Description

燃焼器及びガスタービン
 この発明は、燃焼器及びガスタービンに関する。
 本願は、2019年4月5日に日本に出願された特願2019-072829号について優先権を主張し、その内容をここに援用する。
 ガスタービンに用いられる燃焼器としては、ガス燃料と油燃料とを焚くことができるデュアル焚き燃焼器が知られている。このようなデュアル焚き燃焼器で油燃料を焚く場合、燃焼筒内に油燃料とともに水を噴射する技術が知られている。
 例えば、特許文献1には、外筒の内周面と内筒の外周面との間に形成された空気流路に、水供給部を備える燃焼器が開示されている。この特許文献1の燃焼器に形成された空気流路は、内筒の後端で流通方向が反転される反転部を備えている。この反転部を経た空気は、内筒内に燃料を噴射する燃料ノズルに供給される。水供給部は、空気流路の反転部以前に設けられて空気流路を流れる空気に水又は蒸気を供給する。この特許文献1の燃焼器では、水供給部で空気に水又は蒸気を供給することで、燃焼器の火炎温度の低減を図り、NOx(窒素酸化物)や煤などを低減している。

 特許文献1に開示された燃焼器では、外筒と内筒との間の空気流路の空気に水が供給される。そのため、水供給部から空気流路内に供給された水は、反転部で水に作用する遠心力によって、反転部の径方向外側の内周面に付着しやすい。水が、反転部の内周面に付着すると、水が火炎にまで到達しにくくなる。その結果、燃焼器における火炎温度の低減を図り、NOxや煤などの低減を行うという効果に改善の余地がある。
 この発明は、上記事情に鑑みてなされたものであり、NOxや煤などの低減をさらに図ることができる燃焼器及びガスタービンを提供することを目的とする。
 この発明は、上記課題を解決するため、以下の手段を採用する。
 この発明の第一態様によれば、燃焼器は、外筒と、内筒と、複数の燃料ノズルと、空気流路部と、複数の水噴射部と、を備える。前記外筒は、軸線方向に延びる筒状である。前記内筒は、前記外筒の径方向内側に設けられている。内筒は、前記軸線方向に延びる筒状である。複数の前記燃料ノズルは、前記内筒の内部に設けられている。複数の前記燃料ノズルは、燃料を噴射する。前記空気流路部は、外部から前記外筒の内周面と前記内筒の外周面との間に導入した空気を、前記内筒内に送り込む。複数の前記水噴射部は、前記外筒の内周面に、前記軸線周りの周方向に間隔をあけて設けられている。複数の前記水噴射部は、前記外筒の径方向内側に向かって水を噴射する。前記水噴射部は、第一ノズルと、第二ノズルと、を備える。前記第一ノズルは、前記周方向第一側に水を噴射する。前記第二ノズルは、前記周方向第二側に水を噴射する。
 このように構成することで、水噴射部では、外筒の内周面から水を噴射する。噴射された水の液滴は、空気と共に内筒内に送り込まれる。したがって、燃料ノズルから燃料が噴射される部分に到達するまでの間に、液滴が微粒化して蒸発しやすくなる。また、水は、外筒の内周面から外筒の径方向内側に噴射されるので、遠心力が作用しても、水の液滴は径方向外側に偏り難くなる。したがって、燃料ノズルから燃料が噴射される部分に到達する液滴の量が減ることが抑えられる。さらに、第一ノズルは、周方向第一側に水を噴射する。第二ノズルは、周方向第二側に水を噴射する。これにより、空気流路部内における液滴の分布が不均一となり、液滴の分散性が高まる。したがって、NOxや煤などの低減をさらに図ることが可能となる。
 この発明の第二態様によれば、第一態様に係る前記水噴射部は、前記外筒の内周面に固定されたブラケットを備えるようにしてもよい。前記第一ノズル及び前記第二ノズルは、前記ブラケットに設けられているようにしてもよい。
 このように構成することで、第一ノズル及び第二ノズルが設けられたブラケットを外筒の内周面に取り付けるのみで、水噴射部の設置を容易に行うことができる。
 この発明の第三態様によれば、第二態様に係る前記ブラケットは、第一傾斜面と、第二傾斜面とを有するようにしてもよい。前記第一傾斜面は、前記周方向第一側に傾斜し、前記第一ノズルが設けられている。前記第二傾斜面は、前記周方向第二側に傾斜し、前記第二ノズルが設けられている。
