孔能弹性张开,并设有环形的限位槽10B1d,限位槽10B1d与中空安装轴的环形倒扣部1Ba1限位配合,使得旋转式开关座套入中空安装轴后即不会自行脱离。
如图14所示,旋转式开关座10B1沿其周向开设有等分度的定位档10B1b,等分度的定位档的数量优选为一至三对成对设置,本实施例中定位档的数量为二对,如图14所示,上下分布的定位档为一对,左右分布的定位档为一对,两对定位档分别为保险定位档和保险解除定位档;定位档为凹孔结构,便于与阻尼器相配。如图15和19所示,枪体1B上设有用于容纳阻尼器的沉孔1Bb,阻尼器介于枪体1B和旋转式开关座10B1之间;如图13和19所示,本实施例的阻尼器包括弹性件和定位件,弹性件为压簧101,定位件为定位圆球102,便于定位圆球102沿压簧101轴向往复移动。定位圆球102与旋转式开关座10B1上的定位档10B1b对应,依靠压簧101被压缩产生的反弹力,作用于旋转式开关座10B1的相对应的定位档10B1b,使得旋转式开关座10B1处于保险或保险解除这两种任一状态时的位置保持稳定。
本实施例的旋转式开关座10B1通过拨动旋转至第一位置(如图11和12所示),使得其前端的阻挡部10B1a与扳机5比顶针滑块率先相抵触,致使扳机5无法带动顶针滑块4,进而阻止扳机5开启枪嘴7;当旋转式开关座10B1通过拨动旋转至第二位置,使得其前端的阻挡部10B1a与扳机5错位而不相互抵触,使扳机5处于随时待开启的自由状态,扳动扳机5时可带动顶针滑块向后移动(如图20和21所示),进而让扳机5开启枪嘴7。
本实施例的具备便捷开关切换保险的喷枪,依次将压簧101、定位圆球102、旋转式开关座10B1装入枪体1B,即可完成保险开关的装配。正常使用时,阻尼器的定位圆球102陷入旋转式开关座10B1的定位档10B1b,并且在压簧101的弹性作用下,能让旋转式开关座10B1保持位置稳定;此时,旋转式 开关座10B1的阻挡部10B1a与扳机5错位而不相互抵触,使扳机5处于随时待开启的自由状态;此时向后扳动扳机5使顶针滑块后移,顶针4随即与枪嘴7内壁脱开,开启泡沫剂喷射的通道,泡沫剂即经枪嘴7内孔喷出。如需停止泡沫剂喷射,只需松开扳机5,顶针滑块在复位弹簧11作用下迅速复位,将顶针4重新抵住枪嘴7内壁,封闭泡沫剂的喷射通道,泡沫剂随即停止从枪嘴7内孔喷出。
反之,若需要暂停喷枪使用,只需将旋转式开关座10B1沿径向旋转,此时阻尼器中的定位圆球102从当前定位档10B1b中被向上挤出,进而导致压簧101被进一步压缩,当旋转至相邻的定位档,正好使得定位圆球102滑入该定位档,并且在压簧101的弹性作用下,在外力卸去后,又能让旋转式开关座10B1保持位置稳定。此时,旋转式开关座10B1前端面的阻挡部10B1a与扳机5比顶针滑块率先相抵触,这样扳机5就处于被阻止的状态,致使扳机5无法带动顶针滑块,进而阻止扳机5开启枪嘴7,从而彻底避免泡沫剂从枪嘴7内孔意外喷出的安全隐患。
而当需要再次开启扳机5时,只需再次将旋转式开关座10B1旋转切换到相邻定位档位置即可,开关切换操作省时省力、方便快捷。
实施例五:
本实施例的具备便捷开关切换保险的喷枪与实施例四的不同之处在于:定位档的结构不同。
具体地,如图22所示,本实施例的定位档为条形槽10B1b’,条形槽10B1b’用于与阻尼器的定位圆球相配,实现保持位置稳定功能。作为其它实施方案,所有的定位档还可以为凹孔与条形槽的自由组合。另外,阻尼器的定位圆球还可以替换为带有球面的柱体或者椭圆体等具有底部弧面的定位件均可;相应地,定位档的结构也不限于上述所列的结构,只要能与阻尼器的定位件相配能实现保持位置稳定的功能即可。
其它结构可以参考实施例四。
实施例六:
本实施例的具备便捷开关切换保险的喷枪与实施例四的不同之处在于:扳机与旋转式开关座之间相配的结构不同。
具体地,如图23-25所示,本实施例的扳机背部为实心或外凸结构,本实施例优选为的背部为实心结构的扳机5’,对应地,旋转式开关座10B1’具有与扳机5’对应的带内凹形结构的开关部;如图25所示,本实施例的旋转式开关座10B1’的开关部为“U”形,“U”形的两端为阻挡部10B1’a,其“U”形内空宽度大于扳机的宽度,即避让部的尺寸大于扳机的宽度;当旋转式开关座10B1’两端的“U”形阻挡部10B1’a旋转至处于水平位置时,扳机5’处于随时待开启的自由状态。而当旋转式开关座10B1’两端的“U”形阻挡部10B1’a旋转至处于上下位置时,该阻挡部两端与扳机5’的背部比顶针滑块率先相抵触,致使扳机5’无法带动顶针滑块,进而阻止扳机5’开启枪嘴。实现喷枪结构多样化。
其它结构可以参考实施例四。
实施例七:
本实施例的具备便捷开关切换保险的喷枪与实施例四的不同之处在于:定位档与阻尼器的安装位置可以互换。
