Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé d'élevage permettant de favoriser efficacement la croissance de volaille. Ce procédé d'élevage de volaille comprend une étape d'exposition lors de laquelle une source de lumière est utilisée pendant une période de culture initiale pour exposer la volaille à de la lumière, la lumière d'exposition étant caractérisée en ce qu'elle est un mélange de lumière bleue et de lumière rouge. La source de lumière est, par exemple, une DEL, et dans l'étape d'exposition, par exemple, la lumière mélangée est exposée à l'intérieur au moyen de la source de lumière. La luminosité de la lumière mélangée est, par exemple, de 5 à 100 lux. La volaille est composée, par exemple, de poulets.