 このように構成することで、ブラケットの第一傾斜面に設けられた第一ノズルは、周方向第一側に水を噴射する。また、ブラケットの第二傾斜面に設けられた第二ノズルは、周方向第二側に水を噴射する。このようなブラケットを用いることで、第一ノズル及び第二ノズルを、所定の方向に傾斜させた状態で容易に設置することができる。
 この発明の第四態様によれば、第一から第三態様の何れか一つの態様に係る燃焼器は、周方向で互いに隣り合う前記水噴射部同士において、一方の前記水噴射部の前記第一ノズルと、他方の前記水噴射部の前記第二ノズルとが、前記軸線方向で互いに異なる位置に設けられているようにしてもよい。
 このように構成することで、周方向で互いに隣り合う水噴射部同士において、一方の水噴射部の第一ノズルから噴射された水の液滴と、他方の水噴射部の第二ノズルから噴射された水の液滴とが、互いに干渉することが抑えられる。これにより、液滴同士が合体して大型化することが抑えられる。したがって、液滴が蒸発しやすくなる。
 この発明の第五態様によれば、第一から第四態様の何れか一つの態様に係る燃焼器は、周方向で互いに隣り合う前記水噴射部同士において、前記第一ノズルと前記第二ノズルとで、水を噴射するノズル孔の径が、互いに異なるようにしてもよい。
 このように構成することで、第一ノズルと第二ノズルとで、噴射される水(液滴)の勢い(流速)が異なる。これにより、第一ノズルと第二ノズルとでは、それぞれから噴射された水の液滴が、噴射方向に沿って到達する距離が異なる。また、第一ノズルと第二ノズルとでは、液滴の粒径も異なる。これにより、空気流路部内における液滴の分布が不均一となり、液滴の分散性が高まる。
 この発明の第六態様によれば、第一から第五態様の何れか一つの態様に係る燃焼器は、周方向で互いに隣り合う前記水噴射部同士において、前記第一ノズルと前記第二ノズルとで、水の噴射方向が前記軸線方向で互いに異なるようにしてもよい。
 このように構成することで、周方向で互いに隣り合う前記水噴射部同士において、一方の水噴射部の第一ノズルから噴射された水の液滴と、他方の水噴射部の第二ノズルから噴射された水の液滴とが、互いに干渉することが抑えられる。これにより、液滴同士が合体して大型化することが抑えられる。したがって、液滴が蒸発しやすくなる。
 この発明の第七態様によれば、第一から第六態様の何れか一つの態様に係る燃焼器は、環状流路部と、水供給孔と、を備えるようにしてもよい。前記環状流路部は、前記外筒の外周面に設けられている。前記環状流路部は、周方向に連続して外部から水が供給される。前記水供給孔は、前記外筒を径方向に貫通している。前記水供給孔は、前記環状流路部から複数の前記水噴射部のそれぞれに水を供給する。
 このように構成することで、外部から供給される水が、環状流路部に至るまでは、水が燃焼器の外筒内で熱に曝されることが抑えられる。これにより、水を供給する系統の配管等が熱応力の影響を受けることが抑えられる。
 この発明の第八態様によれば、ガスタービンは、第一から第七態様の何れか一つの態様に係る燃焼器を備える。
 このようにすることで、ガスタービンの商品性を向上できる。
 上記燃焼器によれば、NOxや煤などの低減をさらに図ることが可能となる。

 以下、この発明の一実施形態における燃焼器及びガスタービンを図面に基づき説明する。
(第一実施形態)
 図1は、この実施形態の燃焼器の内部構成を示す断面図である。
 図1に示すように、この実施形態の燃焼器10は、ガスタービン1の車室2に設けられている。燃焼器10は、ガス焚きと油焚きとの両方が可能なデュアル方式のものである。燃焼器10には、ガスタービン1の圧縮機(図示無し)で生成された圧縮空気が導入される。燃焼器10は、導入された圧縮空気に燃料を噴射し、高温・高圧の燃焼ガスを発生させる。
 燃焼器10は、外筒11と、内筒12と、尾筒13と、背面壁14と、パイロットノズル21と、メインノズル(燃料ノズル)22と、空気流路部Rと、水噴射部30と、を主に備えている。
 外筒11は、ガスタービン1の車室2に支持されている。外筒11は、その中心軸Oの延びる軸線方向Daに延びる筒状に形成されている。
