采用这种结构,空气炸锅锅盖2与锅体1配合作为空气炸锅,方便对食物进行热循环烘烤。第一控制面板21控制吹风电机2h工作,吹风电机2h带动吹风叶片2i转动,吹风叶片2i将加热盘管2j的热量吹入内锅4,空气炸锅锅盖2与内锅4之间的腔室内,形成热量循环,对食材进行加热。
优选的,所述耦合器3包括上耦合器和下耦合器,所述上耦合器设在连接座2b的下端面,所述下耦合器设在连接槽1c的内底部,所述上耦合器与第一控制面板21电气连接,所述下耦合器与外壳1a连接。
采用这种结构,在连接座2b的上端设有过线孔,上耦合器通过穿过过线孔的线路与第一控制面板21连接。具体的,下耦合器安装在连接槽1c的内底部并通过线路与锅体1内的第二控制面板连接。采用上耦合器和下耦合器配合的电气连接方式,无需线路连接,使空气炸锅锅盖2拆装更为方便。
优选的,所述锅体1还包括加热模组1g、第二控制面板1h和中环1i,所述加热模组1g设在外壳1a的内底部并与第二控制面板1h电气连接,所述第二控制面板1h安装在外壳1a的前端面;所述中环1i安装在外壳1a的上端。
采用这种结构,加热模组1g和第二控制面板1h均为现有结构,其详细结构在此不做赘述。第一控制面板21控制加热模组1g的工作状态,从而控制加热模组1g对内锅4进行加热。
优选的,所述电压力锅锅盖5包括第二锅盖本体5a、安全阀5b、透气阀5c和第二把手,所述安全阀5b、透气阀5c均设在第二锅盖本体5a上且与第二锅盖本体5a的内部导通连接;所述第二把手设在第二锅盖本体5a的顶部中心处;所述第二锅盖本体5a的下端成型有与第一锅牙1d相配合的第二锅牙。
采用这种结构,安全阀5b和透气阀5c均为现有结构,其详细结构在此不做赘述。电压力锅锅盖5与锅体1配合作为电压力锅,方便对食物进行高温高压烹煮。安全阀5b起到密封、安全保护作用,透气阀5c起到排气减压的作用。设置第二把手方便对电压力锅锅盖5进行取放。

Claims (9)
- 一种插接式锅盖的组合锅,包括锅体、空气炸锅锅盖和电压力锅锅盖,其特征在于,所述锅体包括外壳和外锅,所述外锅设在外壳内,在外壳的侧壁沿竖直方向设有连接槽;在外锅内设有内锅;所述空气炸锅锅盖设置于锅体的上侧,所述空气炸锅锅盖与锅体通过耦合器电气连接;所述空气炸锅锅盖包括第一锅盖本体和连接座,所述第一锅盖本体成型有与连接槽相对的安装缺口,所述连接座的上端铰接在安装缺口内;所述连接座的下端与连接槽相适应,所述连接座的下端可拆卸地安装在连接槽内;当连接座的下端插入连接槽内时,空气炸锅锅盖的下端与内锅上边缘紧密贴合;在外锅的上端成型有第一锅牙,所述电压力锅锅盖和第一锅牙相配合,电压力锅锅盖通过第一锅牙与外锅锁紧连接;所述锅体与空气炸锅锅盖或电压力锅锅盖配合进行烹饪。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种插接式锅盖的组合锅,其特征在于,所述连接座包括连接板和导向板,所述导向板的侧壁沿竖直方向设有第一凹槽,所述连接板安装在第一凹槽内,所述连接板的上端延伸至导向板的上侧并与第一锅盖本体铰接,所述导向板的高度与连接槽的深度相适应;所述连接槽包括第一缺口和第二缺口,所述第一缺口和第二缺口相互导通且第一缺口位于第二缺口的内侧;所述第一缺口的宽度与导向板的宽度相适应,所述导向板插设在第一缺口内,所述第二缺口的宽度与连接板的宽度相适应,所述连接板插设在第二缺口内。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种插接式锅盖的组合锅,其特征在于,所述导 向板的位于连接板的两侧的下端成型有导向斜面,在连接槽的上端设有与导向斜面相配合的倒角结构。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种插接式锅盖的组合锅,其特征在于,所述导向斜面与水平面之间的夹角为60-75°。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种插接式锅盖的组合锅,其特征在于,所述导向板的位于连接板的两侧的侧壁沿竖直方向成型有第二凹槽,所述第二凹槽的开口朝向锅体的外侧,在第二凹槽内沿竖直方向设有加强筋。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种插接式锅盖的组合锅,其特征在于,所述空气炸锅锅盖还包括第一把手、吹风电机、吹风叶片、加热盘管、隔网和第一控制面板,所述吹风电机、吹风叶片、加热盘管和隔网由上至下依序设在第一锅盖本体内;吹风叶片安装在吹风电机驱动端,所述第一把手设在第一锅盖本体的前端面;所述第一控制面板设在第一把手的上侧的第一锅盖本体上。
- 根据权利要求6所述的一种插接式锅盖的组合锅,其特征在于,所述耦合器包括上耦合器和下耦合器,所述上耦合器设在连接座的下端面,所述下耦合器设在连接槽的内底部,所述上耦合器与第一控制面板电气连接,所述下耦合器与外壳连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种插接式锅盖的组合锅,其特征在于,所述锅体还包括加热模组、第二控制面板和中环,所述加热模组设在外壳的内底部并与第二控制面板电气连接,所述第二控制面板安装在外壳的前端面;所述中环安装在外壳的上端。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种插接式锅盖的组合锅,其特征在于,所述电压力锅锅盖包括第二锅盖本体、安全阀、透气阀和第二把手,所述安全阀、透气阀均设在第二锅盖本体上且与第二锅盖本体的内部导通连接;所述第二把手 设在第二锅盖本体的顶部中心处;所述第二锅盖本体的下端成型有与第一锅牙相配合的第二锅牙。
