技术领域
本发明涉及扬声器领域,特别涉及一种中音扬声器。
背景技术
对于传统的中音扬声器,频宽一般可以达到10KHz,且要求具有较强的指向性。然而,传统的中音扬声器很难将频宽进一步延伸到20KHz,指向性也很难改善。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种中音扬声器,其工作范围能够延伸至20KHz,并改善扬声器的高频指向性。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种中音扬声器,包括盆架、设置于所述盆架上的振膜、设置于所述盆架上的磁路系统及连接于所述振膜的音圈,所述振膜包括具有正面和背面的蜂窝板及分别覆于所述蜂窝板正面和背面的覆膜,所述蜂窝板具有多个孔。
在一实施例中,所述蜂窝板的所述孔为自所述蜂窝板的正面贯通至背面的通孔。
在一实施例中,所述蜂窝板的材料为纸、Nomex绝缘纸、铝和发泡材料中的一种或多种的组合。
在一实施例中,所述覆膜的材料为纸、玻纤、铝和Kevlar中的一种或多种的组合。
在一实施例中,所述振膜为平板状。
在一实施例中,所述振膜由所述蜂窝板及所述覆膜组成,所述振膜整体为平板状。
在一实施例中,所述振膜通过轭环连接于所述盆架,所述轭环和所述振膜的外缘固定连 接。
在一实施例中,所述轭环和所述蜂窝板正面的覆膜固定连接。

本发明采用以上方案,相比现有技术具有如下优点:
该中音扬声器中,振膜采用多孔的蜂窝板,可以将频宽延伸至20KHz,改善扬声器高频的指向性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域的技术人员理解。在此需要说明的是,对于这些实施方式的说明用于帮助理解本发明,但并不构成对本发明的限定。
图1示出了根据本发明实施例的一种中音扬声器,其包括盆架1、设置于盆架1上的振膜2、设置于盆架1上的磁路系统3及连接于振膜2的音圈4。
参照图2所示,所述振膜2包括具有正面和背面的蜂窝板21及分别覆于蜂窝板21正面和背面的覆膜22,蜂窝板21具有多个孔210。也就是说,振膜2为由两层覆膜22和位于两层覆膜22之间的蜂窝板21构成的三层结构。蜂窝板21的孔210为自蜂窝板21的正面贯通至背面的通孔,孔210的形状为圆孔、方孔或六边形孔等。蜂窝板21的材料为纸、Nomex绝缘纸、铝或发泡材料(如发泡塑料或发泡金属等),其中Nomex也称诺梅克斯,是一种间位芳纶,也称芳纶1313。覆膜22的材料为纸、玻纤、铝、Kevlar(凯夫拉)。
振膜2为平板状,具体地,蜂窝板21整体为平板状。
本实施例中,所述振膜2由所述蜂窝板21及所述覆膜22组成,所述振膜2整体为平板状。
振膜2通过轭环连接于盆架1,轭环和振膜2的外缘固定连接。具体地,轭环和蜂窝板21正面的覆膜22固定连接。
磁路系统3包括U铁31、主磁钢32、前片33以及副磁钢34。U铁31的中部凹陷而周缘向上延伸,U铁31的上端部固定连接于盆架1,主磁钢32、前片33及副磁钢34层叠设置 于U铁31的底部上,音圈4插设于U铁31的上端部和前片33之间的间隙中。主磁钢32胶合在U铁31上,前片33胶合在主磁钢32上,副磁钢34胶合在前片33上,三者同轴设置,保证同心度。
音圈4通过音圈骨架5固定连接于振膜2。中音扬声器还包括弹波6,弹波6和音圈骨架5连接。弹波6套设于音圈骨架5上并固定连接于盆架1。
参照图3所示,分别对本实施例图1所示的中音扬声器和传统中音扬声器进行了频率响应测试,并进行了比对。其中,深色的频响曲线为本实施例图1所示的中音扬声器的频响曲线,浅色的频响曲线为传统中音扬声器的频响曲线。由图3所示可知,本实施例图1所示的中音扬声器的高频延伸好于传统中音扬声器。
参照图4所示,分别对本实施例图1所示的中音扬声器和传统中音扬声器进行了离轴60°频率响应测试,并进行了比对。其中,深色的频响曲线为本实施例图1所示的中音扬声器的离轴60°频响曲线,浅色的频响曲线为传统中音扬声器的离轴60°频响曲线。由图4所示可知,本实施例图1所示的中音扬声器的指向性好于传统中音扬声器。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种中音扬声器,包括盆架、设置于所述盆架上的振膜、设置于所述盆架上的磁路系统及连接于所述振膜的音圈,其特征在于:所述振膜包括具有正面和背面的蜂窝板及分别覆于所述蜂窝板正面和背面的覆膜,所述蜂窝板具有多个孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的中音扬声器,其特征在于:所述蜂窝板的所述孔为自所述蜂窝板的正面贯通至背面的通孔。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的中音扬声器,其特征在于:所述蜂窝板的材料为纸、Nomex绝缘纸、铝和发泡材料中的一种或多种的组合。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的中音扬声器,其特征在于:所述覆膜的材料为纸、玻纤、铝和Kevlar中的一种或多种的组合。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的中音扬声器,其特征在于:所述振膜为平板状。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的中音扬声器,其特征在于:所述振膜由所述蜂窝板及所述覆膜组成,所述振膜整体为平板状。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的中音扬声器,其特征在于:所述振膜通过轭环连接于所述盆架,所述轭环和所述振膜的外缘固定连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的中音扬声器,其特征在于:所述轭环和所述蜂窝板正面的覆膜固定连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的中音扬声器,其特征在于:所述磁路系统包括U铁、主磁钢、前片以及副磁钢,所述U铁固定连接于所述盆架,所述主磁钢、所述前片及所述副磁钢层叠设置于所述U铁的底部上,所述音圈插设于所述U铁的上端部和所述前片之间的间隙中。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的中音扬声器,其特征在于:所述主磁钢胶合在所述U铁上,所述前片胶合在所述主磁钢上,所述副磁钢胶合在所述前片上。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的中音扬声器,其特征在于:所述音圈通过音圈骨架固定连接于所述振膜。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的中音扬声器,其特征在于:所述中音扬声器还包括弹波,所述弹波和所述音圈骨架连接。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的中音扬声器,其特征在于:所述弹波套设于所述音圈骨架上并固定连接于所述盆架。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的中音扬声器,其特征在于:所述振膜由所述蜂窝板及所述覆膜组成,所述振膜整体为平板状,所述振膜的外缘通过轭环固定连接于所述盆架;所述磁路系统包括U铁、主磁钢、前片以及副磁钢,所述U铁的中部凹陷而周缘向上延伸,所述U铁的上端部固定连接于所述盆架,所述主磁钢、前片及副磁钢层叠设置于U铁的底部上且同轴设置,所述音圈插设于所述U铁的上端部和所述前片之间的间隙中。