 内筒12は、外筒11に対し、中心軸Oを中心とした径方向内側に設けられている。内筒12は、軸線方向Daに延びる筒状である。軸線方向Daにおける内筒12の第一側Da1の端部12aは、軸線方向Daにおける外筒11の第一側Da1の端部11aの中心軸Oを中心とした径方向内側に配置されている。軸線方向Daにおける内筒12の第二側Da2の端部12bは、軸線方向Daにおける外筒11の軸線方向Daの第二側Da2の端部11bよりも第二側Da2に配置されている。なお、この実施形態における内筒12は、軸線方向Daの第一側Da1の端部12aに円筒部51(後述する)を有している場合を例示している。
 尾筒13は、内筒12の第二側Da2の端部12bの径方向外側に設けられている。尾筒13は、軸線方向Daに延びる筒状である。
 背面壁14は、外筒11の軸線方向Daの第一側Da1の端部11aを閉塞する。背面壁14は、中心軸O周りの周方向Dcに連続する案内面15を有する。案内面15は、中心軸Oに直交する方向から見て、軸線方向Daの第一側Da1に凹となる湾曲面である。案内面15は、内筒12の第一側Da1の端部12aに対して間隔をあけて配置されている。
 パイロットノズル21は、内筒12の中心軸Oに沿って設けられている。パイロットノズル21は、外部から供給される燃料を先端部21aから噴射する。パイロットノズル21から噴射された燃料に着火することで、火炎を生成する。
 パイロットノズル21は、パイロットコーン24を備えている。パイロットコーン24は、パイロットノズル21の先端部21aを外周側から囲む筒状に形成されている。パイロットコーン24は、テーパコーン部24cを有している。テーパコーン部24cは、パイロットノズル21の先端部21a近傍から、火炎の生成方向に向けて、その内径が漸次拡大する。テーパコーン部24cは、火炎の拡散範囲、方向を規制し、保炎性を高める。
 パイロットノズル21の外周面とパイロットコーン24の内周面との間には、パイロットスワラ28が設けられている。パイロットスワラ28は、パイロットコーン24内に供給される空気を整流する。
 メインノズル22は、内筒12内に複数本が設けられている。複数本のメインノズル22は、パイロットノズル21の径方向外側に、周方向Dcに間隔をあけて配置されている。各メインノズル22は、内筒12の軸線方向Daに延びている。
 メインノズル22の先端部22aの外周側には、メインバーナ25が設けられている。メインバーナ25は、筒状で、内筒12の中心側のパイロットコーン24に近接する側25aが、火炎の生成方向に向けて漸次外周側に傾斜して形成されている。
 メインノズル22の先端部22aの外周面とメインバーナ25の内周面との間には、メインスワラ29が設けられている。メインスワラ29は、メインバーナ25内に供給される空気を整流する。
 図2は、燃焼器の要部を示す拡大断面図である。
 図1、図2に示すように、空気流路部Rは、導入流路部R1と、反転流路部R2と、内部流路部R3と、を備えている。
 導入流路部R1は、外筒11の内周面11fと内筒12の外周面12gとの間に形成されている。導入流路部R1は、外筒11の軸線方向Daの第二側Da2の端部11bと内筒12の外周面12gとの隙間に形成される開口16から、空気が導入される。開口16には、パンチメタル27が設けられている。パンチメタル27は、多数の孔が形成された多孔板である。パンチメタル27は、ガスタービン1の圧縮機(図示無し)から流れ込む空気を整流する。導入流路部R1に導入された空気は、導入流路部R1において、軸線方向Daの第一側Da1に向かって流れる。
 反転流路部R2は、導入流路部R1に導入された空気の流通方向を、軸線方向Daの第二側Da2に反転させる。反転流路部R2には、円筒部51と、ガイドベーン52とが設けられている。円筒部51は、上述した内筒12の第一側Da1の端部12aを形成している。円筒部51は、径方向外側に膨らんだベルマウス構造である。ガイドベーン52は、周方向Dcで隣り合うメインノズル22の間に設けられている。ガイドベーン52は、円筒部51の第一側Da1の先端51aの近傍から、軸線方向Daの第二側Da2に向かって径方向内側に湾曲して延びている。
 反転流路部R2は、導入流路部R1に導入された空気を、背面壁14の案内面15、及びガイドベーン52により、径方向内側から軸線方向Daの第二側Da2に流れるように反転させる。反転流路部R2で流通方向が変換された空気は、内筒12内の内部流路部R3に送り込む。