具体地,如图26-27所示,枪体1C上的中空安装轴沿其周向开设有等分度的定位档1Ca,定位档1Ca为凹孔结构;相应地,如图28所示,旋转式开关座10C1具有用于安装阻尼器的沉孔10C1a,也能实现旋转式开关座的保持位置稳定的功能。其中,沉孔10C1a的数量可以为一个,也可以为两个,也可以与定位档的数量一致。实现喷枪的结构多样化。
其它结构可以参考实施例四。
实施例八:
本实施例的具备便捷开关切换保险的喷枪与实施例七的不同之处在于:定位档的结构不同。
具体地,如图29所示,本实施例的定位档为条形槽1Ca’,条形槽1Ca’用于与阻尼器的定位圆球相配,实现保持位置稳定功能。作为其它实施方案,各定位档可以在凹孔结构与条形槽之间任意组合。另外,阻尼器的定位圆球还可以替换为带有球面的柱体或者椭圆体等具有底部弧面的定位件均可;相应地,定位档的结构也不限于上述所列的结构,只要能与阻尼器的定位件相配能实现保持位置稳定的功能即可。
其它结构可以参考实施例七。
实施例九:
本实施例的具备便捷开关切换保险的喷枪与上述实施例的不同之处在于:
可以省略定位档的结构设计,还可以省略阻尼器的结构设计,简化喷枪的结构,以满足不同的应用需求。
其它结构可以参考上述实施例。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种具备便捷开关切换保险的喷枪,包括枪体、枪嘴、扳机、顶针滑块及顶针,所述扳机转动连接于枪体,所述扳机用于联动顶针滑块,所述顶针滑块用于联动顶针以开启枪嘴,其特征在于,所述喷枪还包括活动配合于枪体的保险开关;当保险开关活动至第一位置,所述保险开关用于限制扳机联动顶针滑块;当保险开关活动至第二位置,所述限制解除以使扳机能联动顶针滑块。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具备便捷开关切换保险的喷枪,其特征在于,所述保险开关包括开关座,开关座具有避让部;当保险开关活动至第二位置,开关座的避让部与扳机相配,以使扳机能联动顶针滑块;当保险开关活动至第一位置,开关座的避让部与扳机错位,以限制扳机联动顶针滑块。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种具备便捷开关切换保险的喷枪,其特征在于,所述保险开关还包括阻尼器,所述阻尼器位于枪体与开关座之间。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种具备便捷开关切换保险的喷枪,其特征在于,所述阻尼器包括弹性件和用于沿弹性件的轴向活动的定位件;弹性件安装于枪体,定位件的两侧分别压缩弹性件和抵靠开关座;或者,弹性件安装于开关座,定位件的两侧分别压缩弹性件和抵靠枪体。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种具备便捷开关切换保险的喷枪,其特征在于,当弹性件安装于枪体,开关座的表面具有与定位件相配的保险定位档和保险解除定位档;或者,当弹性件安装于开关座,枪体具有与定位件相配的保险定位档和保险解除定位档。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种具备便捷开关切换保险的喷枪,其特征在于,所述保险定位档和保险解除定位档分别为凹孔、条形槽中的任一种;所述定位件具有与保险定位档或保险解除定位档相配的弧面。
  7. 根据权利要求2-6任一项所述的一种具备便捷开关切换保险的喷枪,其特征在于,所述开关座为按压式开关座,包括滑座和位于滑座两端的按压部,滑座具有避让部;所述枪体具有滑孔;所述滑座滑动配合于滑孔,且以其两端的按压部限位。
  8. 根据权利要求2-4任一项所述的一种具备便捷开关切换保险的喷枪,其特征在于,所述开关座为旋转式开关座,所述旋转式开关座为中空套筒结构,其两侧分别具有避让部;所述枪体具有中空安装轴;所述旋转式开关座转动配合于中空安装轴之外;所述顶针滑块滑动配合于中空套筒结构及中空安装轴之内。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种具备便捷开关切换保险的喷枪,其特征在于,所述中空套筒结构内具有环形的限位槽,所述安装轴的端部具有与限位槽相配的倒扣部。
  10. 根据权利要求5或6所述的一种具备便捷开关切换保险的喷枪,其特征在于,所述开关座为旋转式开关座,所述旋转式开关座为中空套筒结构,其两侧分别具有避让部;所述枪体具有中空安装轴;所述旋转式开关座转动配合于中空安装轴之外;所述顶针滑块滑动配合于中空套筒结构及中空安装轴之内;所述保险定位档和保险解除定位档沿旋转式开关座的周向等分且成对分布。