 内部流路部R3は、内筒12の径方向内側に形成されている。反転流路部R2で流通方向が反転された空気は、内筒12の軸線方向Daの第一側Da1の端部12a側から、軸線方向Daの第二側Da2の端部12bに向かって内部流路部R3を流れる。
 図3は、図2のA-A線に沿う断面図である。
 図2、図3に示すように、水噴射部30は、中心軸O周りの周方向Dcに等間隔をあけて複数設けられている。各水噴射部30は、内筒12の端部12aの径方向外側に配置されている。各水噴射部30は、反転流路部R2の流通方向上流側に配置されている。水噴射部30は、空気流路部Rを流れる空気に水を噴射する。水噴射部30は、外筒11の内周面11fに設けられている。水噴射部30は、外筒11の内周面11f側から、燃焼器10の径方向内側の導入流路部R1に向かって水を噴射する。
 図4は、燃焼器の水噴射部を、外筒の径方向内側から見た図である。
 図3、図4に示すように、各水噴射部30は、ブラケット31と、第一ノズル32と、第二ノズル33と、を備えている。
 ブラケット31は、外筒11の内周面11fに固定されている。ブラケット31は、固定面31bと、第一傾斜面31sと、第二傾斜面31tとを有している。
 固定面31bは、外筒11の内周面11fに、突き当たっている。ブラケット31は、固定面31bを内周面11fに突き当てた状態で、溶接やボルト等の適宜固定手段によって内周面11fに固定されている。
 第一傾斜面31sは、外筒11の中心軸Oに向かう径方向Drに対して周方向Dcの第一側Dc1に傾斜している。第二傾斜面31tは、外筒11の中心軸Oに向かう径方向Drに対して周方向Dcの第二側Dc2に傾斜している。言い換えれば、第一傾斜面31s及び第二傾斜面31tは、中心軸Oを中心とした径方向の最も内側で互いに接するとともに、径方向の外側に向かうに従って(言い換えれば、内周面11fに近づくほど)互いに離間するように傾斜している。この実施形態における第一傾斜面31sと第二傾斜面31tとは、それぞれ周方向で対称に形成され、それぞれ傾きが一定の平面状に形成されているが、この構成に限られない。
 第一ノズル32は、第一傾斜面31sに設けられている。第一ノズル32には、水を噴射するノズル孔32hが形成されている。第二ノズル33は、第二傾斜面31tに設けられている。第二ノズル33には、水を噴射するノズル孔33hが形成されている。
 この第一実施形態で例示する第一ノズル32のノズル孔32hの孔径と、第二ノズル33のノズル孔33hの孔径とは、同一である。ノズル孔32h、33hの有効面積の範囲は、例えば、0.01mm~2.0mmとすることができる。さらに、ノズル孔32h、33hの有効面積の範囲は、例えば、2.0mm~20.0mmとしてもよい。なお、有効面積=質量流量/(2×差圧×水密度)0.5である。
 このような複数の水噴射部30には、外部の水供給源(図示無し)から水が供給される。そのため、図2に示すように、背面壁14には、各水噴射部30に水を供給する供給流路35が形成されている。水噴射部30は、供給流路35とブラケット31とを接続し、水をブラケット31に供給する流路形成部材36を備える。流路形成部材36は、軸線方向Daに延び、外筒11の内周面11fとの間に、水の流路36rを形成する。ブラケット31には、流路形成部材36によって形成する流路36rを通して、供給流路35から水が供給される。
 このような水噴射部30では、外部の水供給源(図示無し)から供給流路35、流路36rを通してブラケット31に水が供給される。ブラケット31に供給された水は、ブラケット31内で第一ノズル32と第二ノズル33とに分配される。第一ノズル32、第二ノズル33では、ブラケット31で分配された水が、ノズル孔32h、33hから噴射される。図4に示すように、ブラケット31の第一傾斜面31sに設けられた第一ノズル32は、周方向Dcの第一側Dc1に水を噴射する。また、ブラケット31の第二傾斜面31tに設けられた第二ノズル33は、周方向Dcの第二側Dc2に水を噴射する。
 このようにして、水噴射部30では、外筒11の内周面11fから水を噴射する。水噴射部30から噴射される水の液滴は、反転流路部R2のすぐ上流側で、空気流路部Rを流れる空気中に噴射される。噴射された水の液滴は、空気と共に、内筒12内に送り込まれる。液滴は、メインバーナ25で生成される火炎の熱により蒸発する。
 したがって、上述した第一実施形態の燃焼器10によれば、水噴射部30では、外筒11の内周面11fから水を噴射する。これにより、メインバーナ25から燃料が噴射される部分に到達するまでの間に、液滴が微粒化して蒸発しやすくなる。また、水は、外筒11の内周面11fから外筒11の径方向Dr内側に向かって噴射される。これにより、反転流路部R2で遠心力が作用しても、水の液滴は径方向Dr外側に偏り難くなる。そのため、メインノズル22から燃料が噴射される部分に到達する液滴の量の減少を抑えることができる。さらに、第一ノズル32は、周方向Dcの第一側Dc1に水を噴射する。第二ノズル33は、周方向Dcの第二側Dc2に水を噴射する。これにより、空気流路部R内における液滴の分布が不均一となり、液滴の分散性が高まる。その結果、燃焼器10における火炎温度の低減を図り、NOxや煤などの低減をさらに図ることが可能となる。また、液滴が蒸発して蒸気が生成されることで、蒸気を含む空気の体積が増え、ガスタービン1の出力が向上する。
 第一実施形態の水噴射部30は、外筒11の内周面11fに固定されたブラケット31を備えている。第一ノズル32及び第二ノズル33は、ブラケット31に設けられている。このように構成することで、第一ノズル32及び第二ノズル33が設けられたブラケット31を、外筒11の内周面11fに取り付けるのみで、水噴射部30の設置を容易に行うことができる。
 第一実施形態のブラケット31は、第一傾斜面31sと、第二傾斜面31tとを有している。これにより、ブラケット31の第一傾斜面31sに設けられた第一ノズル32は、周方向Dcの第一側Dc1に水を噴射する。また、ブラケット31の第二傾斜面31tに設けられた第二ノズル33は、周方向Dcの第二側Dc2に水を噴射する。このようなブラケット31を用いることで、第一ノズル32及び第二ノズル33を、所定の方向に傾斜させた状態で容易に設置することができる。
(第二実施形態)
 次に、この発明に係る燃焼器の第二実施形態について説明する。以下に説明する第二実施形態においては、第一実施形態と第一ノズル32B、第二ノズル33Bの構成のみが異なるので、第一実施形態と同一部分に同一符号を付して説明するとともに、重複説明を省略する。
 図5は、上記燃焼器の第二実施形態における燃焼器の要部を示す拡大断面図である。図6は、上記燃焼器の第二実施形態における水噴射部を、外筒の径方向内側から見た図である。
 図1に示すように、この実施形態における燃焼器10Bは、外筒11と、内筒12と、尾筒13と、背面壁14と、パイロットノズル21と、メインノズル22と、空気流路部Rと、水噴射部30Bと、を主に備えている。
 図5、図6に示すように、各水噴射部30Bは、ブラケット31と、第一ノズル32Bと、第二ノズル33Bと、を備えている。
 第一ノズル32Bは、第一傾斜面31sに設けられている。第一ノズル32Bには、水を噴射するノズル孔32hが形成されている。
 第二ノズル33Bは、第二傾斜面31tに設けられている。第二ノズル33Bには、水を噴射するノズル孔33hが形成されている。
 周方向Dcで互いに隣り合う水噴射部30同士(図3参照)の第一ノズル32Bと第二ノズル33Bとは、軸線方向Daで互いに異なる位置に設けられている。言い換えれば、周方向Dcで互いに隣り合う水噴射部30において、一方の水噴射部30Bの第一ノズル32Bと、他方の水噴射部30Bの第二ノズル33Bとは、軸線方向Daで互いに異なる位置に設けられている。
 図4、図5に示すように、この第二実施形態では、一方の水噴射部30Bの第一ノズル32Bは、ブラケット31の第一傾斜面31sのうち、軸線方向Daの第一側Da1側の位置に設けられている。さらに、他方の水噴射部30Bの第二ノズル33Bは、ブラケット31の第二傾斜面31tのうち、軸線方向Daの第二側Da2側の位置に設けられている。また、それぞれの水噴射部30Bにおいて、ブラケット31の第一傾斜面31sに設けられた第一ノズル32Bと、第二傾斜面31tに設けられた第二ノズル33Bとは、軸線方向Daにおける位置が互いに異なっている。これにより、図4に示すように、第一ノズル32Bから噴射される水の液滴と、第二ノズル33Bから噴射される水の液滴とは、軸線方向Daで互いに位置が異なる。
 したがって、上述した第二実施形態の燃焼器10Bによれば、周方向Dcで互いに隣り合う水噴射部30B同士において、一方の水噴射部30Bの第一ノズル32Bから噴射された水の液滴と、他方の水噴射部30Bの第二ノズル33Bから噴射された水の液滴とが、互いに干渉することが抑えられる。これにより、液滴同士が合体して大型化することを抑えることができる。その結果、液滴を蒸発し易くすることができる。
 第二実施形態では、上記第一実施形態と同様、燃焼器10Bにおける火炎温度の低減を図り、NOxや煤などの低減をさらに図ることが可能となる。また、液滴が蒸発して蒸気が生成されることで、蒸気を含む空気の体積が増え、ガスタービン1の出力が向上する。
(第三実施形態)
 次に、この発明に係る燃焼器の第三実施形態について説明する。以下に説明する第三実施形態においては、第一実施形態と第一ノズル32C、第二ノズル33Cの構成のみが異なるので、第一実施形態と同一部分に同一符号を付して説明するとともに、重複説明を省略する。
 図7は、上記燃焼器の第三実施形態における水噴射部を、外筒の径方向内側から見た図である。
 図1に示すように、この実施形態における燃焼器10Cは、外筒11と、内筒12と、尾筒13と、背面壁14と、パイロットノズル21と、メインノズル22と、空気流路部Rと、水噴射部30Cと、を主に備えている。
 図7に示すように、各水噴射部30Cは、ブラケット31と、第一ノズル32Cと、第二ノズル33Cと、を備えている。
 第一ノズル32Cは、第一傾斜面31sに設けられている。第一ノズル32Cには、水を噴射するノズル孔32jが形成されている。
 第二ノズル33Cは、第二傾斜面31tに設けられている。第二ノズル33Cには、水を噴射するノズル孔33jが形成されている。
 この第三実施形態において、周方向Dcで互いに隣り合う第一ノズル32Cと第二ノズル33Cとで、水を噴射するノズル孔32j、33jの径が、互いに異なっている。すなわち、各水噴射部30Cにおいて、ブラケット31の第一傾斜面31sに設けられた第一ノズル32Cのノズル孔32jの径d1と、ブラケット31の第二傾斜面31tに設けられた第二ノズル33Cのノズル孔33jの径d2とは、互いに異なっている。これにより、周方向Dcにおいて互いに隣り合う水噴射部30C同士において、一方の水噴射部30Cに設けられた第一ノズル32Cのノズル孔32jの径d1と、他方の水噴射部30Cに設けられた第二ノズル33Cのノズル孔33jの径d2とは、互いに異なっている。
 この実施形態において、ノズル孔32jの有効面積の範囲は、例えば、0.01mm~2.0mmとすることができる。ノズル孔32jの有効面積の範囲は、更に、例えば、2.0mm~20.0mmとしてもよい。これに対し、ノズル孔33jの有効面積の範囲は、例えば、0.01mm~2.0mmとすることができる。ノズル孔33jの有効面積の範囲は、更に、例えば、2.0mm~20.0mmとすることができる。
 上述した第三実施形態の燃焼器10Cによれば、第一ノズル32Cと第二ノズル33Cとで、ノズル孔32j、33jの径d1、d2が互いに異なる。これにより、第一ノズル32Cと第二ノズル33Cとで、噴射される水(液滴)の勢い(流速)が異なる。そのため、第一ノズル32Cと第二ノズル33Cとでは、それぞれから噴射された水の液滴が、噴射方向に沿って到達する距離が異なる。また、第一ノズル32Cと第二ノズル33Cとでは、液滴の粒径も異なる。これにより、空気流路部R内における液滴の分布が不均一となり、液滴の分散性が高まる。その結果、燃焼器10Cにおける火炎温度の低減を図り、NOxや煤などの低減をさらに図ることが可能となる。また、液滴が蒸発して蒸気が生成されることで、蒸気を含む空気の体積が増え、ガスタービン1の出力が向上する。
(第四実施形態)
 次に、この発明に係る燃焼器の第四実施形態について説明する。以下に説明する第四実施形態においては、第一実施形態と第一ノズル32D、第二ノズル33Dの構成のみが異なるので、第一実施形態と同一部分に同一符号を付して説明するとともに、重複説明を省略する。
 図8は、上記燃焼器の第四実施形態における燃焼器の要部を示す拡大断面図である。図9は、上記燃焼器の第四実施形態における水噴射部を、外筒の径方向内側から見た図である。
 図1に示すように、この実施形態における燃焼器10Dは、外筒11と、内筒12と、尾筒13と、背面壁14と、パイロットノズル21と、メインノズル22と、空気流路部Rと、水噴射部30Dと、を主に備えている。
 図8,図9に示すように、各水噴射部30Dは、ブラケット31と、第一ノズル32Dと、第二ノズル33Dと、を備えている。
 第一ノズル32Dは、第一傾斜面31sに設けられている。第一ノズル32Dには、水を噴射するノズル孔32kが形成されている。
 第二ノズル33Dは、第二傾斜面31tに設けられている。第二ノズル33Dには、水を噴射するノズル孔33kが形成されている。
 周方向Dcで互いに隣り合う第一ノズル32D、及び第二ノズル33Dとで、水の噴射方向が軸線方向Daで互いに異なる。各水噴射部30Dにおいて、ブラケット31の第一傾斜面31sに設けられた第一ノズル32Dと、ブラケット31の第二傾斜面31tに設けられた第二ノズル33Dとは、ノズル孔32k、33kからの水の噴射方向が軸線方向Daで互いに異なっている。この第三実施形態において、第一ノズル32Dのノズル孔32kは、軸線方向Daに直交する方向に対して第一側Da1に傾斜した方向に水を噴射する。第二ノズル33Dのノズル孔33kは、軸線方向Daに直交する方向に対して第二側Da2に傾斜した方向に水を噴射する。これにより、図3に示すように、周方向Dcにおいて互いに隣り合う水噴射部30D同士において、一方の水噴射部30Dに設けられた第一ノズル32Dと、他方の水噴射部30Dに設けられた第二ノズル33Dとは、ノズル孔32k、33kからの水の噴射方向が軸線方向Daで互いに異なる。
 したがって、上述した第四実施形態の燃焼器10Dによれば、周方向Dcで互いに隣り合う水噴射部30D同士で、一方の水噴射部30Dの第一ノズル32Dから噴射された水の液滴と、他方の水噴射部30Dの第二ノズル33Dから噴射された水の液滴とが、互いに干渉することが抑えられる。これにより、液滴同士が合体して大型化することが抑えられる。したがって、液滴が蒸発しやすくなる。これにより、燃焼器10Dにおける火炎温度の低減を図り、NOxや煤などの低減をさらに図ることが可能となる。また、液滴が蒸発して蒸気が生成されることで、蒸気を含む空気の体積が増え、ガスタービン1の出力が向上する。
 なお、上記第四実施形態では、第一ノズル32Dは、軸線方向Daの第一側Da1に傾斜した方向に水を噴射し、第二ノズル33Dは、軸線方向Daの第二側Da2に傾斜した方向に水を噴射するようにしたが、これに限らない。第一ノズル32D、第二ノズル33Dの双方で、例えば,軸線方向Daの第一側Da1に傾斜した方向に水を噴射しつつ、その傾斜角度が互いに異なっていてもよい。また、第一ノズル32D、第二ノズル33Dの双方で、例えば,軸線方向Daの第二側Da2に傾斜した方向に水を噴射しつつ、その傾斜角度が互いに異なっていてもよい。
 さらに、第一ノズル32D及び第二ノズル33Dのいずれか一方は、軸線方向Daの第一側Da1又は第二側Da2に傾斜せず、軸線方向Daに直交する方向に水を噴射してもよい。この場合、第一ノズル32D及び第二ノズル33Dの他方は、軸線方向Daの第一側Da1又は第二側Da2に傾斜した方向に水を噴射する。
(第五実施形態)
 次に、この発明に係る燃焼器の第五実施形態について説明する。以下に説明する第五実施形態においては、第一実施形態と第一ノズル32、第二ノズル33の構成のみが異なるので、第一実施形態と同一部分に同一符号を付して説明するとともに、重複説明を省略する。
 図10は、上記燃焼器の第五実施形態における燃焼器の要部を示す拡大断面図である。
 図1に示すように、この実施形態における燃焼器10Eは、外筒11と、内筒12と、尾筒13と、背面壁14と、パイロットノズル21と、メインノズル22と、空気流路部Rと、水噴射部30Eと、を主に備えている。
 水噴射部30Eは、中心軸O周りの周方向に等間隔をあけて複数が設けられている。図10に示すように、各水噴射部30Eは、ブラケット31と、第一ノズル32と、第二ノズル33と、を備えている。
 複数の水噴射部30Eには、外部の水供給源(図示無し)から水が供給される。このため、燃焼器10Eは、環状流路部40と、水供給孔41と、を備えている。
 環状流路部40は、外筒11の径方向Dr外側に設けられている。環状流路部40は、外筒11の外周面11gに設けられている。環状流路部40は、周方向Dcに連続している。環状流路部40には、水供給管42を介して、外部から水が供給される。水供給管42は、ガスタービン1の車室2(図1参照)の内周面と、燃焼器10Eの外周面との隙間を通して設けられている。
 水供給孔41は、外筒11を径方向Drに貫通している。水供給孔41は、複数の水噴射部30Eの径方向外側にそれぞれ形成されている。水供給孔41は、環状流路部40から複数の水噴射部30Bのそれぞれに水を供給する。
 このような水噴射部30Eでは、外部の水供給源(図示無し)から水供給管42、環状流路部40、各水供給孔41を通してブラケット31に水が供給される。ブラケット31に供給された水は、第一ノズル32と第二ノズル33とに分配される。第一ノズル32、第二ノズル33では、ブラケット31で分配された水が噴射される。
 したがって、上述した第五実施形態の燃焼器10Eによれば、外部から供給される水が、環状流路部40に至るまでは、水供給管42や環状流路部40が、燃焼器10Eの外筒11内で熱に曝されることが抑えられる。これにより、水供給管42や環状流路部40が、熱応力の影響を受けることが抑えられる。
 また、上記第一から第四実施形態と同様、第一ノズル32は、周方向Dcの第一側Dc1に水を噴射する。第二ノズル33Dは、周方向Dcの第二側Dc2に水を噴射する。これにより、空気流路部R内における液滴の分布が不均一となり、液滴の分散性が高まる。したがって、NOxや煤などの低減をさらに図ることが可能となる。また、液滴が蒸発して蒸気が生成されることで、蒸気を含む空気の体積が増え、ガスタービン1の出力が向上する。
(その他の変形例)
 なお、この発明は、上述した実施形態に限定されるものではなく、この発明の趣旨を逸脱しない範囲において、上述した実施形態に種々の変更を加えたものを含む。すなわち、実施形態で挙げた具体的な形状や構成等は一例にすぎず、適宜変更が可能である。例えば、上記第一~第五実施形態で示した構成を、適宜組み合わせることも可能である。
 上記燃焼器によれば、NOxや煤などの低減をさらに図ることが可能となる。

Claims (8)

  1.  軸線方向に延びる筒状の外筒と、
     前記外筒の径方向内側に設けられ、前記軸線方向に延びる筒状の内筒と、
     前記内筒の内部に設けられ、燃料を噴射する複数の燃料ノズルと、
     外部から前記外筒の内周面と前記内筒の外周面との間に導入した空気を、前記内筒内に送り込む空気流路部と、
     前記外筒の内周面に、前記軸線を中心とした周方向に間隔をあけて設けられ、前記外筒の径方向内側に向かって水を噴射する複数の水噴射部と、を備え、
     前記水噴射部は、
      前記周方向第一側に水を噴射する第一ノズルと、

      前記周方向第一側に傾斜し、前記第一ノズルが設けられた第一傾斜面と、
      前記周方向第二側に傾斜し、前記第二ノズルが設けられた第二傾斜面と、を有する 請求項2に記載の燃焼器。
  4.  周方向で互いに隣り合う前記水噴射部同士において、一方の前記水噴射部の前記第一ノズルと、他方の前記水噴射部の前記第二ノズルとが、前記軸線方向で互いに異なる位置に設けられている
     請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の燃焼器。
  5.  周方向で互いに隣り合う前記水噴射部同士において、前記第一ノズルと前記第二ノズルとで、水を噴射するノズル孔の径が、互いに異なる
     請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の燃焼器。
  6.  周方向で互いに隣り合う前記水噴射部同士において、前記第一ノズルと前記第二ノズルとで、水の噴射方向が前記軸線方向で互いに異なる
     請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載の燃焼器。
  7.  前記外筒の外周面に設けられ、周方向に連続して外部から水が供給される環状流路部と、
     前記外筒を径方向に貫通し、前記環状流路部から複数の前記水噴射部のそれぞれに水を供給する水供給孔と、を備える
     請求項1から6の何れか一項に記載の燃焼器。
  8.  請求項1から7の何れか一項に記載の燃焼器を備えるガスタービン。
